Clubhouse II

I’ve been coming to Clubhouse II for over 20 years and have always had great experiences until tonight. Despite occasional complaints from others about the facilities, staff, or atmosphere, I’ve consistently enjoyed my visits—until now.Tonight, when I walked in, I was met with glaring, rage-filled eyes from Kevin, an employee known for his difficult demeanor. He refused to let me in, citing that I was disrespectful to him the last time I visited. This happened after he initially told me what rooms were available. I explained that I had driven 40 minutes to get here and apologized for any past misunderstanding. Despite this, he insisted that my supposed disrespect to him equated to disrespect to the club and refused to engage further.Kevin also refused to provide contact information for his manager or the owner and wouldnt consider any resolution, even though I have unused times on my punch card. It’s unreasonable to drive all this way only to be let in based on whether Kevin is working or his mood at the time.I’m leaving this review to ensure that management is aware of what’s happening at the front desk. I apologize to the owner and the other excellent employees and friendly staff I encounter regularly. This one unpleasant employee does not represent your establishment well, and I thought you’d like to know. Implementing a clear conflict resolution policy and ensuring all staff adhere to it could prevent such incidents in the future.

Miserable place. Desperate trolls looking glum and pacing filthy hallways in their threadbare towels. it is trashy in all the wrong ways. and whats with the staff?! the ATTITUDE on these queens! its not MY fault youre old and ugly and work in the most depressing place on earth! Make a change! Step into the light!

The older gentleman at the front seat was beyond rude. I mean if you dont like your job find another trade. The place needs some remodeling..shower walls falling apart, rooms dont have TVs. However the worse part was that employee. They should read the reviews and address it.

I used to think this place was sketchy but after a revisit I can certainly tell you this place is absolutely disgusting and over paid over 60 bucks for a premium room that look like something out of a horror movie with sheets that were extremely stained and the place was empty anyways I will never ever be returning here and will advise anybody who asks to not go to to this place the person I was with didnt speak very good English and the front desk person pretty much berated the poor guy

With all due respect this place is awful.Attendant..skinny old guy w glasses. THIS GUY is out of control. He is beyond nasty w everyone. Cant describe it but if he suffers from a mental illness (not a joke) He should be pulled out from the window.----—--------------------------------Pricing: The prices are the same as the one in Fort Lauderdale downtown but does not compare in any way shape or form. This place is completely run down, the showers are disgusting, the club is dingy, outdated and just sad.The towels are falling apart, the sheets used to be white I guess and the sauna needs a whole face-lift. Yes the clientele is 98% seniors... And no it is not just a certain time of the day... Is mostly everyday that is either empty or 70+....which I dont care but many can be pesty.The Wilton Social club is updated, clean, fluffy clean towels, special discounts some days where a room is the same or cheaper than a locker and the whole club is the ambiance you look for in a mans play house. Unfortunately Clubhouse II decided to invest in opening additional claustrophobic rooms instead of fixing and updating their facilities... Very sad and poorly managed. While most employees are ok, they cannot do much of anything in this regard.

Ive been there a couple of times and my experience is not that bad as others here would say. Its spacious and feels clean. I havent been there at night time so I dont know if its crowded. But during the day its not that many. Enough though. And yes, many here are older. Gramps and dads. Exactly what I like.

Place is okay, for what it is. Bartender has a bad attitude and should not be bartending other than that was not that bad. Plenty of other places in town without attitudes :/

First time I’ve ever been to a bathhouse and had a great experience! The staff person at the entrance kindly explained to me about the club. He had another employee take me on a quick tour. Once inside, the other patrons were friendly & courteous. There were mostly middle age guys, but a couple were on the younger end of the age scale. I had a GREAT experience and plan to return!

Well its not perfect but its always fun at some level. You may have to do a little more fishing to catch what you want but its usually there. The owner and some of the staff are wonderful there is one staff member who needs some customer service lessons

Just spent my bday there and it was a night to remember 🤤 I just wish they had some Bday special or something, since its only Cash and the ATM is the worst ATM I ever dealt with, the guy was not lettin me in unless I paid the $4 I was missing... So having some sort of Card Machine, or a Bday special, wouldve made my night better.... Was a great night nonetheless

If you like older men this is the right place for you. However, the furnishings are getting on in years. You have to know that.

Had a bad experience with a person there tonight that was on his cell phone while in a certain part of bathhouse that is supposed to be cell phone free. He did not like that I had something to say. He told me that I should mind my own business that I did not know what he was doing on his cell phone. I thought that no phones were allowed in certain areas of rooms that are common areas.

Older crowd. Very older. People told me that it was going to be older. I assumed they were figuratively speaking and not literally. Aside from the fact that the people are ancient. They prices are really high. As with all the bathhouses. I guess someone missed the memo that if you cant even fill your parking lot 25% than maybe your prices are way too high. Especially when you are competing with bookstores online platforms etc but than again other cities the bathhouses seem to have more guys and cheaper prices. The other bathhouse in ft lauderdale is equally expensive and has been empty as well. At least the other facility is nicer

The hot tub is dirty and today 22/29Totally coldImpossible to use

I have been to this place before and always have had a good time. And i understand all the changes because of COVID however that does not excuse lack of professionalism. A friend of mine amd myself wanted out for the weekend so i went on the website and of course there were new rules in place but the site says open 24 hrs per day. To double check i called and the recording that they have says that they were back to open 24 hours a day. So we packed up and left Tampa amd made the 4+ hour drive specifically to go to clubhouse 2. But upon our arrival we found a sign on a locked door that says CLOSED. how very very disappointing and what a waste of gas, money and time. How hard is it to update a recording and a web site? Obviously pretty difficult. How very unprofessional of them. Thanks clubhouse2 thanks a lot.

Horrible place in my opinion. I went just one time on suppose to be a busy Saturday night. Area / neighborhood is seedy becareful at night. Told place was full and staff even promoted the other bathhouse in town after I arrived. Men much older and low class , only like the same 12 guys walking around many with their saggy cellulite asses sticking out. Gross. $$ 28 for non membership for a locker gets you nothing , staff are nice and looks like they run specials during the week , no action this night , dead ! facility needs a facelift and scrubbing ! Buyer beware !

I started coming here in 1989 and the crowd was way mixed, over the years the crowd has become way older and most of the clients just wander aimlessly down the hallways. special night- leather and bears are a equal disappointment. usually once a week i venture in and only once a month i may engage in tom foolery.

Idk what the deal is with the worker but very unfriendly and borderline rude. Its Tue Sep 27th at 1:30am going into Wed. Never been here from out of town sure didnt help me want to come back.

It is a complete network of illegalities to try to contact the owner of the place but the same workers protect themselves to do with that place what they want and the owner does not know it .....

This is one of those places that allow you to be you. At this place which is men only. Its clean andvery refreshing. The staff is one of the most excellent staffs ive ever seen. Bruce the manager works very hard to keep his guest happy. Then you have Scott,tim, bryan,don, and several others. Today is the very last day you could have enjoyed the talents of such a great guy Chris. I met Chris when i first came to ft lauderdale. He has this amazing, bright cheerful wonderful attitude. He works really hard. Chris i personally want to say thank you for being such a nice energetic person. Thank you for being one of those people who affects lives in a positive way. So where you ever you gothey will be lucky to have such a bright young man. Chris i hope that life gives you everything. Because you deserve it. To everyone who reads this. I hope and pray everyone has a very special new year. As i always say see ya down the road.

Staff are doing the best they can to keep the place half way clean. Problem is the owners are not reinvesting the multitude of money that comes in the front door to keep the clientele. Older crowd for sure and needs a remodel badly.

I always have a great time at the Clubhouse 2 the lighting in the private rooms are dim, some may like that. I always have a mini LED flash light with me. I also take an external charger for my cellphone.

The staff is great place is very depressing. The people there are 85 and up. never again

My first visit to the clubhouse 2, was the friday before christmas. I noticed right away, that there were at least 3 WISEMEN in line. i started to look for Mary and Joseph, but they were no where to be found.....

Was an off night 7/33/2017 a Saturday night no less. But when 4 an Dunday rolled around that all changrd and had a great tim.

Dangerous. The crackheads that hang out in front have gotten into extorting money from people to avoid harming them or their cars. Unfortunately the club can seem to do much to control it.

They don’t answer the phones and after reading the reviews on this place I’d never go back to the filth ridden rude service place. Don’t waste your money go to Club Fort Lauderdale clean safe and friendly

Was this the best bath house ever? No. Did I have fun? hell yes. Id go back.
