As a new resident to Fayetteville, I was hoping to find a descent night club to visit. After reading the reviews for Club Halo, it definitely will NEVER be this club. Ive read every thing from racism towards darker skinned Blks (Even though im light skin I supoort my brothers and sisters by any means necessary), to rude Bouncers. Ive also seen the replies to the reviews here by who I am assuming is Management and Im appalled at how rude the replies are (Not professional replies at all). Yeah, its a no for me. Im too much of a professional to step into such a toxic, unprofessional and dangerous establishment. Do not give your money and time to establishments that make it known you are not welcomed to...In response to your response: Your information is incorrect..I purchased a home in Fayetteville, NC 1 year and 3 months ago. I am not part of the teenage population that you can manipulate. I can tell that whomever is responding to the reviews here is extremely unprofessional and not willing to accept responsibility of the actions that occur within Club Halo. Reviews are just that...I have given good and not so good. Your review falls in the Not so good category. As I previously stated Club Halo is not a club that anyone of African American status should frequent. Instead of spending so much time reacting to reviews, you should dedicate a few hours a day to research successful, professional venues that have great reviews. Follow their examples...I like to research where I possibly may go before going...Went to Yelp and saw this review below:Club Halo is not a club African Americans are welcomed at unless you are super fair skin. Unprofessional, under trained, rude staff and who ever responds to reviews is definitely under the age of 15. Constructive criticism is not accepted by the owner..Owner responds to reviews in a childlike manner. Owner does not hold his staff accountable for their actions according to friends that have visited. Prices change depending on how many people are already in the club. Drinks are weak according to the reviews on Google...Please check out Google reviews as well as how the owner responds in an Unprofessional rant.
Horrible experience, one of the staff members was yelling at us like we were children when I had asked for him to speak to us in a normal way. He did all of that when the people in the VIP had asked us (my friends and I) to join their section. They said that they only allow VIP people which I understand but that’s something they need to explain to their guest. That guy had anger issues and really needs to control it and how he speaks toIndividuals . Yelling when we were heading out the area is not a way to treat customers who paid to get in as well. Their was another guy (bouncer) just like the first guy who came up to us and was very nice and got his point across without yelling or nothing. Do better cause not everyone that goes there is “ghetto or intoxicated”. Never going here again.
I’f I could I would leave a 0 but it won’t let you do that but my reason for such a low rating is because they woudl make it hard for you to enjoy a good time with security constantly tapping your shoulder. 0/10 experience. Just go hit up Raleigh tbh
I enjoyed myself very much at this nightclub! It’s similar to Aqua- a club I actually haven’t visited since the pandemic started. Two genres of music are being played, the Latin dance floor being much larger than the one upstairs in which you’ll hear hip hop, rap, r&b, etc. The only problem I had was people can’t really dance Spanish music here. I didn’t dance with anyone who genuinely appreciated and knew how to dance bachata or salsa well. Anyway, plenty of soldiers are in the house willing to buy a pretty little thang as myself drinks, which is nice! Speaking of which, military men are hot, which compensates for their lack of dance moves! 😁 Anyway, great environment if you’re looking to have a good time in Fayetteville where not much goes on. They also offer seating outside in the back. Unfortunately, you can’t really have a full-blown conversation because even outside the speakers are on blast!
Giving this place a 1. Came here for a ying yang concert. The time advertised on the ticket was 10pm. Here we are at 12:25, the dj is still on stage going through the same rotation of 10 hip pop songs. There has been no update as to where the ying Yang twins are, people have begun to leave. This is getting old. An update would be nice, but no one is giving one or seems to know what’s going on. The club is clean though.
FINALLY! Fayetteville has a nightclub that’s actually worth going to. The lights and music were on point, it felt like I was in Miami. Beautiful girls everywhere. I’ve now been three weekends in a row, 1 Friday and 2 Saturdays. I recommend the VIP sections and splitting it with friends. The personal waitress was quick to serve us. The bartenders make the drink quite well. My favorite part is that there are two in house DJs playing different types of music in different places so its like two clubs in one. Cant wait to be back this weekend
If I could leave a 0 star review I really would…I went here THREE TIMES and I checked the website beforehand to make sure my friends and I met the outfit requirements. Dress code is NOT listed on the website. My friends and I came back THREE times after we changed our outfits, our shoes (again, dress code is not listed on website and they do not let you in if you wear shoes with no back strap), and the last time we went we were told it was $40-$50 if you’re underage (we were all 20.) I honestly just wish they had their prerequisites listed on the website so we could know before we wasted our time going here. Also the workers are very…childish. The security (?) laughed and called us broke when we walked away from being charged $50 for being 20 years old. Nobody in their right mind is paying $50 when they’re 1) not drinking and 2) will only be there for a hour. The lady who takes the money even acted rude. We weren’t even gonna be drinking but the rules are rules. Just please list them on the website so people know beforehand. Overall, I’d say this club is a gigantic waste of time and needs to be more transparent with their prerequisites. And the workers need to be a bit more courteous and not as rude. Honestly I’m just turned away from the whole thing. Waste of time and the staff is ghetto af and rude.
The music is good sometimes but the attire that they enforce to “certain” people is ridiculous! How can you tell someone what they can and can not wear if they are looking presentable. I’ve seen plenty of times where if you knew the staff they let you slide in REGARDLESS of what you were wearing. The security detail is completely unprofessional and rude. They cut you off and don’t allow to speak ! The drinks are good bartenders are great. I had a manger take a chair from the table we sat at because there is a limit only to put it at a table with more chairs. Regardless of how many people show up if your staff is rude and unfair you won’t get far in the night club business. Hate that I had to experience it but completely unprofessional even to other people that go out there just to have fun. You can tell they don’t do sounds checks cause they music always messes up and they play music no on knows “3 out of 10 would not recommend” P.S.! And if you notice the owner always responds under the negative feedback in a argumentative manner and they are sitting at a 2.9 rating! Most of it is because of the bias dress code and the poor security that they have! Literally everyone that comes into town I tell them to go to Raleigh because halo is not worth it
On friday latin nights i was expecting it to be more fun. The DJ on that night was not as great. He talks to much on the Microphone and he does not mix the music right. I would like to listen to old school and new reggeaton. Also, there is people standing around instead of dancing, i heard about that before. the place looks amazing but the music sucks.
The best club in the area, but entrance fee fluctuates based on how many people already entered, without prior notice to clients. One night it was packed and they raised the price from $15 to $35, I think not. Entrance is cash-only. They do have an ATM. Dress code is ridiculous because they will deny entrance to women for wearing sneakers or sandals without the back part. However, inside there will be women with sneakers still which is unfair. One Friday night I opened a tab and forgot my cc and license -- they made me wait until Saturday night to pick it up 🙃 Thats horrible customer service because I couldnt use my cc at all that day and I was risking driving unlicensed.Regardless of my negative experiences at Halo, its nice to have seen artists in my hometown like: Jowell y Randy, De la Ghetto, and soon Maldy.Cons: dress code, sometimes overpriced, drinks not strong and few options, staff can be rude, overcrowded, closes at 2am.Pros: clean, safe, local.
DJ King Viv brings out a great vibe!! My friends and I always go listen to him play upstairs every Saturday Night. Halo would benefit from having him downstairs, the bigger the space, the bigger the vibe he can bring into Halo. Y’all really don’t know lit until you’ve had a night of Dj King Viv!!
Bouncers wouldn’t let me leave to get feminine hygiene products. Terrible establishment Terrible. Wouldn’t allow me on with the lighter women then when I was in the general public made a scene about promoting white people because i was dancing and having a great time with my spouse. i have never been in a more colorist and racist establishment it was absolutely terrible and I just wanted to have a nice time. I have never been treated so poorly and I suggest any black person to absolutely avoid the area because they can treat you poorly with no repercussions.
I was at Club Halo for maybe 45 minutes to an hour, after which, security pulled me aside and said I was “spraying drinks” I had two maybe three beers there. It was my first time ever at a club, I tipped the entry staff and the bartenders fair, respectfully. I was enjoying the night with my friends when I was pulled outside. I get it, I’m a bigger dude and I stand out, sure, apparently the head bartender saw me, which looking back was impossible considering I was in the middle of the dance floor and absolutely did not spray anything, let alone be seen from the bars. I was just dancing with my friends when pulled aside. Security was understanding but couldn’t let me back in due to the head bartender. Overall if you want to be kicked out of a club for doing absolutely nothing wrong, then Club Halo is the place for you. Avoid this joke of a mediocre bar at best.
First time visiting! I came down a star because of the, unposted, female shoe policy. Apparently females cant wear shoes without a back strap. So if you have cute sandals that resemble flip flops, you cant wear them. I wonder about the acrylic heels 🤔 I guess they wouldnt suffice either unless it has a back strap. Their website gave no help and doesnt have a working phone number. The music was decent and the drinks were average price. Was a $15 cover charge on a Saturday night.
My first experience at Halo last year was great. I had a great time bc they played variety of music across the world. It today was the worst of all of time. Having Afrobeat music outside and only pop music and rap inside show there is a racism in a club. Any clubs or every club should be able to play mix music to make the customers feel welcome in and make them feel like they belong there. Please management revise your method or the way you are managing your club. You do t want to put a division there. I did not paid $15 to come sit outside and I believe I am talk for thousand of people out there as well. I paid my money to have fun not to feel miserable bc I need to go outside to be able to hear some of music I want
We went to Club Halo for the first time last night for Latin night & had the best time! 🎉 From start to finish the staff were all wonderful & accommodating. The space is massive & high end & the cocktails were fantastic. Super clean & the outdoor area was beautiful. Amazing sound system & DJs who were awesome & made it so fun for a friends bday! Such a fun night, we had ALL the fun! Can’t wait to return!
I went on Latin night. Chill atmosphere, lights and all are great, good size, etc so aesthetically it is definitely on point. My bartender was awesome. Latin music on the first floor and hip hop on the second floor so it’s cool to have options. I gave it 4 stars because the DJ/music was just ok. Don’t expect a lot of salsa and bachata but they do play it. They also throw some house/techno/fist bumping music for some reason. $15 cash to get in and you have to pay again if you step outside for whatever reason. Drink prices aren’t horrible but not good either; $15 for a double jack and coke. Good mixed crowd with cute girls. Worth checking out for sure.
The 2 stars are for the bartenders, DJS, and the performer el Hector Acosta El Torito. I was waiting for my wife after last call she was talking to a friend in the VIP area on the Djs side of the stage. A few bouncers had passed by us and had no issue. The show had finished and it was closing time and item was way past last call. About 5 minutes till 2am this bouncer came up to us and told us to get out of VIP area. I complied and was helping my wife down the stairs as this bouncer just started pushing me with his body weight. He hassled us even as we walk out of the club. On the way out I told the manager who let him keep pushing on me.. To bad I was having a good experience until then.
The club contains strict rules says females are not allowed to wear sneakers but allow “studs “ to wear them. “Studs” are still women, dress code should be strict all across the board. Terrible communication, rude bouncers at the door. Needs to work on their customer service.
Terrible. $80 at the door to skip the line with “VIP” which apparently does not include VIP once inside the club. Each floor is less entertaining than the last and the overall vibe is dull. Do not waste your time or your money.
Lined wrapped around the building tonight, barely any parking. People arguing at the entrance, by the time we got good in the line, shots were fired… horrifying! My friend and I ran back to my car which was way across the street.. as well as others from the line running. We left! Crazy thing is cops didn’t chase the car that shot bullets off. Won’t be back. Security seems to be lacking .
I drove a hr away to be turned around cause I didn’t have sandals that got straps around my heel.. don’t understand why that matter but make you know there is a dress code here and there’s no way of know else you get there!! Really was disappointed but besides the dress code it’s a good club
From Jersey. The parking lot gives you a sense that the club is lit! Upon entry the music is horrible. Thus arrived at 12am after being dissatisfied leaving at 1am being chased out the club by Franky Beverly and Cameo! The entire hour was Sweat into the 90s music. Note this is a Saturday Night!
I went out with my 2 friends and got grabbed by this man MULTIPLE TIMES and even after telling the staff they did NOTHING it was fun but they kept playing songs nobody was dancing to. If I come again I guess I got to bring my own security.
Went for the grand opening night and can definitely say that I will be back! Fun atmosphere, great music & great drinks at great prices. Great addition to the non-existent Fayetteville nightlife.
So Me and my home girl came and got way too drunk we had never been to a club before and security was on point as wel as Fayetteville police im greatful for this clubs security and the cops outside because they made sure we were safe and tooken care of in our car no keys till they closed and safe from travelers so thank u we probably will never go to a club a gain but this was a great first experience
It’s super fun but it’s unrealistic for every female to wear a heel or sandal and last through the the night while dancing. and guys can wear sneakers but girls can’t is the very reason why I am the way I am smh you guys need to step it up
Super nice and elegant, staff is great and always looking out for the customers. I am glad is 21+ now on Fridays.
Great spot. Dress code very specific but well worth it!
Too many unnecessary rules 🙄 If youre reading this, go to Island Flava for a good vibe, good food, good music and etc.
Dress code a problem 🫡 all military personnel spend your money somewhere else
If youve ever set foot in a club in Europe or any major city in the US, this place will leave you disappointed.
I have to say this is one of my Favorite Latina Clubs
Terrible experience. Make women wait in the freezing cold for their ride after refusing them over sneakers.
No tennis shoes for females makes no sense only heels or flip flops#StopIt
The music should be better for the amount you have to pay to get in.
Heard this place is a great spot for a party 🎉🎉
Dj needs to learn how to mix songs, other than that was an amazing experience
Security is the most incompetent Staff they have pulled me out of the club for no reason didn’t tell me why or what was the reason for taking me out note I am 21
Why would you NOT let people go into the bathroom with the drink? I just don’t get it.
Security told the wife and I we couldnt stand in not one, but four different places. Im sorry, I thought this was America.
They denied us entry because were in shorts, 0 stars.
The music is childish!!! Update your play list it’s the same each and every time.
Such an amazing club. This place gives Fayetteville hope.
BEST CLUB IN FAYETTEVILLE HAD A GREAT TIME EXTREMELY UPSCALE CLUB
Nice club in the area 100% recommended
Nope, closed..non real time operating hours, theyre closed.
No leggings? Oh okay!
Great night club.
DO NOT GO HERE.
Hmmmm
You cant dance, there isnt a dance floor just for dancing and if you like tropical music there isnt much, just reggaeton for an hour and a half.
