The young kid was rude And was to busy looking at his phone when I came in. I asked a few questions and he knew nothing at all about vaping. I left and went across the street to VIP vape. Horrible location, confusing parking. Store was a 2 out of 10 with old product with high prices

This place is amazing! The owner is absolutely awesome and very friendly. A great place to get a unbiased opinion on different mods and juices, BUT the juice you want to ask for is the juice in my picture! Galaxy Craft Vapor Co. Aquila Custard its their line of juice and its absolutely amazing by far my absolute favorite juice next to their Stardust flavor. Free juice samples too! I went out a vape shop that charged 53 cents just to sample, talk about some trolls lol anyway, the employees here are super friendly as well, and super helpful. Ive sent my wife in a couple times and Ive had questions they even talked to me on my wifes phone! I highly recommend Galaxy as it is service that is unmatched by any other vape shop! Thank you all

Its a nice shop but its a bit overpriced. Im probably just spoiled with the price of the juice you can get online.

Great shop. Super friendly and helpful. Very well stocked. Fair prices. I didnt have time to really shop around, but I had spent all morning calling the various vape shops in the area looking for a specific coil. Either places were sold out, didnt carry them, or the price was ridiculously high, but Galaxy Vape had plenty in stock, a fair price, and the man who answered the phone was very personable both on the phone and in person. Its a little out of the way for me, but Im happy to visit again. I look forward to having time to look around a little because they had quite a bit of merchandise available.

This is the only vape shop I will ever go to and everytime I go there Tyler is there and is always the greatest. He knows my favorites and always suggestes new flavors I should try. Good shop with a wide selection to chose from. Recommended! The parking is a little odd, as you park in the back and walk up some steps to get to the front entrance of the shop. At least that was the only way I could see. Not really a complaint, more of a note for anyone who will be visiting. Quality shop.

I enjoy coming to the Florence location for all my vape needs Steve makes it very easy to find what I’m looking for and has went out of his way many times to get juices in stock that weren’t previously available. Steve makes the store a friendly environment and is also fun to just hang out with when I swing by for more juice or coils.

This is my favorite shop to go to while Im in Florence KY. I highly recommend for anyone who hasnt been there yet to go check it out and to ask for Steve Day. One of the best an one of the only vape shops in Northern Kentucky area that I personally like to go too. From the friendly people that work there that it feel very welcoming. First time I ever walked into on of the galaxy vapor stores was in Florence. This guy made videos every day and I had to meet him. He would show off hardware and feature what he was vaping on. I had to meet this celebrity!! Drove all the way down there, swung that door open and there he was.. STEVE DAY! I think I spent over an hour there that day. I purchased my first vape from Galaxy Vapors. Customer service was amazing and all of my questions were answered. He showed me how to use and maintain the product. There were a ton of juice options to choose from. Would definitely refer people to this shop!

I have been shopping here since the time the store opened, my last few trips have made me totally lose faith in this establishment.One one previous visit I was told a particular coil would fit my atomizer (absolutely assured of it) but that was a no go. So now I have 5 coils that dont work in anything I own.I purchased a Smok Alien kit...which died within 2 months. I mostly blame Smok for that one however it seems to have died quicker than most.My last visit I specifically asked if they had a particular coil in stock and was told that they did. I purchased said coil and happily walked out. When I arrived at home I realized the coil I was sold was not what I asked for.....again!While the prices are reasonable for a brick and mortar store, the hours are great, and the stock is decent I simply cannot recommend a store that DOES NOT LISTEN TO WHAT YOU ASK FOR over and over again. Its a shame too, but I havent had a good/positive shopping experience here since early 2016. I will not be returning.If you feel the need to shop here be absolutely sure you get what you ask for before you leave. Its just happened too many times to me to forgive.

Claimed delta 8 flower and delta 8 preolls arent legal in KY but they are. All forms of delta 8 are legal in KY. I tried to explain but was pretty much told off and they acted like I was trying to make a drug deal even when I was specific that I meant delta 8 and not weed. I looked it up to be sure even after I left the shop. Stnr preroll is legal and very good, in my opinion. I understand not selling it and not carrying it but accusing me of trying to do something illegal was such a slap in the face. I did my best not to argue and I bought a little wax but I wont be returning. I dont think the worker was mean or anything but definitely super accusatory and defensive.

Everyone in this store recognizes me and very personable. Always end up staying longer to have conversation. Very knowledgeable about their products. Steve is always quick to respond to questions if I message him about products

The owner is a vape master when it comes to understanding the vaping world. The moment you talk to him and ask a question about almost anything, he has the answer. You can tell he is very knowledgable and his customer service skills that go along with it, I give a 10. Hands down. His environment he has in his shop doesnt compare to the surrounding stores I have visited and you just feel welcome and relaxed enjoying good conversation while sampling some new flavors. 5 star all the way. After mistreated by a club in the area I decided to try and take my business elsewhere. Thats when I heard about Galaxy. My husband and I walked in and was immediately greeted by the owner. Im very new to vaping so I had a lot of questions and concerns as to if I was going to get ripped off or not. All of my questions were answered and I walked out with a huge bottle of juice and a new coil. Unfortunately the coil was not the right fit, so I called expecting the shop to tell me I was out of luck but to my advantage they told me to come back and that they would take a look at it. I come back and the employee realized that the coil was indeed not the right fit so he replaced it for the right size at no cost. They also noticed that I was also missing an O ring on my tank so they looked around and found one that fit perfectly and didnt charge anything. If youre looking for a local vape shop that cares about their customers experience & products, I highly recommend Galaxy. Ill never go back to the club again. 😉

Best vape store in town... Not run by young acting, looking down at you for not knowing everything they do about vapes since its not you lifes work!Instead, its a home type of feeling with anyone they have running the store saying hello as you come and asking, What they can help you with?Then, they actually help you! Answering questions, pulling out different vapes to show you, even giving recommendations which doesnt happen much these days.Go, its not like the snobby shops you might have tried before!

Had to return a vape with Steve (whom also sold the device). Absolutely incredible customer service and returned my vape and replaced it with zero questions asked. Thank you Steve. Will 100% be coming back.

Ive been going to this place for a while and I love them. Always helpful and smart prices. I live in Ohio and would rather take the time to drive here then go to any other shop. Also they are the only shop Ive found that sells my all time favorite juice brand.

The guy working behind the counter was extremely rude. Didnt offer any help getting my vape started, another customer actually did the work and was helpful. I dont know if the person working was the owner or what but, he should be fired and the customer that helped should get his job.

Its out of this world. More juice than galaxies in the universe. To be completely honest Galaxy Vapors contains juices that I have never experienced in my life and I cannot find them anywhere else I can honestly say that they provide the highest quality of product and I would drive miles to receive their product.

Been smoke free for 3 years now. This place played a big role in that. Very chill, the people there are knowledgeable has that local bar feel to it. Its a bit out of the way but its worth it.

Selling mods, and tanks for WAY over the price you can get online. Im talking 2 times more at least, and breaking down kits and selling themas individual items. Go any where BUT here for actual tanks and mods. I understand they need to make money, but the prices are actual scam. Breaking down full kits and selling just the tank for more than the whole KIT. Its a joke of a place, and the refund policy is utter trash because they know theyd get a ton of refunds for their outrageous prices.

I was just up there for the first time and I love it! It’s a super relaxing environment, the staff are really cool and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. You kinda feel at home there, again, AWESOME atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning!

Older man who is always there sold me the wrong atomizer then when I brought it back the next day still sealed he said sorry he can’t do anything about it. He got it from behind the counter for me I didn’t pick out the wrong one he did and then refused to exchange it. I used to come here multiple times a week but not anymore I shouldn’t have to pay for someone else’s incompetence
