Me and my girlfriend Randi, both walked out of our massage, saying the same thing, best massage of our lives. We frequently get massages done and do spa days together, and this was our first time Evara Beach spa and we both loved it. Gabby went above and beyond making us smile and going the extra mile to explain each thermal experience. Alexis was my massuse, I picked Deep Ocean remedy and he listened to my wants and needs and knew exactly where to target. Aromatherapy smelled sooo good I was having deep breaths and was in heaven. All staff was warm and welcoming, not a single complaint. So happy we found this place. We will send our moms, friends and ourselves again! Highly recommend.

I had the Cabana, Spa and Beach day and experienced top notch service from the moment I checked in until I checked out. My massage therapist, Felicity was attentive and friendly. I was treated like roalty while in the cabana. My lunch was amazing! The view of the pool and the beach were so beautiful. I was able to use a beach chair and umbrella to relax, get some sun and enjoy the beautiful ocean. I will be back!!

This is a well planned layout of a spa ... has every part of a truly relaxing and fully staffed resort spa! The techs here are very attentive and joyful they look to serve and add to the whole experience. Bubbly upon arrival with water infused stations every five feet ... tea as well ... after deep tissue massage they use heated salt stones and have your robe heated waiting... then in the sitting area perfect vibes quiet peaceful music playing lightly throughout the whole venue... the pomegranate water and snack after the massage was great - your choice of steam sauna and salt rooms in the mens locker room for maximum relaxation... lockers are code locks and full service amenities for the shower and shave bathroom areas 🙌 there also a great beach access

I had the pleasure of visiting Evara recently with my significant other, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. Our massage experience surpassed all expectations, thanks to the exceptional expertise of the therapists who left us feeling rejuvenated and completely relaxed. The ambiance of the spa was wonderfully tranquil, creating the perfect environment for a truly blissful retreat. The staff at Evara were not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was taken care of. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of their services, which made the experience even more satisfying. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Evara as a top-notch destination for an outstanding massage experience that will leave you feeling utterly pampered.

Really nice spa. However, they are overpriced on their day spa for the saunas and steam rooms with no pool access or massage included. I personally wouldnt go back for the price, but I would recommend for a simple spa day and hot tubs dont matter to the person. If Im over $200 on a spa pass (not day pass) just access to the rooms and beach isnt enough. The service was great, the glasses of champagne is a nice touch, the Dune restaurant nearby was great, and the beach access could be better. The cold shower plunge area wasnt cold, but the water was cool, so...dont name it cold water, just call it a large shower. No hot tub or cold bath area either. I clearly didnt accept the description on the pass because I assumed all places offering a day spa would have tubs, so I couldnt give it a 3 but definitely not a 5 star.

Came here for a Galentines and they were very accommodating. Chef Brian made it extra special with chocolates with our lunch even though it wasn’t on the menu! Can’t wait to come back

I went for the first time at the spa for my girlfriend for her birthday . We did a spa day all the different amenitiesThe moment you arrive the service is wonderful. You are being taken care and make sure you are comfortable but BEYOND that I want to mention GABY who works at the amenities, sauna, steam room and salt and she made our day so special and treat us like Princesses. she definitely made this whole day even better, I highly recommend the spa but make sure the day you go. Mrs Gaby is there 🫶😍

Overall I had a good experience. However, I am giving 4 starts because I booked a 10:15 massage and they had the massage in the system for 10am, so I ended up paying for a 50min massage and only getting a 35 min massage. I wasn’t notified when I checked in or anything (as I did arrive early) I did bring it up at check out. The attendant wasn’t apologetic and didn’t attempt to make it right. Based on the amenities and the beach area I will def come back, but likely not in the morning because it seems a bit chaotic and it’s not a a relaxing first impression when entering a spa. The masseuse was wonderful and the beach attendant was even better! I also went to Dune after the spa which has a beautiful beach view.Overall Pros: Great amenities, beach access, clean facilitiesCons: Don’t come in the morning and call ahead to confirm your appointment time regardless of the time you booked for.

I love the place! The attendant in the women locker room Gabbie is just the best she’s very attentive and sweet. I call EVARA my relaxing space. The masseuse Lexi is very good as well.

Natalie at the reception and Marilyn in the locker room are both amazing. They both gave me a top-notch service. Amenities are great. I wasn’t happy though with my massage. I told my therapist to focus on my neck and shoulders and not to use his elbows. But he continued to use his elbows all throughout the massage, plus he didn’t give too much attention on my neck and shoulders.

Love this place . I have been there 3 times and every single time has been perfect. Nice place, clean, with snacks and water . 3 rooms for relaxing ( sauna, salted room, and steam room) When you go in big groups you can make a reservation for lunch. Always they receive you with a Prosecco glass wine. Massage are sooooo gooood !!!!!! I get the quartz massage and the arnica sport massage ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ both , also the last time I get the regular massage and also was good but I really like to do new experiences and the arnica an quartz like it better. Btw all are really good. Highly recommended this place if you want to have a relaxing day and after the massage you can get your umbrella and chair to enjoy the view and the beach. Everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing at the Auberge. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The amenities at this spa were wonderful (salt room, sauna, steam room, relaxation lounge, etc.). My massage was top tier and we were right off the beach and enjoyed a lovely stroll after and some small bites! Thank you so much I cannot wait to return!

I’ve gone here 3 times in the past year. Each time I leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and happy. Hot stone cbd massage is amazing!! Highly recommend steam room, salt room and sauna before. Lunch at Dune either before or after with beach views is a treat. Nice, welcoming staff and complimentary valet make the whole process easy as can be. Can’t wait to go back.

Great experience! I went for a classic facial & massage and a mani and pedi. The facial was the best, massage was good, but I felt rushed during the mani/pedi, which is why I’m only rating 4 stars. It’s a beautiful spa and I loved the amenities (steam room, sauna & salt room!). I wouldn’t mind going back in the future.

I had a lovely experience for my birthday here at Evara spa. I was greeted by Oscar who was so kind, helpful, and patient. Followed by Gabby and Nancy they made my day so special and really went above and beyond. I am so thankful Gabby took the time to make sure I was having a great experience. My massage was awesome, and I enjoyed lunch at Dune. Special thank you to Scott for assisting with a tiny hiccup. He quickly resolved my concerns and still made my experience great. I do have to dock 1 star due to the rushed feeling towards the end of the day. Although the spa closes at 7, we were approached about timing at 6:30 and 6:40p, we checked out before 7 so that rushed feeling was a not the best look. I can understand a warning but felt a bit uncomfortable by the remarks. Nonetheless! Oscar, Gabby, Nancy, and Scott made it special.

Beyond amazing! We got a couples treatment with body scrubs and were served an amazing meal by the chef on staff on their deck with amazing views of the ocean. The staff was friendly and accomodated us like royalty. This is definitely a 1st class experience!

The most amazing spa I have experienced so far. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming and most of all relaxing. The amount of amenities including access to the beach with chaise lounge and umbrella was awesome. I did the Napa mud slide, a facial and a massage. I stayed the entire day and took full advantage of the salt cave, steam room, suana, showers and lounges. It was absolutely incredible and the staff were so friendly and wonderful. Cannot wait to return!

Definitely don’t go there for the massages. It’s more of a rubdown than anything else. Got a 55 minute back rub. The amenities are really nice atmosphere is cool and the staff is Pleasant. Not the best place for massages

Exactly what I’ve been looking for - the amenities and services were fantastic, but Gabbi and the kind staff made my visit memorable. This will indeed become a recurring ritual!

I would not recommend going to EVARA. My girlfriend and I, Kristy, booked an 80 min Napa Mud Slide and 50 min couples massage. The reservation total was $746. However, when we arrived on site, we were charged $905. Gratuity prior to service was never mentioned in the original reservation. This all wouldnt be a problem, but the Napa Mud Slide is a self-service steam room where you apply salt and clay to your own body. Why were we charged gratuity for a self-service treatment?During the tour of the facility, the hostess stepped on a piece of glass inside our steam room. She promptly picked up the glass and left us to start our treatment. There was no thought by the hostess to check and see if there was more glass that was missed. It was all very careless. I ended up having to walk downstairs in my robe to get the front desk to call a cleaner. The cleaner discovered what looked like half a cup worth of glass shards, which she swept up with a dustpan. She was a very sweet woman and apologized. I love steam rooms and have been to some of the best throughout the country, such as AIRE Ancient Baths in NY, Aria in Vegas, and Strom in Montreal. None of these steam rooms make you feel like you are being cooked alive like a lobster. Im not sure if the hostess forgot to mention settings that would have prevented this or if the steam room is just too small. Either way, it was a regrettable experience.After the steam room, we went to the waiting area to wait for our massages. There were no seats available, so we had to sit in the hallway.The couples massage was altogether pretty decent. Not the best weve had, not the worst weve had, but for the facilities and experience, it was by far the most regrettably expensive we have had.1) Non disclosed mandatory gratuity prior to arriving on site.2) Gratuity mandatory on a self-service treatment3) Shards of glass littered throughout the steam room4) Steamroom was borderline dangerous in the small space we were alloted5) Lack of space in the waiting areaDo yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I was expecting luxury and was severely underwhelmed. First let’s start with the facial that left me with makeup on my face. I’ve never still had makeup on after a facial. She didn’t steam my face, the facial also doesn’t come with the basic neck shoulder and hand massage. I honestly didn’t even want to pay for the facial. The layout of the (spa) I don’t think it should be called a spa. The layout is weird. There’s doors to everything there’s no central like relax your at the spa section. They do not have a pool or jacuzzi. My massage started at least 10 minutes late. After massage, clothes on walking out the door, I was right on time with massage being over to the point of he had to had been starting at the clock. The mud session, I don’t know the menu term. The self guided thing is a joke. The give u a tablespoon of scrub and mud and leave you in a room for 50 minutes with no instructions on how to use the steam room or adjust the temperature. The salt room was a basic steam room with salt sprinkled on the floor. My experience was a 0/5. I travel for spa experiences and this is not it. I chose this location over others thinking it was a hidden gem. Other local spas were plastered on TikTok and I wanted to introduce a new location. I wouldn’t suggest this to no one. After each service they give you the same small plate of beetlejuice, old salami wrap, and potluck brownie. Within the (spa) pains me to call this place that, they have pitchers of waters with glass cups. No disposable cups or bottled water.

We had a great girls day at the spa -my best friend treated me to a spa day because she’s the best ! However, I increased my massage by 30 minutes and paid the difference at check out with no issue. Everyone was lovely and we enjoyed our day. Fast forward a week later my best friend got a call from the Spott saying there was an additional $45 charge for my massage because it was upgraded in intensity, which no one ever mentioned while I was there. the massage therapist Kaylee was great but she never once mentioned an up charge for the change in type of Massage. I ended up paying an extra $135 for a massage that was already paid for. I think that is ridiculous! Bad service on their behalf, and I will not go back to this location, this is unfortunate because I am in the area often and the massage was actually really good.

We took the BrightLine Train from Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale to enjoy a spa day at Evara as a birthday celebration for my friend. From arrival to departure the day was a real treat! We chose just the Vitality Spa Day Pass with no extra services. It was delightful! Two glasses of Prosecco and a tour started us off and Nancy was a wonderful Spa guide. We indulged in all the spa had to offer us. A special thank you to Gabby for her warmth, kindness and hospitality. She made the day even more special. Thank you, Evara, for helping me create a truly memorable birthday for my dear friend.

Horrible experience! Very misleading with the seevices tbey offer! Very dishonest about the ammenties tbey provide! Beware they do not offer a cold shower or a full day experience on the beach! Scott the manager is very rude and unapologetic about myexperience. His resolution was 5.00 off my 155.00 service. Do not go there as you will be very didappointed with your experience! Spend your money somewhere else!

This was one of the best spa’s I’ve been to in south Florida! I usually go to Miami because I have yet’ to find a spa in Fort Lauderdale that was as good; that was until now! The Spa at Auberge Beach was outstanding. The staff were all very friendly and the spa was clean and I felt comfortable even during Covid-19 times. Abby was outstanding! She explained the cleaning process to me in between clients and how they decon because she sensed I was a little hesitant about being in a spa during Covid. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a great, clean spa with friendly staff!

Chef Brian is amazing! So catering and love, love LOVE his attention to service. He goes out of his way and makes delicious meals that we get to enjoy in a private cabana by the beach. One of the main reasons I come to this spa and I hope this service never goes away. Brought a friend and she loved it. Can’t wait to come back!!

Excellent spa facility, and the ladies that work the spa lounge is amazing. The spa massage was mediocre but the facilities made up for that. The private beach is also perfect.

Chef Brian made an incredible salmon lunch!! The spa experience with the beach and lounging areas was just the relaxing experience I needed.

My friend and I visited for a spa day while on vacation and were in awe at how incredible the customer service here is. We each booked a deep ocean massage that included access to the steam, sauna, and salt rooms. Along with cold/regular showers and their private beach. Our masseuses’ (Miriam & Pattie) were excellent to say the least, but Gabby was such a standout member of the team. Her kindness and hospitality went so above and beyond that we felt like family by the time we left. Thank you so much again for a memorable time!! Until next time!

I had an amazing time at the spa! First off, let me tell you about the spa attendant Gaby. Gaby was the most hospitable and sweetest person you’ll ever come across. She was so accommodating and was always checking on us girls to make sure we had everything we needed. I had the deep ocean massage by Ronald, and he did an amazing job as well. I thought he was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Beautiful accommodations and a relaxing time. I’m 7 months post partum and this is exactly what I needed.

The spa is clean, modern, & well located with beach access. I had a massage and it was great. The rest of it, however, could be better.The attendant was nowhere to be found at the beach so we used the chairs that were out. Soon after the attendant arrived to inform us and the few other people on the beach that those chairs were for condo residents (the spa is located in a condo building) and we’d have to move to other chairs nearby. The chairs themselves were the same so I guess it was the location. There was also a water cooler on the beach but no cups. The attendant said he’d get me a cup but never did. I noticed a while later that another couple of people arrived and went to the forbidden chairs only for the attendant to arrive on the scene and move them along, too. Would’ve been better if he was stationed near the entrance to direct people to the appropriate chairs in the first place.I’d never been in a salt cave before and maybe it’s just not my thing. I thought the funnel that blows salt into the room was loud. Also, I had to go looking for someone to turn it on (to be fair, they did explain initially that a staff member had to operate the salt cave). Steam room was on the small side and got uncomfortably hot on the right side of the bench. Seriously, my feet felt like they were being burned. Was ok on the left side of the room so not sure what that’s about. Sauna didn’t seem to be working properly.As for the massage I’d initially booked the quartz massage in which you lie in a sort of people sized sandbox filled with quartz sand. I’m 6’2 and 220lbs and I just fit. The technician informed me that the sandbox limited the amount of pressure they could use and offered to switch me to a regular table if that suited me better, which it did. And from there I had a relaxing and rejuvenating massage. The aromatherapy oil was nice, too.TLDR: Massage great, amenities not so much.

Great mother and daughter spa visits. We had massages, wraps, scrubs, facials and reflexology. The staff really knew their area of expertise.

Had a massage with Kaleigh and it was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. She listened to me and delivered the most incredible massage! Only 4 stars because accessing chairs on the beach wasn’t explained to us and some of the facility guests were awful but all in all, would go back again!

The massage room was way too hot felt like a sauna!! I felt rushed the whole time disgusting experience would not recommend!!

This is hands down my favorite spa! I come at least once a quarter, and my services are always amazing + the amenities included highly justify the pricing… Plus, Gabby (the spa attendant) is my favorite person - she is always so attentive and wants to make your experience the best it can be. (If management reads this - Gabby deserves everything & more - she is INCREDIBLE!) I’ve brought friends & family and they’ve equally enjoyed their experience. My recommendation: make a day out of it & don’t rush home… Enjoy your service(s) & all the amenities (sauna, steam room, salt cave, cold plunge, beach view rooftop terraces, the beach etc) and then head to Dune after for happy hour. You’ll feel so refreshed when you come home & you’ll be thinking about your next experience.

The service from Grace, Hannah, and Dominique was absolutely exceptional! Planning a surprise birthday spa day for my hubby was no easy task, but these ladies made it a breeze with their kindness and accommodation. The aesthetic of the spa was warm and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. We opted for the couple package and were thoroughly pleased with the results. While Ive had better massages in the past, the experience was still pampering enough to leave us feeling truly indulged.

The Auberge Spa was just what the doctor ordered. I felt very secure with the covid safety measure in place from the moment I walked in the door. I opted for a beachside massage and while my attendant was wonderful, having the ocean waves breaking in the background was unforgettable. LOCAL TIP: Perfect day, Plan your visit to dine at DUNE onsite, you wont be disappointed.

Wife got me a spa day for my birthday because I love a deep tissue massage after a hot sauna. There was also an outside area included in the package.Unfortunately the sauna itself and the steam room were not turned on when I got there. I tried turning it on but by the time it warmed up it was time for the massage. A massage after a hot sauna and cold plunge feels 10x better than a massage without it.The massage was okay, definitely not deep tissue, but okay.After the massage they gave me some juice and a snack and said have a great rest of your day. I thought I would go into the hot sauna/steam room now at least, but again those were turned off.I showered and left. Nobody offered to go to the outside area, sauna was off. This is sold as a very upscale experience, and they have a nice facility. But my experience was as if i went to some cheap corner spa.Wife was upset because she got me the nicest spa package she could find for my birthday.

They have the best masseuses ! And the spa amenities are amazing. I recommend lunch at the beach afterwards!

One of the best spas in Fort Lauderdale, if not the best. It’s a luxury spa experience. Caitlin, the lead esthetician, has been with them for years and she is the absolute best. They have a relaxing steam room, sauna, and salt cave and you’re able to visit the beach. It’s pricier than other spas but that’s because you’re getting a whole experience. If you take advantage of all of their amenities you will have the best time, and it’s worth the money.

I had an amazing facial here! They really helped me clear up my acne back in October. They recommended some great products and tips and I havent had any deep pimple since! Also had a massage that was wonderful and very relaxing. Be sure to show up early to enjoy the sauna, salt room and steam room! I highly recommend this spa! The staff goes above and beyond. Well worth the price.

I was disappointed in the amenities of the spa, as I was expecting true therapeutic grade amenities, given the prices charged. Advertising a room with salt on the floor and blowing through a fan/tube as a salt cave feels disingenuous.  Ive been to spas with salt caves, and this doesn’t hold a candle to all the others.  A simple google will show what a true salt cave should look and feel like. I was similarly disappointed in the cool deluge shower therapy.  I was expecting a therapeutic level cold temperature- but 70-80 degrees is just a lukewarm shower, in reality.  I may have misinterpreted this - but I did expect based on the advertised wording that I would be able to do both hot and cold therapy all within the spa amenities.I wrote to the spa twice about this privately, hoping to not have to leave a review - but they never responded back either time, so here we are. If the amenities mentioned are not critical to your experience- go for it. The massage itself was great. I myself really care about the other amenities as well, so felt somewhat cheated, and then totally ignored on the customer service side of it.

Love this place! Went here for my birthday and everything was amazing. The massage was probably one of the best I ever had and the staff was super friendly. Being able to sit on the beach after the massage was a plus. Will return for sure!

The spa is beautiful and the spa attendant’s are very nice. The restaurant at the property was very good and nice service. The only thing we didn’t like too much was the massage. There was no proper draping from or gentleness from my massage therapist. The pressure was very strong, but she felt on a rush. Thats why I don’t give the 5th star taking in consideration that the massage is one of the main things for me.

Finally! An amazing spa in Fort Lauderdale! They had nice facilities including a steam room, sauna and salt cave with cold towels waiting outside, multiple balconies, beach access and the massage and facial were incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend!!

This was so worth it! For one, the cleanliness and quality of everything was exceptional. I enjoyed the amenities inside and outside the spa. The private beach is so relaxing. Gabby and the other locker room attendant were so sweet, kind, and attentive. Loved them! My masseuse gave me the best medium tissue massage of my life. I also appreciated the hors d’oeuvres served after my service. My favorite thing to do was sitting in the steam room! My skin felt like a babys after sitting in there for about 15 minutes.Honest feedback! The attendants at the check in need better training. For the level of luxury this spa provides, there is no reason why they should lack certain necessary customer service skills for this hospitality. I should feel like i’m at Evara and not Massage Envy. Everyone beyond the entrance (from the locker room attendant to the cleaners) were GREAT, the same level of customer care should most definitely apply when someone enters.Other than that, I would highly recommend this Spa. 9/10 experience :)

Best spa day and massage ever! I actually went here twice on a 5 day vacation because I was so relaxed. The spa area includes the salt, steam and sauna room with tea water and other relaxation spots. I’d kill to have this near me.I received an amazing and top notch massage from my masseuse and also did the clay treatment (high recommend) and I couldn’t have had a more relaxing time.Paper yourself and go here!!

I came here for a couples spa and the experience was less than ideal. We called a couple hours in advance to tell them we would be thirty minutes late. They never told us that the massage was scheduled right when we were supposed to arrive. When we arrived the front desk met us with attitude and offered us a 15 minute massage which was kind of insulting. We are very disappointed with our experience and the amenities were sub par. I would not recommend this place to someone, and I hope they reach out to fully refund us for the experience and treatment. I have never left a bad review but this was just horrible.

This review is long overdue! My husband and I got sports massages and then I got a facial about 2 months ago. Not even getting to the wonderful amenities, the staff is WONDERFUL here. They were so kind, thoughtful, and attentive. From the reception to the amenities attendants! Next time we go, we are just gonna get different services and spend the day at the spa. My husband and I are in the gym a lot, and this was the first massage (done my Alexis) to relax me and keep me relaxed for a couple weeks! My facial was everything and more. You could actually see a difference in my skin that night and I am a BIG skincare enthusiast. I feel so bad for forgetting my estheticians name, but she has shorter dark hair. You can’t go wrong here!

Suprised my girl for her birthday. Reserved some kind of mud bath. Free valet, parking was simple. We got to use all the Amenities as part of the experience. Beach, sauna, steam room showers, lounges, tea, champane, water. A little let down with the mud bath, it wasnt what i expected. It was more of you just lathering your self with mud in a steam shower. So its a self led service. It was okay. The other let down was that they had some tiny slippers that didnt fit in my locker. And in the mens bathroom the sliding door was jammed. Other then that we Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves . If we knew the amenities were included we would have showed up eariler. Only , Surprise optional gratuity at the end but it was ok because its not mandatory.

Had such a relaxing time at the spa, went for my boyfriends birthday and they surprised us with macarons which was so nice! Super clean facilities and the front desk was lovely. Also, Jennifer is an amazing therapist! Definitely reccomend.

I recently visited Evara Beach Spa for my best friends bachelorette celebration with high hopes of indulging in a rejuvenating and relaxing experience, but I left feeling utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. My experience at this spa was far from the luxurious and tranquil oasis I had envisioned. Heres why:Unprofessional Staff: Right from the moment we arrived, we were greeted by apathetic and unfriendly staff. Their lack of enthusiasm and warm hospitality made us feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customers. We were expecting professional service, but instead, were met with eye rolls.Subpar Facilities: The spas facilities were far from luxurious. One of the three facilities was out of order. The relaxation areas were cramped, and the ambiance was far from tranquil. The spa was overbooked due to Memorial Day weekend and 6 of us in the group had to put all of our belongings into one locker.Overpriced Services: Despite the underwhelming experience, Evara Spa charges exorbitant prices for their services. Considering the lackluster facilities, unprofessional staff, and mediocre treatments, the prices were unjustifiable. We felt as though we had been taken advantage of, paying a premium for a subpar spa experience.Overall, my visit to Evara Spa was a complete letdown. From the unwelcoming staff and the subpar treatments, it was an experience that fell far short of my expectations. I cannot recommend this spa to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing experience. Save your time and money by seeking out a more reputable and customer-centric spa that values your well-being and satisfaction.

What a wonderful experience! The sauna, steam room and salt room are a must before your treatments. If I could give 10 stars to Zoey for my incredible facial I would! Her attention to detail, extensive knowledge and genuine care for her clients is unmatched. I was lucky enough to have been matched with her but I will only book with her in the future. Luckily for you, take my word and book her in advance, thank me later :)

Really nice spa and amenities. What I didn’t like is the rude valet attendant Spanish husky man with black shirt last night he cursed at these lovely ladies that were at the spa with me and my girlfriends and gave them a hard time retrieving their cars. That man needs to be fired or be taught good customer service he is not meant to be working on a luxury property such as Auberge

This spa has everything! The best part for me is visiting Rosi in the salon. Not only does she make you feel so welcomed and special, but her talent is well worth the visit. My former hair stylist retired after years of service so I was anxious about finding a new home. Rosi is magical and I couldn’t be happier. She listens carefully and makes subtle suggestion that make you feel confident and beautiful. The compliments I get are the best advertisement! I HIGHLY recommend checking her out!

If you are in the Fort Lauderdale area, you have to see Zoey for a facial! She is very well educated about skin and wants to pass her knowledge to you to help you have the best skin possible. She addressed my skin concerns and made recommendations on how to help with techniques and products in such a genuine manner. The spa provides a relaxing environment with great amenities in the locker room including steam room, salt room and sauna so make sure you take advantage of them!

Beautiful Presentation. The place is very relaxing. Access to the beach a plus. The vitality amenities are excellent. Very comfortable and the locker lady, Gaby is like a mom, she makes the experience extraordinary, very attentive and personalized service. If I’m not mistaken, Brittany, the front desk has poor patience and comes across very rude. I didn’t get a good vibe from her at any time.

After reading reviews about this place, my friend and I followed the recommendation of other reviews and arrived for our 2pm appointment at 10am. The front desk staff was extremely attentive and courteous - welcoming up with Prosecco, then letting the beach team know that we were on our way. We were shown to the locker room to change into beach attire, then enjoyed the day on the properties private beach complete with lounge chairs and umbrella. While there was no beach service from the restaurant on the day we were there (they were short staffed), we still enjoyed our lunch at the Dunes on their outdoor patio.The messages were excellent (we did 80-min stone with CBD) and we would absolutely return to this Spa. It was an excellent day and an amazing experience.

My wife and I did a spa day for our 29th anniversary. Everyone at The Spa at Auberge Beach took great care of us - starting with the valets who took our car, the young lady who greeted us at the front desk and every other person we encountered. Our spa treatments were wonderful - we were in the hands of experts for our massages and facials - Zoey, Krystal, Gianfranco and Erika treated us with care and expertise. The spa itself is beautiful and calming - those who took care of us made the experience truly special.

This dpot is very beautiful. The staff are very welcome and accommodating. The prices are fair. And its so nice that the beach is connected to it. They even offered to set up a beach chair and umbrella for you. My only reason for not giving it to full five is because they are sometimes short staffed which makes communication a little difficult.

Sauna is nice but not hotmassage was weak. Just felt like the therapist was going through the motions. Nothing special wish I could get a refund.

Best Spa Day Ever! I loved how attentive and caring the staff was. My friends and I did the Napa mudslide and it was so much fun! Our skin stayed super smooth and hydrated all day! We can’t wait to be back!

Wonderful spa with a very zen atmosphere. Haim is an extremely skilled massage therapist and gave me the best deep tissue massage. I’ll make sure to book the 90 minute massage next time for a full body massage. Morgan took wonderful care of us and made sure we had everything we needed every step of the way. Highly recommended. I look forward to booking another treatment when I’m back in town.

I would have gave this place a 5 star for the spa services and amenities but unfortunately when we had to pick up our car from valet a little rude, husky white man with black hair working approximately at the time of 8 PM, wearing a black shirt said his name was David I know he is lying was extremely rude, took quarters from the compartment of my car and denied it and slams my car door and started to curse at me. Please review your footage. This employee needs to be fired immediately. If I see him there again, I will escalate this and take this to corporate and your CEO.

My friend and I went to the Spa at Auberge Beach in Ft Lauderdale for two treatments this week. We were able to use their beach prior to our treatments and were given chairs and towels. The facilities of the spa are nice (not luxurious despite their advertising) but they don’t do any of the little things that make a good spa, a great spa. We were not given sandals or a tour of how to use the facilities until we asked for one. Even then, we were just shown the waiting room. We did not know how to work the wellness circuit and couldn’t find anyone to ask. There was too few staff members to assist clients which was obvious when we went into the salt cave and found dirty, empty tea cups and old towels laying around. The facilities are nothing special and could use more ambiance (ex green plants, crystals, chandeliers, something!) I did enjoy my facial immensely but I would not go back to this spa ever again. Not a five star facility or an experience worth repeating.

From start to finish our experience at the spa was 5 star. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, ready to help with any requests you may need. Gabby was in particular most accommodating and helpful. Services and amenities were worth spending an entire afternoon here.

The Spa at Auberge Beach Resort has fantastic services, including excellent massage therapy, hair salon, and nails technicians. The manager, Linda, is professional and welcoming. The spa feels safe from the moment you enter, with temperature checks, masks, etc. This is a top notch, full services spa with beautiful decor and services available outside nearby the beach and pool. Definitely ask for Tracy, he was so helpful and a great resource person, very knowledgeable. Nancy was helpful and Adlin, he is so nice. I forgot my phone in the car at the valet and he went and retrieve it for me and brought it to me. Everyone go out of their way, go above and beyond to ensure my experience was an awesome experience. I was really hoping to enjoy this spa as its 10 minutes from my home, but that was not the case. First and for-most the entire spa is brand new and looks beautiful. Very clean and modern. They greet you with a glass of prosecco so I thought we were headed for a great day at the spa but they do not have their liquore liscence and the complimentary glass is all they allow. They do not sell or serve any other alcohal or food. We were shocked, most of the spas we visit atleast have snacks and champagne. The mens side of the spa is nice and tranquil, it was not busy, but...the attendant was very awkward. He pretty much followed me around and stood in the center of the relaxation area the entire time or asked where I wanted to go or what I wanted to do untill I mentioned I was okay on my own...the steam room is amature to say the least. Small and not very steamy..I tried the salt room next and could literally feel the grains of salt in my mouth...not like any other salt room I had been too, terrible. later on closer to the time of my service I asked the attendant if the massage tables were heated because I run hot and Ive been to a lot of spas, most of which have heated tables. He assured me with 100% cetainty they do not have heated tables. I asked a second time because I know that spas typically do. He said no. The massage therapist comes to collect me for my deep tissue and low and behold the table is hot. I asked her to turn it off and she did but the table was still too warm for me so she recommended cold rocks which I said sounded perfect. So far i was hopefull the service would turn my day around... I was wrong. She started massaging my back and leg with no lotion or oil or sheet on my skin and started pulling at my leg hair. I recommended some lotion and she said alright and continued with oil. She had no pressure what so ever so I asked if she can go deeper and she blamed it on the oils...so she started a different technique which involved digging her nail into my back at which point I simply said I think im finished with the session, thanks. This was 15 minutes or so in..this spa is new. I would avoid until they have better staff and a menu with alcohal.

This is one of the best spas I have been to in South Florida. I have been going for months to the same massage therapist Allinee who is excellent. She is very experienced and understands my entire body. I would definiately recommend Spa Auberge as well as Allinee.

“Luxury” company, but refuses to pay their employees. Worked for them one day, and was never paid, even after communicating to them several times about receiving my payment. I sent paperwork to Vivian, and was told my payment would be sent, but I never received anything. So unprofessional.
