The dude with the long hair and the rad game hoodies is what young people would say is fire no cap fr fr bet. He like, knows about the vape and tobacco products, and seems to like, actually be interested in guiding the guest to what would be best for them.If he doesnt get a raise to at least 25 dollars an hour, I will stop coming in.What now, huh? Cant punish a dude for being too good. Ill be back in to buy vape stuff to talk about it.

I appreciate the laid back and welcoming spirit of this place. I only ever come in for one product. But I always get great customer service (Sam is my main dude for a laugh during checkout; or sometimes just a sympathetic ear, even if I dont checkout - and that cool. Ill be back when the product is in stock; which is always fast).I visit the place weekly. I like this place....one note tho: maybe see if some ladies are interested in being in the mix?

Been to plenty of run down and overpriced smoke/vape shops over time and I was fortunate enough to run into this shop (by accident) and Sage in the process. He was super knowledgeable about products and personable. The price points were accurate for the vape industry as a whole and the shop was very clean! Thank you so much. Absolutely will be back.

Awesome shop ryan know a thing or two about any mod and best juices. All the employees are super friendly and great with customers. Probably best prices Ive seen at any shop around. Highly recommend it to friends and family!

This place is the best! Not only w/ prices but customer service. I always look forward to chatting w/ Sam, as he is always kind, welcomes me by name and knows my brand. BEST local smoke and vape in the area hands down! :D

Safe and cleanly and overall good service. Sage is really helpful and provides good customer service and is welcoming and a good person. I recommend going here for your smoke and vape shopping if you live in the vicinity. The selection is good and the prices are reasonable.

Best smoke shop in Everett, doesnt matter which location. Great prices and friendly staff. Have been going here for almost 2 years and Im moving to a different part of Everett but I will still drive back when I can to talk with the great staff like Sam and get the good prices.

I shop at this vape store at least once a week to buy puff bars as I live close by. I bought a puff bar Max flow last night. On my way home when I opened it, I noticed that the light was already blinking and that it had a burnt taste to it. I paid $25 for this puff bar. When I went in today with proof of purchase and let them know the issues they told me all they could do was give me $4 off another one. Super disappointed in the customer service I was given. I was expecting them to stand by there product and replace it.

If I could give negative stars I would.DO NOT SHOP HERE. The man Im referencing (who claims to be the owner) will fly off the handle and assault you.Today, I went in to buy a disposable vape. I had mentioned to the man working that Id gotten a vape there previously that leaked badly. He told me I could try it in the store before leaving. It was a new model to me and apparently, you have to push the bottom in before the liquid enters the atomizer. I didnt know this and took a hit which was obviously burning. He pushed the bottom in and told me to wait before trying it again. It still seemed burned but he assured me it would get better after a few hits. I went home and after about half an hour it had not improved. I returned to the shop to hopefully get an exchange. He said they dont do exchanges and when I insisted, he got angry. His argument was, I didnt read the instructions. The instructions were two little pictures of a vape on the seal. All of the vapes are sealed so I didnt even notice it. As a business owner or even a decent person he should have let the customer know. When we tried to leave, he picked up and threw things at my husband and I. He then proceeded to take a photo of my license plate, which I can only assume was to report to the police. We did nothing wrong. I simply asked for an exchanged and got things thrown at me.

So happy this place opened since there aren’t other smoke shops nearby! The times I’ve gone in the guys working are always really friendly and happy to see you.And helpful if you need it.Lowest prices I’ve seen in the area aswell!! :)

Sam is awesome. He is a very talented customer service and always smiling and make you feel that we are old friends.

Waiting for the store to open owner was inside he comes out I asked if they were open he said guy will be here at 9:30am I had to wait. Then he left 9:40and still no employees. It would have taken 5 mins to help me. Now theyve lost my business
