My husband and I absolutely love Chi Spa, we frequently visit Fl from NY and we always make sure during our stay we make time for a massage. Booking is easy, communication on point, reception staff is warm and inviting and most of all you get your monies worth in treatments. I can’t wait for my next visit!

I’ve never had a massage before, and had my first one ever at Chi Spa as a birthday gift. I did the 1 hour Chi massage and it was amazing! Christopher was my massage therapist and he went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and comfortable for my first massage even though I was a little nervous. He was very knowledgeable and adapted to my comfort level and expectations! Left feeling like I was floating on a cloud and will definitely be back. The space is also so peaceful and inviting!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when getting this massage but it was absolutely wonderful. My boyfriend and I received a 90-minute couples massage and it was truly so relaxing. Addy is very thorough with her technique, and she was very attentive to the areas I specifically asked her to focus on. Probably one of the best massages I have ever received. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

The place is very nice and relaxing. I would recommend the massage it was amazing. The massage therapist Addy was great!I didn’t really care for the mini chi 2 hour session. It was 1 hour massage with 30 minute body scrub and 15 minute body lotion. And they give you 15 minutes to shower. If I knew the details I would have just booked a 90 minute massage. I was disappointed my massage wasn’t longer than an hour.They charge extra for deep tissue which is weird in my opinion (IMO). I’ve had deep tissue that was too strong it just depends on the therapist.Not too big of a deal but I arrived 5 minutes early. We started a few minutes lates, not complaining but then we ended a few minutes early, which totaled about 10 minutes…Seems like management. Worth mentioning IMO

I recently went to Chi Spa as a 1st time customer. Christopher M. was my masseuse and he ranks 2nd in all the massages I’ve ever received and I have had a lot of them. The massage itself was AMAZING and thorough. Normally I don’t like much talking during my massage as I go for relaxation but communicating my expectations and him improvising throughout the massage added to the overall WONDERFUL experience. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his style of delivering a DIVINE Swedish massage. Thank you Christopher. I will definitely be back.

We booked the 2-hr mini chi revitalization package through groupon. We went as a group as part of my sister’s bachelorette. Ady did my massage, and she did an amazing job! She was very thorough and got all the knots out of my neck and shoulders that I didn’t even know were there. It was an hour-long massage, then a 30 minute body scrub, about 15 minutes to shower after (to get all the salt off), and a final 15 minutes for the body butter. Would definitely come back! We all felt brand new

I was in the area for 12 days for work and really could have benefited from a massage. I walked into this place and they were able to see me the following morning. I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Christopher. His expertise and technique were evident from the moment the session began. Chistophers ability to target and relieve deep-seated tension was remarkable, and I left feeling rejuvenated and pain-free. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend Christopher for anyone in need of a truly effective deep tissue massage. A week later, I decided I wanted to try a Chi massage. I called in the morning and they were able to get me in later that day. Adys Chi massage was an absolute delight. Her gentle yet effective approach helped to balance my energy and left me feeling incredibly relaxed and centered. I highly recommend Ady for anyone looking to experience the profound benefits of a Chi massage.

We had a fantastic couples massages with Milina and Erica. I felt super comfortable and relaxed, the environment was zen and made me feel very peaceful. Feeling rested and more relaxed than I have in months, I will definitely be coming back!

Today I had a wonderful 60 Minute massage by my technician Odalys, She is amazing very considerate and literally has a Magic touch. I Thank my Girlfriend for this wonderful Father’s Day gift and Thank You Chi Spa. I hope you guys get so many more clients.

I had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Julio at Chi Spa. Chi Spa has a wonderful environment, and the customer service is always great. Julio is a fantastic Massage Therapist. He really knows beneficial and healing deep tissue techniques. I was barely able to use my left leg when I came in there, and after the massage, I was walking like I usually do. Amazing! I will certainly be back!

Very disappointed, as this place came recommended by a friend. The masseuse was 20 minutes late without communication, explanation, or an apology. My massage was scheduled at 2, I showed up early as requested and wasn’t taken in until 2:20. I was then out the door paying at 3:10 after my “hour” massage.The owner sent a follow up the next day “welcoming feedback”. I explained my frustrations with this and have yet to receive a response (over a month later).They clearly don’t value my time

First time coming here, 2nd time ever doing a body massage and Milina made me feel comfortable and very relaxed the entire time. Coming from someone who havent been able to take care of themselves in god knows how long, my body felt light and less tense and I think i let out a few snores which is very good cause i havent been sleeping much recently. This experience was a very great one and im looking forward to booking more longer sessions this time. I was offered tea at the end of my session which i absolutely appreciated. I had the pleasure of experiencing an incredibly healing and relaxing deep tissue massage from Paul today. My entire massage was well worth it from start to finish. Paul really helped heal my aches and pains all over my body. He focused on my neck which I informed him was my problem area. I thoroughly enjoyed the music he chose as well and the coconut oil he used for the massage. My body still feels smooth and hydrated. I will definitely be back soon to see Paul for another amazing massage. Thanks Paul!!

The owner of this spa should get a revitalization package done with Julio as the masseuse. #perfectgiftforyourenemiesUpdate after owners response:An email was never sent, not that it would change my review in the slightest. You want to know the truth? He scrubbed that salt into my skin with so much pressure I was covered in scratches and my skin was red for hours. The massage table sounded as if it would collapse from underneath me. The massage was non existent and I couldn’t run out of there quick enough. I left a tip to be polite but you should really attempt to do some vetting and take my recommendation seriously and get the package with Julio as the masseuse. Send a friend undercover if you don’t believe me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Omg this is one of the BEST treatments Ive ever had. I was honestly a bit nervous because making the reservation was confusing at first but when I arrived at the spa none of that mattered. The place smelled amazing and I was greeted so warmly. Ady gave me the best massage and facial and 2 weeks later I still havent put on makeup because of my glow! Ill definitely be back in I visit Fort Lauderdale again

Went to chi spa about 2 weeks ago and it was an amazing experience. from start to finish, everyone was super kind and welcoming. the massage from debbie left me feeling amazing and the facial from cierra left my skin glowy and fresh, she even recommended a product for me to add to my skin care routine! i truly appreciate the excellent service i received here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing renewing experience!

I had a dermaplaning facial with Cierra and it was amazing. Such a relaxing time and love chatting with her. She loves what she does and you can tell by the way your skin looks after. I am GlOWING ✨✨Definitely recommend booking with her and i definitely will be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed the anti wrinkle facial at Chi Spa on Sunday. Cierra, my esthetician, is very knowledgeable, kind and and gentle. I knew I was in good hands with her. I’ve been here three times, twice for a couple’s massage. Always a great experience from the owner to the staff.Prices are reasonable, massages are great, the owner is communicative and the ambiance inside the business is relaxing.You probably need a massage more than you think, try this place!

Fantastic atmosphere for relaxing and revitalizing your self. All the Therapists are outstanding, great staff too. Very friendly and attentive. Website and App could be a little more user friendly. Great place!

The experience was wonderful. I enjoyed everything and Julius did a great job definitely coming back.

The service was good and the staff were really friendly. The facial was amazing. The only thing that upset me was the fact that we showed up early for our appointment and were still waiting in the lobby passed our scheduled massage time, not to mention the masseuse finished the massage a few minutes early too and walked out during the massage. At the end of the service we were quoted tip prices higher than what we were told before. IMO be grateful for 20% tip and anything you get more than that is a bonus but dont ask for a higher tip that is just rude.

I was looking for a extremely relaxing 2 hour massage and let me tell you, Reece was my LMT and he was Amazing and Professional. He targeted different muscles and pinpointed tough stress areas immediately. Seriously, He has the softest hands which was a +++. I left Chi Spa feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of my day. I 100% recommend Chi Spa and Reece. Great job! It takes something extreme for me to write a review and Ive had 100s of massages so again, thank you.Ill be back soon.

The ambiance was incredibly soothing and relaxing. The staff was very kind, and I had one of the best massages of my life! Highly recommend the Chi massage with aromatherapy. It was everything my body and mind needed. Ill definitely be returning!

I had an exceptional massage here yesterday. The receptionist was very pleasant and the therapist did a fantastic job. I love that they have heated massage tables and give you a full 1 hour massage. Its the best experience Ive had so far in the Fort Lauderdale area. I will definitely go back.

Nice small clean spa. New clients have to setup an account/intake/CC on MindBody before appointments can be confirmed. Not a big deal that took a few minutes to set. My therapist Reese was great! He has firm pressure and took care of my aches and pain. Will definitely be back. 💆‍♂️🤘

It was my second visit, and just like on the first visit, it was perfect. Everything was clean and smelled nice. The massage was professional and effective in eliminating some aches and pain in my body.

I was recently in town for the holiday with tons of stress in my shoulders. Christopher worked on me and I felt like a new woman when I left. Highly recommend.

I asked for more pressure ... and they left bruises. Definitely did not know where muscles were located. Dont waste your money.Also, walls are very thin... if anyone is in the front room you will hear the conversation during massage.

I can not say enough great things about my experience. I had 30 minutes Reflexology and 90 minute Raindrop Treatment including Reiki, with and added 30 minutes to the massage. I am not new to massage or energy work....Absolutely amazing! The spa itself has such an awesome calming vibe; very clean & neat; relaxing music. I got there early (was visiting from out of town and had an extra day d/t flight cancellations) and waited in the waiting area while having a cup of tea and just relaxing. Reece......such a wonderful healer. I will definitely return if/when I find myself back in the area.

So easy and friendly to work with! I called to find out more info and the receptionist was really warm & friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I ended up booking a 90 min Chi Sampler and scheduled a Thai Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, and Cupping with Akhille. He was so great and made me feel very comfortable, he explained what he was doing and really helped me to understand and get a feel for the different sessions since they werent your typical massages. And then afterwards I enjoyed a warm cup of tea and it was magical. Than you to the team and will definitely be coming back and recommending!

Definitely not the best massage and facial I’ve had. Both services were underwhelming and after driving 40 minutes to get to this location I wish I’d have researched spas closer to out vacation rental. Everyone was pleasant but my masseuse Toni barely did anything. I am a regular with massages and facials so my expectations were high. I am disappointed that the amount we paid and the gratuity that was charged at the time of the service could have been earned. Next time I’m in Ft. Lauderdale I’ll do more research, their site made it sound inviting but the experience was lackluster.

I hardly ever complain, but this is by far the worst massage I have ever had in 30 plus years and am used to getting massages very regularly and with several different therapists. My husband and I got couples massages here on vacation so we had separate therapists. I am not going to speak to his therapist. My therapist greeted me wearing sweat pants and a T-shirt. No company logo. His techniques were extremely rough and sent pain up my spine. I literally was holding my breath and wanted to get off the table. He never asked how the pressure was as they usually do. I asked for medium pressure on my paperwork prior to my massage. I couldn’t wait for this massage to be over. He used very little lotion and I felt my skin burning from being rubbed too dry. The Therapists offered us water after our massages and we said thank you politely and left. The front desk lady came running out into the parking after us after we were already in our car asking us if the $20 tip my husband gave them was “ALL” we were leaving? She said we needed to close out our ticket, but nobody was up front to check up out when we left and we had already given them our credit card and were told good bye by the two therapists so did not know otherwise. This was a poor experience from beginning to end and was highly disappointed.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this massage place. Im a regular and have been coming to Chi for about 2 years now. I usually go with either June or Jolie...June is FANTASTIC, so I highly recommend requesting her, if possible!Not only are the therapists so talented and wonderful, but the place itself is great. Its a small business, so the owner is usually there at reception to greet you. Its a small cozy place but very relaxing and charming.So whether youre just in town visiting or youre a local, definitely give them a try! Theyre usually running some sort of first-timer promo, so hop on it! You wont be disappointed.

I went with my husband for the couples massage, and it was amazing. The whole staff is very professional. The place is very relaxing and very beautiful. The massage therapists were amazing. My husband was very pleased and so was I. I was kind of upset at us for not booking at least 90 minutes. We had the deep tissues upgrade since we work sitting down and it was highly needed. They gave us the deep tissue massage, but it did not bruise or feel overworked afterwards. We also upgraded to the CBD full body oil and let me tell you!!!! It felt amazing!!! All day our skin tingled and all of the aches we have since we are definitely not in our prime. I highly suggest for couples, but I am definitely going to make it a point to go back and take care of these computer work knots at least once a month. Lovely little place. :)

Chi Spa has been the perfect get away for my wife and for many years now. When we need to escape reality and have a nice massage we ALWAYS head to Chi Spa!Teena and Hyacinth are our go to. Teena always does a great job making us feel comfortable and Hyacinth loves her job which you’ll notice within the first few minutes of your massage. They’re two of the best therapist we’ve experienced not only at Chi Spa but also over the past 15 years. If you’re looking for a great massage, trust us you will not leave disappointed!!

Absolute scam. Do not go. Lady at the front desk tried to scam me and another couple by padding our bill. Very dishonesty people. Bad vibes.Thank you for your reply but my wife did NOT book my appointment I did personally. And for the record, I did not walk out until I witnessed your rude and inept front desk hustler pulling the same scam on another Customer. You had 2 customers at the same time asking for an explanation for these fees and we were getting the run around. I know its embarrassing to get caught stealing from customers but you gotta own this one. You can keep my money and the 29% phantom tip you scammed me out of. Totally bad vibes. Shady people.

Fabulous Spa has a calm and serene energy. I am a physical therapist (Get Physical LLC) and Ernesto gave me a deep tissue massage. He is highly skilled in deep tissue, therapeutic and sports massage. Best massage I have had in years. Highly recommend both the spa and Ernesto! Great experience :)

Came in for a couples relaxation massage. Our massage therapist were Nara and Julio. I requested a deep tissue massage as I had some tension and knots which really needed to be worked out. And man it was amazing! Less relaxation for the deep tissue but Julio skillfully worked out all the deep knots I had. We truly enjoyed our massages, and both Nara and Julio were professional, courteous, and attentive to what our bodies needed!

I was truly disappointed, I was really looking forward to this massage as it had been a long time since my last! I was looking for a new therapist & place to bring my Fiancé. The receptionist didnt seem like she wanted to be at work. When I called she was very dry and seemed in a rush. My therapist was a sweetheart but the massage itself was terrible. It just felt as if she wash smoothing the massage cream on my body, not actually working and focusing on my problem areas that we discussed. I scheduled an introductory massage on my only day off, I left feeling worse than when I came in. I could hear people talking loudly in the lobby and in the room RIGHT next to me. In addition, a 20% tip is REQUIRED, I have no problem leaving an amazing tip for AWESOME services, this was far from that. Leaving a poor review is not fun, you guys must do better! Massage therapy is supposed to be healing, relaxing, Therapeutic & I feel as though I recived the opposite.

We ordered body massage and facial massage for our anniversary. Total 2 hours of massage per person. The facial was amazing, we enjoyed it. The standard massage was ok, I had better once. I dont like too much pressure massage I set my profile to medium pressure. It felt soft. I cant image what soft option would be like :-). When we started the room was cold, I asked to warm up the room. They turned some heater on, it was slightly better.At the end we were surprised that we have to pay tip for each of us of the full price and not discounted price. I checked the message and it says “You are confirmed for a 60 min massage w and 60 min facial on Sat 10/2 at 1:30. The normal price for this service is $170. The total due is $98. + a 20% service fee of $34. (required on 1st visit, given in full to your technician as gratuity).”We just did not pay attention to it, thats why we were kinda not very nicely surprised. Other than that, I cannot complain, staff were very nice, we even reschedule our appointment without any problems.

From the immediate attentiveness and clear communication about booking, fees, etc. to the warm greeting and service upon entering, to my technician, Julio, it was all perfect. Best massage experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend requesting Julio; wonderful and very attuned in all regards. I look forward to coming back. Thank you!

My boyfriend treated me to a massage here while on vacation. From the moment you walk in, you feel transported into pure Zen. Brittany was super sweet and so accommodating at check-in. Shelby was my massage therapist and she was able to work my knots. I asked for deep tissue and she did not disappoint. She focused on the areas I asked for and put me to sleep! It was that good and I have had plenty of massages! Left super relaxed and looking forward to returning whenever we visit the area.

Best spa Ive been to in Florida! As soon as you walk in the door, you feel the tranquility of the spa. The staff is friendly & professional. Every therapist Ive ever been to gives an amazing massage. I recommend all of my friends go here :) They even have an awesome $49 membership rate. A+ rated massages for $49? Sign me up!

I booked a couples massage through a deal on Groupon however when it came to the appointment that’s where Chi Spa messed up three times within a week. Last Saturday was supposed to be my initial appointment and while I was driving there they called to tell me my appointment had to be canceled due to someone catching COVID. I understood and the receptionist made another appointment for me to come in on 6/18. I called on 6/17 because I didn’t receive a follow up email or text confirming my appointment. When I texted the number I was informed there was no appointment. I spoke with the office manager and explained to her my conversation just the previous Saturday with her receptionist. She ensured to fix it and scheduled me for 6/19. On my way to the appointment, I was contacted by the office manager at 9:24am that one of the employees called out that was supposed to be doing our massage. She tried to reschedule however at this point I was completely over this place. Thanks to Groupon I was able to get my money back and will be using it towards some other massage parlor. Do not waste your time with this unorganized establishment!

My group was greatly accommodated! We had a large group doing couples massages from a Groupon purchase. The scheduling service and online service is amazing and so helpful. It helps with the time for giving information so that once you arrive, all you have to do is receive whatever service you are there for. All of my group left pleased! Definitely schedule with them!

I started going back in 2016 and I recently went back and signed up for a monthly membership. The therapists are so wonderful! They listen if you have any pain points and really help address any issues. I booked my appointment online and it was very easy and was confirmed quickly. I highly recommend!

Lovely first time experience. Beautiful, quaint decor and vibe. Fantastic massage from Tina, who is truly gifted with her hands. Wonderful, high quality facial from Hyacinth. Both extremely welcoming & talented. May this post serve as a high recommendation for those contemplating on coming here.

We had a wonderful couples Chi massage & scalp massage with Nara and Milina while on vacation here. They were so kind and the whole experience was very relaxing!!!! Milina got several knots out of my shoulders. 10/10! Cannot recommend enough! We will be back on our next trip to the area :)

We had the couples massage from Groupon. We had Tina and Paul, they were spectacular!! Very relaxing massage, but enough pressure to help my back feel so much better! I recommend this spa to anyone wanting a perfect full body massage, best massage Ive ever had! I only wish I could have tipped them more😔 they definitely deserved it.

I have been getting massages for years with a chronic bad back but never to a place like Chi Spa. They are amazing! From the time you make an appointment to the time you meet them at the front desk. Sharon and Bridgis will take care of you. They are very friendly and professional. You MUST ask for Linda. She is the best massage therapist in the world. Her hands and her knowledge are a gift from God! She is an angel. I called and asked if I could get a massage, last minute, on a Sunday night, of a holiday weekend after wrenching my back out and had trouble walking. Linda was in Palm Beach working a 12 hour day. She came to Chi Spa and worked her magic for over 2 hours. All done with a smile and a concern for my well being even after being exhausted from working all day. Her dedication to her profession goes above and beyond. Let her work on you and you will feel out of this world when she is done. I highly recommend Chi Spa! I have heard from other people that the other therapists are top notch too. I promise that you wont be sorry :)

Used spa finder and it took the front desk staff 25 minutes after my appointment for them to figure it out which was a major inconvenience. Facial was great but the massage was not detailed enough nor firm or deep even when requested multiple times for harder pressure.There was a mandatory 20% tip required which doest fit the definition of a tip which is a sum of money or funds customarily given by a client or customer for services provided. I agreed to this but didnt realize the total bill for a 60 minute facial and massage would be about $220.00. Will not go back due to all these circumstances.

One of the best Spas ever! Massage therapists are Highly skilled, and even the Facials are Fantastic! Shenell the Esthetician is Amazing! She took care of my skin concerns, and recommended a very specific treatment for me, and I cant wait to go back to her. Overall this spa is super relaxing and every treatment is well needed and deserved.

Blown away by the attention to detail and outstanding customer service from the very first phone call. Shannon was very patient and REALLY went the extra mile to help me surprise my bf with a massage and schedule a last minute facial. There initially was not anyone available to perform the facial at the same time as the massage but, hearing the disappointment in my voice, she told me to not lose heart as she would see if anyone else could stop in to get it done. Shannon, you really came through. Thank you! As far as the massage, my bf says it was exactly what he needed. My facial? Out of this world. Tasia is the sweetest and has the most soothing voice and gentle hands. My skin feels so soft and smooth and I havent felt that relaxed in a long, long time. Highly recommend treating yourself to a day at Chi Spa.

Above and beyond. We went for a couples massage and we upgraded to deep tissue. Best decision ever. Therapist are amazing and very attentive. The staff in general was very kind. Good and calm atmosphere if youre looking to release stress and reset yourself. Worth every penny. Totally recommended.

I’ve been fortunate enough to have had more than my fair share of massages in my life and I’m pleased to say this experience was one of the best. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed and it definitely didn’t stop there.Teena asked the right questions to ascertain my needs and managed to hit all my troubling spots (and a few I didn’t realize I had) with precision and professionalism that can be tough to find. In these situations I have the tendency to tense up or fight the relaxation, however she was able to yank me out of the initial apprehension and leave me feeling truly calm, relaxed and excited to become a repeat guest.

DO NOT!!!! get a facial from this establishment. My spa was closed due to Covid and I went here for a deep pore cleansing facial in which I have had numerous facials in the past. The woman said she was doing facials for 20 years, but as she worked on me I knew that was not the case. Now, deep pore facials can be uncomfortable and you may even have pimple like spots after due to extracting. When she was done, and I got home and looked at my face, it looked like I went 3 rounds with Mike Tyson--my left cheek was bruised so badly that it appeared I had 2.5 giant hickeys on my cheek. I had to wear a mask for 4 days before they started fading. I had called the owner obviously upset and demanded my money back in which she told me they did a great job however that was via text message. The owner did not even have the decency to speak with me directly. She offered me a credit for future services in which I obviously declined. Normally I do not like to write bad reviews, especially on small businesses, but I highly recommend staying away from this spa. Things happen in life and in business, but an owner should try to fix an issue, and this owner should be ashamed of herself for the way she treated me. FYI-the cost of the service was $60 so it telly you a bit about the stability of this place--STAY AWAY!!!

Chi Spa is one of the best finds Ive come upon in a long time!I always receive prompt responses and they are very flexible with my schedule.Akhille is the ABSOLUTE best. I cant say enough about the deep tissue massage. He goes above and beyond (especially on problem areas) and seems to have a magic ability to know exactly what those areas are. I only wish there were more stars!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a couples massage for a while on Groupon. We tried a few places but we were always treated rather poorly or turned away. I called this spa and was greeted by a very friendly and accommodating voice, was glad to answer all of my questions, and even got me a better deal than the Groupon offered. The place is super clean and comfortable, heated massage table, pleasant smell, great atmosphere, and the massage felt amazing! Im a runner, soccer player, and compete in judo, so I always feel broken. This massage made me feel great afterwards! We joined the membership too, which is a fantastic deal! Will go back here every month!

I go to Chi Spa to see therapist Linda Layman. I have been going to Linda for several years now. She is an incredible therapist. I have severe scoliosis and back pain. The techniques Linda uses are incredible at relieving the tension in my muscles. I have been to many massage therapists in the past, none are as good as her. Linda has the ability to heal you with her hands. She has a gift that is very rare. The energy that you receive from here is so positive and loving. I knew from the moment I met her that she was a very special person. Her eyes showed me the Angel inside of her. She truly is a special person with the ability to help you and to heal you. I usually go for a 90 minute massage. Linda gives the best foot massages as well which are great for your entire body too! I highly recommend making an appointment today with Linda Layman at Chi Spa. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the MOST unprofessional company that I have ever worked with. I first booked a 1-hour aromatherapy/swedish massage for a specific time. The massage therapist was a no-show, so I then waited on standby with the owner, Kimberly, who kept pushing my appointment back until 4 hours later at 8:00PM, I was given a massage. I then received no aromatherapy and a rushed massage that left me feeling even worse by HUGO. Then, i recieve a 30.00 dollar credit from KIMBERLY for my horrible experience (though I did not even ask for this because I AM NOT CHEAP), but I go to use the credit and she says I have to add TWO items to use the credit which was not disclosed properly in her email. I have never written a google review that was negative, but I am disgusted by this companies lack of care for their customers. I would never recommend someone to this business.Take your business to Majesty Day Spa and pay the same amount to be treated like a queen. I told them to take the 30 dollar credit and throw it in the trash rather than support their terrible business.

Loved my experience at Chi Spa. It has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. I got a 60 minute Swedish massage from Teena Wiggins. It was total body, head to toe. I was totally rejuvenated afterwards. Will definitely go back!

Staff here is super nice and very knowledgeable! No messing around and no funny business, just excellent massage therapy. Love the calm setting too and all the little touches. We signed up for the monthly membership and its worth it!

The company requires a card on file which I put in my profile. I sent the screen shot confirmation. Due to THEIR error, or the app’s error, it isn’t showing on THEIR end. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. You lost a regular customer because I spend a fortune on massages. Adios.In response to the company: I have no idea what you’re talking about when you say “You cite communication and professionalism”.If you’re going to use a third party site for booking, make sure all the features work for your customers before offering it. You state the MINDBODY app doesn’t save the card information on your side, so why did you ask for me to enter it there in the first place? That’s the whole point of using a booking system-for customers to be able to book appointments and enter payment info safely and securely. I’m not comfortable with giving my card information over the phone as I am sure many customers feel.I spend THOUSANDS on beauty and health services and have NEVER had an issue with other companies and the booking systems they use.Once again, I’ll take my business to a company who has their act together.

Promoting too many modalities with lack of proficiency. There are some wonderful therapist here, however the poor treatment from reception overshadowed my experience. Also, the membership isn’t worth it.

I really cant put into words how wonderful my experience was at this place. Nico (sp?) listened to my concerns, but beyond that, he listened to my body. When something felt like oh, this is going to be a painful spot he would somehow know and move my limbs in a way that minimized any discomfort. Is he a wizard? Maybe, but I will definitely be returning next time were Wilton Manors.
