The Nail C.E.O. Salon and Spa

(I spoke with owner day of the appointment. Not a great feeling getting your nails done and paying for your hands to be in pain for a week.)I recently visited The Nail CEO and had a terrible experience. During my manicure, my nails began bleeding six times while the technician was working on them, along with the thumbnail popping off and the technician saying “Oopsies” like this is just some play date. It was extremely painful and concerning. To make matters worse, after leaving the salon, my nails started swelling and bleeding even more.When I returned to the salon to request a refund, they refused to give me my money back. Instead, they only offered extra punches on my punch card, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances. I will never be returning to this place and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

I went for my first time and I am so pleased with my nails! It was a clean salon! Ali is really good and pays attention to detail! I will definitely be back!

I got builder gel on natural nail. Shaped them very well (they were not shaped at all prior). Gel burned under UV light which is expected but have never experienced it quite as painfully (likely because it was putting full hand continuously under light rather than a spot light). They could not do the design below but did try their absolute best to do it with cat eye nail polishes/the eye shadow method. Charged $70 for the yellow nails pictured. Typically I get nails done with design and new builder gel for $55 so was a bit high for me.

My favorite nail salon in Fayetteville! They are very consistent in the quality of their work (regardless of what tech you get), friendly, easy to get in to last minute, and it’s very clean. Reasonably priced for the quality and they have punch cards for frequent visitors which I love.

I am a very shy person so I don’t feel comfortable telling someone I don’t like something. I went to get white acrylic toes. (I’ll show what I wanted and what I got.) the lady didn’t put tips on before putting acrylic on so the acrylic stuck to my skin and they came out crooked and all at different lengths. When I tried to tell her I didn’t like them she told me they would be better this way and to wait until they were finished so I did. When I asked for a refund. She insisted I come back tomorrow and get them redone. I explained I didn’t want to come back ever and she didn’t listen to what I was saying. She belittled me and my thoughts. I will never be coming back. And I don’t think they should still be in business.

I got my nails done early April, and they lasted a while but I did have some major problems. For one, the nails that are acrylic tips with design are 70 dollars, which for the work they did, isnt worth it. The process moved very fast and she didnt even shape my nails, just chopped them off straight across. The design wasnt well done at all and the shape was lumpy and very thick. I wont be coming back, but it wasnt a horrible experience. The salon was very cleanly and the staff was pretty nice, it just felt very rushed.

I ALWAYS leave 100% satisfied! The nail techs are detail oriented and very gentle. The salon is always clean and has a calming atmosphere.

I absolutely love The Nail C.E.O!! I’ve been coming for about a year now and this is hands down the best place for manicures and pedicures! The salon is absolutely beautiful, everyone is so so kind, and everyone who has worked on my nails has been absolutely wonderful. I always feel so welcomed! Highly highly recommend!!

Had a bad experience getting a dip manicure at another salon today and stopped by to see if they could help me out and they were excellent. The receptionist was super kind and was able to get me in without an appointment quickly and the tech was very detail oriented and did an excellent job removing my previous dip and redoing my manicure. It looks perfect! I look forward to going back for a new set in a few weeks!

By far the worst experience ever. Nail bed was attacked with drill. First toe nail tech could not clip nails evenly. Owner then comes over and tells me design I want is “expensive” as if my three incomes could not afford services. Not done. Owner then takes over after first nail tech. Owner did hands and they are terrible. Picture below. This picture is threes days later but y’all I paid $155 for gel manicure and pedicure. THIS IS NOT THE DESIGN COLOR I REQUESTED. They are not trained to do all nail colors. Please do not patronize this business. Service is horrible. By the way, the first toe nail tech was mad she had to be removed and rolled her eyes. They talked the entire time to me after I stated multiple times I want to relax. I’m shocked I stayed but I worked all day and just wanted to get home. Horrible.

Edit: 6.4.2022Jenny does such a great job! Went for a manicure today and I love my nails. I know who I will always ask for now.My husband gifted me with a mani/pedi for Mothers day. The salon is large and very nice. It was a nice relaxing experience and my nails look great and my feet are sandal ready.

Waited about 45 minutes after being told it would only be 15 minutes. My nails are cracked and the top coat is chipping after just a week. I was excited to try this place out but will not be going back!

Jenny did my nails and she was so kind and courteous to me. It’s the first time I feel like I was listened to when I said I wanted them very short and no length extensions. I am getting married soon and trying out new styles and when I told her what I was looking for she was well versed on exactly the style and Mermaid gel finish I wanted on top of the dip powder. She took my idea and made it a reality. A White and pink mermaid glitter finish but strong like dip. I was so happy with her services and we had the best conversation too!! The whole salon made me feel really good about myself. Several techs came over and commented on what she was doing and showed me amazing attention. I felt like a rockstar with all the ooh and aahs I received. The front staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The checkout process was easy and I love that I was able to tip immediately on the updated credit card machines. I would highly recommend Jenny and the salon for all your services if you need people that make you feel like family and really care about how you look when you leave!!

This place is new and I loved it! Great manicure and pedicure. They offered wine, assorted soft drinks, water, and champagne! It’s very pretty on the inside and super calming atmosphere. I’ll be back for sure! 💅🏼

I went for a manicure by myself, besides the cuticles being over clipped several times and causing bleeding and pain it was ok. I appreciate their hand washing stations for customers but Im not certain that the hands of the person working on me were sanitized. Would appreciate fresh gloves being worn while working on my hands if there are going to be injuries.The next day, I went with friends for pedicures. They worked on my friends feet first and they didnt enjoy their experience. The same technician who worked on my manicure worked on one of my friends and again had bleeding when clipping their cuticle. They both felt like the experience was rough and not relaxing.My technician joined sometime later and did an excellent job and no complaints on roughness or any injuries.The atmosphere is nice and very clean and professional. But due to the roughness of the work, likely not to return.

Got my nails done here almost 4 weeks ago with Jenny and they are still 100% in tact. She was so sweet and quick!Also- This salon has the prettiest selection of polishes I’ve ever seen in nwa10/10

Wow! The Nail CEO is truly amazing. I got dip powder with coffin shape with Jenny two weeks ago and they still look amazing. I also got gel for my toes and they still look fresh out of the salon. It’s super clean and such a relaxing experience. I was seating immediately upon arrival. Everyone is so sweet and attentive! i will definitely be coming back!!

This place is great! They have a great selection of gel polishes and so great designs. I had acrylics done and they lasted more than 2 weeks which is rare for me. The salon is beautiful and relaxing. I highly recommend!

I tried 3 different nail salons before I chose the nail CEO the others were dirty and I was packed in shoulder to shoulder with other clients. At the nail CEO it feltMore like a spa , cleaner and Relaxing. Everyone was nice and I was pleased with their work. I’m a retired dentist so cleanliness is of particular importance to me.

Nail CEO has super attentive staff and high quality nail work. We went for a mother daughter date and felt very pampered. It’s a very clean and well kept environment. Can’t recommend them enough. We will definitely be returning regularly and bringing friends!

** my nails were fixed by a very nice lady as this is about treatment from one employee.I absolutely understand everyone has off days and that it may be an inconvenience for someone to want your work corrected the next day but please don’t tell the customer multiple times “feel free to come back tomorrow if you decide you don’t like them” when that’s not what you mean or if you’re going to take it extremely personal… I already felt very bad about wanting them fixed the next day so I made sure to call and make an appointment and to also fully confirm it was actually okay to come back and get them fixed and was told “absolutely!”. The front desk girl was phenomenal! She was so sweet. When I got to my correction appointment, I was asked if it would be okay to be with the same lady and I said I didn’t mind but then the lady who did my nails the day before called me over to her station and confronted me… mind you while she was working on someone else! That lady also ended up complaining. I was ultimately just embarrassed. Being told I need to “think”, “think better”, “I won’t give your money back” (I promise I never once asked for it back and never planned to ask) and “no one has time for you today, everyone is busy” as I assume she was unaware I made an appointment.. just unacceptable treatment from that individual. I would’ve not come back to get them fixed if I knew that’s how things were going to go as I never wanted to cause any trouble in the 1st place.

Walked in shortly after they opened Sunday and was immediately welcomed and taken care of, the employees and the building are amazing, but the pros don’t outweigh the cons. Over all the pedicure I received wasn’t necessarily “bad” but the woman quite literally peeled off my big toe nails. I now have an infection in both toes. Not once in my history of getting pedicures has it ever resulted in an infection.

The price for what I got was ridiculous. The guy who did my nails did not even let me wash my hands before he painted them. For what I got I was charged $65 and for what? This is not a $65 job.

I absolutely love coming here! Searched around Fayetteville forever for a good nail place and they never disappoint!! Jenny and Sandy always do a FANTASTIC job!

Me and my husband went there. We got 2 pedicure and one full set. The guy doing my husbands pedicure was in a rush and wasnt even looking and tore my husbands toes up. My nail set is obviously crooked. Wont be going back.

I found this salon about a year ago & it is the only place I will go to in NWA now! Jenny, & the rest of the staff are all great. They have a large selection of colors for dip, gel, polish, etc. I love their chrome options! Services are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this salon!

I visited this salon with my mother today for pedicures and it was the best experience Ive had in a long time, possibly the best ever. My Mom recently had knee surgery and the tech was so gentle with her. The whole atmosphere was relaxing and the prices were great. We will definitely be back!

As a man, going to a nail salon is not ideal.. but my girlfriend dragged me there for a pedicure and I’m so glad I went. It was such a nice experience.I was offered champagne and soda. From the nice lady at the front desk, to the massage chair, to the foot massage. It was all amazing. I will definitely be returning for my next pedicure. The space was very clean and calming. Definitely recommend this shop!

I was looking for a nail salon that was open, on a Sunday afternoon. This salon popped up. They had a lot of great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. So glad I did. Rachel was wonderful. She was very gentle and careful. She took her time and I did not feel like she was rushing. I asked to soak my feet a bit before the pedicure and she let me soak for about 10 minutes. If I was living in this town, this would be my nail spot. (Next time I am in town, I will visit again.)

This Salon is extremely clean! Everyone is friendly. My pedicure was great, and the tech was very thorough. My only complaint would be that there were few employees working so I had to wait about 25 min for someone to start on my toes. Not sure if being a walk in is a good idea on the weekends. Ill definitely be back.

Nail CEO is my go to nail salon for manicures and pedicures! They have great customer service and their pedicures are such a relaxing experience!

I want to preface this, I have never given a bad review before. My partner and I were traveling to Fayetteville and we decided to get our nails done here because of the other good reviews. Well we had a horrible experience. The gel application sucked and the topcoat was all over my fingers. And if you want a design, they probably can’t do it. I got my nails done here less than a week ago and all of them have already come up on the edges (& some have already come off). We called to try to resolve this but all they could offer is for us to come visit them again. #1 why would I want to after my first experience and #2 we don’t live near Fayetteville at all! I’m very very disappointed and dissatisfied with my entire experience here.

Was seated immediately on a walk in, nails were done super quickly and very professionally. A quiet peaceful serene setting to relax. These nails have been on 2 WEEKS, survived hair dye, lifting heavy objects, dishes, manual labor etc. The pics are from them being on 2 weeks no refill, still going strong! Minimal lifting and no breaking or chipping due to the high quality tip and product used. Highly recommend jelly nails, and highly recommend Mr binh, he re checked and reassured the process was going smoothly the entirety of my manicure. Also HUGE product selection!

Today I decided to go somewhere else for nails because I was tight on money and left the other salon swearing I would never again do that. At the Nail CEO you are guaranteed amazing service and results and they easily blow all other salons out of the water. I should have just gone there today because if I had my nails would have looked amazing instead of how they look now, but I guess I learned my lesson.

They had great service and my pedicure was terrific! Its brand new and very nice and clean inside. The staff were all very friendly and they have complimentary wine. Nothing beats and good pedicure and a glass of wine. It was a bit pricey, but I got the pedicure with like 6 different treatments. My nails look so pretty!

I did not have the best experience. I came in off work tired and ready to relax. The owner insulted me with expensive this and expensive that. I work three jobs. lol. Both nail techs messed up so they both were replaced. The owner began working on my nail and added so much of something that my nails look like gold nuggets...lol. The tech that was removed made sure to roll her eyes at me before she left. Paid $155 plus tip and my nails look like shyt. The color I wanted they could not do. I noticed in the reviews no one really had two toned gel nails. Hopefully this helps brown girls. Nails are easy so I thought I could just go in any shop. I read reviews in hopes of making a sound decision but chile, NEVER AGAIN ON MY BEST DAY OF FEELING GOOD.

I’ve been here before and it was great but this last time I got a gel mani pedi and it was peeling off 2 days later and the edges were so bad. Kinda sad I spent so much but it was my 10 year wedding anniversary and wanted to feel pretty.

Jackie at the front is amazing! We came from out of town.. a little unprepared but just looking to get pampered.. she found us a place to stay, a place to eat and even came out of no where with a pair or comfy pants so I could get my toes done because what I was wearing was not very pedicure friendly.. I’m sure that is not a usual service but the staff was very helpful and did a great job!

I spent 3 hours getting pampered by Mikki. Had deluxe pedicure and ombre acrylic nails. She was great! The entire atmosphere was relaxing. Everyone was friendly and respectful. It does get busy. Recommend making an appointment for any service.

They do a fabulous job but beware and ask for pricing ahead of time! I didn’t know I was going to pay $60 for a pedicure until I got to the cash register. All of the other places in town tell you when you choose a polish or upgrade but this place doesn’t.
