Nice. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of flavors. The device inventory is a bit lacking (only a small range of devices, and related accessories are kept in stock, and forget about finding replacement parts, as they dont even stock/offer the various parts for the very few devices that they actually do sell there. This, is why the fifth star is missing here.... Otherwise, would really be an awesome place and visit.

The worker was incredibly helpful and so nice! Walked me through everything I needed to know about the product and answered all of my questions. Such a friendly and relaxed environment, I was laughing and having a great time the whole time I was in there! I love it and will be most definitely going back.

This place SUCKS. The staff are extremely rude and seem to have a “better then you” attitude. They’ve made me feel stupid for asking general questions about vaping when I was still very new to it all....I found that extremely off putting. I got the wrong juice once and they said I could return anything as long as I didn’t open it, well I came back to return it and they refused! Emerald Vapors sucks. Always has. I will never go there again, worst experience ever, every single time I went it was awful. Don’t go here if you care about wasting hard earned money and time. Trust me.

The house liquid isnt bad, comparable to a cheap brand like Mt Baker but way over priced. You are paying purely for the convenience of brick and mortar and not having to wait for it to come in the mail. Most of their hardware is cheap Chinese knock off sold at original hardware prices. After the terrible owner fired the OG, the quality of service has gone down. New staff give bad and very dangerous advice.

I bought a mod a SMOK AL 85 model on 5/09/17 from them they assembled it for me within hours it started leaking. The same week I tried to return it their return policy only allows for manufacturer defective returns I explained to them that I think this is a manufacturer defect. And they disagreed even though both of the gentleman behind the counter have had the same thing happen with the same model to them and other customers with the same model. They said all I have to do is use the thin rubber glass protector to seal the lid shut and prevent it from opening up when you walk this is very high maintenance and it doesnt always work you have to check it frequently to make sure it doesnt slide open. I dont like how they dont assume responsibly for manufacturer defects.UPDATE: 06/05/17 SMOKE AL 85 has stopped performing all together after multiple battery installations.

The young man who was working sold me the wrong coil after installing the wrong coil. Im not sure if I will go back now. I love the rest of the staff theyre always extremely helpful. just didnt really have a good experience I guess.

The shop and employees are fine, but their juice is just absolute garbage. It all tastes like soap. Ill take some Naked or Rounds, thank you very much.

I ve bought a mod from them 1week later started to leak. I went and asked how come happened. She said I can not touch take that tools and fix it. I just throw to garbage. Tooooo bad quality juice also.

Whomever was closing tonight was as rude as could be. I usually go to the Springfield location. Came in to get coils and the gentleman couldnt have acted more put out that he had to get up off his seat. Wont be returning.

Emerald vapors is like playskool for vaping. Where I first started. A bit overpriced and small inventory. Good place to start
