Sky was great! He did my donuts glaze wedding nails perfectly! He took his time and this is exactly what I wanted. Best part is they grew out so beautifully so I wore the nails for like 5 weeks!Toi Spa is a nice place to get your nails done - the technician stations have vacuum fans at so the dust doesn’t fly everywhere! And the front desk attendant was very helpful. She was texting with me to make sure they had a technician who could do the glazed look with hard gel.Thanks Toi for my perfect wedding nails!

I went for manny and pedicure. The manicurist used a very abrasive buffering tool, and didn’t smooth the surface of the nails. It was my first time there, and didn’t notice it at the time. As they dried, it became more visible. Just unfortunate! It seems the nail technician is inexperienced.

This was my first visit at this location and it truly was the best! I came from Deerfield Beach as my mom usually gets her hair done next door and decided to get a pedicure and Dip nails.My pedicure was seriously so relaxing and refreshing! Ryans massages are incredible! Hes great with his hands and took his time with my pedicure and did an awesome job!Elena did my Dip set and was so accommodating and very attentive to exactly what I wanted and was looking for. She answered all my questions and was really kind!Everything was perfect and everyone was incredibly nice.I dont live close but just this initial visit is the reason I will be coming back again and again! This place is wonderful. The place is very clean and beautiful and welcoming. Everyone is super friendly and I had wonderful conversations with Ryan and Elena.I really was impressed and already scheduled my next visit.Cant wait to return!

My Nailtech is Rachel. Rachel has been doing my nails for over 10 years. Love the service. Cleanliness, atmosphere and all the wonderful selections of services available including the massages.

I have been getting my nails done at this location since it opened, and with only one nail technician, Nancy. However, being a regular customer and a generous tipper doesnt amount to much. Today was the first time I have ever been late (in approximately 1-year) and I walked in at 1:29pm (my appointment was at 1:15pm). And after running through the extreme South Florida heat in an effort to minimize my tardiness, the rude receptionist, Dainab, told me in a very matter-of-fact way that my appointment was given away. Its our policy. she said. Nancy is already working on someone else. And thats it. So in 5 minutes with no phone call, thats all I get. Well, Nancy, you and Toi Spa, no longer get my business. And in the future, after you lose a multitude of customers due to your terrible receptionist who treats everyone to include long standing customers as cattle, factor in this review. Plantation Walk had a car show today which made parking impossible. You have clear glass windows, all of the foot traffic should have made parking challenges a possibility, and, more importantly, I was not aware of the car show. Quality customer service to long standing customers would include, at the very least, a courtesy phone call that you were giving my appointment away. I came here because i thought it was a spa. However, it is simply a nail shop.And if not, Dainab requires additional training.

My boyfriend and I enjoy a good pedicure and haven’t had the best luck with other local salons. We decided to give Toi Spa a try and we are so glad that we did. Tina and Elizabeth are simply wonderful! So professional and so very nice. Our feet look amazing! We also had our nostrils waxed by Elizabeth. Outstanding service! This is our new spa 😊 Thank you Tina and Elizabeth 🥰

I have never had a bad experience here. The front office staff is very friendly, and the aestheticians really care about their clients and their craft. Standouts for me are Elizabeth and Alejandra. They were very caring and made sure I liked the final product. Thank you.

This location of Toi Spa is a hit or miss.My first time at this location went well, i had asked for a design and both the lady who did my manicure and gentleman who did my pedicure did a good job and walked out loving my nails so much i matched their price and gave them a 1:1 on tip. I thought i had finally found “The one”, and so about 3 weeks later i schedule another appointment.The second appointment fell below my expectations, i trusted the process and the team at Toi spa to take care of me as i relaxed and enjoyed my me time. After doing my manicure I didn’t think twice about coming here for a third time and i wasn’t even done with pedicure. Nail tech asked if i wanted to match my nails and I said yes. By the time i get to the car and realize that both colors on my hand nails are completely different, not even remotely close. I call back to see if we can correct the error made on the nail techs behalf and the response was “No, We have a policy!I find it offensive that in 2023 this is what we call “customer service”. Spending about $450 in less then 4 weeks on this business and that leave me to imagine how they treat other customers when they make a mistake.I’m disappointed in the lack of effort and response from this business.

The price is not worth it. Cant believe I spent that much for a manicure that could have been done better for half the price. It was dip and I didnt want to make the person redo it because it already takes so long. On the bright side, the lady who did my pedicure, Sara, did a great job.

My daughter went there to get her nails done. She came out with pregnant nails and they refuse to fix them. I asked for the nails to be filed down and they flatly refused.

Wonderful experience. Have been to this salon a few times and each time they have been consistently good. So far I have great experience with Rachel, Elizabeth and Tina. Very clean, relaxing and efficient spa. Will definitely recommend and will be back 100%

Fran Marino, Máster Stylist, is the best of the best! No one does color so beautifully and close to your own color as Fran! For 23 years, Fran has kept my hair looking stylish and healthy! If you want an experienced and super professional hair stylist, I highly recommend her. She currently works at Toi Spa, a tranquil, nicely appointed and attractive spa, with a super staff, located in Plantation. In addition to hair, they have a vast array of spa services at reasonable prices. Have had both pedicures and manicures there and am always completely satisfied. They aim to please, and they do! Check out Toi Spa—you won’t be disappointed!

Went for a regular gel pedi and left satisfied but now after a couple of hours I see the big toe is still wet underneath the top coat .. worst $70 ever spent

Gladys was amazing! She did such an amazing job and took her time. I had so much hard, stuck to my nail cuticle (and I mean A LOT!) and she was able to get it all off gently without any pain on my hands and feet. She also removed all the dead skin between my toenails and skin that most other people miss. The whole experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend her!

Claudia did amazing on my nails today! She listened to what I wanted, issues I had on my last set from somewhere else, and made sure they were exactly what I wanted. They’re even, shaped well, and polish is smooth without air bubbles. I’ll definitely be coming back to her again!

I just left toi spa, and I got my nails done with the dazzle dry line. I was looking for an alternative to gel and dip because the chemicals are too harsh for my natural nails, and I have been using regular polish for about 3 years now. The receptionist was friendly, and I was able to get an apt the same day. My apt was with Marta, and she was an absolute doll. She was very thorough with every process of my manicure, very detailed with the application of the product, professional as she ensured she had the right tools to complete my manicure, welcoming and warm. Most times, when you go to a nail salon, theres minimal conversation with the tech and clients, and in my opinion, it creates a factory like environment. I really appreciate the great conversation I had with Marta, and I appreciate her efforts to ensure I have a quality manicure. This was my first time at this spa, but it will not be my last.

First impressions definitely are impactful. They were stupid busy so I don’t want to discount that. I was not a fan of my experience with Apex, this was my first time trying it out. In the future I’ll keep to the TOI spa in university they have been pretty consistent with their work quality even when it’s bananas in terms of traffic.

Alice is gentle. their pedicures are great and relaxing they do not rush. The spa is very calm

Horrible. I had gel manicure polish chipped two days went back for polis change. Charged and didn’t soak off put gel on top color underneath showed. Very disappointed. They didn’t have anyone at desk looked up price on menu. Horrible management to have such a beautiful spa. Never again

Steve did my nails and has been for a while now. I do dip on my hands and regular pedicure. I usually do french on both. He is by far the best nailtech I’ve ever had and does a perfect french manicure. love him

Sam did my hot wax pedicure. She was precise and really took her time to care for my feet. I can’t stop looking at my toes today! The ambience at this particular location is really nice and relaxing. Additionally, it’s super clean. I can’t wait for my next visit!

I like Toi, and this is the second location Ive been to. Ive been there twice and had guys both times and wasnt really happy with either outcome. The pedicure was better than the dips with the first one, and the polish change on the toes was better than the dips with the second one. Next time Im asking for a girl.

First timer here. This appointment was a gift for a special occasion. And also as a way for hubby to pamper me as I am pregnant and not able to do my toes anymore. My initial encounter with the the receptionist was nice and welcoming. My tech at 1st wasnt as welcoming. But then she found a way to make conversation. Im not sure if this is her usual way or was just in a rush for another client. But I couldnt help to notice that she was very fast with everything she did. I noticed that she did not put the effort and work necessary to make the nails look right. She just wanted to be done as fast as possible. Speed is not necessarily a bad thing, however, with that came Lack of Attention to DETAIL!!!! Some of which may seem minor but once the whole experience was over and I was able to take a closer look there are things that bothered me the rest of the day. For example: there was still nail polish on the edges of my toe nails. It was a light polish and something I didnt notice till after, but more than that I had uneven/sharp toe nails. Its like she went through the motion of filing my nails with out really filing. On my hands, I just wanted a smidge of a file. She said she had to cut them instead of filing cause she was short on time... what?! I had a few hang nails that she barely cut. My nails ended up way shorter than I wanted. And the gel nail polish on a closer inspection on some nails where not even and fully towards the edges. I had nail polish on my skin and with some of the nails I just hope they wont peel off because they werent cleaned on the edges before curing. Again it was a lighter color gel, in conversation and at the speed she was moving it was not something that caught my eye right away. It was something I noticed after the fact. Overall, my main point is because this a nice place and they charge high end prices I would expect the techs to pay more attention to details. For a better result I could have done it myself at home. Speed with efficiency is not a problem when things are done thorough and correct. And again attention to detail is key!!! And this Tech has no attention to detail.

As someone who has worked here for since the location opened, I can honestly say that Toi Spa Plantation is one of the best places to get any type of nail service. We are clean, take pride in our work, and make sure with give great customer service to every client who sits in front of us. I’ve tried other places when I’m in need for a quick pedicure or dip powder( because I’m horrible at making appointments) and none of the other local salons even come close in comparison. I truly question the one review that stated that us techs look like we don’t want to be there because that’s far from the truth (as you can read the numerous other positive reviews stated on here that we are friendly :) ). Anyway, Toi Spa rocks! So thankful to have worked here throughout the 7 years.

I LOVE this place. Ive been coming here for about 5 years. In the last few years I have decided to maintain my nails as an almond/oval shape. During my last visit, I was charged $5 extra for nail shaping. Now, its not like my nails went from square and I wanted them a different shape - in my eyes, its a simple cut and file. Nonetheless, Im so disappointed in the way this problem was handed. In all the years Ive been coming here, Ive NEVER been charged this fee. $5 isnt even the issue, getting your nails done is expensive but I was told by multiple people, including the manager that the fee is what it is and that some techs may forget about the fee....BUT FOR 5 YEARS?! Ive had my nails done by multiple [wonderful] techs - Giselle, Kyle, Sarina, Gladys, Steven, Ryan, Tiffanie and more! And youre telling me they have all forgotten?! And I get my nails done every 2 weeks!!! Ive looked on the website, either I cant find it, or its not there but there is no additional charge for this. I dont know, its a shame but I think I need to find a new place.

Horrible service, went in for structure gel an got a reg gel manicure. I asked the tech to fix a broken nail he said No! Rude cause I’m there for my nails. So I called spoke to Chole an explained myself an how it broke the next day after I just got them done, an it’s hurting an I paid for a service that was not correctly. She agreed over the phone however when I went in her tone change an was not at all agreeing to what we originally agreed to. she wasted my time to come in, never again.

First time here for an express facial with Marina! Shes super nice, professional, and I loved the facial. My twin sister has the same service with Elizabeth. Will definitely come back. I was so relaxed:)

Toi Spa Plantation is my 2nd Location. All of my experiences have been the best customer service; from the time I walk in the door, I am always greeted with a very pleasant hello by name. Lilly is Awesome!!

The overall experience is superb. Erik fixed a botched nail job and it looks clean and professional. I highly recommend this place and will be coming back again

Completely average experience. After waiting for over 20 minutes with an appointment, the pedicure finally started. The actual pedicure was pretty standard and the spa was clean, but it defeats the point of having an appointment to wait that long. The nail technician seemed rushed too probably because she was so behind schedule at that point. The pedicure only finally started because I complained and said I would leave. It shouldnt have to be that way. Overall, I waited 25 mins for a 25 min appointment and received $10 off the appointment. Im not likely to return when theres many other options in the area that do an equally good job and honor appointment times within reason (~10 mins seems reasonable to me). For example, Venetian Nails nearby uses the same products and you can always walk right in.

I just want to say Tiffany gave me one of the best manicures I have ever gotten. I usually dont expect much from a basic manicure but I love my nails and Im am so impressed!I told her I just wanted a light pink. The first polish she grabbed was more beige than pink and as she started painting she asked me if I liked or not. I told her its okay and she doesnt have to change it but she went out of her way to give me what I asked for in the beginning. She found the perfect pink and did not hesitate to start over.She makes a basic manicure more than basic. Thank you Tiff and continue doing what you do.👌🏼👏🏼

Kyles pedicure skills are ON POINT!! He is professional, quick, and quiet to make sure you can relax when at Toi. I always make sure to book specifically with him to make sure Im happy and that my $$ is being well spent. Id highly recommend you give Kyle a try!

Lovely nail service at this day spa. Clean, very friendly reception. Good prices. Gladys gave me a gorgeous natural manicure. She was gentle and thorough. Made my short nails look very nice. Gladys is friendly and does a fantastic job. Relaxing atmosphere.

I have been a longstanding client at this location since it opened. Recently, I have found it very difficult to obtain an appointment without it being canceled. I was also asked to come in for an appointment and when I arrived, they had me wait at least 20 minutes until I was told that the nail tech. was overbooked and that I was not going to receive the service scheduled. I called and spoke with Tyler only minutes before arriving and was told that an appointment was available with Dan, so that I could drive over for the pedi. My time and energy was disregarded and there was no attempt to correct the matter before I left the spa. I am extremely disappointed in the way business is being conducted. The customer service really lacks! I will no longer schedule any appointments at Toi Spa.

Follow up this past week. This is going to be my last visit here. . Like many others say there are many other nail salons around that we can go to. I was rushed ! Just because appointments are made and time allows I pay a lot of money for my service, my cuticles and skin on the sides of my nails were cut because the tool was too sharp and was in a rush, not paying attention to detail. So yes, this is definitely a big difference from my first time, and my other visits in between. I will not be back.first timers, had an appointment for during the week, the lay out of the spa was sectioned to allow for privacy, very clean! I loved everything from start to finish. If it gets busy might seem a bit tight spaced there. The ladies bathroom was immaculate, they have saunas, robes, showers, lockers. I want to go back already!Tiffany is your go to girl: designs, art work, acrylic, dip, gel manis and pedis!

I’ve been going to Toi Spa Plantation since it opened several years ago. I always have an excellent experience. The girls up at the front are super friendly and welcoming. The facility is always clean and the ambience is calming. All of the nail techs are wonderful. I usually see Giselle who is amazing and always does a wonderful job with my gel polish. I’ve seen a few other techs there and the work is always top notch. Highly recommend!

I like the place for the most part been going here and the fort lauderdale location for few yearsI had 1 lady who made sure to tell me I had a thyroid problem and thats why Im overweight and then I got her a 2nd time and she complained about her husband whole time. So thats reason for 3 stars. Everyone else is great

This is my favorite spa in the area for all services. I have never had a bad manicure/pedicure, massage, or facial here. I frequent Toi Spa 2-4 times a month depending on services. The ladies at the front are always polite and engaging. The nail techs are always very sweet and make you feel like family.

Tiffanie was my artist and she was amazing! I highly recommend her!It was my first time at this location, ive been to both the fort lauderdale and davie, will definitely be coming back to get more work done. I feel like the prices are great. I got a pedicure, eyebrow wax and a full set of long dip powder nails with french and it cost me just over $100! :)All of the Toi spas ive been to are clean and the people who work there are very nice.

I cant speak for the other services, but I have never had a bad mani or pedi here. All of the staff members do an excellent job. They are consistently professional and detail oriented, delivering excellent customer service and pretty nails. Johnny has become my go to! He always goes above and beyond to give me a great experience. I always look forward to my next appointment.

First time going there. I usually go to the one in Davie. Clean and great place. Staff is very friendly. Tiffani is amazing. She did a great job on my nails. Asked her if she can do some designs on my nails she said sure. I was happy because some people will say that they cant. Found my place for my nails... yayy

I dont normally do reviews however this visit left me frustrated & disappointed, particularly as I was really looking forward to enjoying a mani-pedi after months of going without due to the pandemic. The spa decor is pleasant, however the pedicure service was definitely not to the standard Im accustomed to. I was relieved to cut the service short, and also relieved not move forward with the manicure either.

I booked an appointment with Tiffany on the same day as my engagement dinner. I have been to toi spa many times before and felt comfortable with making a same day appointment.When I arrived to my appointment Tiffany was running 15 min late. It happens, not a big deal. She approached me with the nastiest attitude, never greeted me, and asked if I knew what color I wanted. I just ignored her attitude because I knew I was pressed for time and it was an important night.I showed her the color I wanted on my phone, and she dumped a bunch of swatches and said pick a color and walked off. After 15 min I went to the front desk to make them aware of what was going on. I was asked to have a seat and I will still be able to have my services done. After 5 min someone I never saw in the salon before, sat down and asked what I wanted to have done.At this point I was so frustrated, left without having any services done, and was an hour late to my event.I later called to speak with the manager, and was told he would follow up with me. After a week I called back and I was told the manager was made aware of the situation and that I will receive a call back. Still nothing.They label themselves as a spa, however they definitely pick and choose who they want to give a spa experience to.To be honest a lot of nail places have that same energy, which is why I do not have a place I go to on a regular basis. However this was the most blatant display of unprofessional I have experienced.I can’t speak for anyone else, but I will not support a business that is unable to provide quality service for ALL patrons.

I went in there at 4:45 (I’m a black woman) the lady told me they take walk ins and they won’t be able to see because they close at 7?? . It was only white women in there - she made me feel like I couldn’t be seen because of the color of my skin. Her name was Chloe . So u mean to tell me it take 2 hours for every service? Okay

I feel comfortable here and honestly. I haven’t been to another salon since I discovered the plantation toi spa location. Love the staff , very friendly and always do their best to accommodate your needs even if on a time schedule. Clean , organized , friendly.

I have been coming here since it opened and I use Giselle for my mani-pedis. She is wonderful, I have been a client of hers since before she worked at this spa. Also my experience at this spa has been great, so clean and quiet you feel truly pampered when you have any service done here, I will be trying the hair salon this weekend for the first time, hope I have a great experience on that side of the spa as well!!

They are so sweet. Ysabella did my facial and prenatal massage. It was awesome, she is so sweet and good that I sent family to her. He said it was the best massage hes ever had!

The environment is great, BUT be careful who you book with. I got my nails done and they look awful, none shaped evenly and dip applied way too thick. I also got a wax, and it was.... not an enjoyable experience and an even less enjoyable result. I think it may just be this location because my experience at the University location was amazing.

I decided to get my nails done for the first time since before quarantine and I can say I’m very impressed by Toi spa! I started going to Toi spa (university Davie location ) over 7 years ago because of how they sterilize their instruments and the overall cleanliness of the environment. I wasn’t sure what to expect with new COVID-19 regulations but Toi spa managed to impress me again. All staff were wearing masks and face shields . There was hand sanitizer visible in every corner as well as cleaning solutions. They wiped down the nail color palettes after I looked over them. Clients were spaced out appropriately. I felt very comfortable today having my nails done! I am a nurse so I’ve been hesitant with my activities outside of work. Thank you very much Toi spa Plantation for making my nail services not only relaxing but extra clean and safe !

Had it not been for this last time- I would have stayed as a frequent customer. I called to make an appointment with one of the nail techs- Tiffany, however I was told she would be leaving and wouldn’t be there for the day I wanted so they gave me the option to come on the day which would be her last. I came in that day from a long day of traveling (one-to get my nails done, two- bid her farewell, and three- had intentions and sending her off with a nice tip for the great nails she’s done for me). Unfortunately, her last day would prove to be my last day in Toi Spa too because of the front desk, her treatment and the follow up. For one- I showed up 10 min before my scheduled appointment time. I waited OVER an hour before I was even pulled to sit in a chair to do my nails. I was lied to by Tyler- at the front desk, every 15 min telling me that Tiffany was finishing up with who she had in her chair. (if she told the truth and told me that Tiffany was just starting someone else at my scheduled appointment time and that it would be a long wait even though I had a “scheduled appointment” I could have canceled and not wasted my time. After I was brought back, the young woman who was sitting in Tiffany’s chair literally was only half way through. I decided to wrongfully bite my tongue and not complain or not waist anymore of my time and just leave. 30 min of sitting in the back on the pedicure chair- Tiffany finally came back and addressed her lateness for the appointment- to which I replied- did they overbook you on your last day because that’s not fair to you or your clients.. she quickly did a polish change on my toes.. and then went back to the young woman in her chair. Some other nail tech came back and said she was helping Tiffany and would do my nails and proceeded to remove the nail polish off my toes- someone I didn’t even have an appt with.. i told her that was done.. I was just waiting for my nails on my hands to be done. She left and never returned with no word or explanation.. I finally sat in Tiffany’s chair and she hurriedly started my shellac manicure as the lights in the back shut off and a gentleman started sweeping.. and then Tyler brought the keys back and said- “Tiffany can you lock up” to which Tiffany said can you wait a little and then started hurrying up on my nails even more. I was extremely uncomfortable and said you know what i don’t want the gel nails anymore.. the store is closing, the front desk is telling you to lock up and (it wasn’t a thorough manicure and I don’t like someone rushing on my service as a paying customer). I told her to put a clear coat like last time when she took off the shellac. Tiffany instead did a clear gel shellac.. which I was completely thrown off by. When I went back and forth with her she said let me talk to Tyler and see what she can do. I paid for the full service with the agreement that I would return on Tues (since mon was Memorial Day) to have the gel shellac redone at no charge.. only for Tues to come around and then for Tyler to leave me a message stating that I would be charged 25 to have the manicure redone bc of the confusion.. when I called Toi Spa- Tyler answered and after a long back and forth and her placing me on long holds to speak with the CEO Mindy.. finally gave me the option to come in to redo them that day or wed.. but after being treated so poorly I’ve decided to take my hard earned money and business to a place that knows how to make amends when they “f” up. Not to mention that I sent my fiancé there that same wk for a massage I nearly spent $200 on.. and had further appointments for other beauty treatments.. I told Tyler cancel them all. It’s not about the $ it’s about the treatment. Never mind that Toi Spa is a very nice location if you cannot do right by your customers then you are just a big shinny cash cow.. this was obviously a situation gone wrong and in it they lost a high paying customer.. but I hope it is teachable moment so other clients never go through that. Toi Spa is the best. I don’t even bother going anywhere else because I know I am getting a fair price for services! It’s always so clean and the ambiance is perfect! The Best, Fran Marino is an amazing hair dresser great with color, cuts, hair extensions. The spa is always clean, the staff is friendly and always smiling. Is hard with my schedule to have the same operator to do my man and pedi so I go to who is available and ALL OF THEM ARE GREAT!

My nail tech, Dan, was awesome! The prices are a little high and adding a fee for polish removal is a bit much.

The fastest pedicure ever and not in a good way. They focus on getting you in and out over quality. Would not recommend or go back.

My manicurist tiffany was very nice, quick and professional. My only complaint was I booked for dip powder and pedicure but recieved the express pedicure which wasnt what I wanted. The salon was very clean and sanitary.

This place phenomenal. Got a package for my gfs birthday and she loved it then they also fulfilled the special request I asked. Thanks so much to the excellent staff for making this day memorable. Beautiful place. Staff is friendly but it was difficult to find someone that did a good job on my nails. They did cut me quite badly it was difficult to stop the bleeding. Alcohol that was provided seemed watered down. Needless to say that was the last time I went there.

Today was my second trip to Toi for a facial with Elizabeth. She is wonderful! Between my two visits to Toi, I tried a facial at another spa, but Elizabeth set the bar high.and I was hugely disappointed. So back to Toi and to Elizabeth I went. She is professional, thoughtful of your needs, never rushes and makes you feel pampered and refreshed. I honestly can not praise her enough. Highly recommend her! The prices at Toi are good, the ambiance nice. Parking plentiful and free.

I wish I could give it 0 stars to be honest. Customer service sucks in this place. The people who work there seem upset and like they don’t want to be there. Went to get the Gel X nails done and the lady was terrible. I literally had to go to a different spa the next day to have them removed because I couldn’t look at them. 😣 So bad!

HUGE menu of services....from All different types of manis (acrylic nails are also done here), pedis (including a zero gravity one where you also get a head shoulder hand and foot massage in addition to a fabulous pedicure--all while reclining in a zero gravity chair!), facials, eyelash/eyebrows, waxing, massage.... And much more. And the prices are super reasonable.I had my hair colored with Paula today and she is AMAZING. And V Its fabulous too and gave me the best shampoo and head massage ever. 😊 Highly recommend... This will be my go-to place for anything I need😊💅💇🏼‍♀️💆🏼‍♀️

Its a expensive place $78 + tips for eyebrows and French acrilic manicure, the manicurist told me that she dont do designs but the manicure wasnt good either, service is good but for me quality is very important too.
