Ying Massage (Full Body Massage and Foot Massage)

Great for massages but not “body scrubs” I been here twice for a body massage they were good but today I got a body scrub & the lady rubbed dr teal on my body with her bare hands(no body scrubber or exfoliating glove) so I didn’t reap the benefits of a scrub, however I paid the 50 bucks and tipped as she did do “a service” but it felt like a rip off honestly but they were nice & welcoming

First time customer. Great experience, Great customer service. No wait. This was better than expected. Ci Ci was amazing! She listened and continuously checked with me to make sure I was comfortable. I had a 90 min massage. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean and smelled amazing. I like the bigger massage tables. Its been a while since my last massage but Ill be going back there soon!

Took my wife to get a massage earlier today, and it was by far the worse massage I’ve ever received. Got a 90 massage 60 full body and 30 foot massage.. the massage was rushed and it felt like a vigorous rub very uncomfortable and unpleasant. I was asked what level of pressure I desired and I stated medium.. I had to keep telling her she was too hard.. over and over. Her nails were too long and kept scratching me , she would also focus on one spot rubbing vigorously which caused my experience to be very unpleasant. Not to me mention, you could hear other people talking through walls and cars honking in the parking lot. My massage was wasn’t relaxing at all! Luckily the gentleman that massages my wife did a. Ok job from what she shared however overall the worst 186 spent on a massage.. the price totaled $186 vs $180 for two 90 min session due to me paying with a card so they charged me an additional $6..don’t waste your money here!

I honestly cannot believe what I endured....I should have left right in the beginning....I felt like I was being man handled....I told him too hard & it was still too hard. You couldnt understand anything, and it was the opposite of a relaxing experience. There is no way they are certified....I think my daughter could have done a better job. They were going through the motions to speed up the clock. TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS. I SHOULD HAVE.

My friend and I come in for massages. Before we arrived we were told there was availability. When we got there they told us we needed to wait 45 minutes for the next appointment, which was fine. We waited, and when we headed back, they told us that the gave someone else our spot and we would need to wait and additional 45 minutes. The service was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

The massage was very good. My masseuse had to go to the restroom in the middle of my message. But she didnt tell me, she just opened the door and walked out, someone else came in and started messaging. I told them absolutely not. It was very rude and disrespectful. They apologized and explained. I told them they should have done that before they left me on the table. Im not returning.

I have been a regular customer at Ying Massage Spa, primarily for their foot reflexology massages, and I must say they do a really good job! The therapists are skilled and provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.The foot reflexology massages at Ying Massage Spa are truly effective. The therapists apply the right amount of pressure and focus on the reflex points that correspond to different organs and body systems. After each session, I feel refreshed and revitalized.One aspect that impressed me is the knowledge and expertise of the male therapist I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from. He was well-versed in the techniques and theories of reflexology. He explained the process and its benefits, which added to my overall satisfaction with the experience.However, there is one minor area that could be improved upon. During my session, I noticed that the therapists hands seemed a bit rough, which affected the overall comfort level. It would be beneficial if the therapists could maintain softer hands to enhance the overall experience.Despite this small concern, I highly recommend Ying Massage Spa for their foot reflexology massages. The therapists expertise and the effectiveness of the treatment make it a worthwhile visit. The spa has a relaxing ambiance, and the staff is friendly and professional. I always leave feeling refreshed and with a sense of well-being. A visit to Ying Massage Spa is definitely a treat for your feet!

A tip is discretionary, not required! A $10 tip was offered and the owner had the nerve to say “that’s it.” I will never return to this establishment. You must be grateful for whatever tip you receive!

I came in as a walk in today. The first room they put me in was small and it was too stuffy for me and I couldnt breath. I asked the lady if they had a small fan. She stated they didnt. She lead me to another room a little bigger. I thank her. My lady came in I told her what I wanted and baby she went to work. When I tell you MS. Coco worked every muscle in my body that I didnt even knew existed. Every time she would work a different part of my body I was saying ok this here is the best. But when she got to my FACE and I was already stopped up. I truly dont know what she was doing because Ive never had no one do what she did but I was in heaven. I dont have any complaints at all and yes I will be going back. Oh and yes they do use alit of oil but coco wiped all that off so i was not greasy when i left. Thank you Coco.

One of the best massage therapy places in Fayetteville! They are all very friendly! Reasonable prices! We were provided with complimentary snacks and scalp massages with our services! They took their time with our services and did not rush!

Okay so its a Sunday and I woke up with another migraine which has happened more frequently and that means I need to see the chiropractor and or get a massage. I was finally able to find a place that had availability at the last minute on a Sunday afternoon and this place was it. I always read reviews before I go so naturally thats the first thing I did. They have a 4.7 and a lot of great comments so I figured I didnt have a lot of options so why not give it a try. This is a No Frills massage location, I wont call it a spa LOL. It definitely is missing the small touches such as aromatherapy in the room, larger rooms that have a chair where you can kind of catch your breath after your massage, the small niceties of having the sheet politely folded back as they work on you, and lastly massage oil versus the very heavy oil that they use. I have never felt so oily and slick in my life LOL. I dont know what kind of oil this is but Ive never felt a massage oil that made me feel like I was ready to be dipped in the fryer. Other than those couple of small pleasures, my masseuse Jimmy gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had! I will take this great massage in exchange for the niceties of a massage parlor or Spa and will be returning.If you are used to or if you are expecting a welcoming salon or Spa where you want to sit and sip some tea after your massage, you want a plush room, you want someone that is having small talk with you, then this is not your place. If you want your body to be worked out and stretched out, possibly with tons of oil lol, then this is your place. On my next trip I will just ask them not to use as much oil.I had to take off a star because the room was very small, the sheet was shorter than I am and Im 510, there was no aromatherapy available, the music was very low and not in the room with you but rather piped through the entire building Im guessing, the walls were thin so I could hear the people in the neighboring rooms as well as people in the hallway, there were some shoes in the room when I entered and they did not belong to my masseuse or to me , and I had a small concern about the tiles on the ceiling not being closed completely and being a little dirty. It sounds like maybe I should have taken off another star but the massage was so good I could only deduct one star lol.

MY ISSUES WERE THAT I WAS NOT ASKED IF THERE WERE CERTAIN AREAS I NEEDED TO HAVE FOCUS ON, OR LESS PRESSURE. THERE IS NO MUSIC PLAYED IN THE ROOMS, THE LIGHTS ARE NOT DIMMED DURING THE MASSAGE SESSION, AND THEY DO NOT ASK IF YOU WOULD LIKE CERTAIN PARTS OF YOUR BODY TO STAY COVERED DURING THE SESSION. THE MOST DISTASTEFUL EXPERIENCE CAME WHEN IT WAS TIME TO CHECKOUT. I PAID WITH CARD, AND I ALWAYS TIP IN CASH, AS I DONT LIKE THEIR TIPS TAXED, AND I HAVE BEEN GETTING MASSAGES FOR YEARS WITH MASSAGE ENVY. AS I PAID WITH MY CARD AND FILLED OUT MY TOTAL, THE MASSEUSE GRABBED THE RECEIPT AND AND DEMANDED A TIP BE ON THERE IN A VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND EXPECTANT WAY. I INFORMED HER THAT I TIP IN CASH AS I WAS GRABBING MY WALLET, AND SHE TRIED TO NOT RETURN MY CARD, UNTIL SHE GOT HER TIP. I ALWAYS TIP 20% OR MORE, BUT THIS COMPLETELY TURNED ME OFF AND RUBBED ME THE WRONG WAY, SO INSTEAD OF THE 25% PERCENT SHE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN IN CASH, I TIPPED HER A FEW DOLLARS THAT I DID NOT WANT TO GIVE BECAUSE OF HER ATTITUDE AND I LEFT.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! WHAT IF THIS WAS A GIFT TO SOMEONE, WHO SHOULD REALLY ONLY HAVE TO SHOW UP, AND RECEIVE THEIR SERVICE, NOT BE OBLIGATED TO TIP. THERE ARE MORE PROFESSIONAL WAYS TO ASK FOR GRATUITY, AND THIS WAS NOT IT. Considering this was last minute for me, My foot massage was one of theeeeee best! The only downfall for me was the scenery ! It’s not giving spa vibes at all! It definitely needs to be updated ! It also smells like sewer water in there ! It’s extremely out dated but nice massage! I won’t be returning tho due to not getting the “spa vibes” I’m used to !

Today me and my spouse had a couples massage. It was reality great. The outside wasnt appealing but they do a great job.

Very nice place and employees are very gracious. The massage was wonderful. Prices very good considering all they do for 1 hour massage.My only complaint is that when I got ready to pay she mentioned tip…. I was tipping anyway but I don’t need you to tell me that !I would go back but they need aromatherapy candies instead of the dim light and some soothing music wouldn’t hurt.Overall great experience.

Update: I went back for JUST a foot massage and it was heavenly. I had a male masseuse this time not sure if that made a difference. I will def be back for a foot massage but will proceed with caution for a full body.I’m not sure what she did to my back but it’s been 2 weeks and it feels awful. There was no rhythm or method to the massage and she was just doing anything. For $50 I guess I got my moneys worth but I will not be returning

The staff was nice but, I didn’t feel like the table linens were sanitary— someone else’s shoes were in my room which was weird. Also, there was a roach on the dresser where I had my stuff sitting so I was a bit upset . Just pay the extra to go to an actual spa. I went because I stand a lot and needed a quickie and some relief for a headache— back is still tense & my head is still pounding .

My fiance and I visited here and loved it. We requested 2 female massage therapists. We were in the couples room, the light was perfect and the music was sooooo soothing. Also please try their table shower. I highly recommend that service. We look forward to coming back again next month.

Absolute worse massage I ever had in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady didn’t book me correctly then the lady massaging me don’t speak English and was soo rough my body aches. I told her too rough she lightened up then went back too rough I stopped her and said too rough. I booked a 60min and 30 foot massage. My massage stopped 15min early. Then took 7min to get hot stones i never asked for. I never got my foot massage. Then massage therapist got an attitude because I wanted to go get cash for a tip out of the atm after she bashed on my body and wanted the tip right then and there. I tip very well for service but I’m disgusted right now. I wanted to relax this the worse experience of my life. Normally massages put me to sleep she man handled me and was almost doing chiropractic work on me. No oils or lotions on most part of my body and it almost feels like rug/Indian burns right now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY! I only went here because traditions massage was closed down the street NEVER AGAIN!

I just went there last week and there wasn’t really doing any techniques or anything. My back still feels the same and they were barely doing anything to my back. They were just basically rubbing it. I don’t even know if they’re certified because my girl does massages and she can tell on somebody when someone’s not doing their job right especially massager like their facility is good and it’s clean but that $60 massage wasn’t it at all. I had a massage by a real massage therapist and he know what he was doing, but this one that I went to it wasn’t it I feel like they didn’t know what they were doing.

This was our first time coming here and we were pleasantly surprised. The people were very kind and attentive. The prices were very reasonable. My hubby and I both got a massage and it was awesome. We plan on going back many times and have a new favorite place to go!

I can’t even count how many times I been to this massage studio and I am always pleasantly amazed. The full body massage is amazing to the point that I was too schedule a massage monthly. I started sending this massage studio to all of my friends and family telling them that this is the best and most affordable massage studio I’ve ever been to. If you need a full body massage that automatically includes hot stones Ying massage is the place to go!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Worst experience I’ve had since coming. Massage was good. It was loud during my massage from other rooms and someone kept coming in. Also when I got ready to pay she mentioned a tip which I was about to give. And she said it was SMALL, they charge for credit/debit transactions so I could only give the cash I had left. Will not be returning

I dont recommend it anymore they were talking on the phone not once but twice while.massaging and they dont do that to certain ones. I brought two pf my sisters from California and they did not like that either. Then they changed switched therapist while working on me that was rude and inconsiderate. Then they are very pushy about their tips SMH 🙄. I dont recommend them anymore .

The very best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. I’ve gotten a lot of massages for neck and back pain over the years and have paid much higher prices for much lower quality massages many times at other places. The prices at Ying are excellent and the quality of the massages is unmatched every single time. Highly recommend.

My husband and I wanted a couples massage for our anniversary and after trying to book at multiple places around Fayetteville and Peachtree City we found Yings. It was a short notice, as in the day before, appointment. Not only was Yings able to accommodate but we even got to pick our time. I was nervous that we would have a long wait when we arrived because of the last minute appointment but we were walked straight back. This is not a champagne with robe day spa with facials, this is a get straight to it message therapy. Very clean environment with soothing music and low lights. The therapists spoke quietly when needed and even their tone was soothing. The only thing I will say and it is still not negative is I wish my therapist was a bit more heavy handed. I am sure I could have requested but I am shy lol. My husband had Jenny and she knew all the right spots. She was up on that table going in on his hot spots. He said it was the best he had ever had. She left about halfway through and another lady came in to finish my husbands session which he still said did a great job. I am assuming Jenny was requested and left for another client. When I go back I will request Jenny just to see whats up! Pricing is good as well and the hot stones are amazing. We will be back and we will be sending others their way. Wonderful experience!

Just left after having a great massage. The facility is clean. Everyone that I encountered was kind and professional.The deep tissue definitely isnt for the faint of heart. It hurts so good though. The masseuse often checked to make sure the pressure level was ok. Even when I was trying to tough it out, he noticed my subtle winces and reduced the intensity. The only thing that I would do differently is take cash. I think thats what is preferred. Upon presenting my credit card, I was asked if I had cash or cash app. Ultimately, I was able to pay with a credit card but that included an additional processing fee. He was so kind and the massage was so good that I didnt mind paying the extra $3. I will be back again for sure. Im a little sore right now but know that I will feel like a million bucks later!

This was the absolute best massage ever! This is now my new spot! Took hubby there for his birthday and of course I treated myself as well and all I can say is they have two new clients for life! Very clean and the ladies were very professional! I felt like new money when we left! The bells and whistles are all put into the job they do and this is very important to me! I Feel Amazing!

This was my first massage. The older lady there did my massage. After she was finished she tried to force me to give her a $10 tip . I explained to her several times that this was my birthday today and someone had paid for this massage for me. She still tried to force me to write $10 dollars and told me had to do it. I started recording her because she was attempting to write the tip on my receipt herself. She also refuse to give me my receipt. Once she saw I was recording to protect myself she said ok you dont have to leave the tip. Please keep in mind I gave her a tip she said it wasnt enough . I left feeling violated in so many ways.

The lady that did my massage—I’m sorry I can’t remember her name—was extremely professional. I did the 30 minute full body + the 30 minute foot massage combo, and I was definitely feeling better afterwards. I work 12 hour night shifts on my feet, but after my massage I felt like I could do 3 nights in a row no problem so long as I get a massage from here. The massage therapist asked how the pressure was and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be back on a regular basis! Highly recommend and it’s not bad prices at all either for the quality!

For the past years , I’d tried so many massage places looking for the right masseuses to give me a good rubbing massage through my aching thick body 😁My whole body was so soar and my feet was so painful. Couldn’t really walk because of my long hour running in my kitchen😂.. today I came to this place and this tiny little lady name Judy gonna be my masseuse... They say , never judge the book by the cover until you read it ..Boy I was wrong !! 😁😁 the best masseuse lady I’ve never experience before .I can go on and on with Judy . That’s how good she was ..I was so much pain coming in and when I left her place , I was walking straight feeling so good . I love her hot stone massage soo much and the way she penetrate all the nerve in my body’s .... Love it !! Can’t wait to go back to Judy again ... Was very impressed for a 1st time visit. Im working on a project in the area and found this place on a search. Theres a reason they have 4.8 stars. I had a 90 min deep tissue with Vivien and she didnt disappoint. The work she did on my back, shoulders and neck was amazing. Though I felt guilty for it was know easy task to break up those knots. After a stressful day, I need a massage to get rid of the tension my lower back and right side. I called and asked about a walk-in appointment. The female who answered the phone was professional and polite. She told me she would save a spot for me and when I arrived the masseuse was waiting. The half hour massage did wonders for my back and I walked out 10 times better than I did when I walked in. Great service and I definitely will be visiting again.

Jimmy was my therapist, he was amazing! If you need deep tissue, he is your man. I did a 90 min deep tissue massage and a 30 min foot massage. This was one of the best massages I have had in a while. I’m definitely coming back.

Massage was great but the older lady tried to force me to give her a tip. I dont have to give you a tip. I was going to but dont force me, I had to do it in a different way to avoid an overdraft from my bank after getting cash out.

I dont recommend them for a body scrub. They use Mr. Teals sea salt not the typical scrub agent for Asian spas. The person missed spots on my body. I mentioned to the owner I wasnt satisfied with the body scrub and she offered no solution to try to make me a happy customer. It isNOT worth $50. I would pay half the price .

Recently went with a group of 3 for foot massages and the service was the absolute best. I’ve been going to treat your feet not knowing this gem was on my side of town. All the therapist were nice, friendly and accommodating. This is my new spot for sure!! The one hour foot massages include shoulders, arms and thighs. You will not be disappointed.

Nice environment. Very relaxing. The massage was very well done and all the employees were friendly. There was a bit of a communication barrier. There was also a tiny stain on the sheet of the massage table. I could hear some talking through the walls but it didn’t prevent me from enjoying the experience

Ive been here several times and they were great. However this last visit the therapist didnt seemed interested in giving a good massage. It was rushed and poorly performed. She didnt even ask me how long I wanted. I usually get the 90 min but 60 min felt like a bad lifetime with this person. Maybe it was just a bad day. Ill give it one more chance.

Our experience here was absolutely amazing me and my husband went for a couples massage and I’m sorry I cannot remember the woman who massaged my husband but the man who massaged me I think his name is Jim and he did a wonderful job so if your thinking about coming here you should b/c you won’t be disappointed! And another thing I loved about the ones who massaged us is that they spoke very good English and understood our needs and made us feel very comfortable and took their time and focused on every part of our body so nothing got left out !!!!!

Everyone it is friendly at Ying foot massage and that is always a good way to start your massage experience when trying a new place. I have tried to get a good massage at a few other places but usually consist of rub down with oil on my back and shoulders.Judy was incredible skilled. I really can not really explain it all here. Just I know she is one of the best massage therapists in the falleteville area, you need to meet her to really understand.I am thankful to have found this establishment and I am lucky that they are able to find such great people like Judy and Sunny.Please do go visit Ying foot massage at least once !!I had a great experience at Ying foot massage !!!

The women are pretty good...the man who massaged me was the worst....he massaged 1 side of my body and not very well...had to tell him what to do...my husband was getting a great massage on the table next to me by a female...so dissatisfied I went for a 90 min and got up after 30 min...my husband still lying there finishing his massage...I literally cried because I really needed a good massage and it was my anniversary gift

Found this place on Google in the Fayetteville area and oh what a treat. The 90 min deep tissue was the best Ive ever had ..I get massages alot and was driving to Marietta almost every other week but this place is a life saver closer to home. Highly recommended
