I’ve received many massages but “Grace” was absolutely the best! I explained the areas that needed attention she promised me she would take care of that area plus my entire body “and that she did”!! Upon, arriving my entire left side was in pain when she finished I didn’t have one pain plus I felt revived! The spa was clean, calming and the staff was professional… I’ll be returning!! We drove up here from Hallandale beach. Well worth the drive!! My wife and I each had a 90 minute Thai massage. It was wonderful. Stretching and back walking were included. I feel like a new man. This is a great place.

I came in with sciatica, could barely work. Grace took her time finding and working it out. I will be coming back so we can work out the rest of the sciatica pain.I had to come back and edit my note. I left still feeling creaky. But I went home slept on my heating pad again and got up like nothing happened. I will be returning when I can!

Had a amazoning massage. Grace offers very strong massage and stretching that relieves and relaxes the body more then any other place I have been to. Will definitely be coming again at least twice a month.

Massage itself was good. The three star is due to them clicking $20 tip for both massage and then clicking pay for us, without getting any confirmation. The pressuring to tip more and pressuring to leave a review left a bad taste in my mouth. They even have a print out reminding you of acceptable tips, as if that legally matters. They were very nice and hope they rework some of that as we greatly enjoyed our massage.We will, hopefully, be returning. The three star is after service. During service is a 5 star. Unfortunately, reviews for companies should include the entire experience, which is why I rated the way I did. I just wanted to emphasize the service itself was great. So, if you dont mind the pressuring, its worth the cost.

I’m really disappointed. I’ve been here before and had Ingrid. She was amazing. Today I had Maggie and she was awful. Maggie was coughing and sneezing the entire time. She didn’t listen when I asked her to use more pressure. When I went to pay they tried to pressure me into paying a 25% tip when I didn’t want to. Will never come here again.

Judy is amazing!!!! I have chronic pain on my shoulders and neck - I have been to many places for massage - she was incredible. I feel light, relaxed and with no pain! She made sure to check on me and did an excellent job. Highly recommended!

Today I went for a couples massage at soothing oasis massage. I truly enjoyed my experience Peter was my masseuse. He took extra time in making sure that my muscles got the relief that they needed. I 100% recommend Soothing Oasis. I used to go to a chain massage parlor and decided to try here because my husband goes all the time. It was fully worth it and Ill be making here my official massage home too. My masseuse was Maggie and she is amazing. The massage was exactly what and how I needed it and she even did some stretching to further alleviate some pain I was having. Shes very sweet. The place is clean and has perfect ambience.

This is the absolute best place for a massage in the plantation/sunrise area hands down! I have tried so many as there seems to be a massage places on every corner but now I go no where else. The girls here listen to what you want and ask if you want deep or soft. They ask if its OK to walk on back instead of just doing it. I have tried all the girls Here ND all are amazing! I of course have my favorite and so does my wife. We love to go for couples massages when ever we can. They also offer cupping and table showers. I go no where else no. Trust me give this place a try you will not be disappointed!

Yesterday I visited Soothing Oasis Massage for the second time, but this visit was most interesting. I had Grace as my massage therapist, and she was absolutely fantastic! I asked her for a sport style massage with stretch infused. Never had I experienced a massage where the massage therapist probably got just as much of a deep stretch as I did, lol. Grace used her entire body to pull, knead, push, walk… Yes, I said, walk, all of my knots out. Ive never experienced another adult person literally walking on my back, but it was the most amazing experience Ive ever had on a massage table! Grace was so attentive to every stubborn spot I had from head to toe. It was exactly the experience I always hope for when paying a professional for a massage. By far, Grace gave the best massage Ive ever had....Hands down! The kicker is… Grace is 74 years old! I was blown away at how flexible, strong & athletic she was in my massage. She is an athlete/sports enthusiasts dream.At Soothing Oasis, they are professional, the space is clean, they are happy to accommodate & theyre even open until 10p. It was my first time going to this place & the reason I chose this location was because they had outstanding reviews. Unfortunately, I had the most outrageous experience. Everything was perfect until it came time to pay. The lady who did my message did an outstanding job. I got a 90 minute massage for $115.00.When I got to the front to pay the lady who did my massage was standing next to me & some other employee. Not sure if she was the manager but she was the one closing out the service. When it came time to pay she asked me if I would be leaving the tip on the card or cash. I told her how much gratuity I was leaving & she stated “90 minute massage which was great you leave more money $30” and pointed to the suggested tip amount on the wall. I WAS SOOOOO LIVID!I clearly stated “You can’t tell me what to leave, you don’t know people’s situation … and you should be grateful to even receive ANYTHING”. She laughed and said, “I gave you great massage $30 tip.” I told her how unprofessional she is & the fact that she had the audacity to tell me what I NEED to leave as a tip is outrageous. She & the lady continued to speak to each other making sure I didn’t know what was being said.I paid for my service & as I am walking out the door the lady who did my massage walked out the door behind me and was saying things in a language I do not understand.Overall, I was appalled by the whole situation & I will not be going back. Leaving a tip is NOT demanded & not included in the service. Just be thankful for even receiving something & don’t harass someone for MORE money.

If your serious about massage, especially quality, deep tissue, therapeutic ones, then this is place. The owner, Judy, takes exceptional care of us every time. Remember to drink water after.

I do not write reviews often. I looked at the reviews and thought it would be great to attend with 5 other girl. The entire experience was subpar - dated interior, inexperienced therapist, tip pressuring, no focus on customer experience. The therapist put her knuckles in my shoulder muscles and just rubbed up and down my back. I did not want to coach her how to massage. She had no idea what she was doing. She left in her car right after she completed my massage which suggests she only came in as an add on therapist. I shared feedback with the owner and she pretty much just said maybe next time :( . I live out of town so there is no chance of returning there. My suggestion is ask all the right questions, especially if you have a large group.

Fantastic massage, she knows how to work the body without hurting. She was very good with her hands and work my whole body smoothly but firm. I will definitely be back for another massage. Keep up the good massage.

I have had hundreds of massages over the years due to lower back pain and neck issues. Most of the time I have left without much relief. Today I had the good fortune of finding an angel named Grace. She listened carefully and addressed all my problem areas. I normally would refuse any offer of Shiatsu as it has been painful to me in the past. Grace was so skilled at this practice that I was completely free of pain and muscle tension when she finished. She is a godsend. If you are in pain see this women immediately.

Have been seeing Grace for over 10 years now. After I broke my leg about 12 years ago, I have had circulation problems. Im happy to say that Grace was a Godsent. Working on ships and standing on Steel for 12 hours a day is no picnic. Grace knows the body like no one else. Be it your muscles, tendons or nerves. She tells it like it is. April was professional, and extremely knowledgeable, she told me things about my body without knowing anything, everything she said was correct. She gave me the pressure I requested and was just perfect. I will come back here every month. The music was beautiful and at the right volume, the place is clean and soothing.

Visited Soothing Oasis Massage today and again had a very excellent 5 star massage. Maggie was my masseuse. She was amazing, first greeted me, asked what level of pressure, what areas did I want her to focus on during our 90 minute appointment. I have been to many massage places such as Massage Envy, Luxe Massage as well as a few other Asian Massage places and Soothing Oasis focuses on quality and not quantity. Maggie was really good at finding my knots and stress areas and investing time to help ease the tension and make me more relaxed. Her techniques were quite advanced compared to other places. Walking on my back and legs was a plus!!! I visit a chiropractor often for an adjustment and she pretty much saved me a visit! Maggie did a great job in massaging my entire body head to toes. They had a great special for first time customers. $60.00 for 60 min full body massage. Much to my disappointment, I encountered several issues. The place itself smelled musty and old and I wasnt able to communicate with the therapist (Angel). This was not my first massage and I wanted to communicate the problem areas. She was also very strong and the massage was very uncomfortable. Which, granted, could have also been because I havent had a massage in over a year. When I tried to show her or tell her, she really didnt pick up on it and just kept asking me if I wanted a man to do a harder massage. What?! At the end I was hit with an additional $2.00 charge for using my credit card. I will not go there again.

After a rough week of sitting at the office, I stopped by over the weekend. The massage was perfect. I love that everything comes with the massage... down to the music. Even though I am sad when the massage is over... I feel amazing and will be sure to return back as soon as I have the chance.So convenient and easy! The massage therapist I had was hands-down amazing . She was so warm and welcoming when she first arrived, she made me feel comfortable, and her pressure was spot-on. As someone who gets massages on a regular basis for the past ten years, I would place Judy ( massage therapist) at the top. Highly recommend!

Had a couples massage with my wife. Both agreed best massage of our lives. At one point, the masseuse literally climbed on top of my back and used her knees and elbows lol. Might sound strange but it was actually really relaxing. I actually really like that feeling of being weighted down and the lady only weighed like 100, but they didnt do that to my smaller wife, so maybe its based on your height and weight. Also, not trying to sound weird, but they actually massage your glutes, which I actually really enjoy (again, I get it could be taken in a weird way but thats not what I mean, it just is really nice). They also lay these hot beanbags on you and even do something where they try to help you stretch out by like, twisting your leg while your arm is up. Anyways, best massage I ever had. Only nitpick is that it was a bit warm in there, maybe drop the temp down 5-10 degrees?

A friend of mine referred me to this place.... So I went in yesterday on a last minute due to excruciating pain... I have had back Problems for the past 5 years, and have gone through. Many types of procedures, nothing has been working, The woman I wanted to do the massage was off for the day, I spoke to her on the phone, and after speaking to her she actually came in on her day off to help me... I thought this was amazing how much she cares about her clients, and people in general.. 1st of all her massage, and techniques.. Were the best I have ever seen! She put everything she had into the massage this woman knows what shes doing! And truly cares about her Clients, and is also a very nice woman. I feel much better today... And would highly recommend her I will be back..... Ive already set up my next appointment, she will be come a part of my Routine, to keep a healthy lifestyle. Absolutely MASTERFUL!Ive had a lot of massages in my life so far (from here included), however THIS massage was absolutely out of this world! MAGGIE was exceptional! All I told her was where I was having pain and I like strong pressure.. She said ok and got right to it! She meticulously worked each muscle fiber individually, with slow, concentrated, consistent, pressure. She melted away the tension/pain in my neck and back! Cici gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve been having massages all my adult life And this one was outstanding. I treated myself to an hour and a half massage and it was truly amazing and it was a full hour and a half. She gave me a shiatsu and deep muscle combined. She really knows how to give a good massage. I was taken right on time I found the place to be clean and the soft music playing was absolutely perfect for a completely relaxed massage I came out of there feeling like a wet noodle and loved it. The prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend going to soothing oasis massage. I am certainly going to be going back

That was the best deep tissue massage I have had in years. My therapist, Angel, was very accurate in finding the areas of my body that needed the most care, and working them until they released their “grip” . After my session, I was so relaxed that I felt, as if I were floating.The wonderful feeling stayed with me for the better part of an hour. I will definitely return to get more body work from her on a regular basis, and do highly recommend her work.Note: Her English is very limited, so speak slowly and pronounce words clearly, so she can easily understand what is being said.

This place is absolutely awesome. Ive been a few times and each masseuse really knew what they were doing. I had back surgery about a year and a half ago but my muscles still get super tense and they know exactly how to loosen up my back. They are great!

Called to make an appointment for myself and a friend. When we got there we were told that only one of us could get a massage as only one staff member was available. No idea why I made an appointment because it wasn’t honored. The worst part was that no one spoke enough English to remedy the situation. The woman that greeted us at the front desk just said we couldn’t get a massage and walked to the back ... then never came back! We waited for about 10 minutes and then called the massage place directly across the street. They took us in within 10 minutes and it was the best massage I’ve had since traveling in China. I would not recommend this place.

Soothing Oasis is an excellent place! Received a massage from Ella. Had an awesome experience with my massage session. Yo Yo was my masseuse, went in with a bad neck pain and felt an immediate relief by end of session. She was very attentive and was constantly assuring that I was okay. Thank You! I will be back soon :)

The massage was ok, but the owner or the lady at the register was extremely rude. Mind you I $165 and the lady wanted $80 tips because the owner is supposedly under paying the lady. I’ve been to other places where I pay $100 for q great massage and then leave $60 tips but this place want to treat you bad after you explain that that tip is way too much.

Today I had a reflexology visit to Soothing Oasis and it was absolutely wonderful. Sophia was the therapist that provided the massage, she was professional, attentive, and very skilled. I have visited here before and have always had a great experience. They understand a good therapeutic massage and equals the Thai massage I had in Australia where there are plentiful authentic massage therapists.

I recently received the best massage that I ever had. I have been getting massage for many years and am a licensed physical therapist. So I know if someone gives a good massage. I went to the Tamarac store and had Cici give me a massage. She was extremely professional, thorough, and strong in the areas that needed the most work. For stronger massage she walked on my back though Ive had many people walk on my back her technique was Superior to all the others. I highly recommend her and will be seeing her again.

I am from the Jacksonville area and get massages often from a chain called massage envy. Although they are not bad nothing compared to the excellent service I received at this massage parlor. The lady I had, Cindy, was very thorough and actually had strength in her hands. Most women from the other place are too soft. I wish I lived in sunrise to get a massage from Cindy every week. Id highly recommend her to anyone who likes a good tough and soothing massage.

I went into Soothing Oasis on a Groupon. I’ve had foot massages before. I also brought my daughter with me. That day I had been feeling more knee pain than usual. They offered us an additional 1/2 hour each for only $15 each after the Groupon. Since we were feeling in need of massage, we took the offer.They put us in a couples room. Both of our experiences were great. Nice atmosphere. I had a female and my daughter had a male therapist. They were very attentive and gave us both a great massage. We both feel really good. We will return to this place.

I recently decided to get a massage with one of my closest friends. It seemed like a cute little place however, it being our first time we figured it was a flat cost and tip how much we want or that gratitude was included. They were unclear about that they just said $50 for a half hour and $70 for an hour, which seemed fine until we were paying and I said Id tip $5 (because my lady had left during the massage, which is a timed thing and I never got compensated those minutes and as she was putting lotion on me I felt her taking her hair that fell on me off my skin. My hair was in a tight bun and hers a loose pony tail.) Also, after I took a shower from returning home I found more of her hairs in my butt crack. Seriously?!?!?! Completely disguised. Im not cheap just didnt know how tipping worked for getting a massage, where the lady then proceeded to laughed in my face and said only 5 dollars?! And went to get another woman since she couldnt speak to me (for her lack of knowledge of English) to cash me out where she said I at least have to do 15%. Which is fine, just wish I would have been informed that before going in for the massage. It was clear it had been me and my friends first time getting a massage. I told her that 15% was okay, and she charged me 20% gratitude. I wasnt happy with the service or how they made me feel stupid about the tip, super rude, misleading and distasteful. They hardly spoke English so communicating with them was very difficult. They shouldnt be making it seem like the $50 and $70 is a flat cost they should say plus a gratitude of at least 15%. Im not cheap, i would have wanted to give more tip had my experience been pleasurable. Im a waitress myself and always tip well! I just dont feel like this place is as good as the review says on here or that they should even have a minimum so high for gratitude with such low quality service. Im never going back and honestly Ill have to reconsider going to another massage place after my experience here. They need to learn to be costumer friendly, if they actually want customers to return. Never going back like I said, and you go shouldnt either unless you want your masseuses hair in you butt crack with a side of attitude to go along with it. Oh, and getting them to put a higher tip then you tell them. Wish I could give them no stars. Just sad...

I was in so much pain - my back and neck; I knew I had to see a masseuse so I searched and found Soothing Oasis and found them at 6406 N. University Drive in Tamarac. Mary was excellent and thorough. After the time, I feel back to normal again. I have absolutely no complaints about the service and the price was also good....

My massage with Judy was excellent. Being a massage therapist myself I was in need of a very specific deep bodywork. Judy was very intentional and skilled. I booked a 90mins deep tissue which was exactly what I needed. Judy worked every area of my body including my abdominals. The best part was the ashiatsu on my back and legs. I felt so good I extended the session to 2hrs. I highly recommend Judy when booking your session.

This is my first time going there because I purchased a Groupon massage at a great price. My experience with them so far was excellent. The receptionist Judy was very helpful. The masseuse Amy was awesome. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

I have been a regular client of Soothing Oasis for the past 5 years. For the first 4 years, Judy was my masseuse of choice. Unfortunately Judy had moved up to a role as general manager of this location and two others. Judy is still my primary contact in scheduling massages for myself or arranging them for others. And if you tell her exactly what you are looking for, she does an outstanding job of finding the masseuse that is best suited to what you need. My last several massages I have had Cici as my masseuse and Cici gives an outstanding deep tissue massage. She is very strong and can provide as much pressure as is needed. I have the highest confidence in using anyone Judy recommends.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. This was absolutely the worst massage I have ever had, and ridiculously expensive too. I am new to the area and I read all of the yelp reviews before deciding to come here. It does not live up to its reputation.I requested a deep tissue massage when the throat came in. I received something less than a Swedish after repeatedly asking for her to go deeper.When I was paying, I was hit up for a larger tip then I was already giving. I really dont understand how this place has gotten so many good reviews.

I finally found a great massage therapist. This was my first time getting massage at Soothing Oasis. My massage therapist Yvonne was excellent. The pressure was perfect and the atmosphere was relaxing.This place is definitely recommended for those who want a good therapeutic massage.

Ive had a couple massages here and I left feeling wonderful each time. The place is not swanky but it is clean. I was so relaxed, during one of my visits, that I fell asleep. I always ask for Bart. People who are complaining about the decor should learn how to close their eyes and relax.

Very painful and void of pleasure. I paid for a foot and full body massage and I got everything but that. They did not rub my arms nor my neck and shoulders. The entire massage was very painful and extremely unenjoyable.I had to take pain pills after I left. The only thing good about their service was the price.. no massage oil was ever used, and I had to wait 10 minutes before massage began. Ill never go back

I have been going to soothing Oasis Massage for the past 3 weeks. My specific needs were to ease neuropathy in my toes and fingers. Lu helped me for the first 2 weeks with his skillful technique and it was wonderful. My third week was with Judy(Lu had a day off) and she was as consistent as Lu. Just the right amount of pressure and it was vey pleasant. I definitely would recommend Soothing Oasis Massage to my friends and family.

I received a hour long combination massage from Judy and it was nothing short of outstanding. I would recommend her and this establishment to anyone. She provided an excellent heavy pressure/deep tissue treatment.

I bought a couple feets massage for my husband and I on Valentines Day and it was not enjoyable at all. The massage itself is ok; I guess it is not that bad but the place is not well accommodated. It was not clean and the rooms were full of old stuffs, dirty walls, and none decoration at all. I felt I was inside a dirty, dark place. If you are looking for a nice, clean, accommodated and well equipped place then this is the wrong place for you to go. I can not even say it was a decent place. Even the towls were dirty and broken!!!!!! I think they could be fine if they invest and spend money on the tools, decoration, and cleaning. I was not expecting that day to go to a five stars Spa, but I wanted to at least be inside a decent one. Cleaning is foundamental for me. I could say that peoples opinion vary depending on their expectations but you really have nothing to expect from this place but a couple of two sweding because the AC was not good enough to feel comfortable inside and the desire of satisfying clients with very poor or none accommodations. Bad experience since the reviews of most of the people on this page are good!!!!! I really have no idea whose are giving this place a five start but they might be looking just at the massage itself and not on the obvios stuffs this place lacks.

M… Luxe and M…Envy are good places, but this is an exceptional place for the massage connoisseur. Don’t be fooled its location which is a plaza on the east side of University Dr between Commercial and McNab. Soothing Oasis Massage is definitely worth many future visits.
