As always, Louise gives an awesome massage. I appreciate her expertise and the strategies she shares. Her pressure is spot on and she listens to your needs. She always takes the time to check on how you are feeling during the massage to ensure you have the best experience. I highly recommend Louise! I’m already looking forward to my next scheduled massage with Louise.

Had massage with Ryan. Best massage I have ever had. Focused on problem areas, but released knots in a way that I didn’t experience pain in the process. I felt so relaxed after. Already scheduled my next massage with him!

Vanessa did an amazing job! She is passionate about her job and it shows through her message sessions! Being a nurse is hard on your body because of the mental stress and physical use of the body! Maggie gave me the best deep massage. I was sore the next day but just because she released so many knotted muscles. Highly recommend her for therapeutic deep massage.

If I could give this place zero stars, this would be it. Had a massage today(May 12th, Mother’s Day) and 10am. Got to my appointment around 9:50. The front desk checked me in and told me to go back to the relaxation room(waiting area). I waiting for almost 20 minutes before I was told “your massage therapist called and can’t come in today, she hurt her leg”. I understand things come up, but you let me wait almost 30 minutes total before you come to tell me. All I got was sorry you wont be charged. Nothing about rescheduling, nothing about trying to squeeze me in.Nothing. This was a Mother’s Day gift and I am highly disappointed. I will never come here ever again. Absolute joke, and of course the manager wasn’t in.

I was having some nerves that were impinged cause numbness and terrible pain in my arm, as well as some other very specific problems, and not only did Louise listen to the issues and consult on how to use our time wisely, but she truly made significant progress on the problems and I scheduled with her for another session before I even left the building! I feel like I have truly found my therapist!

Rick is the best. He is both professional and has a great personality. Excellent with special needs (like my shoulder) and really eases the pain.

The massage was so soothing and relaxing that all the cares of my day were washed away. I realized after I left that the tension in my back was gone and even my arthritic shoulder was less painful to move. Many thanks for a great massage!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very happy with Ryan. I have scoliosis rods in my upper back and he knows to avoid them while still loosening up the tight muscles in my neck. I’m been a member since 2019 and get monthly massages. I no longer get migraines but when the headaches come back, I know it’s to go back to Ryan

Chere was fantastic and answered all of my skincare questions. This was my first facial and I was a little wary, as I have several skin concerns. She explained every step of the process and detailed every ingredient in the product line. She also checked in multiple times during the service to make sure I wasn’t having a reaction to anything. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Louise is my go to massage therapist! She gets deep into the tissues, especially my shoulders and neck. I feel fantastic every time ☺️. She is definitely a 5 star!!

I’d love to write a review of the service at this location but my appointment was cancelled for the second time on the day of my appointment. Completely unprofessional. Do not go here if you actually want to get a massage.

The owners at this location do not value their employees. The environment at this location is stressful and toxic and abusive, low pay high expectations. they have missed paying their employees on time on multiple occasions and this can be verified by the employees. You must carefully check your pay check for errors and your paid commissions are many times paid incorrectly or not at all. They have so many callouts form therapists weekly that Massage envy members appointments are canceled on a regularly and routinely have trouble getting appointments

Maggie is wonderful! She takes the time to ask where your problem areas are, and is always professional. She is thoughtful and kind, and I always leave relaxed.

The massage was pretty good, but for the amount charged and then a tip, this is severely over charged. I can get as good a massage 40 to 50 dollars cheaper and I dont need a membership.

Elizabeth is so knowledgable on everything skin care for my mature skin. The chemical peel is gentle yet very effective, results seen immediately! LOVE IT!

Yesterday I had Kaveana as my therapist and she was not only good at what she does but also helpful in teaching me some stretches and hacks for when I’m at home. I’ve been seeing Chere for facials for more than a year & I just love seeing her. She’s awesome at her profession. I’ve had basic facials, chemical peels & microdermabrasion. She’s also very pleasant to talk to & knowledgeable. I recommend Chere to everyone who compliments my skin.

Louise gives a fantastic massage. She is able to work out all those huge knots in my back everytime that build up from my strenuous daily job. Shes friendly and makes sure that you are getting what you want by periodically communicating with you on how your doing. She will increase/decrease the pressure as needed. I will see her again in the future.

Ive been a Massage Envy member for 8 years across a few states and locations. Hannah is absolutely incredible and the best Massage Therapist Ive ever worked with. A skilled, attentive professional that designs specially customized massages with your unique body in mind. Kaveana is amazing. She’s always fantastic. Is able to work with the perfect amount of pressure and is always in a great mood.

Highly dissatisfied with the scheduling. Cancelled on multiple times day of then nearly impossible to reschedule within the same month as I book before I leave. When I originally signed the contract I was told I could void at any time that it was basically just a price hold/discount type deal and when I tried to cancel found out you need a Drs excuse to cancel.

He is the best masseuse I have ever had and I have been getting massages for 25 years. His personality is also awesome! I have been going to him since he started . A few times I couldnt get him and settled for someone else and always left knowing Ryan is better.

My experience started off ruff but ended up pleasant. The staff did all they could to accommodate my services at the Florence location. My therapist Vanessa was awesome, I’m coming back just to see her.

We had a couples massage and Victoria and Rick were amazing. They both gave us the massages that we ask for. Dennis being his first time he said it was great. We will be back again because we both work very stressful jobs.

My husband surprised me with a 90 minute hot stone massage with Vanessa today. I had a baby 7 months ago and definitely needed it. She did an absolutely amazing job! I highly recommend her and I can not wait to be back!! Book with her today!

Ive had great experiences at Massage Envy, but my latest massage from Louise was amazing! Highly recommend if you need a deeper massage for recovery from athletics or stress!

Massage was great overall. Paid extra for the hand and foot exfoliation and I do not believe it was worth it. A hot rag was placed on each extremity then some sugar scrub was rubbed on not really Massaged then wiped off and some lotion was rubbed on. I suppose I expected more of a Massage than just a simple exfoliation. Basically one you would give yourself in the shower.

Louise is always great! She is great at finding areas that need the most work even when I can’t tell her where I’m most tense.

This business is garbage. We had a membership here for years (due to the fact that its a pain to cancel) and they mostly 70% of the time cancelled on us and then it would take another month to get another appointment scheduled. But if you accidentally missed an appointment, then you get charged the full appointment cost, which the one time we did, it was a two hour charge, which was $180 or more down the drain. We asked to talk with manager many times, and they told us they would call us back, and they never call back. They never give you any credits or discounts when they cancel so many times. I am not sure if other Message Envys are as bad as this one, but I do not recommend this one. Elements message is pretty much across the street and has much better customer service and value.

They cancel appointments without notifying the customer. I showed up and they didn’t have me in their books. They said my appointment was canceled but couldn’t give me a reason why it was canceled.

Louise is amazing! It’s hard to find a great therapist for deep massages. She always does a fantastic job.

Not happy. I asked for relaxation and received deep tissue. Asked the massage therapist Maggie several times to lessen the pressure and why it kept hurting me. She said because I was stressed and because I look at a screen all day. She appeared to stop massaging several times throughout the process and made it awkward. She was also breathing heavily the entire time and I couldnt relax. She had a fan going in the room which made it cold and uncomfortable. I sent an email to the studio with a response from them that the manager would be in touch but I have yet to be contacted. I would not recommend this place if you want to relax. Definitely not worth $125 + tip.

Rick is phenomenal. Got on his table feeling almost hopeless and in pain. When I got off his table I was feeling so balanced and rejuvenated. He uses techniques I have never felt before that gave me instant relief! 10/10 recommend

Due to my own negligence I forgot an appointment. I was called 10 minutes after my appointment was to start. I was willing to reschedule but due to the fact that I was charged full price for canceling too late I would not. I dont mind paying a percentage of the cost but 100 percent is unreasonable. This wasnt my first appointment but the first time I was late. I will not go back.

This location is awful. We’ve had 3 cancellations from them since we moved here only 6 months ago, and one my fiancés first massage was ended halfway through, they did reimburse but I have never heard of that before!I’m giving two stars because what massages/facials I’ve managed to have here have been good.I’m just trying to use all my sessions up so I can cancel this membership.

I never go to anyone besides Maggie! She is absolutely the best at what she does......all my problems and aches and pains melt away when she does the massage!

I’m trying to give my masseuse, Maggie, the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she was just “very sleepy” but it was obvious that she was nodding off throughout my entire massage. The pressure would let up randomly and then resume suddenly like she’d realize she wasn’t apply the proper pressure. Movements would slow and sometimes stop. I recognize that sometimes you hold certain spots but when she was holding a spot pressure would completely stop and I could feel her actually nod and catch herself. Not only that but I could hear her breathing change and no lie she let out a snore a couple times! She’d clear her throat to try and cover it up though. When it was time to flip over and do my arm massage I actually saw her head nod a few times. I could tell the massage would have been great if she wasn’t nodding off though. But really I was so concerned! I really thought she might pass out on me. I pray she was just tired because I’m sure you can guess where my mind goes to when you see someone nodding off.

My husband has gotten me a membership to this place and they have had to cancel on me TWICE due to call ins. I’ve only made three total appointments (one I’ve had to cancel and two they’ve cancelled on me). It’s extremely irritating to schedule something around my busy schedule already and they call the day of the massage to cancel on me. There should be someone on backup when this happens. I told my husband to just cancel this membership because it’s caused me more stress than anything else (the exact opposite of what it’s supposed to do)!

Chere’s facials have been great, BUT management and customer service lacks communication skills. I am one to get my massage, leave at least 20% tip and never complain. I ended up canceling membership, because of the management and training of the front desk. I think it is more about making money no matter what than customer focus. It has been more a hassle for a service paid for than a benefit. I would suggest another company based on my experience in Florence, KY.

Extremely dissatisfied, my wife is 18 weeks pregnant and I was so excited when massage envy said they had an opening for a prenatal massage on the same day! She called me right after to tell me that the massage was sadly one of the worst experiences she’s ever had. The woman was very nice but that was the extent of the pros. The cons are as followedThe woman used very light pressure even when asked to please rub hard enough to relieve some pain. She was asked 3 times, agreed and then never changed pressure .When my wife told her where her pain was she said “you’re hip muscles are to tight for me to rub they keep pushing my hands out”She spent the last ten minutes rubbing my wife’s scalp and fell asleep multiple times as she would later confirm by saying “I’m sorry my eyes won’t quit watering , they are very heavy”I do understand what it is like to be tired at work, I do understand that being a massage therapist is probably very difficult on long days. But to charge $190 for a massage plus expect a tip that I could have given my wife for free at the house makes your business product irrelevant. I would greatly appreciate if this could be made right with a refund. Highly do not recommend.

Ryan is personable as well as well trained in massage. Ive been going to him for several years, and I wouldnt trade.

My niece went to get a massage , she is pregnant and having very bad sciatic nerve pain. The massage therapist Maggie fell asleep during the massage, wouldn’t rub hard enough to relieve pain. The management and owners have not responded in 4 days now with a way to make this right . Thieves , don’t recommend

My sister is pregnant and got a massage here. The lady fell asleep while massaging her and wouldn’t do anything she asked. They tried calling to get some sort of refund because they spent a lot of money on the massage and they won’t do anything about it .

I was happy with the convenience of getting a quick appointment, and my massage felt amazing! My only complaint is that I was in and out the door in less than the 60 mins I paid for. I had a 3:30 appointment and I walked out at 4:20. I paid for a hour long massage and got 45 mins at best with un/dressing/going to the bathroom.

I have been a member for several years. There was a time that I considered going somewhere else due to staff changes and very limited appointment availability. In the last few years I have found the staff to be outstanding! I used to go here for massages every few weeks but recently have been very pleased with the full body stretch with Josie. It has helped me heal and prevent further injury in my workout routine. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for a massage or stretch session.

She was awfully chatty and also incompetent in her ability to know how to perform the stretches.We called and left a voicemail requesting that we cancel the next session and share our experience with the current one. No measure was directed towards the unsatisfying visit experienceI won’t be returning

Good massage, clean facility. But the therapist was a bit too chatty for me, so my massage was not as serene as it could have been. This was my first visit, so this could have been because she was finding out about my needs, but it was a bit much. Will go again, and try a different therapist.

When I joined in 2010 they were amazing. I never had issues getting in. In the last year, they have been completely impossible to get in with. I ended up having to go to Hyde Park in order to use up my massages as I fully and completely ended my membership there. I had 9 massages to get in in 6 weeks. I had to get 1.5 hour massages to make up for it which in turn made for a higher tip and just way too expensive for a monthly membership. I tried any hour, any day for the last 6 months at least and they continued to say they were fully committed. I am over this place. I am glad they are successful but they somehow need to have more time slots or another KY location to ease scheduling.

Ill admit, there have been a lot of staffing changes at this location and I have been shuffled around a lot. BUT, I now go to Michelle and she is WONDERFUL. Love this place. Always treated w respect and always a good massage w Michelle. You must book ahead though, bring your calendar to get the days and times you want. Go to MICHELLE. Actually dont, because then I wont be able to schedule w her.
