A Great Massage Spa

I stopped at a hotel nearby for the night to break up a long drive and found this spa. After reading the reviews about AG I knew I needed to see him for a massage. On top of the long drive I have Tourettes so my neck and back were completely annihilated and I couldn’t turn my head or even find a position where I didn’t have searing pain, but after 2 hours with AG I feel comfortable for the first time in weeks. He really got deep and broke up my knots. I can turn my head and I feel lighter. I had to hurry back to my hotel because all I want to do is fall asleep. AG is not only extremely strong and skilled at breaking up knots, but he kept me occupied with pleasant conversation so I didn’t notice the knots so much. He’s going to be my regular stop to break up such a long drive. I feel like a different person!!

Excellent massage she listened to my concerns and requests and wow I felt amazing after . Love the flexibility of the schedule since my schedule is so crazy I cannot commit to a time. I was hurting so bad crunched over my computer I was in tears of pain but walked out with tears of joy after a quick 30min visit on my lunch hourThe pain oil is EVERYThING!!! A must have add-on . Will be back over and over !!

Positives: Booking online was an easy process. The staff were friendly when we entered the building, and the massage room was kind of cute.Negatives: It almost seemed as if they forgot about my appointment. They left out of the room a few times to get things that they needed during the massage, and they MADE us give a tip. Literally, stood out in the lobby and pointed to the tip sign as soon as we walked out of the massage room to leave, and asked us if we were doing card or cash.Other things to note: Overall, I guess I enjoyed it. The hot stones were great, but too much pressure was applied half the time, and I could feel my body tensing up instead of relaxing. My upper back is actually a little sore today. 😔

Amazing experience! We did the couples hot stone 90 minute deep tissue and would highly highly recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will definitely be returning here!

AG the male message therapist was awesome! He targeted my problematic areas and I felt pain relief. I will definitely be booking him again. I have a busy life and the 60 minutes massage I was able to elude the outside world for a little bit. FYI cut your phone off

The ambience, environment was very therapeutic and clean. I went heavy and left feeling refreshed as self-care is important.. ask for exactly what you need and you should get it! Great prices, friendly staff. I will return and see if my 4 star can be bumped to a 5 star cuz I think I was just in my head about one incident.. but we shall see! Thanks for the amazing service!

Had an amazing massage! AG was really great and worked out some of my sore spots. I felt so good after. Super relaxed and was ready for the second part of my drive home. Would come back more if i lived close by. Definitely get the hot stones!

Do not go to this place if you want a peaceful place! First of all you are charged $5 to use your card to pay. I could not communicate with the therapist due to a language barrier. During the massage she stepped out twice to answer her ringing phone, third time to get lotion, and then every time someone came to the door a “doorbell” would ring in my room and she would leave to go take care of another customer! Insane - no relaxing at all!!

Took my mom out to relax here & both of us had a great massage!! The environment and staff was amazing and kind and we got hot stone massages which is exactly what we needed 10/10 recommend this establishment!!!

AWESOME experience. Came in with ALL sorts of pain in my lower back, hips, shoulders, etc. When I was done with my session, I felt like I was Levitating. Great service

The massage itself was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend if you need a deep tissue massage to target stiff areas and decompress.

I’m 8 weeks postpartum and needed a massage SO SO BAD. My husband and I went in for 60min. deep tissue and I swear, I could’ve cried tears of joy by the end. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. They massaged our entire bodies while giving special attention to pain points around our shoulders and lower back to remove knots they had found. I am definitely making it a regular routine to come back again. Thank you so much! ♥️

Excessive charge to use a credit card. The woman demanded a $20 tip. Very rude. I see that there are many others that are making the same comments.

There was an employee who was thin and a bit tall with long, curly hair and had a toxic attitude towards me as a customer with no respect at all, which was unacceptable, I never come back no restpect guess, becareful go to here everybody that not good omggg

My husband and I booked a couples massage and I must say, this was the best massage experience we’ve had thus far. Both masseuses were extremely professional, punctual, and precise. The deep tissue massage was just what we needed and the hot stones put the cherry on top.We will definitely be back!

If you’re having any type of body issues he’s your man, you won’t be sorry. Me & my wife have been receiving couples massages here for almost a year now. Booked an hour long deep tissue massage for my birthday last week, and it was amazing!! AG was my masseuse and he did an incredible job. He was very professional, he asked me what areas I would like him to focus on in order to personalize my experience, and he got all of my kinks and knots out with a firm yet gentle approach. I really enjoyed this and even told him before I left that I would be booking an hour and a half session next time around. I cannot wait to book again! 1000/10 overall and highly recommended!!

My sister and I just received amazing massages from here! The therapists were absolutely amazing! They were extremely kind and ensured that they kept checking in with us regarding the level of pressure, how we were doing, temperature of the room, etc. They really focused on our knots and pressure points. The massages were phenomenal, and we will definitely being going back again!

Well not return , I kept complaining about how painful the massage felt some parts were good but my shoulders were very sore afterwards. I will not return

I got there the receptionist lady I didnt understand nothing she was saying. She made me pay for the service before the service was completed. Then she pointed at the sign saying they charge $5 to swipe your debit card. After, the service was over she was standing at the desk with the card machine. I was totally confused. So, I told her I already paid she pointed at the sign telling me to give her a tip not only that they have it on the sign how much they want Per time you booked that is how much tip you pay. I feel like thats very unprofessional to ask someone for a tip and tell them how much to give. The massage was very good I wouldve given a five star but the tip part had me very upset. I booked a 90 minutes spa for $110 left paying $135. They charge$5 to swipe the card because they already getting half of the tip. I asked her is it another five for me to swipe to give the tip she said no.I will never return for a massage at this place again.

This place is an entire NIGHTMARE! My wife and I came and I had paid in advance. I didnt know that it was an additional $5.00 to pay for the services with a card. Ok, fine. Then we were getting our massages and they talked the entire time. We really just wanted quietness and relaxation. Then, each time that the phone would ring or someone would come in, our massages were stopped. We were not compensated for the missed time. Then, fast forward to when we were getting dressed I didnt have all of my clothes on and the lady knocked and immediately came in the room before I could tell her to wait. She was in a hurry to get a tip from us. So. We get dressed and were about to leave, only to have the man and lady to block the door and they demanded a tip and wouldnt let us out. Well, we didnt have much cash on us. But between the two of us we were able to come up with $10.00. We offered it to them and they looked at each other and laughed. They said that it wasnt enough. So, we werent paying them another $5.00to pay by card. So they quickly said that they wouldnt charge us the fee since were paying the tip by card. I then went on to pay because that was the only way that we would have been able to leave. Luckily for them, though, my wife and I both left our gunsat home that day. We started to file a police report for kidnapping because thats exactly what they did to us. I finally reached the owner and was able to get a full refund. I would NEVER return here. This was a very traumatizing event. They need their doors permanently closed. I wouldnt recommend this place to a dog.

I had a wonderful experience at Great Massage. This was my first experience going there. At first when I got there, I was confused because I didn’t realize that I was getting a full massage. And I had to Undress… So that felt weird to me. But after that, I felt very comfortable. AG Was my male massager and he was wonderful. He made me feel very comfortable and relax. I almost fell asleep.. Lol… He massage all the places that hurt at.. and don’t let me forget about the hot stones. Those felt very very good. I had the deep tissue massage with the hot stones. It was awesome. I’ve never had a massage. But I will be going back. I love this place. I was very comfortable. And it wasn’t that expensive. So my suggestion to you if you’re looking for a massage parlor, this is a place. The Great Massage… Make sure you get AG, the male massager to massage you… You won’t regret it.

Had a couples massage done with my fiancé and it was amazing. Very knowledgeable staff and did a great job. I would suggest going later in the day because if you’re anything like me, you will need the afternoon to relax and take in the amazing experience you just had. Will be returning. Would highly suggest.

Really excellent massage. AG is skilled and kind. My initial impression was that the spa was a little rough around the edges and the receptionist was abrupt. But I quickly became a fan when AG (massage therapist) started working on my back. I will certainly return!

So I walk in and it’s an Asian lady who seemed to be super nice but I couldn’t communicate with her well because of a language barrier. I am a welder from Ohio and work tons of hours so coming down here on a 3 month business trip, a message was something I needed. She took a phone call at the beginning (all on my 60 minutes). The message wasn’t deep at all or had any force to it and she stayed on my shoulder blade for too long and now I am actually sore back there. I paid $75 for it and left hurting and honestly feeling uncomfortable, she rang me up before the message even took place and I wanted to give her a tip (in Ohio it’s basically part of the purchase) so I’m out $95!! I didn’t get anything close to these other peoples reviews, idk what I walked into honestly.

Nice massage experience, I will come again next time. I have never had such a good service experience. After the massage, I felt very relaxed and the room was very clean.

Please whatever you do don’t go here! My experience was awful to say Was awful. The last time I checked Tips were customary not mandatory. They’re more concerned and getting your debit card been giving you a good massage and making sure they get their tip.

Stopping today and got a massage. Cici did a wonderful job on my shoulders. I sit all dayand work on a computer and my shoulders were killing me. Opted for the deep tissue massage and pain oil that she suggested. Will definitely be back next month.

This was my very first full body massage…. I am in love with the way my body felt afterwards the service was amazing the building smelled amazing …. The best part about it was the hot stones and the deep tissue was just what I needed. Will definitely be returning soon

The perfect amount of pressure and relaxation. I had a problem with a knot in my upper back that was effecting my arm and neck. It was diligently worked on until it was loosened up. Ive gained mobility back. The hot stones are a nice addition

I think it is a bit pricey. The massage therapist ask for a tip after my massage. I gave her $10. She said really that is it? That is not enough. I told her that was what I was giving her. She kept telling me I should give her more because it was a long massage and I had said it was good. I thought she was rude.
