Nice shop with lots of glass stuff. Their vape stuff is pretty minimal. They have a dozen disposables, and only a couple kinds of vape liquid bottles mostly tobacco flavored. Ive also attached some photos of what the store actually looks like now

This shop is essentially a landmark of Eureka. Their staff are always so incredibly kind and helpful.I LOVE the resident shop dog, Venus. I always looked forward to seeing her and she was always very friendly.They have such a wide variety of cool products for many different hobbies (if you know what I mean). No matter what Im in for, I always enjoy looking at the plants and art they have.They also have really great return system for certain products and always work to make you happy. They saved me when something stopped working a couple of times. thank you S.T.I.L staff!!!

Awesome service was out of town with no gear like a fool and needed stome stuff for a beach trip and they were super patient with me trying to be cheap but ended up buying a bunch of extra stuff because so much variation of different things in the store. Free refills on certain items is awesome wish some shops in Sacramento would follow their lead. Great employee great store made a great night.

This place really is Stuff That I Like! From glass pipes and smoking/vape accessories to carnivorous plants, party games (like Oddassity!) to crazy glass weapons, this place has it all and then some! Not to mention they support local artists. They have the coolest stuff in Eureka!

I moved to Humboldt recently, and I’ve been frustrated with the lack of reliable and updated reviews for places, so I decided I would start reviewing spots around here that might be helpful for others.First of all, I love that they sell skates. They have such a cute and large selection. It was so fun to get a new pair and start reliving my childhood.Also, they sell truly amazing bath bombs. I have loved every single one I’ve tried. They have cute displays and they’re worth every Penny.

Such a great environment! I was so excited to see that they had derby gear here!!! I was visiting some friends in town and had been looking all over for a skate shop of any kind and the employees were so kind and helpful. They had a ton of different wheels and pad options along with other cool things (not derby/skate related) like pipes, incense, jewelery and all sorts of stuff! definitely would recommend

This place is awesome they have beautiful pieces in there and if you dont have all the money for the super nice expressive things that you really want they have a lay away program.Freaking awesome I highly suggest you check them out.Not only do they have every thing you can think of for your 420 needs they have bath bombs with all natural ingredients (my wife loves them), if you do roller derby they have all your needs for that there also a while line of CBD products, incense, beautiful glass art and pendants I highly suggest pezzleberg products (hope that is how you spell it🤭) I posted a picture of the pendent I bought of his, and many other things.

It was a great experience. Coming from Ohio I had never been in an actual smoke shop. I went in and asked for a tobacoo pipe and the cashier says we dont have those here. I look to my right as we both look at large bright display of water pipes. She then says to me do you mean a bong? Lol only in nor cal! Gotta love it

I love this place it has great bongs and pipes for sale. My wife loves all the skates in there also, she cant wait to buy a pair.

First of all, I really appreciate the fact that they are still requiring masks when many other businesses are letting that fall by the wayside. I went into just look around, the ladies in the shop were so kind and helpful. They found me some great gifts for my grandchildren within my budget. The kids loved everything that I brought them. Highly recommend!

Everyone is nice and friendly, but only certain employees are knowledgeable about their products. We were purchasing glass and told the very nice person what we were looking for. Instead of showing us options, we had to ask a ton of questions and point out every piece we were interested in.

Oh my! This place is so much fun! There is an abundance of wonderful colorful gifts for all ages here. The little lady helping me was gracious, kind, and seriously cute. Good prices too.

I really love this place. Me being a beginning glass Blower and all, I just love all there products. From Custom made Marbles, to The most Righteous selection of tubes. I ended up purchasing a Heavy tube for under $ 350.00. I was given a discount, it could have easily sold for more. They have a wide variety of other unique products in there that would make great gifts or home decor. This would make a great place to work, as I heard sometimes your lucky enough to be taught how to blow glass as well.Christopher Nunez

Wow, the glass selection is amazing here! The hand blown marble cases, yes cases are full of dozens of artists work as well as the other glass cases. We came for roller skate supplies and some gifts. The only reason not 4 stars is the salesperson seemed to not listen very well but may have just been trying too hard. Sometimes the best thing a salesperson can do is just make contact and not be too pushy. Otherwise I recommend this place for unique stoner gifts, badass glass marbles, novelties and they have carnivorous plants and much more!

Such friendly people here! I especially love how covid-compliant they are. Cant even touch items throughout the store, which I appreciate - you have your own personal shopper with you! I happened to have the manager as my personal shopper, and she was attentive without hovering. Let me have my space to look around and browse, but was close enough to ask questions or have her grab something to toss in my pile of goodies to purchase!Besides the pandemic praises, I really value the staffs knowledge of various items. And I love that they carry so many locally sourced products! 10/10. You all are amazing!

Large selection and great variety of glass. Prices are good. Staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. They have lots of fun socks and other things as well. Another reason they are great is that the staff regularly cleans up trash in the surrounding community.

Beautiful glass and helpful clerks. The long haired blond chick helped us. She seemed kinda new but was knowledgeable and eager to show off the pieces from the back. What she didnt know, she was quick to ask the manager, as opposed to just spouting off misinformation.Highly recommend this shop🤙

This is a great shop. Pulled in just a few mins before close and they helped me out with finding the certain vape product I needed. I was happily surprised to find that they had a whole section full of locally made soaps and bath bombs. They have a huge, wide selection of things, including: CBD products and Roller derby supplies. I literally just called and spoke to a young man who not only was polite he looked into a ton of different things for me about the kratom. I truly appreciated the coutesy and hope his boss takes note that’s a characteristic that is missing from many employees. Well and after all we do work for money so mayb a raise is in order customers always right boss do the right thing. Jokes aside I’m serious great service great business so far have also been another time and got a small bowl that’s cool.

This is my go-to place for incense. I just noticed that they have roller skates and accessories. Employee her always friendly and helpful. They even have a walk-up window if you know what you want.

I would put zero stars if I could. First I was urged by your employee to get the Zeus tank, she said it would go great and was made for my AEGIS geek vape. Right off the bat I went through a coil a day. Plus I had a hell of a time putting in my coil in this tank and an even worse time trying to get the tank to attach to my vape, after about 50 tries,somehow it would work. OK now after a cpl hits it started sounding funny and hitting really shifty. SO I took it apart & noticed the ejuice was leaking all throughout the tank and each hit was flooded w juice. Id take it apart,clean it up and it would do it again straight away. Did I get a default tank??? Or does it not go well with a geek vape??? I dont know but that was #40 down the drain. Wasnt even good for 1 day....So I bought a whole new vape for $109,Vapresso Gen S. WORST VAPE POSSIBLE I COULDVE BOUGHT!!! QFTER 6 DAYS TOPS, IT STARTED DOUNG THE EXACT SAME THING AS THE ZEUS TANK. TAKE A JUICY BUBBLY HIT & SAW ALL THE JUICE LEAKED THROUGH ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM OF THE ATONOMIZER..Ive been so busy at work I had no time to come in and complain. I HATE TO LWAVE SUCH AN AWEFUL REVIEW BUT WHY AM I GETTING SO SCREWED OVER? AND BECAUSE OD COVID I GET NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE?? I WASTED $160 IN A WEWK AT THE VOTED BEST VAPE STORE IN EUREKA???? OK so Ive always loved this place and everyone there has always been really really helpful and knowledgeable. 5 stars for everyone...but Kate has on more than a few occasions spent a lot of time and patience educating me on how devices work. Ive recently tried to start up vaping to quit smoking cigs and have had some really bad luck with leaky mods. Shes tried troubleshooting ones I didnt even buy there ( regrettably because they have the best customer service around) and when all else failed recommended one that was more suitable to my needs and so far has worked perfectly. Thanks a bunch for your time and help!!!

Terrible experience. My wife and I went in to get her some new plugs and the lady behind the counter used this metal thing to look at the size rather than comparing them to the ones that my wife was wearing. We ended up purchasing 2 sets of wooden plugs that ended up being significantly bigger than her actual size. They said they cant even exchange them for the correct size. Worse smoke shop in Eureka hands down. Everything else is way overpriced anyways. Will not be reccommending to anyone or ever returning.

I’m new to vaping and I came in to S.T.I.L because I was having a problemwith my Voopoo Drag Mini giving me a “check atomizer” message repeatedly after my first time putting in a new coil.Here I’ll inject how I could make this review unnecessarily long(er) by going into my many less than optimal experiences of visiting several other local shops for help. I’ll leave it at that.Anyway, after much YouTube research and taking the tank apart and putting it back together I was still stymied.We were in Eureka and dropped by S.T.I.L. I liked the friendly vibe as soon as we walked in. I explained my predicament and THREE employees came right over to help - then politely asking to take it in back to have a look at it. 3 minutes later they came back with a working mod.I was truly impressed. They were super nice about it and I’d actually wanted to pay them for their time but they waved it away. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and so we purchased $75 worth of more fun vape stuff!The next day I thought I’d try changing to a different coil ...just because....Then Again! “check atomizer”. UghSo I called S.T.I.L. They remembered me though they’d actually had two people come in with that very same problem. They told me what they did to fix it but said if I couldn’t to please feel free to come back in and have them do it.I fixed it.Even though we live in Mckinleyville we will are willing to travel to Eureka just to buy from S.T.I.L. Their friendly helpful customer service is very much appreciated. And the shop is well stocked too!

STIL is a great place to shop. Aside from all the normal headshop items they also carry roller derby equipment and a small selection of carnivorous plants. The staff is always as friendly as they can be.

Its still my favorite place in town for vaping supplies, but they are training a bunch of new people (who still need some additional keyboarding experience) Actually paid almost $50.00 for a $15.00 bottle of vape juice! Clerk looked at me right in the eye as he said “50 dollars for 56 grams of Kratom is actually a really good deal”.-that’s a ridiculously high price for kratom.I have never seen somebody charge so much money for that product.It’s one thing to upsell something it’s another thing to lie to somebody right to their face.Not cool.

While I was on vacation to California, I had to take the chance to visit as many dispensaries and smoke shops as I could. After visiting at least 15 smoke shops from LA to Humboldt I knew exactly what was up. They know their stuff. They have a full line of CBD, E nails, silicone rigs, Hemp blunt wraps, so much more products and an extreme amount of knowledge. You guys really made my trip complete. I appreciate the Cali vibe i dreamed about.

Wanted to return the electronic lighter that broke and they refused. Guy with piercing all over his face seemed to be high on something like xanax bars maybe.. idk just seemed very off .. took my the item I purchased into the back for about 35 minutes while I sat in lobby waiting .. to the smell of their over powering insents. Wont be going back

In the past I have enjoyd the environment.. my last experience left me not wanting to ever return. They let random musitions play racist and secular music.. after the music played I purchased music for the juke box (app) and shortly into the song the staff (Mgnt) stopped the song I PURCHASED and played a woman bashing song... I dont think my co-workers and myself will return.

Nice stuff, but bad service. ALWAYS make them double check the sizes on ear gauges because when they sell you mismatched pieces or the size isnt what they advertise, they will do absolutely nothing to make it right.
