Such a nice atmosphere to go into the guy at the register was exceptional I think his name was Robert what a great guy and helpful

The new manager Robbie is so nice. He reccomend that I try a mr vapor this morning instead of a breeze and it did not disappont!!!! Way better deal and taste. He is amazing. This is my favorite wild bills!!!!!!!

Brandon the assistant manages is always extremely helpful and courteous in suggesting the best new products that come in. The experience is always pleasure and I look forward to stopping in during the week! Big ups to Brandon and everyone else in the store!

First time at this wild Bills really enjoyed the hospitality and the manners of the gentleman very well versed when it came to the cigars most definitely will return for customer service was impeccable I did not feel rushed the store was clean and well stocked

I visited the Ferndale wild Bill smoke shop where I had the pleasure of meeting Dana the store clerk, the first one I purchased didnt work so I had to return it where at that point Dana showed me a nice compact vape I love it as it is adjustable for different sizes cartridgesWish I could give Dana her a much higher rating

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and have good recommendations for every taste. The shop is clean and well-stocked. Overall it was an enjoyable experience to shop here.

I always have a good experience everytime Ive shopped at Wild Bills Tobacco. The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Also, every Wednesday is what I call cost efficient days because almost everything in the store is on sale.

They have some of the most helpful staff! I didn’t know a whole lot about their products but they offered a lot of help and walked me around the store to make sure I knew all my options. Spent a lot of time at the CBD counter, I learned a lot and the staff was very patient. Also I got a coupon at the counter for a new vape, which was a nice touch.

Honestly a great place to go. Good prices,products, and even better workers. Duan was super helpful, and overall very pleasant to deal with. Give her a raise!

Great Tobacco shop. Only place in the area that carries Lucky Strikes. They also have a nice cigar selection and someone usually always has a good recommendation. They are also quite knowlegable when it comes to your vaping needs and always have great specials.
