Pretty disappointed. I’m one who never gets her nails done, and this is what I left with…. I guess the spa mani doesn’t include a massage either. Technician was incredibly nice, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

The Venetian officially lives up to the hype of the reviews! I had an incredible experience. It was a calm, welcoming environment. Renee actively listened to my needs before she started the massage. The bamboo was the addition I didn’t know I needed. Can’t wait to go back!!!

This was such a wonderful spa experience and worth the drive from Southern Pines. I haven’t had a body wrap in years so I figured I’d get one, and oh my goodness, this spa treatment surpassed anything I expected and more. My provider was Olena, and she made the experience and vibe soothing, calming and professional. I felt completely in her care and at ease, that I melted into the table. I didn’t know there would also be a body scrub and light massage it was so awesome and she took her time and care, I was there for quite a while, I highly recommend Olena! and I look forward to trying more spa treatments from The Venetian European Day Spa :)

It was our first visit, and my wife absolutely adored it. It had been ages since she had felt so relaxed. While she was enjoying her time, I was treated exceptionally well, almost like a king.

I hadnt had a facial done in quite awhile & I received a gift certificate so decided to go back. My experience was nothing short of wonderful. Charlie, my aesthitician did an amazing job & I was so relaxed when I left. I booked another one for next month.

They did a good job on my pedicure. The atmosphere was so relaxing. I will go back again. I also did a facial. The results looked good also.

My husband set me up with an appointment on 3/23 and it was amazing. I had no idea what I was going in for but I’m pretty sure it was a deep massage with bamboo. I was so relaxed during the 1.5 hour massage. Everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in.

The entire team was friendly and provided exceptional service. I was thrilled with the experience, especially since it was my first time getting a manicure. Raeanna did an excellent job.

Venetian Spa is an amazing place that provides an amazing experience. Suzanne made me feel relaxed so much so I fell asleep a couple times lol. I came in with soreness in my knee and felt the relief when I left. I will be back!

Throughly enjoyed the deep tissue / cupping massage from Suzanne. She is very talented and was able to work out some knots and leave me feeling truly relaxed and ready to get back to training for my next marathon.

I had a facial massage last night that helps tighten skin and work with people who have jaw pain, headaches, and migraines. It was done by Olena…. She is amazing! I can’t say enough. I’ve had two to date and I’m gonna start doing them 2 to 3 times a month. I have chronic migraines from a head injury and this massage is helping more than the medication I’ve been taking for a long time. Olena is an expert and I don’t know anyone else in this area who offers this type of massage. She was trained in Ukraine. She is a very kind person and easy to work with.The Venecian European salon is top rate in all of their offerings.

This is the most relaxing place in Fayetteville, NC. The staff was very patient with me and answered all my questions so that I had a great understanding of my services. The music that they play relaxes your body and will make you sleepy if you don’t stay alert. I highly recommend Raeanna if you are looking for a tech to take care of your services. She is very skilled at her job and will take time to show you the different choices that they offer to their customers so you can make a sound decision.

Cameron’s deep tissue massages are a MUST!!!!!! I’ve had many massage therapists and she is by far the best! The sweet ladies at the front desk are so helpful and funny :)

Jo Ellen did my hair and eyebrows today and she was fantastic! I like my hair long and she respected my wish and just trimmed it up - and she did a beautiful job with the layers and bangs. She’s so knowledgeable and super sweet!

It’s been a while since I treated myself to a massage but it was long overdue. I booked a same day appointment for a Deep Tissue massage at the Venetian day spa with Kaitlyn and she was wonderful. Very friendly, professional and very effective. I feel amazing. I will definitely be back and I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks for a great experience.

I have been utilizing the spa services for a few years now and my wife loves it. The prices are very good and the quality of customer service is above excellent. The excel to make the customer feel at home and around family. They have some serious discounts (by season) that are just awesome. I will definitely recommend this business A+++

Love the Venetian Spa in Fayetteville. I have had a few massage therapists. Today I had masseuse Cameron and she was great too! I have called and booked online which is easy and reliable. Wait times very fast. I feel like all massage therapists have listened to me and are very pleasant.

Stopped in to just book an appointment and was fortunate to be able to get done then. I received a manicure and pedicure from Raeanna and she did a great job. Customer service is amazing! Booked more appointments!

Had a relaxing, expert pedicure from Sheena today. This is a great place to relax and unwind!

Loved my experience getting a pedicure for the most part. The atmosphere was relaxing. However for the price, I paid twice as much as a normal nail salon and the massage part (which is why I was willing to do the deluxe option) was barely a minute long which was disappointing. Maybe other services are better. But I don’t think I will be returning for a pedicure.

I love this place! The staff are so pleasant and patient with you. The entire place looks great and is very well organized and clean! The massage and facial was overly outstanding and i will definitely be going back very soon! Also i had a issue with something and the front desk lady...( not sure what her name was so i am so sorry)... but she was understanding and patient with me and made sure i was good to go. I am taking my best friend with me next time i go!

Raeanna did a fantastic pedicure. She is very meticulous and knowledgeable. The only reason I rated a 4 instead of 5 is that the room was very cold.

The facility is real nice. Products are expensive but not more than any other salon. The waiting area is cute, although the tv being up and functional wouldve been nice. No wifi for patrons, which I dont mind because I only waited like 5 min. The process to booking an appt is super simple and convenient.I Really enjoyed my massage by Jason! I hadnt done anything for myself in a while and was having some real bad sciatica flare ups recently so I decided to treat myself. Jason did awesome! He was so nice and not too much of a talker but was so engaging and informative on what I can do for myself to deal with the pain. I definitely plan on coming back once a month! Thank you so much!!

Recently discovered the Venetian Spa. Each of my four visits has been fantastic. Their exceptional customer service is only surpassed by their skill.

I had a manicure and pedicure with Raeanna. She is very talented and attentive, I couldn’t decide on a color for a long time, Raeanna patiently tried to help me with the choice. In the end, everything turned out perfect, I am very pleased with the result.

The environment was relaxing. Suzanne was my masseuse did an awesome job.

I booked a massage and a facial for my overworked long distance bestie. Everything was perfect. She was absolutely thrilled with the service and threatened to just move in altogether. I had a body wrap, massage, and facial with Cameron she was absolutely amazing and friendly. Afterwards, I received a pedicure by Erica and was very satisfied with how sweet and bubbly she was throughout the process. I highly recommend this spa to everyone! The best spa I have ever been to!!! Professional from start to finish and they make you feel welcome. Seems like customer service has gone out of the window in some establishments, but not here. I have not had a bad experience yet and I have been to the spa on a number of different occasions for different services. I have also sent my husband for a massage, in which he enjoyed, as well as my oldest daughter. She raved about her experience. You will not be disappointed.

Just had the Swedish massage with Marina. She was an absolute angel and was very attentive to every knot and every part of my body that felt tight until it was gone. My first time here and I absolutely loved it. The environment is so friendly and smells amazing. I will be returning. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

I saw Bethany for a facial yesterday and was in absolute heaven. I decided to have a little day to treat myself to relaxation and boy, did she get me to relax. She was so skilled and knew exactly what my skin needed. She warned me that my skin might freak out a little due to being exposed to new products and I was a tad worried as I have sensitive skin but…my skin is GLOWING today. My main skin concern was texture and she was able to see/feel that and not only does it look radiant but it feels so incredibly smooth. I can’t recommend The Venetian or Bethany enough!

What a great place to relax. Me and my friend were greeted with all smiles and the massages were great! They created an experience which is what I was looking for! They were very very clean. Go to the locally owned places. The owner is involved and has done a phenomenal job on creating an escape for her clients. I wish I remembered the therapist name but he has been a therapist for over 20 years and his pressure is great! The girls who did pedicures were wonderful and the front desk was all smiles and very helpful! Thankyou for an overall great experience!

Bethany did my Brazilian wax and she recognized me from the first time. She is so professional and makes sure I’m comfortable before during and after. She is such a sweet heart and her vibe is lovely.

Amazing experience! I had a 90 minute sports massage with Pamela, and she did great! She made sure she knew exactly what kings of pressure/stretching I wanted most, and was very thorough and intentional with her technique. She did an amazing job. Highly, highly recommend this place. Each time Ive been, Im always very pleased. Also, even with COVID-19 introducing new challenges to providing services, I felt they were very professional and purposeful in their implications for public health/safety-driven changes.

Jason is my favorite massage therapist but the facility is so well run that I feel confident in having the other massage therapists also. Staff is kind and courteous and the facility has always been clean. I have forgotten an appointment and rescheduled it, with apologies on my part and not being charged on theirs. I try to get monthly massages here as my schedule allows.

As a dental hygienist I can appreciate a good massage. My neck and back stay in knots because of work. Today I went in to see Sarah for a deep tissue massage and she did not disappoint. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She even showed me a good stretch I can do at work! Thank you Sarah for all that you do and for making this old hygienist feel better!

First time using the Venetian today. Had a couples massage for 90 minutes—it was AWESOME!!! My wife had a deep tissue (James) and I had a sports massage (Belle). They both are masters at their craft. Really set a new high bar for any massages we have in the future. We’ll definitely be back.

Ambience is perfect. Hubby and I was here yesterday for deep tissue massage. And we both loved it! I was gone, lol. My masseuse was great. I asked her name twice, but I was so relax I keep forgetting (My bad).Hubbys masseur did a good job too. He said he dont remember most of it because he fell asleep. Haha. All he know is he is so relax and he can move his upper back better now.Well definitely come back for more. A must have kind of date (atleast once a month).

I love coming to this salon! Warmly greeted with excellent customer service, cleanliness and professionalism every time. I get the Brazilian and underarm wax with Tania (which I was initially very nervous about) but Tanias light spirit and good energy makes me comfortable. I highly recommend.

My daughter gets her hair cut here, and Ive had facials. The staff is always friendly, and I leave relaxed and glad I invested in self-care. Around the holidays, they usually have a gift card sale, too, so keep an eye on their social media.

Had my first professional massage and facial today. Both the masseuse and the aesthetician were amazing. The masseuse absolutely relaxed every part of my body! The aesthetician, Tonia, knew lots about skin care and was friendly, held a nice conversation with me during my pedicure. Even give you a water bottle, and they make sure your experience is sanitory and clean. 10/10 definitely coming back.

About 2 years ago I had a bad experience, and I decided to never do any time of waxing. I finally was over shaving and decided to get a Brazilian wax, full legs, and armpits.BETHANY was excellent, she is a fast waxer. Instead of going slow which in my opinion causes more pain, she goes fast which is less painful. During my Brazilian wax, i was very embarrassed and Bethany made me feel very comfortable. It was not awkward at all she walked me through everything she was doing. 100% recommend and I will be coming back to her again.

I rarely write reviews, however I couldnt help but share my wonderful experience here. I was only visiting town and researched extensively to find a place to get a pedicure... And this place did not disappoint! I was greeted promptly and taken very well care of by Danielle! She made me feel comfortable the whole time and it was very evident how talented she is at her job. She really took her time and was very meticulous in providing the perfect pedicure, to the point that we ended up finishing a few mins after closing hours. Addiontally and importantly, they actually take the time to clean between clients amidst COVID. Thank you for the excellent service and I cant wait to come here again if ever back in the area!

Danielle was amazing. Hands down the best pedicure Ive ever gotten and Ive traveled to a lot of places. She explained everything she was doing and the tools she used plus the best options for me. I just got out of the field after 3 weeks of training so I was in dire need of a pedicure (it was bad). She was so attentive and helpful and did an incredible job. Plus I am very sick and when I had a coughing fit she got me extra water and even gave me some cough drops. Talk about above and beyond. I have never been more happy with an experience anywhere. In the little time I have left here in Fayetteville, I will be going back for another visit. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Had my first ever mother’s massage with Pamela! She was so sweet and attentive the whole time. I was truly able to relax and enjoy myself while there. AND they even give you a snack afterwards — such a great surprise for this pregnant mommy.

I had Bell and she was amazing. I am really going to miss her and this location when I leave. The staff is wonderful and they are always helpful you when you need to reschedule. Even better, if there is an opening for you the same day, they are more than willing to take you in. Theyve always been pleasant and I never had any issues. Like I said, Im going to miss this place!

We had 2 pedicures: sports and OPI, the ladies were super nice, but talked too much; I believe it took away from the massage of the pedicure and service. My toenails look good, but the massage and relaxing was missing. Will try for massage next time, hope much better.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. The price for a deep tissue massage is well worth it. I body build and love the pain i get when i feel those muscles getting unkinked! I love the service (i believe her name is amber) that works at the front desk. Always smiles! They take you up stairs give you some water while you wait and then (well I do) Get a small nice snack/meal after wards. During the message Jason amazing massage!!! Hurts so good! The music the theme, just everything is just so relaxing! I try to come here 1-2x a month to work out the muscles! I always recommend this place when asked where to go.

I finally found a wonderful place in NC to get my nails done!! I had a wonderful experience! Tianna the nail technician was amazing! Congratulations on her first day here! She was so personable and easy-going! My nails look great! The place was very clean and organized! The woman at the front desk, ( I didnt catch her name) when I first came in this afternoon to make an appointment was just a peach! Super sweet and very knowledgable about all the products and services! LOVE IT! I will definitely be coming back!

I had a deep tissue massage with Vanessa, when I say amazing oh my God it was like I was floating. I fell asleep and didn’t even realize how deep of sleep I was in until she woke me. This place is extremely clean, spacious, and professional. The receptionist is a sweetheart you feel the welcome immediately through the door. They also offer complimentary wine, chicken salad crackers and cake, can’t beat that. I also received a pedicure and let’s just say my feet were wayyyyy better walking out then when I came. I highly recommend this place to anyone they are fanominal.

What can I say got my first Brazilian and Im so glad I went here these ladies are so friendly and courteous I felt right at home. As soon as I walked in Miss Amber greeted me and made me feel so welcome. The real deal was Miss Bell, my new BFF. She took her time, I was so nervous but she made me feel like she really cared about me. Had me laughing the entire time. Ive already made my next appointment. Ladies if youve never had a Brazilian you have to go here. 5*`S all day. Keep up the great job ladies, you rock.. Prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere was so relaxed. I will return and I recommend going here.

I went to this spa about a month ago and the front desk ladies were nice. I had a Swedish massage with Bella. She was very warm and nice. I think the massage could have been better for the price. I had a facial with Diane afterwards and the facial itself was ok..... Diane wasnt as friendly and my facial seemed rushed. For the price I paid that day it was not worth it. Probably wont be back.

The Venetian Spa is literally my heaven on Earth here in Fayetteville. Ive gone for manicures, pedicures, massages, and facials and during each visit every single employee went above and beyond to give me the most luxurious experience. Amber is an amazing owner, her passion for her business is truly evident in everything they do. I highly recommend the Eminence Organic Skin Care products they sell!!

Got a gift certificate for my birthday and was beyond pleased!! Best spa and massage I’ve had in a long time!!! Definitely recommend. Smelled amazing and I left feeling like a million bucks.

The Venetian is wonderful! This is my go-to place for an excellent massage, pedicures, manicures, and Jo Ellen does my hair! They offer so much more! The atmosphere is beautiful and calming, and the staff is friendly.

I recently was at the Venetian, and I couldnt say more great things!! I called with absolutely no idea about what I really needed or wanted and the lady over the phone was more than helpful after me explaining to her what troubles I was having. I went in and had a sports massage and all I can say is, WOW! I believe I had, Jason. Best massage ever, hands down. Everyone in there was so friendly and inviting! 10 stars!

Can’t get a better massage or better face and hair products

I really like the new location and the fact that I don’t need to climb steep stairs. My nail tech was great. She did a good job and I enjoyed a pleasant conversation. However, the nail tech at the next station talked loudly and constantly. I went there to relax, but was disappointed in that respect. Not everyone wants a review of the latest Avengers movie.

Fun place, very nice and cozy inside. Girlfriend booked us a couples massage for Valentines Day. Hot stone massage was a great experience. Word of advice, take it easy the next day. I went for a run that about killed me... 😂

I absolutely love this place! Even though my husband got the message I was treated so kindly even with a fussy 1 year old. He absolutely loved it !! They offered lunch to us all which was complimentary, so delicious. As soon as you walk in it feels calming I cant wait to go back for me.

I have been getting my hair colored and cut here for a few months now, and every staff member I have ever come into contact with has been so sweet and wonderful. They even offer you food and drinks while you wait on your hair! I would recommend this salon to everyone.

I had such a relaxing time here at the Venetian European Spa. I almost fell asleep while I was getting my massage. When I was finished and walked out of the building my whole body felt like jello. I plan to be back for the deep tissue massage soon

Im VERY particular about my hair. I have a lot of it, its hard to grow, course, and all around pain in the butt! But! 😂 Ive been going to the same woman for two years, Joe, to have my hair cut and she took my DONT and restored it in to a DO! In my honest opinion, this is the best place to go to get your hair cut because she ALWAYS listens and gives a real honest opinion about how she thinks what you want will be for you! All this knit picky non sense about calling 48 hours ahead, if you dont want to be charged, dont be flakey lol

Went for my second trim with JoEllen, after receiving what was a great service and a beautiful cut.Second trim went in and JoEllen butchered my long once wavy beautiful hair. Repeatedly told her I did not want anything off my length and as I watched in horror as she chopped off 4 inches from my long layers she assured me my length was not altered in the back. Because my hair is naturally curly I had informed her that I do not like thinning shears used on my hair, and completely ignoring me ...,started using them, and despite immediately telling her I did not want thinning shears used kept hacking away. After rewashing and styling my own hair its become obvious she did this to attempt to cover the hack job she did on my layers.DO NOT USE THIS STYLIST. SHE WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU. She will do whatever she wants to achieve the result SHE wants, NOT what you want.After working in the spa industry, I do not take a bad review lightly. Mistakes happen, but this woman did not respect or listen to any of my wishes or concerns.Now, unless I flat iron my hair, or spend an hour styling, it is a hot mess.Overall, she lied and left me with hair that is frizzy, uneven and 4 inches shorter everywhere.I am horrified and traumatized by her service. Its so difficult to find a stylist that respects long hair.... If you value your hair, like I do, dont go here.

My husband bought me a gift certificate for Valentines Day last year; which stated that my gift was a ONE HOUR BACK, NECK, & SHOULDER MASSAGE. However when I went in to redeem my massage I was then informed that I would owe them another $10. Which I gave the lady and she just laid it on the counter and tried to just send me upstairs. I had to ask for a receipt which only then did she enter my payment into the computer and put the money up.😒 There wasnt anyone else there waiting, or coming in. Other employees were just standing around so there was time for this to be done. My problem with this is it made me feel like she was just trying to get over on me. Also I was informed that they did let some people redeem their gifts for what was previously paid without anything extra but I guess I was the exception to that rule. If you are going to change your prices then you need to give out gift cards with a certain amount of money on them. Not what the massage is and then proceed to make people pay extra later. Thats no longer a gift its a piece of one. At the end of the day your employees are suffering because they are losing out on their tips. Im not gonna tip greatly if Im having to shell more money out to you for what should have been my gift. Also what you do for a client and admit that you did it for others.... should be honored for all clients. Will not be going back. I would rather give my money to a more honorable, professional establishment. In response to you trying to make yourself look good about it being expired your staff isnt even competent enough to write the correct expiration date. My husband even called at the end of January to confirm that it was the wrong date written on there and your receptionist told him that he was correct that it didnt expire until the 14th. Which I was there on the 14th because your policy states that you take walkins. However your staff wouldnt see me that day and made an appointment for me to come back. Which I told her then that it would be expired and she said that was ok I could still use it. So if it is the case that you honor unexpired gifts then I shouldnt have had to pay the extra money according to you . But we all know thats a lie.

Very friendly staff, relaxing ambiance, and reasonable prices. I didnt give 5 stars for the flight of steps you have to climb for spa services.
