Smoke King

I’m not sure if the ownership has changed. I say this because I have not seen the guy who owned and worked it for years. I alway look for his white car and have only seen a white suv in the same spot. He would order my husband his juice and our coils. I’m guessing he might have sold it… I know with Walmart closed it took a toll on his business.So on with services the last few times I came by. A few weeks back I was in need of juice so I figured I’d run across the street and grab some. Just as we’ve done for years now. Something tells me call just to be sure. Well good thing I did. He was closing up 20 minutes early do to a family emergency that landed the person in the hospital. Not a big deal. Stuff happens (emergency stuff isn’t usually scheduled) and I was able to jump in my vehicle and get there. Unfortunately it didn’t give me time to get cash bc of adjustment in closing. Sucked for me but Hello,, what kind of person would I be if I complain about that???Ok now I’m back bc my husband needs juice. Now he has a brand, size, mg., and of course flavor. What he does not desire MORE than anything is anything ICED. I mentioned this multiple times bc my husband’s regular was gone. I say I can’t see any of those bc I don’t have my glasses. I’m used to the mg strength starting at the lost and growing in strength on the way down. The top shelf was 6 mg and the second was 3 mg. So I offered my husband a flavor that was not available in his milligrams fine that’s not a big deal. If you had to get a 3 mg to get the flavor he wanted he would he smokes mine I smoke a zero or three if I can’t get a zero so he’ll deal with it. I even mentioned this to the sales guy. I come to the house, drop it off with him and go back out to finish errands. So I don’t look at it I think nothing of it. I mentioned no ice many times at least six times I mentioned it at least talking for a matter of like a couple minutes about that. We talked about other things about that. We only talked about it for like less than a minute. Now I’m in the grocery store my phone rings. It’s my husband. What in the heck why this is I thought about blah blah blah well fortunately he was on the phone when I was getting his stuff so he heard me tell the guy again that’s not nice right and he says no it’s not OK now my husband‘s out that money I have to run back to stop what I’m doing run back go to the store again before it closes to get a new juice. Guess what it is 946 and the guy is closing the store he tries to act like he didn’t see somebody pull up with their headlights on directly in front of the store kept looking down, put the latch down and was gonna walk away. I tapped the door with my keys and then he let me in. I explained it and it was juice was ice. He gives me another one. I drop off my husband. I get another freaking phone call. It’s ice again Freak I am so pissed. It was a waste of my time my gas money. I’m not happy about this so it’s unfortunate because the guy is nice but nice doesn’t put gas in my tank or pay for my bottles of juice is wasted if he would’ve been closed again, early again early , so don’t go last minute and I talked to him when I was there the first time

They’re open late and have great customer service prices are excellent The manager working late is very knowledgeable about everything and excellent selection

Showed up at 9:55pm when they close at 10pm and the person working was walking out. I only went here because of how late they were claiming to be open. Disappointed for sure.

It never matters what I am in the store for the guy that is always there is willing to help and answer all my questions. He always has my favorite blue razz air factory e-juice and my coils not to mention any time I go there for anything else he is always willing to help me. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family all the time. If he is not the owner I think he deserves a big raisefor for running a good business and keeping customers coming back. Great customer service honestly you dont find that much these days.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this store. The prices were a little higher than I am used to, but they were willing to give me a discount to bring the price down to what I am used to paying at other stores. The service is awesome and the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt have to sit and explain/describe what I wanted. They knew exactly what I was talking about and immediately fulfilled my requests. The hours are great as well...Not many places are open past 9, so that in itself is a game changer. They will certainly have my business from now on.

Super awesome customer appreciation. Helped me find a glass piece that was the perfect fit to what I needed. Was a little over my budget but they worked with me, gave me a discount, made sure I had everything I would need. A little expensive, however, they have always been willing to work with me and negotiate a deal that works for both of us. They put 110% effort into providing top notch customer service. They are also open later than most similar stores in the area, which is extremely convenient for me so that I dont have to rush to get there and risk a speeding ticket...Between the excellent, friendly, knowledgeable service and the great extended hours, they have totally made a loyal customer of me as long as I live in the Everett area.

Insanely ridiculous pricing on products that are nearly double virtually any other shop. Disrespectful staff. Had the nerve to be entirely disrespectful over a faulty product they sold me and i wanted to return. They reluctantly agreed to the return and later returned that faulty product to the shelf to resell to all you lucky customers who fall victim to this shop. They clearly do not have enough customer service and business savvy to understand that a customer who lives 3 minutes away and would be a regular asset to them, is a valuable customer to keep ✌ Note they replied below that they do not regard negative reviews. It shows.

I dont live far from this shop and I try to shop there whenever possible because the prices, hours and customer service can not be beat. Some have tried and failed miserably. They always go above and beyond for a customer it doesnt matter if youre spending a few dollars or a few hundred dollars. It just feels wrong to go anywhere else. Im a loyal customer for life.

Great deals, wide variety of products, and friendly, honest service. Bought a nectar collector that broke the first time I used it, got a huge discount on the piece I bought to replace it, have had no issues whatsoever since. If you live in South Everett, you should be going here.

I roll my own cigarettes so I get most of my tobacco and sleeves from this store. Reasonably and competitively priced, it also carries a great selection of Lighters and pipes. And it has a great selection of incense also which I purchase often

So far decent prices on most cigarettes. But if your look around there are some very high quality pyrex pipes ect for the lowest price ive been able to find and the customer service is great (unless you have one of the other employees outside of the main person who i usually see there; one employee i only have seen one time overcharged me = 4 times the amount i pay normally.) But the happy black guy who works ALOT is kind and knowledgeable and doesnt try to sell you on things like CIGARBOX, so this is my #1 main smoke shop now.

This shop is truly the best around, excellent service and quality products. The Employees have always been friedly and helpful. Since I started coming here, I do not go to any other shop. This place has it all! I always recommend Smoke King to everyone

I recently discovered that Smoke King overcharged for my Smok RPM2 kit. I found it at a much less expensive price online and in another local vape shop. Im very hurt by this, because Id explained to them how financially strained I am. Also, my kit was not complete, it was missing the user manual and the silicone airflow plugs. Also, the kit is supposed to contain two different pods; one RPM pod, and one RPM2 pod. Mine only had the RPM pod. There was no RPM2 pod, which is the one I want.(Im only mentioning this, Im not blaming Smoke King for the latter, because I cannot remember if my pod kit was factory sealed or not.) Im giving them one star because they were the only vape store that was open late.

This place has eveything and then some. Huge selection of pipes, bongs, vapes, gifts, and more. Best smoke shop around. Prices are very good. If you need something, they probably have it. A+

If you buy a vape mod set buy at least 5 glass tank replacement t ok n line otherwise they will make u buy an appointment ther tank because they womt have the replacement glass
