Nick helped my husband pick out what he needed. This place has a lot to choose from. Prices are comparable to everywhere else. There are enough people working in order to put out new stock AND help customers which is good.

Great selection of Vapes and glass. This place doesnt carry the cheap Chinese knockoffs that other places (vaper maven) do. The staff is extremely knowledgeable (Evan walked us through so many options). I would highly recommend!

Nate Dawg is the maaan!!! Incredibly courteous and well informed staff eager to meet your smoking needs! Right down the street from 2 dispensaries, they offer discounts to card holders!

Recently stopped smoking and I started vaping. Googled “vape near me” and just went to this location not knowing what to expect.Elizabeth greeted me with a smile and was so patient and educated me on vapes and different liquids. She was so knowledgeable and amazing! She went above and beyond my expectations. I am so thrilled now I understand about vaping and feel totally more confident I can kick cigs for good!! Thank you Elizabeth!! Will be returning and shopping here for all my vaping in the future, for sure :)

This place is amazing. I needed a specific coil and i am from out of town and they had it which is very rare. Very nice gentleman behind the counter went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be stopping in again when i go thru here.

Very helpful staff and a decent selection. Prices are good. The employees are the best part. Kolton knows his stuff and will spend as much time as you need making sure you get the right product. This includes showing you how to use and care for it.

Yeah this place rocks it always does and its really awesome. Staff is great always wanted happy to see you and if theyve seen you before they remember you. They know what theyre talking about and if they dont find out, they also are always aware of when their trucks are coming in its a big deal if youre stuff is rare like my vape juice.

Hey what a cool shop they have!First I want send a thank you to Nate who helped me from start to finish! Nate was a huge help and didnt mind I spent my time finding the right rig.Now to the review:I was browsing their various dab rigs and came across a brand I had found online that was highly rated, the brand is PULSAR.. The prices were even better than the price online. I found a pretty unique rig for under $120. I also needed some accessories which they had a variation of each which was great. More of a selection means more ways to customize your experience with your rig.I was going to purchase something like glass cleaner but Nate sold me on a product called PIECE WATER SOLUTIONS. Read the label and liked what it was all about. Purchased a bottle for $14. Short story, get it. Keeps your rig clean.

I went in last week I have been looking for a certain flavor e-juice without nicotine. Unfortunately nobody is selling the one I liked But out of all the places I have checked Christian at this store was great. His enthusiasm was contagious and customer service out of this world. I ran restaurants before I got sick and if I was still working I would try to steal him from them and started him in management. He is an asset and will be in any company he works for. THANK YOU Christian for the great service that you showed myself as well as my husband and my son.

Ive read a lot of bad reviews about the Fayetteville location and was hesitant to shop there. My experience there was very pleasant. The staff was knowledgeable , helpful , friendly , and engaging. They had exactly what I was looking for , reasonably priced , showed me how to use it and was informed of all the features of the product. I highly recommend this place for all your needs

Ive been a repeat customer since theyve opened. Ive not had an issue with anything from there until recently. When I went back to see if I could exchange an item dude went through the device with me. I got the vibe that he was aggravated about the situation, like I was wasting his time or something. I answered all of his questions. I finally just outright asked if he could exchange it and he told me no. I grabbed the box and everything off the counter with a mumbled gd it and was headed out the door. I just dropped $25 on it so of course Im gonna be bummed when it doesnt work as anyone would be. As I was walking out dude said You know why I cant exchange that? I said no and he responded Federal law prohibits me from taking anything like that back (cool okay I get that) and told me to Have a good day I responded Have a better one! (habit) and after I was OUT the door (it was closing behind me) dude yelled Dont come back! Never have any of them been rude to me until today. Im legit one of the nicest people and for that to perspire the way it did was down right shocking.

The cashier was so good and Nice to us when we visited the store and made us feel very comfortable with his knowledge and so sweet.. keep the GREAT WORK UP AND VIST WITH EVERYONE AS U DO UR ARE A GREAT PERSON

I went into Ohmies tonight for a coil and some vape juice. I had never seen the employees that were there, but they did not disappoint!!! Chloe and Nate had the best personalities and they helped me pick the perfect juice! To say that they made my 10-15 minute experience an amazing one is a massive understatement! Biggest smiles and such amazing energy! Chloe and I talked about our favorite tea place, and Nate even joined me as I was dancing to the music! 😂 I would have thought that they were seasoned employees! I will always use Ohmies for all my smoking/vaping needs, and I hope they are there every time I come in!!

Hands down the best vape shop there is, and Ive been to many. Theyre incredibly helpful and friendly and take the time to help you decide whats best for you. No pressure--just knowledge and a genuine desire to really help their customers. Jeff helped me last week and he was amazing!! Theyve earned a loyal customer for life.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because for the most part, this place has been fine. Today’s experience, quite the opposite. I asked about what flavors they had in a certain brand and they didn’t have what I was looking for, not a big deal. I asked about a different brand that I hadn’t seen there before and the guy responds saying “yeah, it’s pretty good” and then opened his phone half way turned away from me to respond to a text. I then asked what the flavors were since I couldn’t see the names/descriptions. I waited a few seconds and he continued his text. I continued to wait as he texted and the other worker just looked at him. Neither one of them even acknowledged my question. I then said “Well, thank you. Have a good one.” And started to walk out. At that point he turns back towards me as I’m walking and says “Oh, hang on!”. Such a rude experience. Have not had a great experience here ever since the employee turn around seems to have a different person every time I’m in there.

Came through with the intention of buying a specific vape this evening at about 9:45 to 9:50, which I know pretty close to closing time and not something I love to do, but it wouldnt take more than a minute or two as I knew the one thing I wanted. However when I arrived I and another customer were locked out, with another that had been given the same treatment at least a bit earlier. Staff refused to acknowledge us despite two hanging out behind the counter on their phones. Comes off to me as highly unprofessional, I would understand if hours were different but the posted closing time here and on the door was 10pm. I have to say my experience would have been at least a little better had staff acknowledged any of us or explained what was going on. I will add i know at least one of the other individuals locked out cursed at staff later, so thats not great either.

Came in to get a disposable. Clerk playing on her phoen. Didnt see a menu. Some younger girls come in and ask her if she has a menu. Clerk pulls it from under a pile of papers and a phone. Clerk asks me, Do you know what you want? I tell her yes but not sure what flavor. She looks at the girls and tells me, Well they have the menu, and resumes playing on her phone. Excellent experience, I came in and didnt spend any money at all.

Favorite place to buy glass in nwa. Great prices (though they have increased but Im sure the price they pay has gone up as well in this economy. The customer service is always on point and they are happy to share their knowledge.

Great prices on juice! Their reward point system is NOT worth signing up for. We bought a new tank, spent over $130 and buy juice there every week. We only got enough points to not have to pay sales tax on our next juice purchase (less than $5).

Went in there a couple weeks ago and was talked down too when asking questions. The employee stereotyped me cause I am a white guy with dreads. Thinking that I wouldnt ask questions I guess. I asked about a specific piece and his response was are you serious?. Yeah buddy I was serious, I havent bought a rig in a long time and wanted to make sure I didnt get the wrong thing. Horrible customer service.

Nice place, the employees were friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. I only gave 4 stars because certain areas of the store could of had a better selection. But overall good place to check out.

Was my favorite shop and only glass shop I went to in nwa but will never go again or let any of my boys go due to last night I called at 9:58 to say I was going to be pulling in at 10 to grab butane but they didn’t answer any of my 5 calls and then I got there and guy working saw me run to door and he looked at me shakes his head and locked to door, it was 10 pm when they close but he saw me and if he would of picked up the phone he could of had it ready and it would of been 30 seconds if that but he literally shook his head at me and locked while I was standing right there in front of door, TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Especially being a weekly customer

I shop ohmies all the time I love this place but the past couple of times I have gone in it has been extremely hot in there. Employees say the a/c unit is broken. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work in that condition. i was wondering if the owner knows about this because I dont think thats fair for your employees to be working in the heat like that especially in the summer time. Everyone who works there are always helpful even though they are sweating like crazy. Come on owners dont leave your employees in that hot store fix your ac or I might look for another place to shop because i dont want to shop in the heat

I would give the store on 62 a 5 star but when I was looking for an infinix they didnt have any in stock, and had no idea of when they would get some. The sales associate suggested that I go to the Springdale store. So I did and found what I was looking for but a month later it stopped working. I kept it clean and never dropped it. But when I took it back to the store the sales associate sorry cant do anything for ya. So what was the purpose of keeping the receipt. I would also have to say that several of the sales associates are all about helping friends but not so much on strangers. I have still purchased products from the 62 location, but Im very careful as to whom I get to help me.

Excellent inventory and excellent operation hours. Unfortunately I had a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming experiance. The associates made me feel as if I couldnt leave fast enough. I probably wont stop here again unless I had no other choice. The radio ads made it seem much friendlier, and I was let down unfortunately.

Probably has the most supply of all the smoke or vape shops in the area and costs are fair. So makes sense to stop here when you know they will have what you want and need and pricing isn’t too bad. Nice atmosphere and clean clean store.

It was my first time buying a vape pen and Jeff, store manager, was a tremendous help. He asked enough questions to figure out the best product choices for me, and answered all of my questions honestly and without trying to upsell me into products I didnt need. Highly recommended!

I usually come to ohmies and have a great experience every time. I get what I need in a quick manner. However, this particular time my boyfriend and I walked into the store. I wanted to get a new vape and the guy helping on the other side was needlessly rude, crass, and constantly made unnecessary comments which made the whole process uncomfortable. I didnt even want to ask for a juice that I needed after getting the vape just to escape the situation. My boyfriend went in later to get the juice for me, because I was too uncomfortable to go back in the store with that particular worker still there. While he was in there, he witnessed the same worker be extremely rude to an old man with a cane who was attempting to get a glass piece. After talking to a friend of mine, she also let me know that this same worker had made sexist comments towards her. I normally have a great time, but this particular time really ruined going into the store for me.

Super cool place. It was stop 8 on our 9 stop head shop tour. We are from Little Rock and decided to hit the big named head shops going home through Rodgers, Springdale, Fayetteville and Conway because Little Rock is TERRIBLE for head shops (looking at you Parthenon). The store had some super cool stuff in it. Prices were very good as well. I would highly recommend this location and day of the week! The stay open till 10 pm seven days a week...thats awesome. Little Rock closes every shop at 6 pm and some arent 7 days a week.....boooo!

Went in to get a vape for my cartridge, workers there played dumb said they didnt know what I was asking for. Sub par customer service. Rude, short and unknowledgable. Starting to see a trend with the shops attitude towards females. If you are a woman, do yourself a favor and give your money to a different vape shop.

Unfortunately I just had my second bad experiance here. The guy who was helping me didnt greet me when I approached the counter and finished what he was saying to his coworker before dinallu approaching the counter and said what do you want. Normally I take that kind of language as hey i dont want to chit chat so I proceed to say what I want and whe. Asked if I need anything else I said no. He the. Said sounds like somebody knew what they wanted. He then proceeded to cuss out who I believe to be the owner or manager of this place Nancy. They where not there obviously. I really like omhies but this is the second time I have had a really rude encounter. I think I will be taking my bussiness else where permanently.

I’m not really sure where to begin with this review....I guess I will start with some background. I’m 52 and in the middle of menopause at its worst!! I had been having hot flashes like crazy. All day and really bad ones. I take heart and hbp meds and didn’t want to see my doctor for hrt that may or may not work so I turned to cbd oil for help. After researching and having purchased(not cbd ) from this place before I was fairly confident in their advice. After calling and talking to Trent?? I was even more confident in seeing what you had. Walked into shop and was met with smiles and very nice guys. Talked to the guys for a good 30-45 mins about menopause and cbd and the effects it was having on me it was recommended to get some pills for the worst ones which are at night. I did purchase 2- 5 day trials which I paid and got a discount for which was much appreciated. I didn’t want to leave without all the info i needed so talked some more and ended up buying a bottle of tincture as well. OMG!!! All I can say is omg. Started that day taking the oil as needed and it greatly reduced how bad my hot flashes were. Started the pills that night and OMG. I have never been more happy than I am right now. The pills at night and the tincture as needed have reduced my hot flashes to almost none. I cannot say enough about the guys and the information that I got from them. Moreover I got compassion for my situation which was the absolute best. I therefore will be back for more of both!!! I would absolutely recommend to any women having the same problem to try it!! You have nothing to lose and may gain some much needed relief. The guys are super knowledgeable about what they are selling. Not just out to make a buck. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. 100 times overANDY... I requested for an associate to email me in regards to a certain product I was seeking. Ive been dying to get my hands on the high demand Yocan Uni and havent had any luck with other Vape shops. The other vape companies told me to call around instead of them looking into their inventory and gaining a customer. Ohmies Vape and Glass Emporium went above and beyond and gained a loyal customer. Andrew emailed me back letting me know what locations had what I was looking for. I went to the Fayetteville location and was in and out. I got exactly what Ive been looking for and had wonderful service! Im very happy with my seamless experience!

I’d give them less than 1 star if possible. Customer service is horrible. Can tell them exactly what you need but they still don’t listen and try to push a wrong product. Not educated about what they sell, told they hated a certain brand by an employee because some reason but then their shelf’s are lined with product of that brand.

This is the greatest vape shop I have ever been to. Not only is every employee there very knowledgeable but they also do great with repairs and the prices on everything are very reasonable. As long as this shop stays open me and my husband will never go to any other shop. Conrad has fixed my husbands vapes multiple times and he is seriously a mad scientist when it comes to vapes. They have awesome customer service

Hi my name is Mitchell Turner I am a Ohmies shopper or was the Siloam springs location always had friendly staff I have purchased multiple torches from this location as well as butane and a few other items Im registered with my phone number and have spent well over $150 in there in the last 2 months I had a problem with one of their torches the first time I used it it did not come with butane so was not able to try it in the store drive to return the torch right at two weeks later because I hadnt been back to Siloam still in the box with the receipt just ask for an exchange and they said absolutely not theres no damage to the torch or anyting and the manager here told me to make sure I kept the receipt in case there was anything wrong with the torch but she turned me away and said she could not exchange or return anyting so as for at least the Siloam location manager lady here

Hard pass. I know several people that have had problems with your quality products and most of your staff looks stoned out of their damn minds most of the time. Literally every vape shop Ive ever been to has provided better service than yours.

Just moved to Fayetteville from DFW and had to find a new regular vape shop. So happy I came here. Everything is priced incredibly well, (some 120mls are just a little over 20 bucks, sweet jesus!) they have an insane inventory of mods, juice, glass, etc. All of them are incredibly well informed and cool dudes who will go very out of their way to help you out. I highly recommend this place.

In my experience not only are they the most knowledgeable in the area when it comes to Vapes, but theyre also the most friendly. I purchased two stick vaporizers from here and one did not work, I took it back the same day I bought it. The staff said their manager wasnt there so I would have to come back in the morning to either get another one or to get my money back. I asked the staff member for my receipt, he told me I didnt need it that the store manager would just trade it out, so I came in the morning and the manager informs us he wont do anything about it because we didnt have a receipt, the most he would do is give a discount on a new stick vaporizer. I was a devoted ohmies customer, now I will do my business with a business that stands by what their employees say, I cant afford to be ripped off by a company that could of stood by their employees and product, instead of a manager that pretty much calls their employees stupid.

Everyone here is nice and helpful but I think the thing i loved the most is they didnt make me feel stupid for asking questions. Alot of vape stores around are rude if you dont know everything about every vape, but this store and location did the complete opposite. It sets the bar high for the rest. Ill never go anywhere else.

EMPORIUM #5 HAS LOST MY BUSINESS.I am a postive, avid smoker. Who was really excited to see a Ohmies in Siloam (if you didnt know we are a small retirement/religious college town, a lot of very kind hearted people).I have gone to this store three times now, and even made phones call before hand to confirm inventory.The staff is UNNECESSARILY rude.When asked detailed questions the general response is uh yeah I think I know what you mean and upon arrival... it is not.We have tried to be kind and considerate, once again having an Ohmies in Siloam Springs is very exciting.But the staff at the specific locations is losing not only my excitement for this specific buisness but also losing you customers on the daily.You should really consider addjusting your staff.

Bought what I thought was a really great metal travel pipe about 3 weeks ago...for a nice price $35 with tax. But its a knockoff of the original Journey pipe sold online... Brought my new merchandise home .I opened the case and it was broken. I phoned the MLK location to to possibly swap out cases? Nope. (Keep in mind the same dude helped me while eating a bag of Takis...😳) So I let the case situation be .I understand company policies blah blah blah...BUT NOW! The magnet that holds the lid and pipe together has fallen off and I cant find it. Therefore, my cool knockoff pipe from China doesnt work. Ugh! Went to Bentonville and Springdale to find one and no dice .(Springdale employee very helpful on her part). I had a fondness for your stores at one point. But your customer service blows big chunks . (Fayetteville and Bentonville specifically).

Made the mistake of visiting vapor maven thinking small and local was the way togo, its like shopping in a third world street market. Broke worthless junk with no return policy you dont get privvy to until you try and get a working item you spent hard earned money on.Dont go.........On the flip side of the same coin you get a clean professional environment where faith in product makes for honest up front policies, working equipment and the comfort of knowing I now have a place. Im definitely an Ohmie now.

Though they have a great selection and the employees have nice attitudes and are pretty knowledgeable... never said they were incompetent tbh the guys that were in there wernt even the guys that sold me my stuff... so no hard feelings to those that were working today... if you are not knowledgable on what you are purchasing, they WILL NOT inform you of things you should know... Ive been vaping for 6 years, mainly building my own coils and such, I bought a SMOK PRIV M17, they claimed that it was built for salt nic and his coils last 2 weeks.. but Im going thru coils every 3 days because high salt nic burns the coils quick... they failed to tell me this... and when I confronted the owner about this all he could do was blame me and curse at me... so just be aware, I would recommend white oak vapor instead they are knowledgeable and will tell you things before buying things...... bro I didnt come in and have an attitude, you came to the counter and kept attacking me thats when I got an attitude, I have vaped on tanks and understand how to use them, I dont treat them like RDAs.. and you NEVER said GOD BLESS that i would remember! you said get the F*&! out and went and sat ur behind back in ur office... when some1 brings a complaint to the owner and the owner wants to get an attitude over something small thats when u figure things out about the store... I didnt go in there and demand anything I went in there to speak my mind about how I was treated and how I wasted my money... and you got an attitude with me... dont try and justify your horrible customer service, its funny I put regular juice in it and have already been using it longer than what you guys sold me... I run my own business and if I treated people how you treated me I would have less than 5 stars... but I dont! Doesn’t need manager to sell product to me but needs manager to return it. been in several times and never seem to have the manager present. Then told sales are final after I purchased the item nowhere did it ever say that and no one ever mentioned that to me before purchase. Pretty upsetting that such am awesome location has such a poor unhelpful, down right rude staff.

Very un professional. Never gave me a recipt. Seem to never acknowledge me when i went into the store just talked with his buddies around the register and none of them ever even left the chairs they were sitting on. Only reason not 1 star is cause they had exactly what i was looking for.

I come here often to get hookah supplies, but I’m hesitant to go back strictly because the kids that work there have zero customer service etiquette. I heard a dozen cuss words in the 5 minutes I was there, and they didn’t seem to care. Aside from that, the encounter I did have was very minimal and thoughtless. I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like this should be addressed.

We drove from van buren to this place about 45 min drive because it was the only vape shop open until 10pm. Very convenient for us. Guys are very helpful. I will be returning.

Possibly some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been in here twice and I will not ever be coming back. I’m an avid smoker and I have never been treated so poorly at a smoke shop. Both guys in there working don’t even know how to hold a conversation or are just to high and mighty to help. Either way all around worst smoke shop in town.

CBD oil pens dont work!! I had to go back 3 times to exchang. I tied 2 differences brands and both did not work!!They dont charge or hold charge like they should.
