Some of the best customer service Ive received (from Ben) he knows his stuff. He hooked me up with a tank and a new vape box and I was set. He speaks so you can understand, and he makes sure you dont leave without full knowledge your product. Honestly after talking with him for 20 mins I feel like an expert. Defiantly beats ordering offline, even though the prices can be a little cheaper.. You can test the juice flavors and the products as well plus you can charge up and have a smoke session. Five Stars because thats all that Google offers, Id give them 10 stars thanks to Ben! This review is coming from a Lexus employee who specializes in customer service. Thanks again VS!

Ben is AWESOME!!!!Im new to the whole Vape thing and bought a vape from a store that didnt really know what they were doing. As a result went to every DMV store looking for the coil.Ben was the first one to recommend a new head which I did not know if possible and also a new battery hes my go-to guy for now on.

I am new to the vaping experience, tried it from other people but only recently bought my own kit the day before. I didnt like the flavors of juice from the store I bought at so I biked down the road to Vapor Solutions, the several mile ride was worth it for the customer service I was provided. The man who helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what I asked and patient with me even when I asked about one flavor after the next. I ultimately got three flavors instead of the one i had planned on walking in(Georgia Peach by Vapo-X and Gummy bear along with Manic Melon which are house flavors, all nic free), I was not pushed to do so but did so on my own. that is my favorite part, the staff do not push you, they give you the information you need and let you arrive at a decision on your own. Overall I will say that even though its easy to pass by, please dont on the basis that you will miss a superb experience. I will definitely be coming back.

The 2 times I went I walked out with the best stuff. Which is not what I need. And I specifically said that both times. Any good business owner would have replied with. What went wrong and what can I do to help. Apperantlly this owner has enough money that he could care less.... original review(They just want to sell over priced stuff to new people)..... Such a great reply from a business owner. He could care less if I shop there. Lol.. if he only knew. Couple of years ago i bought my very first vape set up here. I told them what I want and was over sold. Thats clearly my fault but I relied on professional opinion. I got tired of cleaning my vape and went back to cigarettes. Recently revisited this place. Specifically said I have vape boxes and want something disposable. Cus Im lazy. Once again I was oversold and talked out of what I want. Some how my dumdass walked with a newer version of refillable vapes. Per the opinion of a so called pro. Now I got $100 worth of stuff and Im still smoking cigarettes. Due to my laziness... apparently....I love my little city of fallschurch. I go out of my way and spend extra to support my local community. Every chance I get. My 10 year old son and I even volunteer to clean up habits in the local community. Every weekend. What does this business owner do for his community. Seems like he just rips people off and replys to messages making people feel like sh**.

Amazing customer service. Unrivaled knowledge and dedication. One of my mods got seriously jammed when my atty has a screw come lose. It took them two days to get it apart. Honestly, I dont even know how they did it most people would of had to cut the Atty off the mod thus destroying one in the process. I had tried everthing but breaking the thing. Not only did they manage to fix it they didnt even charge me! I guess because Ive spent 100s there. Best vape shop Ive been to ever. Top class IMO.

Really cool guy helped me out ! Haha he looked on the newer side and exhausted as hell but was still super helpful and kind which I always appreciate from those who are working long hours, beat, and still make sure to be alert and the most helpful possible. I was late for work, then got lost trying to find them, he told me exactly where to go. Then bam I saw it - went in, was one of those no chit chat I have to buy a new Vape and only had Arctic tanks recently but he hooked me up with the triton and some ejuice that was perfect. I was so excited to see juice I love there which is rare for me these days with all these different so-so types coming out. He was fast, sweet, helpful, knowledgable , and Im running back right now because there one of the few places in the Fairfax and falls church area open until ten ! Thanks guys!

Awesome store with very friendly and helpful staff. Came in to get acquainted with the vape process as I have stopped smoking cigarettes for the new year. Thanks guys and will definitely be back in the future.

I was a customer for over year but since yesterday I found another store close to my house selling the same liquid I smoke which is the lady dinner lemon tart way cheaper than you guys at least like 40% of the DMV sell it for the tobacco king in Arlington they do you have more variety has $15 less than any liquid DMV has but I give you guys Five stars I will never go come again since you charge me way more than I found ... Tobacco King in Arlington sells dinner lady lemon tart for a price not too far from the online price

Guy behind the counter couldnt get off his phone long enough to sell me anything. Very dismissive.No one else in the store. Went to My Vapez instead. Much better store
