I love this place! If you wanna make sure your knots get out go with Christina. If you want more of a relaxing massage for Edith. I had the pleasure to have both of them! Love them equally!

Today was my first time trying Massage Envy. It was an AMAZING experience! The receptionist was very nice and the facility was very clean!Now, my massage was ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEE‼️ After reading several reviews, I decided on scheduling with Neesha. NEESHA WAS TOP TIER‼️ She was professional, thorough, and very friendly! She hit areas that I dont believe has been hit with my previous experiences with other massage therapists! I will most definitely be back and Im scheduling with Neesha!

Todays spa experience at Massage Envy on Ramsey St. was awesome. Our Masseuses Cristina & Neesha hit every spot. They would have you feeling like a brand new person. My mom esthetician Bamb had my mom facial skin baby smooth. We will definitely be back again for more.

Absolutely love this place. I tried the one on Skibo however it was a really bad experience overall. I did not want to give up so I switched over to this one on Ramsay Street and it is amazing. I get a facial from Bambi every time I go there and she is the most professional person ever. Not only is she really good at her job, but she recommends the best treatments for your face to see results fast. She is also extremely understanding and kind. Very great experience overall. I would recommend Bambi over anyone any day.

Perfect place to get a message and facial. Super clean and very professional about your comfort level of pressure and how you want to dress for any service. I have the membership to save some money as I need a message often for chronic muscle and joint pain. I like it because you can roll over any service you don’t use and I’ve gifted a few to family and friends.

Love, love my results! Went in to Ramsey st. Location and had a chemical peel with Bambi! Very informative, knowledgeable about products, treatments and techniques! Already pre-booked my next appointment! Definitely say a 5 star experience 💕I don’t normally do memberships with places l like this, but already considering 😄

I had Neesha and she was EXCELLENT. She was polite enough to let me stop during the 90 to take a quick call! She still did an excellent job with firm pressure all of my muscles and knots had been worked out. I was sore but Im a good way. She is extremely thorough and did a wonderful job. It felt wonderful.

I have been coming to Massage envy for about a year. It started out as a Christmas gift from my husband and has evolved into a much needed commitment. I have only seen Carrie at every appointment and while I cannot attest to the other therapist I can definitely say Carrie is the best of the best 💎. The first time I got a massage she knew instantly that there was something going on with my back without me telling and since then I see Carrie once a month.

This is not a review intended for this location specifically, but more of a review of Massage Envy as a whole and my experience with their membership program. All staff at this location have been friendly and professional and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed all of my massages.The membership program is a completely different story. The contract lacks transparency when you sign up. I’m sure it’s in the fine print somewhere, but it’s a yearly contract that bills monthly meaning you can’t cancel until after a year. There is nowhere on the site to see how many massages you have acquired to your account. Availability for appointments are usually more than 3 weeks out which makes it difficult for someone with a constantly changing schedule.If you definitely know you’re going to get a massage or service once a month or more and can schedule appointments well in advance than the membership makes sense. I would caution signing up until you’re certain though due to the cancellation process being confusing and involved.

I had a massage and facial done yesterday! Hands down the best facial I’ve ever had! My aesthetician I believe her name was Jessica was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and explained what she was doing with each product etc! I’ve never had anyone to do that before! She made the facial very enjoyable and her hand/neck massage was on point!! Marcus did my massage and after telling him I hold all my stress in my upper back and neck he DID NOT disappointing! I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks! At some point I think I even asked if I could move in! 😂🤪 It was most definitely a great massage!! Thanks for such a great experience and some me time! Excited for the new Ramsey st. location since it’s so close to home for me!!

Women at the front desk were so friendly- felt like we were friends. & Robin gives an excellent deep massage!

I have a membership and there is a massage envy closer to my house, but Marcus (I think his name is) has a heavenly touch. Had my massage cut short because I ran late for my appointment, but the 45-50 minutes I had with him was (I am almost positive) THE BEST massage I have ever had. My friend accidentally scheduled me for a massage for deep pressure and when I told him I needed light pressure, but not too light or I would become ticklish and would stop enjoying my massage. He gave me the perfect pressure throughout the entire process. He paid attention to everything that I mentioned I liked best, and made sure I had a superb massage. Thanks Marcus!

The worst message ever. The girl waited till I fall asleep and didnt even touch my back. I felt no relief at all and I was still charged $80

Just got a massage done at this location and it was mediocre. I have really bad tension headaches and she didn’t massage my neck/shoulder areas. She focused more on my back instead. I was hoping she would work towards releasing that tension, but that didn’t happen. Very disappointed. She seemed as if she didn’t want to be at work and the service she gave matched her energy. Definitely NOT worth $130.

This review is location/person specific. I had to go to two other locations before I found someone who was worth the $65 monthly fee. Cristina is amazing, always listens to what is hurting, adjusts her massage, and knows what she is doing. She is the reason I haven’t canceled my membership.

Phyllis was awesome. I asked for firm to deep pressure, and she really exceeded my expectations with her professionalism and acumen. The prices are high, and availability is more than a month out...hence 4 stars. Not indicative of the therapist...definitely business availability and pricing.

Everyone Ive interacted with here have been really nice & professional. Except for one awkward guy, the goods outweigh the few awkward moments from one masseuse. Majority of the massage therapists have been amazing at their job and friendly 👍 The one back facial Ive gotten at this location was great!

Had a 90-minute massage with Neesha this morning. I ran a couple minutes late but was promptly taken care of. Neesha was the absolute most professional massage therapist Ive ever had. Ive been a member of Massage Envy for more than 4 years and Ive always enjoyed my experiences at other locations, but this location is outstanding. I highly recommend Neesha!Additionally, I had a 60-minute facial that seamlessly followed my massage. Tracey was very professional as well with excellent communication regarding my service and recommended products for my skin.Overall, I know this place is new, but I was happily impressed with both Neesha and Tracey as well as the two young ladies at the front who cashed me out.11/10

The front desk receptionist was very snarky, unhelpful, and snooty. She was not friendly when I asked for information about working at this location.To be honest, no candidate want to waste their time going through the hiring process only to be offered minimum wage and minimal compensation at a face to face interview.For several months, Massage Envy have had ads running almost everyday looking for candidates to work in the massage therapist and esthetician position.So, when people call to ask questions about the work environment, just answer them or direct them to the hiring manager. Not have them go to Indeed where information is vague.I dont need the job.Good luck finding and retaining employees.

I am leaving this establishment more tense and aggravated than when I arrived. When I checked in I was told that they tried to contact me because my therapist was not available. This would’ve been my second time at this location as I usually go to the Skibo location. That location texts which is my preferred method of contact. I was told that the Ramsey location does not have that ability so the email they sent me two hours before I left home was buried in one of 50 emails I had received that morning. They stated they tried to call my phone but I received no such call on review of my call history. There was also nothing in my dashboard on their app that there was a problem with my appointment which I checked before I left home. I have been a “member“ since before the Covid pandemic. In the past six months I have had at least five cancellations several of them in less than 24 hours before my appointment. I understand things happen but I’m very frustrated with this place.

I visited this location today and must say I feel better then I have for a while. Nisha is totally awesome 🥰 and I would definitely recommend this location!
