A great place with good e-juice selections and vaporizer selections. Coffee there is great also. But I feel like I need to apologize for being up there so much because I guess someone up there has an issue with me being there a lot. I completely understand if I was doing something to make someone feel uncomfortable. I like doing business with club vape and would like to continue to do business with club vape. If someone has an issue with me being up there then I would appreciate someone reaching out to me to tell me that someone has an issue with me. It kind of makes me feel unwanted. Other than that this store is an excellent place to shop at.Edit: thank you Jesse for taking time to respond to my review. Will continue to do businesses in the future.

Been going here for a while like 5+ yrs. Staff are very friendly and quick to help their customers. They always have products in stock, there hasnt been 1 time that theyve been out of anything that weve needed. I highly recommend Club Vape for all your vaping needs yall. Also grab a cup of coffee while youre there its the best. 5 out of 5 for me 💖

Great customer service and amazing rewards program!

The customer service is awful! Specifically talking about the location in Florence KY. The women who work there are rude and not patient. Specifically the blondes who work there. I go to buy carts every now and then for my pen. Im very patient, usually keep to myself and keep things short. All I ask is to check for the bubble sizes in the carts they sell. To which they have replied very snarky that they dont do bubble hunting and the bubbles are sometimes huge. Not worth paying $31.00 dollars for. But Ive have been reluctant to go back some times because they dont make me feel comfortable, but its the only place Ive been able to find them, until recently. I spend alot there, Im there at least 1 to 2 times a week. I do not recommend them. Not only that but it sometimes feels like the employees maybe using the carts because of how low they get and the caps are not on like they are supposed to be. I would highly recommend the store in Independence KY called Lord Vape, very kind, Courteous and the have way more there to offer, and better prices.

This is the ONLY vape shop I have ever been in where staff had no idea what the flavor profile was to any of their juices. The lady acted as if me stepping back to google the flavor profiles was me taking from her paycheck (even though I made it very clear she could carry on and I would jump back in line when I made a decision) my anxiety got the best of me with her staring at me, so I just bought a bottle to be polite. This was my last experience… I only go here every great now and again because it’s close to my house- all for reasons such as this. Prices are outrageous too!

I love these people with a burning passion. I stop in maybe once or twice a month and the employees there are always friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. If you want to look at purchasing a vape, or anything remotely related, theyre a wealth of information, without any upselling. Theres a shop closer to home, but the casual, good vibes keep me coming back. Amazing selection, amazing products, amazing people. What else can I say?

I’m guessing the owner of this place is brand new to the business world because there’s no HHC cartridges .. I also buy THCO, they have that - but I’m not going to go to two different places so they’re just losing customers business as a whole.Reply: It’s not a different strain it’s like there’s delta 8 and there’s HHC (which to me feels less like a downer and is stronger compared to delta 8) .. You all sell disposable HHC, and just got rid of selling HHC cartridgesYou thought HHC was a strain of weed, you don’t know your area of business well enough

They always have what I need and I love the fact that they have a point system based on how much you spend. Im always spending my money there and I always have points to use for money off. Always satisfying when you go in thinking about how much your gonna spend and then leave paying for less because of your points.

Very knowledgeable with great prices plus a really nice bonus program. I live 32 miles away but the drive is worth it. Also, the coffee shop has the best coffee.

So there is a sign that clearly states if you leave them a 5 star review you get 5% off…. They couldn’t find where it was, then said they must of gave it to me previously, but I never got one…. So after spending $136 with no percent off. Don’t post something if you aren’t going to honor it.

This staff is truly one of the most amazing staffs on the planet. One of their managers Zach is super knowledgeable about the devices and profiles of the juices in store. All the staff is so quick to jump up and check in to help. Love this company, love this store! Vape On!

Two batteries were fried during charge. They refused to refund our money. Now, we have charged them the same way for 10 years with no problem. We wont be going back. Its worth our drive to Fairfield to get better service.

I love this Club Vape location. There are always enough employees working and theyre always nice & helpful. I can walk in & get what I want & get out in under 5 minutes, and theyre always offering to help answer any questions or offer their assistance. Would highly recommend this business.

Friendly AND knowledgeable staff? After a few visits Id confidently say yes to both. I didnt feel any rush, or get the sense that any of my questions were stupid. I went there with a mod that had been given to me and they helped me with everything I needed to get started. Its a nice place! UPDATE years later this is still my only vape shop. Selection and equipment are incredible and well stocked so you can get everything you need. And they have a reward program (as of this review) you can get 10% of purchase for every $100 spent.

I went in today to get a pod device so I can down grade from my mod due to my new line of work. The young woman who was there was very helpful and recommended one to me she has and I am not disappointed at all. Took great care of me as they always do. Always love shopping here, especially when I get all the help I need from great employees.

I love that I can get coffee when I visit that alone is A one because lord know my a... needs coffee. I love that you can hang out if you want to especially if you need to change your coil. We used to love this place and then after they refused to return something we bought and walked outside with and literally walked right back in with after a broken our car and then every other time we try to return anything they won’t give us our money back and that’s after we do have to jump through a bunch of herbs and call a certain somebody on a certain day or come up there or go to a different store. The place used to be great.

The worker in here was quick about getting me what I wanted I told him what taste I was going for and he told me and grabbed one that was perfect for me right off the shelf. Very impressed and will definitely go back if Im around. Also have a very good selection for all your vaping needs.

My partner bought the wrong coils for this shop and they refused to exchange them with the right ones due to lack of proof of buying them there. The coils were unopened and in the box still. They had no problem taking the coils and giving me a discount though so if you shop at this over priced store you may want to make sure you get the right product. As for me I will never shop there again thank you Club Vape.

Went in and was greeted by a friendly guy named Seth. Im not from around here so I wasnt familiar with the local juices. Not only did he help me find a great juice he suggested something well below my budget that still ended up being fantastic. Wonderful experience. If Im ever in Florence again I will definitely stop by again!

I had a horrible experience with an employee at this specific location but Kyle the GM called me as soon as he saw my review and helped resolve the issue when he didn’t have to!! He definitely saved the day and worked to earn my business back ! I really appreciate the sincerity of his call and the steps took to resolve the issue that was at hand I will be returning do to Kyle and Kyle alone thank you so much for your great concern for customer issues I will be back for sure thank you again !!!

Store looked great like always but I dont think I will ever return now. Asked for a certain brand of juice the employee said they dont carry it and that was fine but when I asked for a juice similar to that he said they dont have any ( mind you I never even said a flavor choice or anything just a brand) lost my business I feel like I was inconveniencing the employee by being there to make a purchase.

Once again another great experience at the shop. Seth really is truly is a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to help with any questions or issues that arise. I was also helped by a new sales person Jon who was very eager to help as well.

Went in to get juice. The people working are knowledgeable on their products. They have a great selection on juice and they make it themselves which is cool. The prices are very fair. I just wish they carried salt nic. Its clean in the shop as well. I definitely will go back.

First time in the store and I went in with zero knowledge about vaping. I went there to get a gift for a family member. I was greeted by a very nice young lady who listened to what I was there for and showed me some options. She was very patient and gave me lots of options and not putting any pressure on me to hurry up even though there were a number of people in the store. Once I made my purchase she still took the time to help me set up the device I purchased and showed me how to use it and made it easy to explain so I might explain it to my family member. Very good experience. I recommend Club Vape.

I have been going to them since they first opened on 42 Randy the owner is such a pleasant person. Everyone that works there is so nice. Still every time I walk in I get a warm welcome and I know Im in good hands. They know their products. Very smart employees. I dont go anywhere else for my vape needs.

I went into Club Vape yesterday with my mother. She was looking for that final push to stop smoking. A small vape, nothing too complicated for her, and some nicotine juice. I COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE WE GOT. We were helped by the assistant manager, I believe his name was Johnathon. He was really kind and super insightful. Went through all the basics and answered any questions she had. When we got home we even raved about how clean, professional, and friendly this shop was. And how it was nice to be able to test out the endless variety of flavors. My mom had the best experience I couldve asked for. One that will not only keep her coming back, but me as well. There are plenty of vape shops in the Florence area. But I can say without a doubt, this is the best shop Ive been to and would recommend it to everyone.*Update*6 months later and Im still very pleased with the AMAZING customer service this place has!!! Was helped by a gentleman named Garrett today and he was extremely helpful, kind, and kept small talk extremely well which leaves a lasting impression on buyers forever. Had everything that I needed. They are very reasonably priced. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable. He made sure to ask me if I had a membership rewards to get money off my purchase.

The customer service has gotten much better here. I went to buy a ecig for my grandfather to help him try to quit smoking. The person who rang me up was very helpful and attentive to all the questions that I had. And even help me ring it up in a way that maximized my savings earning and spending points. Went in on Monday. Ive no clue about pretty much anything when it comes to vape devices and both employees were awesome. They took their time to help me find what I was looking for. Overall great place to go and enjoyed talking with the employees, will definitely be going back.

Over 200 different flavors of vape juice and a convenient app to find exactly what you are looking for. Nice and clean! I was there and accidentally left a skidmark while using the restroom. I immediately notified the staff and they addressed the hazard promptly! A friendly associate, Dylan was a bit afraid once he saw this, so he ran to another employee who was a bit more experienced with that sort of thing. Thank you for being so nice. It was so clean on my second visit! :)

Always helpful and answers my questions. Sad they quit selling one of my favorite juices but not their fault. Love their coffee and games and that you can just chill for some quiet time.

They have horrible customer service, my wife bought a mag rig here, and the unit broke in two weeks. We are truck drivers finally made it back and we had the box showed them my bank account were we spent alot of money here, all we wanted was a exchange!! I went into club vape today wanting to start vaping again because i hadn’t vaped in a while and I missed it. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. I had a man that was helping me and he was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. He is the only reason why I am writing this review. His name was Josh Z. He was full of information and he knew answers to all of my questions and comments. He sold me on a new vape new tanks, new batteries, and new juice. I loved his upbeat attitude, helpful demeanor, and patients. He did so well I had to ask him how I could give him a review. I cant speak much to the pricing for anything but juice from this location. I like the setup they have for the juices they sell. Club vape has a good selection and was much cheaper than the smaller shop down the street. Theyve always been helpful and informative, and its definitely got a laid back atmosphere to it.

So I am brand new to vaping and I have tried a few places around where I live but the stores around me are primarily headshops. I drive 30 minutes to get to this store because they have always done right. Tonight I just bought a brand new geek vape aegis from them last week and it would not work. I changed coils and every bit of troubleshooting I could do and it still tasted horrible I called them and explained what I had done and they asked me to bring it back. Brought it back was assisted by Zach (sorry if I spelled wrong) showed him the vape he said it was most likely a problem with the heater in it. So he exchanged it answered all my questions about the different model I went with showed me how to use the new one and was more than helpful for someone completely new to the hobby. I also bought more supplies while I was there. I will never go to another vape shop club vape has always taken good care of me and I will continue to be a customer thanks again!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences up to this point. I️ was double charged. I contacted the manager of the Florence store ( the day it happened on Friday) and he told me to call back Monday. I️ called Monday. He told me to call back early in the morning on Tuesday. I️ would like to continue business with this company, but as of now I️ do not believe the customer service for this situation is applicable. It’s hard to believe a General Manager does not know how to reverse a charge on a credit card.

Went to the store to buy some juice. No one greeted me or asked if i needed any help. They were talking to eachother and what not. FINALLY when someone did come over to me their first question was do you have an ID? which is totally understandable. I said yeah and showed him it. Then he walked away with out saying another word. Kinddaaaaa disappointing. Wont be back for a long time.But you all do have wonderful prices!

Their coffee is the best in town and doesnt cost you a fortune and you dont have to sacrifice your first born to the coffee gods. Brian works the weekends and he is the funniest, if youre into that dry boring humor like your great uncle Harold would have everytime he visited for thanksgiving than I would recommend you get your coffee elsewhere.

Bought a vape here which was good at first but broke within a month and found out about the return policy on certain items and it just seems to be a big hassle to exchange or get refunded. Other than that the people were super cool

Went in at nearly closing time...unfortunately I didnt catch the girls name that was helping me....2 girls were working....didnt mind at all that I came in 10 minutes to closing time with a million questions as Im new to vaping...walked me around letting me sample a long wall of juices....helped me find the right mod, tank, and liquid for my needs. Definitely the best interaction I have ever had at any store....especially being so accommodating and helpful at 9:50pm...I was there until around 10 minutes after their closing time and they were nothing but helpful...not rushing me at all. Name on my receipt says Christy . If this is one of the 2 ladies that helped me...you are in good hands. They arent just cashiers like at other shops...they are experienced Vaporistas...they know their stuff...Thank you all so much for all the help and information. A+++!

I didnt know that they work on comission. I am new to vaping. Using it as a quit smoking tool. The girl told me the cheaper vape would work for me. Bought an $85 vape and I hate it. It leaks. Used two days and it leaks out everything out. Brought it in twice to fix or replace. I replaced the seal and it did not help. Asked to speak to manager. Never available. Left my number and No response. Never again.

Club Vape customers deserve to know the truth about who they are giving their money to. Many of you know me and I have helped you while working the counter at one or all of the 3 Club Vape locations. A few weeks ago 25 year old employee Jose Santos attempted to hook up with my 16 year old step daughter even though he knew how old she was. I discovered this the next day. We were having a group meeting that night so we elected to get with Jesse George(owner) and tell him before the meeting. Nothing was done at this time to remove this man who is a threat to children even though he had already been reprimanded for being aggressively sexual towards female customers. Instead we were told to just hold on until we get these new guys trained. The next week I had a meeting with Jesse George and Randy George(the other owner, Jesses father) and they told me they were grateful that I hadnt physically harmed this adult who made sexual advances on a child and that they didnt know if they would have had the same self control. I was promised that as soon as the new guys are trained they would weed jose out. Once the new employees were trained I brought the issue back up and was told that I needed to shut up about it since the new policy of not being able to speak about other employees to anyone in any way was in full force. Oddly enough this new policy went into effect the very day we told the owners about this mans advances on our child. It was made and used in an attempt to silence me from speaking out. Jose Santos is not the only threat to children in this store on any given day. Another sexual predator(convicted and registered) is in the store hanging out on almost a daily basis. His girlfriend is the morning barista in the coffee lounge. I have no idea why this business has such an interest in protecting child predators and providing them an income and a place to hang out. It absolutely astounds me. I was in fact fired because I refused to be silent about Jose Santos who is a threat to children. My friend Matt was in the shop when I came in(off the clock) and I told him why I had been so upset. This violated the rule set in place to intimidate me into being quiet. I refuse to be silent, I refuse to be intimidated, I refuse to be threatened.Randy and Jesse George have a long history of threatening employees when employees speak out. When it was brought up that they legally have to give employees breaks they told us that if you push this youll get your breaks, but you will never sit down on the clock and you will clean every second that there arent customers. Threatening employees with extra duties for asking a business to follow the law is 100% illegal.Im not telling you not to go here, but I feel like you deserve to know who, and what you are giving your money to. I am certain they will again threaten me in an attempt to silence me but I have proof and witnesses for everything Ive said here. I have already filed complaints with the Labor Board. The truth is NEVER illegal, unlike many of the policies of Randy and Jesse George.

Bought my first vapor and liquid recently here and the customer service was amazing. The employee who helped me went through step by step of the process thoroughly and set me up before leaving so I could instantly vape upon leaving. Definitely will be going back.

Just visiting from Indiana. We wanted to stop into one of the vape shops in KY since Indianas laws are currently lame with vaping. We looked up all of Florences vape shops and chose this one. Omgosh, Im glad we did. First of all their selections are amazing (quadrupole the amount we could ever have access to in just one shop) and their prices are equally as wonderful. Youre going to get your moneys worth but at a good price. The employees there are really what made us stay and want to check out the place! Two employees mainly and Im sorry I did not get their names. The woman that made the cotton candy slushie, thank you so much & the man that helped us, you are the nicest person weve met here. We will be back every time we travel through or around here. Well also be sure to tell all our family and friends traveling through northern KY, your shop is the one to stop at!

Went in with a device given to me to start on and didnt know anything about it or vaping period. The staff looked my device over after looking at other tanks and explained that the one I had was still in perfect condition. And cleaned the tank put a new coil in and even explained it all as he worked. Hooked me up with a vape pen for my wife and some very good juices. Very fun personable honest and knowledgeable staff. Will be my forever vape shop

I work in another shop and love to check out other shops in the area. I drove over an hour to check these guys out and I am not dissapointed one bit. Got four mods and a bottle of juice and prices are great! Would 100% send people their way!

It was at best okay. I asked the guy behind the desk which mod he recommended, he just gave me a look and said all of them?... Seems like he knows loads about what hes doing. The mod I bought cost 75$, and this is completely my fault for not price checking, but the same one online I couldnt find for more then 50$ And 35$ at the minimum. Thats a big price difference.. EVERYTHING there is probably 20$ more than it is online if. But the reason why Im writing this review, the same unhelpful guy who couldnt help me sold me a TrustFire brand charger. It has stopped working in under a month. It flickers on for a second and then fades away.... On my way to return it.

I go here and their Taylor Mill location for almost all of my juice. Everyone is always super helpful and friendly and they seem to do their best to both keep stock maintained and bring in new flavors on a semi-regular basis.

Very nice environment, great products and prices, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent place to find vaping products, hang out, and drink coffee. When I was there, they also had Xbox available, and thats always a winner with me... whether playing or just watching.

Love the coffee shop here. Best frappuccino and mocha, in my opinion. Granted, Ive been here three times... its not a Starbucks, but its good and the staff is friendly.

I go to club vape exclusively. Particularly the Taylor mill store, and the owner is cool, but the mall road store really dropped the ball on customer service with me. When you go on somewhere and are not even greeted for 10+ minutes... it tends to get me to spend elsewhere.

To the first review; you cant buy a device and expect to return it. The return policy is clearly stated above the counter. Thats like buying a sex toy and using it one day, then wanting to return it. Pretty stupid huh?As for my review, Ive been going to these guys for the past year and I love them. They all know my name and know exactly what I want when I come in. Ive been to A LOT of vape shops but I have yet to find one I like as much as Club Vape. The guys are all sweet and will help you with any problem and they have the best juices around.

Love the staff. They are well informed on their products and are helpful with someone who is sometimes indecisive on what juice to get. They have a great rewards program as well.

Cheyenne was Amazing !!! She helped me find a juice I would like and talked with me and even offered help with my coil she even went as far as deep cleaning my tank for me and she even showed me more tips for my tank. She’s great!!!

Im only giving 4 stars because i wasnt there to buy anything i was there to detail clean the owners truck. But he is very nice and polite. I would recommend comming here for any vape assessors your need or just for the respect they give the comstomers.

There are some better places to get your stuff. Especially offline its aoat half of what youre paying inside stores like this. BUT the staff here is friendly and they have a decent variety of products here

I purchased a mod from this store a few weeks ago and from day one it has had issues with the tank leaking. Ive replaced the coil twice myself and had them replace it once, Ive replaced the rubber seals on the tank as well and it continues to leak. It is always facing upright and always at a good temp. Ive gone into the store about 3 times since and they refuse to replace a faulty product. Even if its just the tank. If youre not sure about purchasing or its your first time with a vape Id highly suggest not going to this place and/or finding a place with a better policy. This is not a newbie friendly store imo.

I wouldnt even give them one star but I like their coffee shop but I will NEVER buy anything to do with vaping here ever again . They sold me a vape pen thats broke ... Ive been in there to have my coil changed twice in 3 days cause the damn thing keeps flooding . And Ive changed it once myself .... and they still refuse to give me a refund or exchange. Worst customer service ever . Then to turn around and lie to the owner and say I told you I left my pen in my car. When I never said that . Hopefully you can find better people to work in your shop .....

I went to the Florence, Ky store and this place is amazing. Employee Breslin helped me out and always gives out a positive vipe and atmosphere. Great store and employee help you choose different e-liquid and e-cigs. I highly recommend this store.

The staff is great. Jose is the man to help you out. Knows his stuff and Super great environment. They have a big selection to pick from if its juice they got it or mods.

I specifically said I do t like desert/custard flavors. So decided on some sort of 4 fruit with sour. Get home open my bag and employee gave me straight up custard

All around bad...it took forever to get some kind of customer service (apparently the conversation one of the employees had with his friends about his instafram profile was more important) and after I told him what I was looking for he ingaged in another conversation with said friends. When I was finally ready to pay said employee was to Busy vaping on his mod to help me ring out...a 5 minute trip turned in to 20 minutes...0/5 stars

I went in to the Florence location today searching for a new rda for my new box. Tayler was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with their product. He offered a few different options and finally we picked out what would be best for me and still was able to match the color scheme I was looking for. After I selected he asked if there were anything further I needed. Of course I couldnt turn down a new bottle of juice. He gave me a tester and suggested a few flavors I might like. Tayler is really helpful and will be part of the reason I keep returning for their wonderful service.

Club vape is by far the best vape shop in northern Kentucky and Cincinnati area!!! I went in to buy a new rda mod, and I had phenomenal service from Michael and Meagan!!! They helped me decide on getting the profile brand rda. Micheal even went as far as to teach me and walk me through setting up the coils, and even recommended me to get the next mesh coils for the mod. I definitely will be back!!! I appreciate your business!!!

Was there today 4-10-20. Around noon. Due to restrictions we cant go inside. My vape broke recently so I had to call the store and order a new one site unseen. The guy working went above and beyond to help me pick one out while dealing with other curbside customers. A+ customer service.

Club Vape has great knowledgeable staff, great customer service, and a variety of flavors from tobacco and menthol to fruits and desserts and everything in between to help kick cigarettes. The environment is very chill and comfortable. The staff will help you set up an new device if youre new to vaping or if you have been vaping for a while and just looking for a new device.

I visited the Florence location and being new to vaping, I needed lots of help. Seth showed me all the different mods and accessories, and helped me pick out the Subox mini. There were a lot of flavors to choose from and he let me sample many of them. It was a pleasant first experience and I will be back for more supplies.

Club Vape is one of the best places I know to just hangout and enjoy some nice company. The atmosphere is wonderful and the prices on all of their products are very good. Everything is easy to get to and the staff are very friendly.

Like this place and the employees are very nice. Could use some help on some sales tactics. Lol asked for a recommendation on a juice and they recommended one and I asked why and he said idk never had it..... also vapes are a bit 2 overpriced. I get they gotta be higher but I know a specific one being sold for 80 when online its 45. Good store and people though. Would reccomend for any other products

My expierence the first time was good since then i went back and let me explain dumbest thing ive ever heard do you have a id or i cant sell this juice to you well first off i have a account so you think i got that with no id or the guy next to you didnt id me when he sold me 300 dollars worth of mods and juices well ya just lost all my business. Let me get my id use my credit actually and ill never step foot in your store again.not onky did the guy that sold it to me last week id me and my girlfriend he remembered what i bought and ask how i liked it so if that isnt enough to show you ive been there before and im of age idk what is but there is many vape stores and this one i will never be back to like i said some other company will aporeciate my business unlike club vape.

I’ve been going to Club Vape since they only had one small shop by Papa Johns on 42, selling ego Style mods and pens with house juice. Vaping has evolved, and so has Club Vape. Randy and Jesse have built something from nothing and it’s impressive. Melvin is my dude! Been a customer and friend since he was at the Hebron location and I was working next door. Those guys always take care of me. Fun atmosphere, friendly employees, and great prices. Using the MYLÉ currently, and they always have fresh pods. Thanks guys. ✌🏼

Most of the time I go in I get looks like I don’t belong there, they sit at the end of the counter and completely ignore you until you want to actually buy something. Even if you do have legitimate questions. The juice selection is great though and even though their vape gear is severely over priced I don’t mind it if it’s a shop that cares about their costumers, never the less I’d look else where.Edit: my last time in the shop I walked in expecting to buy a new RDA and I’m big in opinions on vape because who else would no better then people who work in the industry, but after I asked “I’m really into rebuildables and I wanted a nice RDA, what do you recommend.” I got the response “you know better then me look around and let me know if you’re ready to purchase.” That kind of pissed me off, and then when he went and sat with all his friends at the end of the counter I got weird looks from all his friends. I kind of just shrugged it off looked for a minute and then walked out. I’m a person willing to purchase, I do not appreciate how the person running the counter desires hanging out with his friends over doing the job I’d assume he was hired for. Every now and then I’ll run in and grab some juice because I know what I like but that’s about all I’m willing to give anymore.

Wouldn’t even rate them one star. The first time I went there my girlfriend was with me and they didn’t ID her but the second visit they wanted too ID her also when I was paying in cash . Also everything is over price . Go online to buy your vapes and go too a different store for juice..

Coffee was amazing. Then I went to the vape section... it all went down hill super fast. I had only been vaping for less than a month when I went here and the staff were pretentious and acted like my questions were ridiculously stupid. If you go here make sure your not new to vaping.

The lady that helped me find my juice was very patient she named off all the juices and explained what she liked and why and didnt rush me the reason Im giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because while they have alot of different product they also had quite a few flavors in the salt nic but they didnt carry razzlemelon by mr. Saltee and didnt carry a lot of the known brands like candy king or aqua or air factory but thats just me being petty.

Good shop with a huge selection of juices. they could stock more gear, but I usually get mine off the internet anyways because theres no way they can match the price you get online. my only gripe is that they need a decent customer reward program. right now If I buy ten bottles of my high end juice you can only get the garbage, cheap juice with your free (11th) bottle, which is b.s. Its basically useless to most of their customers cause that low end juice wont run good on the sub ohm coils and rdas.

I have made two stops at club vape and both times were horrible! The first time i was sure i witnessed some kind of drug deal. An employee selling something hidden to a very dirty person who definitely was not buying vape juice. I didnt want to believe it but and since they are close to where i made another stop about a week later where again im POSITIVE i witnessed several drug deals. It was definitely something heavy becaisd the ppl buying were dirtly and looked homeless .if you value your safety stay away from club vape!!

All of the employees were very helpful and kind. Specifically Naoh. I came in on 3-2-18 to purchase a new setup due to being out of the vape game for a year now. Wanted to switch back to vaping because Ive started to feel miserable about smoking cigarettes the past couple of months. I came into the mall road location and immediately began browsing. Noah came up to me and asked if I needed help and continued to assist me in every minor question I asked. So many changes in the vaping industry since last year, I had bombarded Noah with questions. I decided to get a new mech and rda. With those two purchases, I then had to get everything I needed to build (Cotton, batteries, charger, coils, juice.) After finding exactly what I needed, Noah then went through tons of flavor profiles on the new juice lines I came across, knowing all profiles by heart. He embodied what it means to be an employee in a customer service industry. Thank you for your assistance Noah!

Everytime my husband went in and talked to the employees about a product one of their customer friends would come in and they would rudely leave him hanging to go speak to their friends. Club vape in taylor mill is much better. My husband makes his own juice and coils. He loves vaping which helped him quit smoking. But these people are rude you dont leave a customer in the middle of a sentence to high five your friends.

Be careful of the fireloop coils. They are a hit or a miss. I would suggest changing coil at location so that if you would get a dud you can exchange it on the spot otherwise the staff and vape flavors are on point.

My friend Tayler was at the Florence location Tuesday morning when I came in. He is very knowledgeable with his information and suggested the new Prestige line among the 170+ flavors.
