Best shop in Fayetteville. i dont usually leave reviews i visit a few times they have they best juice and vape price i made him pick the juice at random and is the best ejuice i ever had.recommend 100%

Ive come here a few times now looking for a pretty mainstream smok coil and they dont understand TFV18 is a size like TFV16 and pulled out two random coils with no TFV written on it. Kinda want experienced people working behind that counter.

I’ve never been disappointed with this place, always kind and helpful staff!! I’ve always been able to find what I’m looking for here. And if I can’t, staff suggestions are always great! As long as they’re around they’re the place I’ll buy vapes from

Bought a disposable hdye duo spent $21 on it and left the store in new packaging and opened it to start vaping when i left and it didnt work. Went back to try to get an exchange and they pretty much said I was out of $21, couldn’t do anything about it. This will be the last time I go to this place.

Do they really open at 8:00 ? Ive been waiting for 15 minutes, and there isnt an employee here. 😥They need someone more reliable to open the store in time SMHUpdate : The owner reached out to me to rectify what was a mistake from Google. They always have exactly what I’m looking for. Elfbars to be exact. They were actually the ones who introduced me to the better functioning vape device. I really appreciate the customer service and friendliness every single time I visit this store. It is always clean and nice in the store as well. The location is pretty convenient as well. The only negative I can think of is the setup of the parking lot. Seems a bit flawed but not really their fault as they are just renting the location.

Do not buy vapes from here. Had bought a VOOPOO VFL from this location. Cost $54.80, I get the device bring it home set it up get it going and the device is just spitting juice at me. On top of the juice the vape tastes like burnt plastic. I brought the device back to the location to try and see what they can do for me. Dude with curly hair tells me there’s nothing they can do even with a receipt because of this index card that’s taped to the register saying “no refunds or exchanges” that I missed on the first go around. Tells me to get ahold of a guy named Montana but gives me no number or email. Just tells me to come in 8pm-11pm any day to try to catch said person. Even though I brought the device from this location I’d have to go through the actual VOOPOO company for a warranty claim. They care more about you being 21+ and getting your money instead of customer satisfaction.

These guys are literally the most patient and knowledgeable csrs Ive ever seen. Especially sito. Guy with the long hair knows just about everything thing about coils Vapes and hookahs. Patience and the ability to explain and teach people who are new to this is hard to find now and days so this guy was a breath of fresh air. Walked in not knowing one thing and left with everything I needed to know. Prices are great and the customer service is above and beyond! Best vape store in Fayetteville and look forward to spending my money there!

I go to this shop all the time for vapes and all my smoking needs. It’s very organized and clean! Also the guy at the front Sito is always super friendly and helpful. He gives the place a good vibe. I used to go to Karma smoke shop for a lot of things, but this place is cheaper and just as good. Love it and love the staff!

The best shop I go to. I get all my vapes from there. mose helped me out w the coils for my boyfriends vape and I get all my disposables there. The owner is cool too. They have a big selection and the people there know what they’re talking about and always recommend the best flavors and brands. Prices are great too!!!

Horrible experience when we walked in there was a line, we stood at the counter for twenty minutes and we were not spoken to or even looked at. when it should have been our turn, others that came in after us was getting service, the lady that was there started breaking down the register for her shift, and a guy came in to take her place, he had a very bad attitude with other customers. We still did not get any service or even acknowledged and left. We will NEVER return.

Best vape store I’ve ever been in! Awesome selection, isn’t overpriced, it’s clean, and the main guy there is incredibly friendly and helpful. He always helps me find a new flavor and he hasn’t steered me wrong yet!

Everyone here is cool and laid back. They’re real down to earth people and present a comfortable environment to be in. You really enjoy their energy. Sito helps me out all the time with recommendations on what I should get every time and he’s always right

I don’t recommend to go here, your best off going to a different tobacco shop. There’s this light skin red head that works there that rips people off with prices. It’s ridiculous. Then when you try to notify management about it they could care less. This place over prices their products and have the wrong people running a tobacco shop. Place sucks!

Definitely a waist of time coming to this place the girl didnt have a clue what they had in the store. I you cant find it yourself or see it I dont have a clue attitude.
