My husband and I visited this place for the first time last night. Well, let’s just say this was the best date night treat we’ve ever had. The ladies who gave our massages were super nice, professional, and amazingly thorough when targeting our problem areas. My husband and I both left feeling like new people. Oh, and the bonus part was that this little gem was only a three minute drive from our home. We will definitely be back SOON!

This use to be the best place in Fayetteville to get a massage! I went frequently and tiped well when Cindy and the other lady was the only two there. Yesterday I had an appt which I arrived on time..but didnt get seen untill 25 minutes later...I noticed that there were several new ladies working here. They were so loud! I preceeded to go ahead with this...when my daughter and I was on the table face down I felt as more than two ladies were present as well. These ladies were so loud talking untill I finally said were here to relax and we like it quiet please! They did stop talking for a moment, but preceeded to start having a conversation with each other! We were so ready for what I thought would be a relaxing experience to END! The lady who gave massage was sneezing and even sneezed on me! Ugh! I knew at that moment that we would never return again. When I went to pay the two ladies demanded a tip! I was like I tip very well for good service and this was awful! Tips are optional not required. This was the only time I didnt tip. They both just laughed in which I said was very unprofessional. If youre looking for a relaxing quiet massage this isnt your place. I dont know where the previous owners are but if youre still the owners the new ladies really need to be taught respect and professionalism!

Was close by, was having pain and just decided to stop and ask questions. They took me right and gave me a good massage, hot stones and all. I will definitely be back. Cindy did a good job.

My experience has been awesome I had a broken fibula n being in a boot for 8 weeks my leg had gotten so stiff but now after coming here it’s not stiff anymore n I can get back to work this is a very good place for a massage

Not like any massage I have ever had. It wasnt horrible , just very different !Would not go back. Plus they do not speak english so it is very difficult to communicate what you want. Also you are face down the whole time which is very uncomfortable for a hour massage.

Cindy gave me a great deep tissue massage today! I loved the pressure it was just right and she was very professional! Don’t skimp this place and give it a shot.! They prices are also great.

One thing to point out, if it hasnt been mentioned, is that they only specialize in Deep Tissue Massages. I would say that its vital to communicate with them on the pressure of the treatment the whole way through. But, since theyre open 7 days a week, theyre convenient to anyones schedule.

Mary is fantastic. Always a great massage at BTC, but Mary was exceptional.

When I arrived for my massage, my temperature was taken, I was given hand sanitizer and both the massage therapist and I wore mask the entire time. She was very professional and skilled at her craft. One of the best massages I have ever had. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend this business.

Great convenience to have across the street from planet fitness. I treated myself to an hour massage for every 10 pounds I lost on keto until I got to my target weight and now I just treat myself when I feel like it. She does a great job, doesnt bug or beg for tips (I tip every time anyway), and the pricing is reasonable. Most of the time I can just walk in but its better to schedule so you dont run into an appointment and have to wait.

BTC Massage is wonderful. The staff is so attentive, its a gem for NWA. Amazing you can get a full massage with Hot Stones and Hot Towels for such an incredible price. Thank you Cindy and all of the staff.

I have done massage 36 years I love that my mind and body can relax here with these awesome therapists knowing their skilled hands will ease my muscular aches. Yesterday i received an hour and half just on my back! I want to return for face and feet soon! My therapist used hot stones and then at end of massage a warm wet towel to cover my back then gently scrub my back side to take excess oil off so i would not get it on my clothes. Yes it can be a little hard not to be able to talk but also most pleasurable to leave talking behind!! Your therapist can read body language and any signs of discomfort very well. They understand depth and when you ask for more or less very well. Cindy has an app on her phone that lets you talk and her understand. I think that would be good for each therapist to have in room with them. I am going to ask which app Cindy uses so i can install on my phone too! As a teacher and practitioner of massage I give these women an A+

Great place to relax with a very professional staff who know what they are doing. I had been paying a chiropractor for years to work on my back but after the first time I received a massage here I have never felt better. They are very thorough and know where every muscle is and how to work out the soreness. I highly recommend this location, you will not be disappointed. FIVE STARS!!

I’ve been going to BTC for a quite a while now, because it is a very clean and professional establishment. The table is comfortable, the atmosphere is very relaxing and CiCi is the best masseuse in the area. She can do either hard or soft massage, she’ll even walk on your back if you like. For my money, BTC is the best massage in town.

Cindy is phenomenal. She read my back like a book, and focused on all the sore spots- especially a shoulder that gets out of whack all the time from a previous injury. Didnt have to tell her a thing, shes just very knowledgeable and intuitive. I didnt know I could feel this good!

Misrepresenting, I called and asked for a deep tissue and what I got was rubbed on with oil. Asked if they had a shower prior to coming in they said yes I get here and after being covered in oil , and wipes a towel on me once I asked for the shower and was told they didn’t have one. Very nice lady though. Sad, the reviews looked so good.

Both women Mollie and Ninna are very professional. Courteous and easy to communicate with! Have sent my family there several times! It is the best place for massage in Fayetteville. Very clean, organized and attentive to every pain and Problem areas. When you leave you are younger! lol
