Elements Massage

This was my first time at Elements and I am so happy with my experience. I’ve been to a numerous amount of massage therapists in the past and TJ is the best. This was the best massage I’ve ever had! The pressure, technique and atmosphere were perfect and he was very friendly and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable.

I booked a prenatal massage very last minute with Regina a few weeks ago and it was AMAZING. She was so sweet and gently spoken but really got deep into my problem areas. She got spots in my arms I didnt even know were an issue. My baby was loving it just as much as I was and Ill definitely be back to book with Regina before I have him and then again for a postpartum massage.

I was having some bad neck and back pain and Jason had the only available slot that day. I’m so glad he did, because he worked on that area for the entire hour and did AMAZING. I felt so much better!!

TJ at the Florence location is A-MAZING!!!!! Hands down, best massage I’ve ever had. Facility was very clean and the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I decided to set up a membership and have already rescheduled. Looking forward to my next visit!

Just started the process with Elements Massage. Very professional. The lighting was a bit dim everywhere, but most patrons seemed to enjoy it. Dominic gives a great massage. Glad we discovered this gem.

Chris has been my massage therapist for 2 years and has radically improved my muscle tension. The monthly membership has allowed me to prioritize my health and wellbeing.

Dominick is a great therapist. He takes the time to find your problem areas. His pressure is excellent and he consistently checks the level of pressure. His stretching skills are beyond compare. I highly recommend him as a therapist!!!

I highly recommend Elements Massage. The front desk staff are very friendly, professional and thorough. My therapist Alicia worked wonders! She is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Alicia knew the exact area(s) to target to help release my pain.

I highly recommend Elements Massage! TJ was amazing! I have had this terrible head/neck ache for the last three days and I was so desperate to feel better so I booked the massage and I woke up feeling 100% better. I will definitely be back!

Samantha was very nice and really listened to my pain points so we could come up with a good plan for my massage. I also thought the check in process was easy and everything was very warm and inviting.

If you’re looking for an extremely reasonable but high quality place with very well trained therapists then this is your place. My therapist took the time to discuss my needs, wants, and areas to avoid due to injury or trauma and created a session tailored to our introductory conversation. I’ll make sure to visit the next time I’m in the area.

I have been there twice and both times I have had Regina as my massage therapist. She is absolutely amazing I would recommend her to anyone!

I don’t see enough love for Dustin in these reviews!! I’ve been getting massages for as long as I can remember and this might be the best one I’ve ever had. I like very firm pressure and he was strong and consistent through the entire hour. Not chatty. I truly relaxed and feel so good! Thanks, Dustin. Will be scheduling again.

Took my 18 year old daughter for a gift for us. We had separate massages in separate rooms. Justin was my masseuse and he was kind and professional. I made the mistake of eating before and I was so relaxed, I kept dozing off. Lol. Both my kid and I got introductory rates, which was nice!

I loved my massage with Alisha. She was very professional and she helped get the knots out of my shoulders and back. I would definitely come back and request Alisha!

Lauren did an amazing job with cupping!!!!!!I have not felt that good in a long time. She really hit the triggers points bothering during massage.I highly recommend her for relaxation or if you need muscle work!

The office staff was very friendly and building is very clean. Dominic was great! This was my first sports massage, different than the traditional massage. The stretching was unexpected and awesome! I could really feel the muscles relaxing! I would visit Dominic again!

Everything from start to finish was great! The ease of online booking, and also payment afterwards, was awesome. The atmosphere in the lobby & in the room was relaxing. The massage therapist, Chuck, has magic hands! He listened to what I wanted as well which I really appreciated! I hate spending money on myself so I dont treat myself often. This was a little pricey (for me), but it seems to be in the industry norm. BUT it was worth every penny!

I alternate between Chris and Lauren each month and both of them are just fantastic and super thorough. They tailor your session to fit your needs each and every visit.

They were really friendly and asked what areas I wanted done or didnt want done. The message was great and had good conversation. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a great message for a good price. After one massage with them I joined their membership and booked the next one in advance. The membership is worth it, save money and they roll over into the next month if youre too busy.

I’ve suffered for years from Morton’s nueroma. A very painful nerve problem in the foot. Chris has worked on my calves and feet and given me the ability to go hiking again with my family.

Building and facilities are always super clean and inviting, they have a wide variety of services available, and my therapist Chris is one of the best I’ve had over the years. The monthly subscription also can’t be beat and has tons of perks. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

First at Elements. However , by far not my first massage! The LMT Chuck was amazing!!! I will definitely be back! He’s one of the best massages I’ve had!!!! If only reviews = raises !!!hahaha…. So , HIGH FIVE CHUCK !

Love going to elements! Alicia is amazing, always look forward to seeing her every month. Everyone is just very friendly and welcoming. Ive been going there for a few years now and would recommend to everyone, they just give good customer service which is rare to find anymore!!

Credit card scam. Charged my credit card twice in January when no payment was due until February. When I called to request a refund I was informed they would only give me a credit for one of the charges. Not both and no refund. I do not want to go there again so a credit is worthless. I am taking up with my credit card company.

It is hard to get in with my preferred therapists but they are wonderful! I have been loyal to Paisley and will continue to do so but when I need a massage in between appointments or if I cant get in with Paisley, I will use Jennifer. Love the atmosphere.

Therapists are phenomenal. Dont get that twisted. Front desk, not so much. I asked them to work with me and my schedule. They are NOT willing to work with you or your schedule. They will than tack on a late fee and demand it be paid immediately. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Love the phone call reminders. Chuck is great! He caters to the pressure you request and the areas you need most focused on. Very professional and I love the vibe of this place. Everyone is down to earth and RELAXED like they are supposed to be!

Lauren is the best massage therapist in NKY! Lord knows Ive been to over a dozen, and none of them compare! I havent tried anyone else at Elements, but skip Massage Envy and head across the street to Elements!

Matthew is great. His technique is superb. He is very respectful and professional. Also, the website is easy to navigate.

The scheduling process was great, the follow up was great, I was eager to fix the pain I had and had been looking forward to this for over a week!!And then the morning of my appointment, I got a call saying the person I was schedule with couldn’t come in... very disappointing not having any kind of substitute available. :(.

I “initially” reluctantly made an appointment with the first man other than my husband that would ever massage me. When I get a massage I always choose women. I was so glad that I took the appointment with Chuck. It was hands-down the best massage I’ve ever had. Every other massage I have ever received I am always sore for days, which is why I rarely get them. On top of that, I really don’t feel like I get much relief. I have a lot of hip, neck and back pain due to a previous condition and sedentary job. Not only was I not sore, but I was able to do an insane amount of yardwork That involves building a retaining wall and And helping my husband move 3 ton of rock From the back of his truck to the driveway, and then shovel it to the proper places in the garden AND planting new flowers. I really don’t think that I could’ve accomplished all of that if it was not for him. He is absolutely gifted and I hope he stays with Elements for a long time. Thank you Chuck!

I just had my first deep tissue/ sports massage here with Nik. Didnt feel rushed at all, the environment was extremely relaxing, & the staff was very professional. I will definitely be returning routinely! I came in with a lot of tension in my upper back related to a desk job and weight training, he was very informative and made sure to focus on where Id explained I was having issues.

Carol did an amazing job!! I didnt at all feel rushed or uncomfortable. She actually listened to what I told her in our consultation and I had 2 firsts: this is the first deep tissue massage I have had without being sore to the touch the next day and the first time since being in an accident in March of 2017 that I havent had right hip pain!!! I will be sending my fiance to see Carol very soon!!! Thank you Carol...you are AMAZING!!!

Dominic is the best massage therapist. He is kind and delivers a great deep massage. I feel 110% better and much looser in my neck, shoulders and lower body. Thank you.

TJ is a great massage therapist! He listens to my specific issues and is able to apply the right therapy to ease the tense muscles in my neck and shoulders.

There are quite a few options for massage in the area. I am glad I chose Elements. It was my first massage so I received a discounted rate.Parking is free. Waiting room is nicely lit with comfortable chairs.Chuck was my masseuse. He has a very nice touch and gives a great massage.The York peppermint Patty left on the heated massage table is a nice extra touch.

Elements shatters all the preconceived notions about corporate massage businesses. The staff is very friendly and personable, and my therapist is fabulous. The facility is clean & sanitized. Im very comfortable with health precautions.

Wonderful massage by Chuck. The first time my chronic shoulder and neck pain have been relieved. I live 3 hours away and have had several massages at my home town. I will definitely go back to Elements the next time I visit the Florence / Cincinnati area.

I have been going to Elements Massage for awhile now and I absolutely would recommend them over and over again. Their performance is excellent and the environment is very calming and welcoming.

I came in with numerous trigger points all over my right torso from over-zealous raking of leaves. I was in a lot of pain. Dorothy really focused her treatment on releasing the knots in my muscles. She was amazing. So glad I was able to get in the same day I called.

TJ is a very good masseus. However, I signed upp for 90 minute massage membership with the Florence branch. They got it wrong, and helped themselves to my credit card, charging an extra $45 per month! They said it was for upgrade and tips. I paid cash for the tips!

The atmosphere upon arrival is instantly very relaxing. The massage therapist was very professional & helpful. The entire experience was absolutely wonderful!

I have to get a massage every month due to some muscle issues. It took me a long time to find someone I liked, but finally I found Chris and I would never change from him! As a matter of fact, I live about 30 minutes away from Florence (they used to have a site closer to where I live) but I make the trip just for him!

The place does very well at their job. Their purchase options are terrible though. There is no understanding of finance surprises. They expect you to have a membership or they charge you a higher amount for the individual service. So if you are not local and just making a stop, if you travel a lot, or if you prefer to go as you can when life doesnt throw surprise finance surprises at you like a flat tire look for other options. There are certainly other places that understand life finance surprises and are not greedy for money. Many chiropractor offices normally have message therapists that let people come by appointment without any membership too. By my experience places that let their customers come according to their schedule and when finances are not tough are far better than places like this that charge you every month no matter if you choose to come and put you under extra pressure. Would not go back because of the whole nonsense membership thing.

I was sure I was in need of rotator cuff surgery... My left arm was maybe at 20 percent. My first session at Elements was with Chuck. He got it back to at least 95%. Saw Chris the other day for my second round. Im at or pretty close to 100% now! Absolutely amazed!

Elements in Florence has been my new go to place for massage for 2 years now. I really like how they have a leveling system. I go to level 4 massage therapist and have had great luck finding therapist who do an outstanding job. I really like their wellness program and have had more success in finding good customer service and good massages here compared to other places Ive tried with wellness programs.

Tj is awesome at what he does! Love going to him i have carpal tunnel to the point my whole hand goes numb pain with everything! But when i go see him the pains and numbness stops for weeks!

They are very professional and I’ve never had a problem here. They do great massages including a full body in a hour. I always feel better leaving here then I did coming in. Love this place and highly recommend.

Paisley is a fantastic massage therapist! Whether Ive been working out at the gym, running, or swimming long distance, she intuitively knows which muscles need her expert attention. Paisleys soothing voice is as therapeutic as her massage therapy. I usually schedule a 2-hour session with her because it is so thoroughly enjoyable. Scott Zachary

I have fibromyalgia and was nervous for my first massage had Damien and he was understands how to apply the right amount of pressure so if you have chronic pain go there and they offer cbd oils as well

I get a massage here at least once a month. The last one I had was a deep tissue with Huss and it was amazing. Perfect pressure and just all around amazing. Absolutely recommend!!!
