Gina was fabulous! She’s so friendly and great at her job! She went over what I needed and I felt like a whole new person after my session with her. She went over what I needed and why and helped me tremendously! I felt brand new after my session with her! I highly recommend her and traditions spa!

Had a wonderful first experience at Traditions. My husband gifted me a 90 minute hot stone massage. Service was wonderful from beginning to end. Everyone was so kind and spoke in soft calming tones. The house is historic and beautifully preserved. My masseuse was Leah. I was very relaxed with her and would book her again.

I was able to get a reservation the same day I called. Marcia was very courteous. I arrived 30 minutes earlier. The place is very clean with a very organized receiving area. Entering the place makes you feel relaxed already.Brigitte was my masseuse and she had a wonderful hand. I enjoyed my 60 minutes and was craving for more.+ points:1. Heated massage bed2. My wife and I had a 90 minute couples massage at Traditions Day Spa at 275 Glynn St. Fayetteville, GA on 3/22/24, my therapist was Gina and hers was Zaakirah. So Ill get right to the point . Gina was pleasant but my massage with Gina was very disappointing.During the intake I expressed to her that I preferred firm pressure but not deep tissue, there are levels some in between, what I got was being rubbed on for 90 minutes. There was nothing therapeutic about the massage I received. There was NO pressure.I also expressed the her that my neck, shoulders and lower back needed the most attention. She Rubbed back for 30 minutes or so with NO therapeutic attention to my lower back. Gina did NOTHING as far as my neck goes, no rubbing, no kneading. just a lot of rubbing to my shoulders. Nothing to my face, nothing to my head, which is all expected during a 90 minute massage.My legs and feet got NO therapeutic attention just rubbing, I will say my arms and hands got plenty of attention (rubbing). More time than the areas of concern I expressed to her.I was asked what aroma I wanted, I said Eucalyptus, I never smelled a hint of Eucalyptus. .Being a massage therapist myself I am well versed in giving and receiving massages. With that being said it is my opinion that Gina is not a trained therapist or she didnt feel like being of service to the customer that day..I was so disappointed I felt I had to make the owner Sonja Gibson aware of my experience. Still disappointed she never replied to my email. No sorry for your experience, let us make it right, would you like to try another (or I think, a trained therapist). I would 100% NOT recommend this establishment....Very Disappointed,Kelvin Pointer

I really liked it, its calm, its relaxing, you can escape your mind just for a few hours while forgetting the worries of life, and it can help to fight stress, highly recommend it after a long week to work we all need a place like this.

I have not had the chance to receive a spa treatment yet from Traditions, but the customer service received was outstanding! Gabby was helping me earlier this week to accommodate a party of 9. She was so kind, patient and went above and beyond to assist me. I cant wait to visit the spa, which I am sure will be an amazing experience.

Massages are always a 10/10 for me - my only 2 negative comments are the staff almost always talk the entire time during massages (which I sometimes don’t mind, but some days you really just want the luxury of relaxing in quiet for 60-90minutes without discussing politics/world issues). And if you do any add-on’s to your massage, make sure they add the time to your appointment since you’re paying for an extra 10 minutes per add on (some times they short you). Otherwise, the atmosphere is great and the staff are very friendly. Environment is very clean too, so that’s a plus!

Nice place centrally located in Fayetteville. Easy to schedule and they have a lot of massage options and add ons. Calm atmosphere and the massage therapist found the knots and listened to requests. Will be back. Rear parking. People with limited mobility will wish there was a rear entrance but there is a wheelchair ramp.

I have always felt welcomed and valued when I walk into Traditions. The establishment is beautifully maintained, clean, and relaxing.Brigette was incredible. I had a problem focused massage on my neck/upper back area and she made me feel like a new person after only 30 mins! She was professional and personable. I felt very comfortable with her the entire time. She has magic hands! Thank you, Brigette!

My therapist, Bridgett, deserves 10 stars. Prices are fair. The spa always presents a pleasant atmosphere, appears to be really clean and has nice staff. My only issue - they cant seem to maintain an esthetician on staff, making it hard to schedule and trust a facial appt. Other services are inconsistent, too.They get a bad rep for their cancelation policy which is literally plastered everywhere. If youre an inconsiderate person that cant keep appointments, dont blame the spa.

So Ive been getting massages for years but since I moved back to Atlanta in 2019 Ive had the hardest time - until I found this place.1. Booking was easy - I wish I couldve added a facial but I couldnt on the site.2. Gina was heaven sent, she asked me and LISTENED to my problems on my lower back.3. Im big on energy especially when getting a massage and the energy from walking in the door was warm and receptive!I will be back.

I had my experience there with my mom. It was nice, they seem very respectful. But they should make this very CLEAR and I mean, they should tell you multiple times that you should be charged 60 dollars or whatever the fee is if you do not make it to your appointment.. So make sure that you keep your appointment because they have to pay the massage therapist if you dont come!!Besides that, the therapist was great.. And the owner seem pretty cool too, until I ask her about this 60 dollars..

Ive been coming every 2 weeks since March and I love it. Brigette is professional and superb at her craft. She is a great listener, skilled, personable, and provides excellent massages. I love that the spa is accessible, very nice, clean, nearby, and well run. The receptionist is also very welcoming and is always very pleasant and accommodating. Ive already recommended this spa to several and purchased a gift certificate for a friend to visit.

It was a pleasure to visit this spa today, and I enjoyed everything from the atmosphere, services, and hospitality. I booked a 90 minute Swedish massage, with several add on services. Zaakirah was very friendly, professional, and really worked out all of the kinks I did have prior to my appointment.Also, Sonja the owner gives a great representation of what this establishment is all about. She was very welcoming, informative, and kind. As the face of the business, that is very important to me. As well as the beautiful, and very clean environment.I will definitely be back very soon! It is worth the 40 minute drive for quality & great hospitality :)

LOVE this spa!!! From entrance to massage to leaving - wonderful experience! My 15 year old daughter loves Brigette, my husband as well as myself her too. She treats us like family and does everything she can in the 90 minutes given to help us. Our money is NEVER wasted. I feel certain all the massage therapists are great here but we love Brigette!

Booked a 60 min massage with Bridgette and it was great! Upon walking into the establishment, i noticed how clean & relaxing the atmosphere was. Professional staff. Bridgette made me feel comfortable once we were in the room,we talked for a bit and then she left so i could undress and get on the table. The room was dim and relaxing. Her pressure was exactly what i requested. It had been a while since I did this for myself and I’m so glad i chose Traditions. I will be returning for a massage and perhaps a facial. Massage was awesome. Only gave 2 stars because their advertised price on the internet was advertised as a different price in the salon. When I asked about this I was told I had to paythe higher price. I even showed her their website and she said oh sorry, but its this price. My family was all getting massages, so I had to pay the extra for 4 people. Sadly I was paying cash and had enough to pay and leave a much smaller tip than I was prepared to leave. So the therapist was the one that got shafted in the end. Havent been back and probably wont go back because this is not good business practice in my opinion. My massage was wonderful though.

Orisa has magic hands! My body was all jacked up from my cycle. Every part of me ached or was crampy. My mood was trash. Orisa had me feeling like a new person when I left. I needed that 90min massage and Orisa put all love into it. Thank you. I will be back soon!

I have been visiting this spa for over two years now, but the disrespect I recently received from Sonya and her employees are insulting. I will not be returning and I have already told my friends and family members to not go there.She double charge the amount and when it is inquired upon she catch an attitude. I note someone mentioned she should be Audited and I genuinely believe so as well, and next time Sonya, dont hang up on me when i called.I notice you respond to the negative reviews to save business, but try providing solutions. WASTE OF MY MONEY!

I meant to write this review a few months ago but I want to share my wonderful experience with this company. Last year I called due to having an injury similar to frozen shoulder. The receptionist recommended Evan. When I met him, I was a little skeptical but after one session I saw HUGE results. I stayed consistent with him for a few months seeing him every week. Unfortunately, my business gave me a new location and I havent seen him since. However, I am happy to say that all those deep tissue sessions that I had with him paid off. The pain is gone and Im at 90% flexibility. When I am finished with this project Ill be right back to see him. The center is very clean and professional. If you are an athlete I HIGHLY suggest Evan. Hes a hidden gem at this place.

I did not even now she was the owner, you is very professional and friendly. She is GREAT with massage. She knows what she is doing. She was very informative and explained all details thoroughly!! I booked this for someone else and he raved about how great he was treated! He said Maggie was one of the best massages he ever had!! I came for the first time recently, and really overall had a good experience. Honestly though, for the price, it should be great. I do not want to be negative, I only want to recount my experience as a customer.The receptionist was very nice and informative, but my massage therapist and I did not click.I made my appointment online and filled out the requested form regarding what I hoped to get from my massage, etc.So, I found it annoying that when I got in to the room, my massage therapist asked me all of the same questions again. Why waste my time with the form if you are just going to not read it and ask me in person anyway? If it is a liability waiver, just keep it short and simple and then let the therapist do the questioning in person. Or, if your therapist is actually going to read the form, they could just confirm I saw on your form X Y and Z, is that still the case? Is there anything else I should be aware of before we begin?After repeating my answers to the therapist, I received a hurried, mumbled ok, strip down to your underwear and lie face down. It was so hushed and rushed I had to ask her to say it again, but it was not much better the second time. There was no eye contact or smile...not much warmth. I would have appreciated something more along the lines of, I am going to step out while you get undressed - please keep your underwear on, but other than that, its whatever you are most comfortable with.The quality of my massage was just okay. Not great, not bad by any means, but for the money, I was expecting better quality.Lastly...the music. I am not sure what service or tech they use, but on the day of my visit, it was not functioning properly. The music would stop mid-song, re-start randomly, and about 3/4ths of the way through my massage it just cut out entirely so all I could hear was my skin being pushed around and my therapists heavy breathing which was not very relaxing.For the positives, the facility was very nice, it was clean, and I would like to come back another time to give a different therapist a try. I hope they fix the music issue, that was super distracting!!

Found Traditional massage and facial on google called and made our appointments. They were accommodating to our schedules.Then they messed up my sons appointment time so we missed it, the owner called me back to speak with me regarding the matter she was very polite and apologetic.We had the appointment reschedul.The facility is clean and inviting.. Staffs are pleasant and polite..The service was professional and pleasing.Technician very informative not only about the services she was rendering but also about other services i enquired about.. we will definitely go back..

I started feeling sick yesterday(testing positive for COVID) and had to reschedule my appointment right before the scheduled time this morning, I was fully prepared to lose my prepayment since I was rescheduling so late. Upon speaking to the receptionist, obviously sick, I am informed of a policy that I have to send the OWNER proof of a positive COVID test to reschedule without penalty, otherwise they would keep my prepayment. No big deal, however, does it even matter if I have Covid? Would it be fine for me to come in if I had a bad cold or the flu? I was obviously sick on the phone. Are they THAT worried about people faking illnesses in order to reschedule? Yet, this place decided to call me while I’m trying to rest, begging for me to send them a positive Covid test as fast as possible. I personally found it bizarre that I was being hounded for this test when I was just informing them that I was sick.By the way, Bridgett (one of the massage therapists) has always been great and I’ll miss her. They can keep the $80 & screenshot of my positive test and I’ll never go to them or recommend them again. Cheers!

What can I say. This place is awesome. I went about two weeks ago to get a massage. I wasnt sure how it was going to go because the last time I had a massage was years ago and I didnt have a herniated disc and I had a female massage me verses a male. And let me say that females are great but Evan at Traditions Massage was amazing. I didnt hurt nearly as bad as I was hurting afterwards. I felt better, and for a few days after my massage I was in less pain. Now tomorrow I am going back to for my second massage and I cant wait. I know this might not help me with my herniated disc but if it helps with the pain I am down. I recommend this place and Evan very much.

Girls Day Out: Anslee and Bridget are the best thing that ever happened to my face and body in the longest time. I went in as cranky as an out of tune stereo and came out like a well tuned harpsichord. It was a beautiful experience. I expected to feel bruised and sore but my deep tissue massage only left me energized. I worked off my excess energy by washing and cleaning out my car something that my husband had always had to do and now I am eager for sleep which has been eluding me in recent times. Great job Traditions Spa !!!! You all made my day. Thank you.

I haven’t had a facial in awhile, so I booked a Happy Hour facial! D’Asiah took the time to explain what my face needed, and I ended up getting a Blueberry peel as extra. You could tell how knowledgeable she was, and I love it when you can ask questions, and you feel comfortable. My face is still happy, days later. D’Asiash was so kind, and really took her time explaining what products my skin needed to thrive. I will definitely be going back in the next couple of weeks, and requesting her again!

I have been coming to Traditions for about 5 months consistently. I was recently in an automobile accident and I lost 70% of my hearing in my left ear on the side of impact. I see Bridgett weekly and upon finding out about accident, she used a combination treatments on my head, ear, and neck. In the first session following my accident, I felt the fluid release from ear and instantly I could hear better. Even though I am still on the road to recovery, her skills and expertise truly have aided in my recovery process. I enjoy my weekly appointments and despite my accident, I feel like a completely better person.

I had the Fire and Ice Facial this morning and it was phenomenal! Angel Lynn is a true Angel! I didn’t leave before scheduling another Fire and Ice for next month with Angel Lynn!! I discovered Traditions last month and won’t go anywhere else for a facial or a massage. It is in a historic home just off the Fayetteville square, with very clean, calming decor. I am at peace when I’m there! Everyone is very friendly and kind! And who wouldn’t love the fruit, Biscoff cookies, and a hug from an Angel after every treatment?!(;

This establishment is so inviting and tranquil. This was my first time here and I plan to become a regular. I had the pleasure of seeing India and she was so accommodating, kind and gentle when it came to my signature facial. I highly recommend treating yourself to this spa, you wont regret it.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Katrina , I had the most pleasant experience, she was so gentle and knew right where my issues were . The atmosphere here is also very relaxing and professional , cant wait till my next visit.

This is my favorite spa for both massages and facials. Most recently my husband and I had an absolutely wonderful couples massage with Katrina and Tamika. We added eucalyptus which was fabulous. Next time I’m adding a hot towel foot treatment! I reschedule every time because I always want to come back!

I had another AMAZING experience this morning at Traditions!!! Maggie was my massage therapist. I had just flown back from overseas yesterday, 2 legs, around 15 hours total flight time...... Maggie was able to get all the knots, tension, & aches out of my back, shoulders, & neck and Id recommend to anyone to request Maggie, I know I will again the the future!

Vey patient and gave me a very detailed description on my skin type and what I should do to keep up with my hydration as well as giving me the best facial I have ever received you can tell she loves what she does 10 out of 10 definitely.. so I will always make sure to ask for India.

I’ve been here several times, it rates highest in my book. When you pay for an hour, you get an hour - not 50 minutes like the others. Great staff....
