Staff was very caring and gentle,(I have very sensitive feet!) Made me feel so comfortable and special. You will have to come experience it for yourself to get an idea of the relaxed atmosphere here at OMm Salon & Spa!

I googled this place before I came and most reviews were great. They accepted me as a walk-in, very friendly staff, and very clean.Unfortunately, the foreign lady who was doing my nails, didn’t quite know what she was doing. She was very slow and didn’t seem like she enjoyed her job. She didn’t have many options of colors of dip to choose from. She tried to convince me to get gel when I specifically want dip. After she applied what I asked for, I had to have it removed because the color was uneven, there was inconsistency with the coats applied, it was missing paint in some spots… thankfully I stopped her after one hand. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but I was tired of sitting there after 1.5 hours. The shop should stick with cutting hair. The hair cuts were fantastic. Nails, horrible.

Great environment! Beautiful cheery salon, white and green decor, beautiful atmosphere!I did Manicure with a new girl there Sharon who is very professional and has years worth of experience. Mani was fast and came out great! Especially you can tell for the way mine was good it was red lacquer. You can do hair, spa procedures, facials, massages and more here as well.Very convenient location, inside ocean manor hotel and resort, right on the ocean, has little cafe place and restaurant and beach shop too.Thank you Sharon from Lana.

Hands down the best massage that I have get in a long time. Me and my husband went for a couples massage and we loved Choco and Janneth they were amazing! So nice, professional and always so caring of our needs. I will defenitly go back for another massage with them. Ive gone to other places were is more expensive and the massage wasnt good it does not compare to them. If you ever want to get a massage they are the best!

Great experience, awesome staff! Need a Mani/Pedi-Ask for Sharon-she ROCKS!! I had a full day of pampering set up, Luis gave me THE BEST Deep tissue massage, I fell asleep. The Salon is inside a resort On the beach, even had a glass of wine through services..... Must go back!

I went in today to get a gel manicure and pedicure and it started out ok but shortly turned into me thinking why am I here? the nail tech Gina was nice but did seem very distracted and she did a sloppy job on my nails that I could of done better myself. Good thing I used a groupon voucher otherwise I would never come here again. Please avoid this place!!! If you find yourself here ask for Patricia she is the only nice one!!! The manager and the owner are both lacking on their customer service skills!!! They tried to make me pay for my valet when I was there for a redo eventhough the validated it the first time!!! Thanks owner what a wonderful way to treat someone who decided to give your salon another try!!! This place is a joke!!! I totally get why the receptionist had a breakdown and told everyone off!!!

This experience was a huge waste of time and money. I simply wanted my hair curled for a wedding. I called the salon but they were closed. Someone called me back and I made an afternoon appointment and was quoted a certain amount for the service. I raced back to the resort for my appointment after running errands to only be told that the stylist wasn’t in and would arrive in 15 mins which turned into 30 mins. She arrives with no clue as to what I needed and begins talking about washing my hair when I only requested it to be curled. I let her know and she begins curling my hair. She draped a small towel around my neck but never put a cape on me. She did a half way decent job curling it but the curls were extremely loose. She added a little bit of hair spray but it didn’t have a lot of hold. At checkout, the stylist wrote the ticket for much more than I was quoted on the phone. It was definitely too much for the service or lack there of that I received . By the time the wedding began, my curls were gone! What a huge waste of time and money. The lesson learned is to save money and curl my own hair!

I was on vacation in Ft. Lauderdale 3/7/19 staying at the hotel when I happened to notice a promotional sign for a wash & blow dry. I immediately went inside to inquire. The receptionist, I believe was Jeanette was amazing. She scheduled me an appointment with a stylist and everything was phenomenal from that point on. My stylist, Jazmine, who was new to the salon but certainly wasnt new to doing hair. Jazmine was beyond spectacular and had my hair looking fabulous. I recommend Jazmine and this salon to everyone in the Ft. Lauderdale area especially the African American hotel customers. Great experience...the spa is very clean and calming. I had a wonderful facial with Kathya. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I had great results from only one visit. I am definitely going back!! Best facial in Fort Lauderdale.

I used a Groupon for a partial highlights, blowdry and cut. The girl was nice and did a pretty good job, but I did not like that they went ahead and did a toner on my hair and didnt tell me until after the fact that it was an extra $40. They offered a 20% discount , but thats not a good enough for me. I should have been given an option to do the toner or not cuz for $40 I definately wouldnt have! I would never go back there because of this. I dont like how they are sneaky and charge extra. I would recommend going somewhere else where they will be upfront and honest!

Horrible.All issues rooted to the manager.Doesn’t like “constructive feedback”. I tipped 25 percent as there was no issue with service and still was treated poorly.After first appt I decided not to go back.The manager text messaged me against my approval.I’ve asked repeatedly to be removed from their communications. A YEAR LATER I get texts like photo below received on May 31st 2020You want my business yet I am a “problem customer” because I questioned a credit card charge you placed on my card. AFTER I left your establishment??!!!People who work their have shared with friends who USED to go there what kind of things manager says about customers and other notes she places in system. I’m a local there are too many other places to go to that treat their clients well and I been with same nail tech ever since this horrible experienceI have requested AGAIN to be OFF their contact list.

Great experience. Wonderful place that I just happened to find. Called for an appointment and I am so glad I did. The place is open, airy and clean. I went in for a mani pedi, which was great by Lina. And ended up getting a fantastic haircut by Arletta. Would definitely recommend this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told a hair cut would start at $33. She washed my hair and cut off an inch. Was charged $58 because they considered drying my hair and using product a style. Pathetic place really and horrible expensive experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Ocean Manor Salon & Spa is a great environment. The salon is inside the Ocean Manor Beach Resort. The owner, Antonio, is very experienced and the staff offers excellent services. Id highly recommend this salon & spa.

The salon is under new management and is doing well from my visit. Nina did an exceptionally good job and I will return the next time Im in the area.
