The Spa at Encore Boston Harbor

This spa is the most magical place on every level! I had David, and he was attentive, and balanced getting to know me with silence. It was a beautiful experience that I didn’t want to end! The sis also got me in last minute, which I’m so grateful for! If you’re going, request David, and tip him well!

An absolute 5-star experience with each visit somehow better than the previous. The Spa could and should be the main reason you visit Encore which is saying a lot as they do a world-class job at every part of the resort. The quality of the pristine facilities, the attention to detail with the design and process, and most importantly the service of the staff: all unmatched. Selfishly I didn’t want to give a great review because I don’t want it to be any busier next time I go! All the therapists are first rate, however, I must specifically give praise to Eileen who has consistently provided an unforgettably relaxing and mesmerizing treatment each time. Expensive services but worth it…

As always the experience at the Spa was fantastic. From entering the spato exiting, everyone is friendly, professional and the place is spotless. There is never a towel out of place or a crumb on the floor. The staff is exceptional and are always the first to say how happy they are working here. (Which says a lot in an industry with a lot of turnover!)We have been going here for years and I have had the same massage therapist (JJ) who is exceptional! Not only is she a wonderful massage therapist but she is a wonderful person and really cares about her clients.Today we booked a last minute massage and I had a massage booked with David who was also exceptional. He made me feel comfortable from the second I met himand again just an excellent massage therapist.

The spa is exquisite. A breathtaking place to relieve stress, unplug, and recharge. I had a pedicure by Van and it was the best pedicure experience I’ve ever had. He is not only meticulous, but he has such a pleasant personality. They call him “Vantastic” which is very true. I had a facial with Iris and she was also wonderful. We changed the facial type based on my skin needs and it was such a relaxing experience. I enjoyed the dry sauna and the jacuzzi in between each appointment and I love that they are in gender-specific locations. Such a wonderful day… can’t wait to do it again!

I had David for the Myofascial Release Massage at the Encore Boston spa and it was amazing! It was one of the best massages I have ever had. He was knowledgeable and made my muscles feel incredible after the massage.

This was my first time at the Encore Spa and from the moment I walked in I was met with absolutely amazing service. Everyone was so friendly! I went on a weekday morning and basically had the spa amenities to myself which was a dream. Definitley recommend getting there at least 45 min before your service to use the sauna, steam room and hot tub areas because you only have access beforehand. My facialist was Elisa and she was top notch!! She was sweet, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. It was such a great experience I wish I could have stayed there all day and my skin looked like new after my collagen facial . Not to mention it was the nicest spa I’ve ever been too. You need to go here when you are at the Encore! Thank you Elisa, I’ll be back!

One name: Ada. Every single time, Ada. She is open and direct about what you are looking for in your session and checking in appropriately throughout. She is very knowledgeable in human anatomy and was able to work on specific muscles, per request. She has excellent manual skills, very strong hands/elbows that are precise. The spa is excellent as well, large seperate sauna and steam room. Cold plunge, hot tub, waterfall showers, etc. staff is great!

Just had a wonderful experience at the spa today. My first time there. Beautiful and serene surroundings. My massage with Kate was the best and most thorough that Ive ever had. She paid close attention to areas that needed to be worked on. Its a very relaxing environment. Definitely worth the expense.

A beautiful experience! Ive been to the Encore spa in Vegas but not the Boston location until today. The staff was lovely, the facilities spotless, and my therapeutic deep tissue massage with Makk was one of the best Ive ever had. Ive rarely had a massage therapist completely nail the firm pressure Ive requested without any notes from my end. Makk was fabulous, and I look forward to returning!

My spa visit was amazing from the start, very friendly staff. My massage therapist ( Doris ) and I had a conversation on what are the areas to focus on. I choose the CBD oil treatment to relieve my discomfort.My 90 minute treatment was the best , very professional & thorough. I never felt better.Thanks again

My wife had a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure and the staff were all exceptional. They were very professional, paid attention to details and were just plain excellent. We will visit them again and will absolutely recommend them.

Such an amazing experience!!! The facilities were newer and cleaner than other Encore locations. I got the massage and facial for two days in a row, so friendly and skilled therapists. I’m definitely coming back !

Ive been to spas all over this country and several other countries, I’m a sucker for a spa day. I’ve never been here because a 90min massage is $290 & $320 on the weekend and THAT is ridiculous. I don’t give a flip if the amenities are beautiful. This place isn’t even that nice based on the photos. I’ve seen much nicer establishments in California where a 90 min massage is $150 which is totally reasonable. This place is the epitome of greedflation because I AM POSITIVE they aren’t paying the therapist $145 an hour for their labor. This place is disgrace and if you go here you’re part of the problem.

My friend and I booked massages at the Spa at the Encore for a treat to ourselves. We both did the 90 minutes aromatherapy and it was outstanding! My masseuse Elpitha was probably the best I’ve ever had, really had a way of understanding exactly what my body was saying. Arriving early to use the water facilities was wonderful too - my only complaint is that they should let us use it a bit longer than 45 minutes before the appointment! There’s a lot to enjoy!

The Spa at Encore is my favorite get away to relax in luxury! As soon as I walk off the elevator it feels relaxing and calm. The hot tub and plunge pool are wonderful ways to relax pre-massage. My masseuse Elpitha was amazing, perfect amount of pressure! The whole experience is a perfect afternoon of decadence. Cant wait to go back.

Definitely the type of experience you’d expect at a spa at a 5 star hotel. I enjoyed the water/heat features for an hour before my appointment- very relaxing area that included heated tile lounge chairs. The attendant even dried my bathing suit during my appointment. My Frangipani Scrub&Lomi Lomi Massage was refreshing and relaxing. Much attention to detail throughout the spa and during the service. Not an inexpensive service but worth the investment in me.

Sammy was an amazing message therapist! She knew what ailments my body was suffering and worked on them wonderfully. I am in complete bliss. I will definitely be coming back next time in town! Thank you!

The spa was Truly amazing! I have been to so many spas, this one here was amazing!! Something I have never experienced before in my life! 10/10 I did the deep tissue massage with Sammy Curelop! Not only did she release so much tension she also fixed my posture. I left feeling like a new women!Then for the Salon! What an amazing hydrofacial experience.I had the amazing Elisa who was amazing, very knowledgeable and best experience facial I have ever had. If you’re in Boston you must visit here for a fantastic facial/spa experience.

As a travel nurse for the past 5 years I’ve learned to become a firm believer in self-care..I’ve had facials high and low. So I MUST say - my time spent with ELISA today here at the Encore Spa more than exceeded all my expectations; so much so, I am now planning to fly my (24yo) daughter up for her very first facial! So yes, 10/10 if you’re considering a facial; ask for her ❤️

The spa itself is beautiful. Its great you are allowed to enjoy the ameneties like the cold plunge before your treatment. My treatment itself was amazing. I would definitely go back.

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage (Christmas present to him). We had Sammy and Phanada, can’t say enough great things about them — very attentive. Left there completely relaxed and rejuvenated.Worth every penny.

I have had over 1,500 massages in the last 30 years; the one I just received from a world-class masseuse (Elpitha) is easily among the top 10. She read my body and adjusted her perfect form to address each area with the appropriate amount of pressure. I can still feel the endorphins generated from this artistic masterpiece.

Buyer beware: if you book a pedicure on the spa website, you do not receive any hot tub time. Even though you have to book it and pay through the spa. Quite disappointed I’m not sure why anyone would pay 100.00 (with tip) for just a basic pedicure. Woman who checked us in was quite rude and was going to let use it if we were staying at the resort, but made it a point to say that locals cannot. It was all unnecessarily rude I will not be back.

David is the bees knees! Fabulous deep tissue massage. BEAUTIFUL spa. Wonderful and attentive staff. I felt like a big deal guest even though I am the opposite of a high roller. Spas in Nevada casinos look cheap and shallow in comparison.

The spa at Encore Boston is exceptional. The facilities are spotless and the staff so professional and helpful. The HIGHLIGHT of my visit was my massage therapist Sammy. Sammy is an expert in her field! My lower back has always been an issue. Sammy asked all the right questions and immediately went to work. My back never felt so good and she offered great advice on stretching afterwards. I can’t say enough great things about my massage experience with Sammy. Best massage therapist I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many spas in high-end hotels.

I received this very generous gift for a milestone Birthday. The ayurvedic massage came highly recommended. I was scheduled with Kanchala. This was my 1st experience with any type of Spa. And now that Ive tried it, a spa experience will be a part of my self care routine. I enjoyed  The Ocean Experience body treatment. Before the treatment, you have access to the heat and water facilities. They recommend that I arrive 45 minutes prior to the treatment to use the water facilities. You are nude for the treatment but coveted by a towel. I was nervous about this. However, it was completely professional, and she knew how to preserve modesty. A 21% gratuity is automatically added.

Kanchala was my massage therapist and this is the second time I’ve had her massage me. She is truly gifted. She goes above and beyond. I’ve been to many spas, and this spa is so stunning and Kanchala is a gem. So kind. Definitely will be back

I had the 90 minute massage with David and it was literally the best massage Ive ever had! 5 stars for sure!

My wife visits the Spa almost every weekend, she exercises a lot through the week and the spa is a huge help in recovery. She has a list of preferred therapist but David’s knowledge, technique, and strength puts him solidly at the top of her list!

Iris was absolutely amazing! She was super knowledgeable, and gave me tips to ease my lower back pain. She took the time to share a little bit about herself, so I felt comfortable! I would highly recommend her, and my life changed after receiving my massage. Thank you again Iris!

The Encore Spa is not only beautiful, it is spotless and clean. The amenities were perfect. I was able to relax before and after my 90 minute massage. Immediately felt comfortable upon my arrival. Nawa showed me the facility and was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. David was my masseuse, and let me tell you - David is one of a kind. He is such an incredibly beautiful soul, we had the best conversation, and his skills were seriously out of this world. I’ve received quite a few massages, and this was truly the best massage I ever received. Next, Allison did my facial. So good I completely knocked out and fell asleep!! Not only is the facility immaculate, but it’s the people working there that truly make this an experience to remember. Thank you for a relaxing, wholesome time that I truly needed that day.

This has to be the most relaxing Spa I’ve ever been to. I’ve never been more relaxed after my massage and it truly feels like you hit the reset button when leaving this place. The staff is friendly and the amenities they offer such as sauna/jacuzzi/pool/ definitely help with unwinding before your service. Most relaxed I’ve felt in a long time - highly recommend the spa! Ask for Makk in particular for massage - it was the perfect balance of relaxation and working out all the knots. Liza and the other front desk staff are top tier as well. Will definitely be back.

I had a spa treatment with Suda. She was excellent the best spa treatment massage I’ve ever ever had.

This spa treatment was amazing. The staff here was very friendly and Katie at the front desk helped me with making sure I could apply my spa credits before checking in, which was great. The vibe here is very zen and luxurious. I really enjoyed using the sauna and jacuzzi facilities. That is what made this the full spa experience, which you cant get everywhere. I received a therapeutic massage from Sammy, and honestly, it was the BEST massage I have ever had! I suffer from a lot of pain, and she clearly had the knowledge of the anatomy and how to best use massage to relieve my ailments. I will definitely be back! I rate this spa 10 out of 10!

I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Starting with the receptionist, professional & very accommodating.I woke up and was able to book a 120 min ocean experience & a 60 min collagen facial. I had the pleasure of having Joanna do both services on me. She was OUTSTANDING! I have been going to spas all my life and she made sure to make this experience like no other for me. On top of it, this place is SPOTLESS! You will NOT find a piece of dust!! Cleaners do an amazing job! The steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, & cold plunge area are all amazing. Very quiet, & not crowded at all. Everyone’s respects the rules. They also have multiple areas that offer flavored tea, coffee, home made pressed juices, snacks, etc.. while getting my services done all I was thinking about was how I wanted to complement the spa and Joanna to the managers. Lucky for me, as soon as I stepped out my room both were down the hallway and I got to speak to them! Both very polite women, (and Joanna let me know how great of managers they are.) You feel welcomed from the second you walk in until you check out!

I LOVE my experience at Encore Spa & Salon. I tend to go twice or three times a year (due to my busy work schedule). Yesterday, I had Doris for my 90 min. Full body massage and I had Elisa for my 60 min. Hydrafacial. On my birthday, 8/20 I had a full body massage and a body polish with Iris. It is a experience like no other. All three ladies were very attentive, knowledgeable, considerate and kind. They made sure they tailored to my needs to give me the best experience while I was there. Going to Encore is a getaway from my hectic lifestyle to unwind, relax and to enjoy self care. I love coming here! Thank you for your excellent services.

Oh my gosh! I love it here so much everybody is so kind and friendly and everything was so elegant and nice, the massage 10/10 I felt so peaceful and relaxed , I never felt this relaxed my whole lifeeee and it’s my first time getting a massage as well so I was very excited, I also brought my mom so she can get a pedicure and 10/10 as well everything was so done professionally and staff was so nice and friendly!!! Amazing experiences both times Ive been here! I came for the good luck ritual and the ocean waves massage. Both were outstanding! I especially loved the ocean massage, which included a scalp massage, hair mask, and foot rub. It was my birthday gift to myself. I came on a Thursday afternoon and had the entire spa facility to myself... It was wonderful and fantastic. The whole ambiance here is clean, quiet, and welcoming, and the staff are extremely professional and want you to have a great experience. This spa sets the standard very high for other spas! As a Boston area local, I will most certainly be back.

Might I say I was greeted upon entry of the spa with all smiles at the reception desk. I really came here for a full day of bliss which included a massage/ manicure and pedicure. For starters I got the east west massage from Suda....Yeah the best massage Ive ever had in my life. Everything about the massage was amazing and certain parts of my body were attended too. Im a fitness junkie so its very important my therapist knows what shes doing. So lets talk about Van who did my manicure and pedicure....Yeah perfection at best. I even had women jealous of my toes and nails lol. Wonderful job every time. After my appointments, I was greeted at the desk again by Liza and Katy who were so full of energy and ready to accommodate any requests that I had. The facility is beautiful and most definitely one of the best spas Ive been to in Boston. Super clean every time and sometimes you feel like you dont want to leave lol. But to cut my review short, this is now my go to spa in Boston, everything is always worth it here. Thanks guys.

The spa facilities are gorgeous. The moment you arrive the women at the desk are so kind & welcoming. Then you have an attendant walk you through the different areas. I had Elizabeth, she was so sweet & showed me around to the different saunas & pools. Later on I had a HydraFacial with Elisa. I can....Not sing her praises enough. 1000% when I come back I will be requesting her!I will say, everything else about this hotel/casino is tacky. But the spa is relaxing & totally worth it.

I had a Good Luck Ritual 90 minute massage with JJ and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. The customer service here from every person was impeccable: from booking the appointment in advance, to arriving, to the duration of my service, to when I left. I live locally so I didnt stay at the hotel but this is such a wonderful spa, way better than anything in Boston that Ive tried! I also love how you have so many options including a sauna, steam room, hot tub, and waterfall shower. Everything is clean, luxurious, and spacious, but not too overwhelming. The free parking is a bonus too.

This was a gift for my 20th wedding anniversary from my husband, and it was incredible!! I had an amazing massage from Kate who melted my stress and knots away. Shes truly talented. The entire experience was the perfect end to a perfect weekend with my hubby. Everyone was so nice, the spa was beautiful and I cant wait to go back.

This spa is an incredible 5 star experience all around- hands-down the best in Boston. I went to the spot at nine months pregnant for a 80 minute pregnancy massage. The facilities are amazingly beautiful and clean, and staff was extremely welcoming and thoroughly showed off the entire facility. Unfortunately during my massage I started to panic because I had not felt my baby move the entire time I was there. The therapist picked up on my anxiety and told me that if I wanted to wrap it up early that it would be perfectly fine. He was extremely kind the entire time. When I went to pay (I fully expected to pay, it was my choice to end it early) the staff refused to charge me. The manager even took my belongings and walked me out to my car to make sure I was alright. They followed up maybe a week later with a phone call to check on me. I couldn’t believe this level of service. I will 100% be back because of how top notch the spa is, but the people they have chosen to work there are just as excellent as the facilities and ambience. Truly the perfect place to pamper yourself or someone you want to spoil!!

This was my first facial ever and Elisa did a fabulous job!! She made sure I was feeling comfortable and relaxed, and took the time to explain each step to me. I will 100% return to Elisa again. My skin looks and feels amazing!

I had a cbd massage and facial afterward. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! Highly recommend getting a foot treatment add-on! I left feeling so refreshed, and my skin was glowing. Im glad I treated myself.

Dave was a skilled massage therapist who was professional and personable. He was able to work out some of the deep knots in my shoulders while keeping me delightfully distracted with happy conversation. He is clearly a balanced and bright soul who allows his healing nature to shine through for his clients.

I love this spa! It’s so luxurious, so well maintained and the staff is incredibly helpful. I’ve had multiple massages with Sammy and she literally changed my life! I was going to physical therapy for back pain and after one massage with her my pain was gone. Unreal! I’m so grateful to have found her and can’t wait to go back again.

Mirana was absolutely amazing and made my experience exceptionally relaxing and lovely! I got a pedicure but would go back again and again! Everyone there was very nice and made my experience wonderful, from the moment you get off the elevator through out the whole time!

Eliza was excellent! I went for the Face and Body Indulgence Massage for 2 hrs. She took her time to explain to me what she was doing and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Her hands are amazing. Thank you Eliza. Hoping to come back soon again.

Ooooooooh myyyyyy myyyyyyy!!!!What an experience!!!We have stayed at encore many times but have never used the spa. I called a week before to book services for my husband and I. I chose the Ayurvedic Retreat and my husband had the Myofascial Release Massage. Booking was easy and super friendly. We were in awe the moment the elevator opened. We were welcomed at the front desk with a friendly smile and given a tour of the facilities before enjoying all there was to offer prior to our massage. I had Angela for my massage and she was AMAZING!! The massage was a relaxing symphony from beginning to end! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his massage from Dave and his professionalism that kept him feeling comfortable throughout. We can’t wait to come back!!

The only downside of this experience was not giving myself enough time to enjoy the sauna and steam prior to the massage. I had the masseuse; Gilson , who did a therapeutic massage with hot stones . The pressure was magnificent! I look forward to my next time and will be booking with him again.

As a business owner myself, I value someone giving me detailed attention and intended results, I also appreciate an environment that is truly clean. Encore checks the presentation and sanitation boxes, but esthetician Elisa and massage therapist JJ really top off the experience and make me want to rebook. No one gets your skin as clean as Elisa. Even if you’re bad at skincare commitment like myself. She’s it in Boston!

I had an excellent experience today at the Spa at Encore. I have been looking for a place with similar amenities to the spas in Vegas, and Encore Boston has them! Cold plunge, hot tub, heated tile relaxation chairs, waterfall shower (really awesome), dry sauna, and steam room. Of course there are showers, locker rooms, and a co-ed relaxing waiting area. Not only were the amenities great, I had one of the best massages ever. The therapists name was Suda. She was fantastic. Yes it pricey but if you use all the amenities, it is well worth it.

My experience was superb. Had a deep tissue massage. Suda the masseuse was exceptional. I recommend anyone to have the treatment experience. It was expensive but worth it.
