I bought a new vape today, from what I thought was a knowledgeable employee, but he sold me coils that were the wrong ohms, and they do not work with the vape. So I wasted $20, and cant return or replace them since I live 2 hours away.

Awesome customer service. Im a first time vaper after using disposables for a long while. They took the time to show me all the vape devices available along with all the pros and cons if the various ones they had. I bought a device and some juice to go with it. When I got home I found the smoke a bit too harsh and returned it to the store. They swapped it out with no questions asked. You cant get any better customer service anywhere. This will definitely be my shop!

This place is like an i-store for Vapes!I went in to find a good starter vape for myself, I have been using ecigs for a couple of years now. First juul, then my lunch and I was looking to step my game up.The staff was awesome and helpful. A man named Xavier helped me out, walked me through a few options, gave me some info on what this means and what that means and was general Kool to deal with.He helped me find a vape kit in my price range even letting me try a couple out to get the feel no of the hit.I was very happy I just casually stumbled into this place.Definitely worth checking out if you vape or are thinking of trying out vaping.

I had a very good experience. I did not feel rushed at all. Very calm and inviting atmosphere. I was invited upon entry with a smile. I felt as if I was a returning customer even though it was my first time. I was assisted by Jessica. She was very helpful. I will be returning.

Great service! Sahra helped me when I was their tonight about an hour before closing. It was my first time purchase. She took the time to help me set it up and show me everything I needed to know. I’ll definitely be returning.Also, clean establishment and very military friendly.

The staff at Avail are great. I am a moderately experienced vapor and they provided me with a wealth of information. At no time at the store did I ever feel like I was being sold. I asked questions and the staff answered based on their personal experience and opinions. If anything they kept me from overselling myself. The gentleman that I had the pleasure of working with found me a product that meets my needs and gives me room to grow. I would recommend this store to anyone. Good prices, great juice, and fantastic staff.

My boyfriend and I had an awesome experience. Nicole was our helper and she did such a great job explaining everything to us and introducing us to the new juices and vapes. She was very professional and wasn’t pushy at all. She made sure our needs were met by asking questions and getting to know us. She helped us set up our new DRAGS and made sure we had everything we needed for our new set up with the best prices. I highly recommend becoming a member here for discounted prices and AWESOME service. The place itself is very clean, professional and if you’re a member you can have unlimited taste testing to as many juices you want for as long as you want! Beautiful store! I went in as a newbie with zero knowledge. The gentleman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I thought the prices were very fair. Again, Im new to this, but I spent much less than I had anticipated! I also really enjoyed their flavor selection, and loved that I got to try as many as I wanted so I knew I was leaving with something that I would enjoy! I have since stopped at another shop to grab some juices, and was very disappointed with their favors! Wont make that mistake again! Ive been cigarette free for two weeks now, and couldnt be happier with my experience and products from Avail!

Jeff was my representative who hooked me up today. Got me a brand new kit. He knew everything regarding all the products in store. He garaunteed me me his price was lowest in the area on juice. Very friendly manager who understood my time crunch and got me exactly what I wanted without hassle. I got the membership too. Worth every penny today.

Denis G really went above and beyond to help me get the perfect vape. I didn’t have my physical debit card on me, which usually wouldn’t matter in 2022 but this store was one that hadn’t updated their register/mobile pay thing yet. But my man Denis G figured out how to ring me up as curbside and just type my card info in and it worked In no time! Love my vape, love the great customer service 10/10 would recommend

Purchased a cbd pen that worked for about 2 days and would no longer worked and leaked the refill. I purchased while passing through fayetteville so I was unable to even exchange and the closest one to me was an inconvenience to drive to. Wasted money on a product that I could not really use. Overall customer service when originally purchased product was great though. Would have been nice had they sent out the same product to replace at no cost opposed to telling me to drive an hour to the nearest location to replace.

This is great spot if you want to get vape products or anything of that sort. The staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly.

Just went there for my first time, Jeff & Nicole were running the store. Jeff was great with knowledge but NICOLE WAS FANTASTIC! She knew what she was talking about, was helpful, patient, understanding, most of all, showed extreme respect of my own lack of knowledge. lol. this is now my go to!

The location itself is very nicely put together. The people who work there, or were there when I went in, were very snobby. I was looking for a specific coil and asked a heavy set male if they had it. Instead of answering the question, he tried to sell me a new tank. When he finished his sales spiel in a very nose-up-in-the-air way, I explained nicely that I didn’t come in for a whole new tank system and asked again if they carried the coil I was looking for. He looked genuinely offended that I didn’t want to spend $50 on a new tank system when I already have a really nice tank. The woman there also seemed upset that I wouldn’t buy anything since they didn’t have what I needed. Long story short (too late) only go here if you know for sure they have something you want to buy. You’ll be treated like a second class citizen if you don’t purchase anything simply because they don’t stock it. T.G.I. VAPE has employees that help you no matter what and don’t try to force product on you. I’ll stick to that location from now on.

Went into Avail Vapor not knowing much. Nicole was very patient and informative the whole way through. I ended up getting the ARMOUR PRO 100W KIT because a guy I work with recommend it. Great product and Im sure ill enjoy it for the years to come. Thanks for your help Nicole!

Let me preface this by saying I’ve only been to a few other vape shops in the Fayetteville area and this place really blew me away. Super clean and very organized. Xavier was THE BEST. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. When he says he’s a “man of his word”, he definitely isn’t kidding. Will definitely only be coming here. 10/10 would recommend.

Two times I visited the shop and two times I left disappointed. The first time was a couple weeks ago I purchased two bottles of juice and I asked to use the restroom and he said we dont have a restroom for customers after I watched a customer walk out of the restroom. The second time was today I was looking for replacement coils for my tfv8 and I called ahead to see if they had them the woman on the phone told me that they did have them and if they were $5 with a customer appreciation sale today I said okay Ill be right there. I get there and the gentleman that assisted me told me you know we dont sell these individually we have to sell the entire pack which ended up being only like $22 but I felt like it was a bait and switch when she specifically told me that it was $5 not $5 each coil for the entire pack.

Walked in and immediately was greeted by a sweet girl named Tequiya. She was so friendly and knew the products very well. She was super helpful in helping me select a juice. I will definitely be coming back!

I came into this store and had so-so expectations because I know the area is very populated and dense, and sometimes there is not enough time in the day to address every issue. BUT, my expectations were blown away when I arrived and discussed my current problem. I was disappointed that Juul had taken away some flavors recently, due to some sort of company controversy I won’t disclose now; BUT, thankfully Sahra, was able to assure me that Avail has not been affected in the recent change due to very exceptional inventory practices! They had the flavor I was looking for and I was extremely pleased. Looking back, this was the first company where I ever purchased a vaping product back in 2015 July, and even then I was impressed. Their store is super clean and has a very attractive bar type of presentation / displays for customers to try different vape flavors before purchasing. So it looks very nice, and feels very comfortable being there. Sahra was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about everything under the sun on vaping and is an experienced vapor herself. I want to say also, that they are much more focused on customer satisfaction being at this store for many years now versus just sales based motivations. It’s incredible and I’m very glad to see them still be here, when Fayetteville is not always an EASY place to run a business. They stand out for a REASON they really do. Out of many places I’ve lived, Fayetteville definitely has something very different about it. You’d have to live there to understand. Regardless, this is a definite recommendation for tourist, or local alike. You won’t be disappointed and if you happen to stop by and go in, ask for Sahra and be ready to have a great person, help you find exactly what you’re Looking for. Im super picky about vape shops but I love Avail. The employees are awesome, theyre not pushy, and they make it a chill environment (I find most other places to be stressful and uncomfortable). Sahra has gone above and beyond to make sure I get what I need and that Im happy with everything.

First off, amazing staff at this location - more than knowledgeable and helpful, they really do their best to meet the needs of the customer. And the selection of high quality e-liquids is top notch! My personal experience at Avail Vapor was great. They have everything one could possible need to satisfy their vaping needs. I highly recommend this store 😁

Just went to this place for the first time and the environment is very professional and very welcoming. I highly recommend joining the member ship that is only $1.00 and the benefits awesome. Jeff helped with all of my wife and Is question and even set up our tanks for us which is always a nice touch of service. I cant recommend this vape shop enough.

Avail has amazing quality juice (100% organic) which is a huge factor in this industry. The hardware is great for starters and people that already have vaping experience and the prices are very fair. Definitely worth checking out.

Great place with great juice, great staff, and lovely atmosphere. And you can sample the juice. My only complaint is that the wattage to try the juice is a little low (~30W), so the flavours are not as prevalent as would be at say, 70W.

Top notch service and super knowledgeable about all of their products. Went the extra mile to set up my device and save me some money. Ask for salesperson “V” you won’t be disappointed

Just walked in this place looking for a good e juice. I wasnt acknowledge or anything,I fully understand you have customers,but at least say how you are doing and say I will be with you shortly. So I ignored it,looked around for about 5 min..nothing. As I walked out feeling some type of way...he looked at me and nooded his head..wow! I done online search and figured since I was visiting from out of town...this was a good place to go...wrong!!! I was planning on buying a lot since Im here for a week,but lost a potential customer.

Walked in ready to purchase at any cost something to help me quit smoking.. However I was completly ignored as attendant helped one man decide which other vape store to go to. So he sent away the man and I walked out as no one even spoke to me. I did walk back in and inform the man behind client he just lost your store a good $100

Great place to shop. Nicole and the staff are always friendly and professional. If you want a place to shop full of smoke and employees vapeiing while your talking to them, then this is not the place for you. If you want a clean environment and professional service, this is the place.

First experience was good they haves good selection of nicotine salt juices. Bought a pod based vape from them called the khree ufo it has 2 pods so you can vape 2 flavors so I thought that was interesting and I bought it. Well one of the the pod systems was broken tried new pods, cleaned it and it obviously has a short it hits spotty and they said it still works.The lady was very disrespectful throughout the process and never refunded or replaced my purchase. Would not recommend buying an actual mod from them cause apparently if it doesn’t work when they sell it to you sucks to be you.

Ive been vaping for about 2 weeks so I first went into the Ramsey Street location the gentleman there although extremely hyper was very helpful so when I had issues I decided to go to the Cliffdale Road location in the ladies there help me out extremely if youre going to start vaping I recommend going to this franchise the only bad thing its too many flavors to choose from LOL but its worth the time and always sign up for the dollar membership

They have some alright juices at the moment, not much of a selection of hardware, theyre a bit pricey and by a bit I mean theres about a 90%-100% markup vs other places to buy juices, and they increased the prices when they switched ownership, ~$24 out the door for the 60ml I got vs going to any other smoke shop for that price youd get a 120ml

The assistant manager was working and helped me so much. New to vaping and this guy hooked it up. Super knowledgeable!
