Stopped in today for the first time and picked up a pipe. They have a really great selection and fair prices for what I was looking for. The guy working was super helpful showed me a couple dry herb vape options. Definitely would recommend.

Haven’t stopped in yet, but I’m going in this morning! I read Monica’s response to a baseless review left by what I would assume is a grumpy miserable person who didn’t get their way and got but hurt because of a short conversation. Kudos to the owner for responding with poise and respect. Made me want to bring you my business and tell my friends to come check out the store as well. I love and respect you calling out the corporate clowns and those that are blinded by their lies and greed. LETS GOOOOO!!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to you guys for selling Booming Acres All-In-One Mushroom Grow Bag! Fair price and they sell spores as well so it’s a one stop shop. I’ve been here several times and the guys are great and the nice glass. I’ll be back for another Booming Acres All-In-One Mushroom Grow Bag, first one is going great and they have great customer service.

This shop is the shop! I highly recommend going here for your smoke needs. They have a variety of product. The owners are so chill, down to earth, and on that real sh**. Theres definitely good vibes within their business and they take care of their shop really well. Been going here for a few years, backwoods always fresh. Front desk is always really cool. Only a few places check your backwoods before they hand them to you and I appreciate that. Gotten a few $8 packs from around the area that broke apart. Check this place out!

This was our first time here and the guy behind the counter was rude and short. Wasn’t only rude to me but also to another customer that asked a question. This is so sad because I live down the street and was looking forward to have a smoke shop close by. Would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Wild Bills on 9mile and John R they’re always nice and accommodating.

Stopped in here while waiting for a delivery. Coolest smoke shop Ive been in for a minute. They had everything I was looking for and then some. Will be stopping back in when Im up in Michigan again.

I understand a no return policy to an extent but if the customer is still in the store in front of your employee with the product they have just bought from your employee by mistake there should be no issue to return that product it hasnt left the store the employee watched the customer the whole time while in the store and could see they didnt tamper with the product but your employee still refuse to give a return to a repeat customer and choose to take the commission on that 1 sale over future sales and profits. Well thats poor customer service and a good way to lose repeat customers

I would have given these guys a great review regardless because theyre nice as hell and helpful, but today was the icing on the cake.My Ooze battery had shut off out of nowhere and wasnt working. I knew they probably wouldnt take a return but I brought it in anyways and after having a look at it they just handed me a brand new one and sent me on my way.These guys there are great and the store has absolutely everything you would need.Definitely check this place out!

One of the best smoke shops in the area in my opinion. Staff are always friendly and helpful, offering advice and honest opinions. The shop itself has a wide variety of merchandise, and you can find anything youre looking for and then some. This is the best head shop Ive ever seen. The first time I went there I immediately impressed by how clean and organized they keep the store. The layout is colorful, fun and cool. The last few times Ive visited, the atmosphere had drastically changed. These guys used to be like your neighborhood corner store where you could shop and converse and learn about products.They used to go above and beyond to educate and advise on the products. Now, they barely say hello. You get, What can I do for you? When you drive a half hour to patronize an establishment, thats disheartening.Sad thing is I love that little shop. It reminds me of infinity end on Charlotte, NC. Fortunately, there are other places to shop for gear now that marijuana is legal.

I have been coming to this shop for years . Bought hundreds maybe thousands of dollars of merchandise from the store. The people who work there know who I am..I bought a piece of glass that turned out to be defective. I went to to resolve the issue and was told in basic terms they would not refund or exchange the item.:.will never recommend another person to go there

I havent been here yet, but the fact that the guy doesnt believe in wearing masks is enough for me to say that this will probably be one of my favorite smoke shops. I plan on visiting soon. These guys are great. Went in to buy a new vape mod. Gave opinions on what coils would be best, browsed through juice with me and gave opinions. Helped me set everything up before leaving and made sure I was happy. Great shop.

Bought what I thought was a decent piece but it has a crack that I didnt notice before I bought it. Called to ask about an exchange and was told that I had to wait for the owner to come in tomorrow. I was later called as was told that they could do the exchange the same day and the took care if me as soon as I walked in. Great service from a quality headshop!

On Wednesday, February 16th 2022 5pm: I felt pressured the moment I walked in as if they wanted me to buy something quickly. Watched my boyfriend and I like hawks while browsing. Another employee walks in singing loudly and rudely window shopper I honestly felt offended my bf and I being the only ones shopping. So I went to ask the price of a few items and got very rude responses so we politely left. Will not spend my money any place like this very rude or maybe because we were black. Hmm.

Tha Head Shop Is one of the best equipped With all the latest and the greatest, Paraphernalia that youll ever Set your eyes on. You will see more glass bowls, than you have ever seen, you will shake your head just looking at all of them. Hundreds of other Amazing items also. Stop in and look its just amazing. They now carry Cigars too!!!

Used to be my go-to, lived in the area for 10 years, going there a few times a month, maybe more. The guy working the register today was acting full of himself, talking politics, not wearing a mask.. I just wanted to get my stuff and get out. As you can see from their responses to negative posts, they handle situations like this very unprofessionally. But i guess thats what you get from this establishment now. Wont be coming back.

A lot of variety in products always has what I am looking for at great prices for quality products... employees are very knowledgeable of these products and dont try to up sell you and are very friendly. Im hoping to see the company expand we need more shops like this!

This place is simply the best. They have everything you could ever need to vape/smoke out of/with. Ian and Jimmy always make me feel most welcome. They know what Im there for before I do most times. Also the updated chill-out lounge is sick, definitely check it out if you havent been there in a while.

I stumbled across this place randomly one day and met Jeremy the owner. We got to talking, and fast-forward to today, I consider Jeremy and his two employees Sonny and Jimmy personal friends of mine now. They have absolutely everything you could ever need in there, but sometimes I swing by just to talk about fishing or how much I hate my job. They treat me like a friend because they are my friends. In an industry largely overrun with low quality junk, Jeremy deals exclusively in high quality merchandise with a reasonable price-tag. Save yourself some time and money, and go give these guys your business. They will go out of their way to take care of you!!

This place knows what they are doing. They have the right kind of product and buy quality. Ive been steered towards what works best and not what costs the most. Ive been well taken care of the several times that I have visited.

They have a great selection for tokers AND vape-rs! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and are always looking to see you get the best of what youre looking for. They even are excellent at making recommendations and suggestions for things you didnt even know you wanted! My tokin and vapin experiences have been greatly improved by this place!

Ill be reviewing their house kratom, and a brand called hulu pharmacy here since I dont see any reviews for them yet. EDIT: both brands are good (not fake). I will be dissecting both of them over the next few days to compare them both...Update: Heeeereee we gooo!!! The house kratom and hulu both get 4 of 5 stars. The house seemed like it had more energy and mood affects and the hulu just helped with pain. Herbal salvation and opms concentrates are still the best you can get - they are for sure 5 stars. 100grams of HS is 50$ and that seems expensive but its not. You can use a very small amount to get strong pain relief. I hope the owner will get herbal salvation and/or opms because I have to drive far to get them. Sorry guys, I was really hoping you had the best kratom too...but I have to stick with HS.I find myself an expert since I have tried several brands and taken kratom for chronic pain for years. Ill update this in a few days. As far as the place itself is concerned, I find everything here normal as in 5 stars and they try to give better customer service then their competitors. Personally I dont prefer it sometimes just because I dont feel like talking but a lot of people like it. Good job owner , I hope your kratom and the hulu are good!

The owner was there when I went in and he was super helpful in buying a vaporizer. He set me up with the proper rig and I was vaping immediately. I even had a problem with refilling it later in the day, so I went back up there and he was happy to help. Ill be going back for sure! Check it out!

I had bought my vapor and it didnt work the way it was suppose to so i took it back and was told it was nothing that he could do, so as I was leaving he called me back and gave me the right stuff. I go all the time they really like what they do and tell u the difference between all the vapors. Let me get up there before they close on me. Keep up the great job guys I come all the way from Highland Pk. to Ferndale to get mine and i havent had a cigarette since Dec. I can say i dont smell like a ashtray lol.

Its like walking into a store that actually knows what they are doing. They are well informed on any products that I asked about and are extremely nice guys. Very clean and amything you are looking for can easily be found in this store . Maybe even something you werent expecting to find.

I got here at 10am on a Saturday. Sign said they open at 10am. I waited until 10:15am. No one around. I left. I dont think I will be back due to their sketchy store hours. I was in a hurry and had to drive out of my way to another smoke shop.

Ive purchased things from here before without issues but I had a an extremely poor experience the last time I went into the store. It was such a poor experience that although I was planning on buying something I had to walk away and leave because the person in the store just wasnt friendly.
