I used to come here every time I would visit Fort Lauderdale, and they were always amazing! Today I came in for a facial, pedicure and manicure. The facial and the pedicure were fine - however, when it came to the manicure, the girl doing my nails ending up screwing them up/or the nail polish was expired, but either way we both agreed they looked terrible. I left with no manicure, and ended up getting charged 10$ for the soak off (on the nails that were horrible of no fault through my own), then also a $9.60 card processing fee since I booked online.Really disappointed :(

Before Tiffany’s was sold, they did an excellent job, I had Erika a few times and Michael was my massage therapist, now I won’t step in, I mean the owner her name was Troy, they do have another place in ftlaud,thank you for the beautiful memories and know Tiffany and spa must be closing again , the sign has been taken down , the spa area is covered, what a mess, I wish the old owners would take back the place

I went to get gel manicure. Not event 12 hours after it was already chipped. I went back and one of the ladies said: “normally we charge to fix nails, but today I won’t charge you”. She was rude and dismissive.4th day with the gel and another one has chipped. (I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary for this to happen). My cuticles also look really bad now.So upsetting. For the price I paid they should last at least 2 weeks.Poor job.

My husband and I were able to schedule massages easily on a week day afternoon and each got a quality massage. The salon is very nicely laid-out and the decor is classy-chic, in a crisp black and white motif.The pedicure chairs look super nice and there were several regulars who came in while we were there and were called by name. They also have fabulous lattes and Bubble tea, and some of the coolest desserts I have ever seen.Look for their first time customer coupons on their website, they require you to print it to use it.

During a recent family vacation I surprised my wife and mother with a spa day at Tiffany Beauty supply. Their attentive replies and attention to detail were outstanding. They took the time to curate the exact experience I was looking to achieve.

This place has evidently changed owners. Do not be fooled by prior reviews. It used to be great service, delivered quickly. Now, poor service that takes forever. So sad. We were there Saturday afternoon at the height of tourist season and the place was nearly empty. I understand why, and wont be back.

I just moved to the area and I searched for a place to do my nails online. I found this place and it has great reviews and I agree! It is clean, the staff is friendly, and professional. There are multiple pedicure chairs and manicure stations to accommodate multiple people. There are rooms in the back for Massages, facials and other services which I didnt experience. Dihana was my nail technician and she did a great job with my gel nails and pedicure. Mimi gave me a fabulous foot massage. They use an organic gel which doesnt have a strong odor like other products. Overall, I found my new salon for these services! Ill be back for sure!

After having been a client for years, I will never be returning after the extremely poor and insulting customer service I experienced. After being informed of a scheduling issue, I asked the front desk girl how this happened and why they waited so long to tell me, she proceeded to blame me and become combative.Unfortunately, this is just one of a few experiences recently that have left a lot to be desired from a place I pay good money for service and to relax. I wont be wasting my time again. The womans tone of voice as I left made it clear they dont value repeat customers anyway.

This place is not worth your money. I came because I had a gift certificate and decided to walk out to pay for service next door. They asked me to come half an hour early for a gel mani and regular pedi. After Carly finished my pedicure she tells me Elizabeth will be doing my gel mani and goes sits in the front desk to do nothing! I thought she has another client to leave me sitting there but no she just sat and talked with the receptionist. Why are you making me come in early to make me wait over 20 mins when you’re empty? After I confronted them at the front desk the receptionist called me “girl”, was clapping at my face and arguing with a paying customer. For a place that is empty you guys should be treating your customers with respect. I left and went to Tipsy next door which was packed, they were professional, and had better selection of colors. Don’t waste your time and money for an establishment that doesn’t value their customers.

Shaterria is an excellent nail artist. Her pedicure is exceptional! Highly recommend. I already scheduled my next appointment!!

Excellent service!!! You can get massages, acupuncture, all kinds of facials besides going to have your nails done. This is my 2nd time going with my bestie on my vacation and I love love live their work!!! My last main and pedi lasted for over a month. I recommend Tiffany Beauty Spa to everyone!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Wonderful salon. This is my 2nd covid pedicure and this is the cleanest salon Ive been to. They have plexiglass set up on mani and pedi stations. My pedicure looks awesome. I felt safe the entire time and I cant wait to go back for a mani. Thank you

Sunny did amazing job on my pedicure! Love the color and feet feel so soft. On top of it the massage done by gentleman was incredible especially that I am 9 month pregnant. It was my first time but I def will be back soon.

The spa is amazing! I called in same day (Friday) and they were able to get me in for a massage and pedicure. I had my massage with Jenier. He is the BEST! He really knew what to do to make my body relaxed. I’m visiting from out of town but if were local, I would definitely be one of his regulars. I had Erika as my tech for my pedicure and she was wonderful!

What am amazing experience! The facility was incredibly clean. All equipment was sterilized before use. Thaddeus gave the best foot and leg massage I have ever had and Shakara did a beautiful job on my pedicure. Thank you!

When I first walked in at the spa, I was really impress to see how well maintain and professional the spa looks. The owner/host was very attentive to our needs I was there with a large group. She pampered us! The place looks gorgeous and the amount of services they offered were endless from mani-pedi to massage to healthcare spa. The owner really out down herself and I am so proud of my people for making a spa to whole different level. Although I wasnt satisfied with my manicure, she made sure I was taking care off the next day she had appointments ready to my earlier convenience. The staffs there also were nice and professionals ready to please their guests. Originally I was set to get a basic pedicure but the nail technician offered me a great package which was amazing and relaxing and worthy!!!! Be careful. They double dip when doing wax which already tells me there’s some questionable sanitation practices. Also, a lot of focus here on plus selling without telling you the upfront price. For example, the lady told me I needed a callus treatment, assumes I want it, and then tells me oh it’s $10 extra after I specifically ask if it’s extra. You’ll ask for regular polish, and they go and get gel polish. There are more little things that just made the experience feel unwelcoming. I brought this up to the front desk and was made to feel attacked for simply expressing my issue with the wax. I would be very careful coming here. Perhaps the new management doesn’t have the same high standards as previous management?

This place has gone down hill so much! I don’t know if the ownership changed or what, the only positive thing is the new pedicure chairs. Otherwise, the prices went up drastically and the quality of the services plummeted. The massage portion of the pedicure is still probably the best in the area, but the pedicure portion is horrible.

Amazing salon, It’s absolutely spotless in here and everyone is extremely friendly! The quality of products are better than anywhere else I’ve been around south Florida. My nails have never been healthier while also looking the best every time I go. The pedicures are to die for, with 10-20 min foot massage options, another reason I’ll always come back.Thank You Tiffany Beauty Spa!

Went with my husband and two friends. We got manicures, pedicures and I had my eyebrows waxed. The service was amazing and the prices were fair. The staff was so incredibly nice and talented. This is the only place I have ever seen that has licensed massage therapist do your massage when you get a pedicure. Definitely check them out!

I always go to Tiffany Spa for my massages. Ive tried a few highly rated places and nothing compares to Tiffany. They are, hands down, the best in the area. Most all the masseuses are great, but George is absolutely fantastic. I wish I could get there more often, so I usually arrive in pretty bad shape with neck/shoulder issues from computer all day to feet and calf pain from playing tennis and George is excellent! They are competitively priced and have great deals, too! I also get pedicures there and the experience with that service is top-notch as well. They offer a lot of great services that I look forward to trying. LOVE LOVE LOVE Tiffany! Cannot recommend enough!

I went here with my bridal party (12 girls!) the day before my wedding and it was amazing! They were so accommodating and treated us great. BEST pedicure Ive ever had. I have been back a few times after and have had the same great experience every time. Very well priced and the cutest atmosphere. I LOVE this place!

My sweet boyfriend booked a facial/pedicure/manicure/massage here for my birthday requested spa day as the reviews were good. My nail service was very nice, with the pedicure including a ten minute reflexology massage (quite lovely by Michael). My full 50 min. massage was mediocre. Anna performed my nail services and facial, she was very sweet but the facial was not good. She used an ultrasound machine for extraction, which burned my skin. I didnt realize during the procedure the damage being done, as sometimes extraction is uncomfortable. However, when I returned home I could see several points on my face burned -- layers of skin ripped off by the extraction area. That is not normal. My face continued burning with irritation all night, next morning (today, 11/5) they are scabbed over. DO NOT GET A FACIAL HERE! All staff were very friendly and the salon was quite cute/clean -- but I would not recommend any services outside of nails and the foot/neck rubs, sorry!

I had a Awesome experience there and I will come back on my next trip to Fort Lauderdale. Derek was Amazing doing my feet Massage before my pedicure. Marli was Awesome doing my manicure and last but not least Erica did a Amazing Awesome Massage ever! I had plenty of massages but hers was the best ever!!! Tiffany Beauty Spa will be my go to from now on. One happy Client and the Atmosphere is great!

From the moment that I walked in, I knew this Spa was special. My friends and I were greeted with great enthusiasm. The three of us had the most amazing manicures and pedicures. You must come to this spot. It is truly the best.

I’ve gone to this nail salon for years and I’ve always loved it. The staff are super friendly and very good. First, The owner this particular time followed me and my friend around the nail salon telling us we were to loud and needed to quiet down. Probably 3 or 4 times she told us. Then, We asked the massage employees if we could do 20 mins instead of 10 and they said no problem. (Which is something that happens all the time) she came into the room and in front of us (the customers) reprimanded the employees that they were never to go longer unless checking with the nail techs first. I was giggling and said I’m sorry it was our fault (making light of the situation) and she said to me (the customer) “it’s not funny Abby”. Lastly, it’s all most Christmas and I wanted to give the massage and nail tech a little extra tip and went to their break room, knocked and they opened the door. I handed the money to them and said Happy Holidays. The owner started storming down the hall and said “that’s not ok Abby, they get embarrassed just leave the tip at the front when you pay.”I called the salon after leaving and spoke to the owner who would not let me talk and just talked over me. I brought a friend that had never been and I was so embarrassed. I will not be returning to this salon unless there is different ownership. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible!!! Rachel and Sarah at the front desk? Terrible!! No respect for our time at all!! Scheduled for 2 pm, every 10 minutes was told your nail tech is almost done.. she came out at 3:10!! Hour and 10 minutes later!! Just tell the truth and dont take appointments if you have no one to do it!! Too much to ask?

Very nicely appointed nail salon/spa. Atmosphere is nicer than most similar establishments. Ill never understand why a mens manicure/pedicure is $55 in Florida. The same service in NYC is less than $40. One nice touch: when your pedicure is complete you get a 10-minute foot massage by a professional. You can also get a Vitamin B shot here, which I tried.

I have been coming to Tiffany’s for years. As someone who highly values cleanliness of salons I can safely say this is the cleanest, most well run salon I’ve been to in the 9 Years of living in Forida. I recently came in and saw Joshua who gave me an incredible pedicure and foot massage. I can’t recommend this place enough. It is immaculate, spacious, and professional.

My experience was amazing, my best friend and I really love the start of our girls day trip. The staff was pleasantly nice and our massage therapist really listen to our needs. We will definitely be back in the near future.

This was a bit of a unique pedicure experience for me. The ladies do the pedicure part and beautiful men handle the leg and foot massage. Everyone here was very friendly. The establishment was clean and pretty. I give it a 4 over a 5 because I feel it was a bit overpriced. All around really nice experience!

Friendly staff and great service. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was that I was unknowingly upsold on a foot massage for an extra $14 and wine that I thought was complimentary. I would have appreciated being told upfront about the extra charges.

Tiffanys was great! My husband and I went for pedicures and for a tad extra they even bring out massage therapists between your pedicures! Ive never had that before. Both of us really enjoyed! Nice atmosphere! Friendly staff!

I went here to get a manicure.It is a clean and cutely decorated spa.Upsell is the focus.I did Not buy-up to one of the massage+Mani options, though I was tempted after a nice looking fellow came out to massage my calves.The bottom line for me is that the manicure I received wasnt good. It was mediocre. Nail polish was over the cuticles. I expected much better.I will not go here again.

With so many good reviews you would expect a great Salon, how ever I felt the pedicure I had was very rushed, and it was so cold the whole time !the lady that did it was quit rough and rushed and it was far from enjoyable!!I asked for a gel lack pedicure, I understand some salons charge a little extra, but Ive never been charged as high as 20 dollars ! At home I seriously pay 18 Euro for the whole thing and they are a lot gentler!Also, I like my toenails round instead I was left with some straight toenails with sharp edges and cleaning under the nails? Never happened!Another thing I found very uncomfortable and rude is 2 co workers speaking their own language in front of me? There is a time and place for it, and this wasnt the time or place !!By check out I was told to tip in cash and they would give it to her, I decided not to I like to pay for friendliness and quality , Ive been to far better places, and the looks and laughs afterwards I walked out and didnt tip???

Excellent experience!! I was only intown overnight at the end of May and needed eyelash tinting and nails done and I felt blessed to find this place and get an appointment! Its a great space and has nice spa feeling to it. I was also blessed to have Jennifer as my esthetician as she did a perfect job on my lashes and nails. She was personable, professional, efficient and thorough. I highly recommend her and Tiffany Beauty Spa!

I called at 6:12pm for a mani/pedi (they do not close until 7pm). They said “no one” could provide the service so I walked over because I live nearby. There were NO customers in there when I walked in less than 5 minutes after I called. I guess they just wanted to leave early on a Wednesday. I come in every other week for a mani/pedi & I tip well over 20% because I loved the massage Thaddeus gives. They just lost a customer. I own a small business - we do not close before the listed time much less 48 minutes early because customer service is key! Tipsy Salon next door happily accommodated me & welcomed me for a walk-in.

Just left Tiffany s , Paul gave an excellent foot massage. Jannet finished up with the best pedicure Ive ever experienced. I would recommend Tiffanys Salon to all men who need extra care on their feet. At Tiffany s the people are nice and attentive along with the salon being neat and clean.

Had a great experience today! We went in as walkins (tourists) and indulged in the $75 (ea) pedicure with 20 min flex massage! INCREDIBLE! We even had our little baby with us who got a little fussy at times and did not feel any frustration from the staff. Wonderful environment.

Aside from the massage theres nothing special about their pedicures. Theyre definitely overpriced. They also dont let you tip on a card which is annoying. They also want you to tip the nail tech and massage therapist separately. It would make more sense for them to split the tip accordingly like restaurants do for servers, bussers, etc. Otherwise you end up feeling either like youre under or over tipping.

This was the best experience ever!!! I want to marry Derek. He gave me the best foot massage in the world. That was just at the beginning of the foot massage. Im so happy we found this gem. I cant wait to come back to Fort Lauderdale. When you visit ask For Derek. I promise you, you will not regret it.

I had the weirdest issue come up here. I have been going there for 2 years almost 2 to 3 times a month when on my boat in Ft Lauderdale. I always book 90 minute massages plus most times pedi/mani. In the last 6 months 3 times the therapist started 10 minutes late and ended on the time if started correctly. I complained that it now has happened a few too many times and ask that they just make sure in the future to book timely. Today I went back to get some work on my left leg because the therapist did not do it YESTERDAY. Totally willing to pay for it. Therapist got mad at me for telling desk about the late start and was frankly nasty. Said he would not do the same massage as day before, which honestly was very therapeutic...reason I went today to get left leg done. Well long story short he was pissed I complained about the time being off the prior day and said he would not do the leg like he massaged the day before. What to say...I left. They could care less at the front desk including manager that a customer was unhappy. Very strange management and issue.

My friend and I were in town for our birthdays. We found the salon online and decided to visit because of the good reviews. Upon entering, we noticed that all but one of the employees were just sitting around. We began to inquire about availability, when one of the employees interrupted my friend speaking with the receptionist, and stated they do not do acrylic nails. I was taken aback because no one asked for acrylic nails. I myself, wanted a pedicure. I advised my friend that I did not want to give my money to the establishment. It was my 30th birthday and I had and have plenty of money to spend, but the quick judgement and rudeness of the young lady could not be ignored. I hope, that this is not a common practice. I work for a major international corporation, and was in town to enjoy myself and spend money freely. I hope in the future the owner, trains their employees not to judge a book by its cover.

I absolutely loved my massage with Michael it was strong and exactly what I needed after a long run. I sent my friend and she also loved his massage and for $70 a hour you cannot beat this deal. I tipped him real good I was so relaxed i almost fell into a deep sleep afterwards.

From the time you walk in to the spa the entire staff has smile and friendly actitud. The manicure/pedicure was perfect. I can not stop saying nice things about my visit.

It was my first time going for classic mani /pedi at Tiffanys Beauty Spa. They did a fantastic job. This beauty bar looks new and clean, equipment is sterilised, ladies working there are so friendly. Def will be going backkk 🙌🏾

Great place to go for a quick manicure and pedicure. The Staff were all really helpful and friendly, and the foot massage was particularly good, worth paying for. Definitely the place to go if youre on Las Olas and are looking for a little pampering or relaxation to treat yourself

I paid $192 for my daughter and I including tip. First my daughters one nail peeled off 1 day after and My thumb nail peeled off 2 days after, when I called to get it fixed they said Sorry NO WARRANTY you need to pay $4 more to get it fixed. Very Poor Customer Service and of course I will never go back. A total rip off!! They lost two new customers.

DO NOT GO HERE! Their $55 pedicure isn’t even up to par with the $20 one I get down the street! I could’ve done better myself. Jennifer & the manager were beyond rude and offered no solution to fixing the situation. TERRIBLE! Nothing about this experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I actually couldn’t wait for it to be over!!!

I like the Consistency way to do the services: the 10 mins massage feet prior pedicure, the electric chair massage, to do mani and pedi at the same time.I appreciate the fact of the owners family trying to give excellence to every customer with services, attention and maintaining super clean the all property.Is obvious that they are proud of their jobs that they do daily.

Way too expensive! No such thing as a regular pedicure. They include a10 minute massage whether you want one or not... which means another tip. Whichever heard of a pedicure costing $35???

My perfect little NY (NY mani-pedi salons are the best. One gets spoiled by that). I love this place for so many reasons. The first one is, of course, flawless mani-pedi work. I tried different masters at the place, and they all a great. After moving from NY 3 years ago, I couldnt even find an ok place place that does the work. On top of that, Tiffanys has superb reflexology specialists. Every visit is a great pleasure and relief. I have to get the foot massage. It feels like walking on a cloud afterwards. Last but not least, the place surprised me with its cleanliness. The place doesnt even smell like a salon. No trace of chemicals smell. Just for that i would give an extra star.

I loved my pedicure, Joshua gave me an amazing massage and finalized with a gorgeous application of my favorite Apple Red nail polish. My feet are ready to be displayed as I wear my dancing stills to sandals.

The rudest treatment ever! They asked me to wait 30 minutes so I did. Then the owner asked me to pick polishes, sat me down and then proceeded to take someone else in front of me! She just left me sitting there! Then I spoke up and she ignored me. I left sad and disappointed! Go somewhere where your time and money are appreciated!

I highly recommend the Tiffany Spa If you are visiting Fort Lauradale. This place is very cozy and clean. Staffs are super nice and kind and they all looked very professional. I tried spa pedicure and my friend tried food massage. We were so releaxed and pleased. I do not live in Fort Lauradale but I will definitely visit Tiffany spa again. This place is must visit Spa.

Foot massage is the best in town. Thoroughly enjoyed the mani / pedi. Dont feel its overpriced given you get 20 minutes of dedicated foot rubbing. Great after a long day.

The end result was fine, not the best but the esthetician I saw was very rough and seemed to be rushing and wanting to get it over with the entire time… it wasn’t very relaxing and I wanted to leave in the middle of the pedicure (I should have)

Absolutely terrible service! Never been so appaled in my life. My $45 gel manicure started peeling after 3 days but they wanted to charge me $4 per nail even though THEY screwed up my nails and they started chipping. Anywhere else has redone my nails for free if they’ve messed up. Don’t go here!

Best massage Ive had but the front desk service... horrible. Since when is tipping compulsory??? If I decide to leave a tip its because the service was worth that much to me so dont tell me to leave more tip! Im not there to pay your employees, I pay for the service from the spa. Wont be going back!

I asked if they did LCN nails, there is a superior nail product LCN that only licensed professional may purchase. This is what I want, instead I was given CND inferior and the entire system can be purchased for the same price the spa charges for a full french set on Ebay. LCN has a builders gel meant for the first set. I asked it this was builders the label was turned from me. I told the nail tech I loved LCN products and she said nothing. Being suspicious I turned the bottle and saw I was being deceived. I am wearing inferior product that is to thick. My next nail appointment is scheduled for a salon that is LCN product. This salon was a total disappointment.

Just not quality work for quality prices, not accommodating when I was honest about being dissatisfied. The manager was rude to me. I spend money on nails all the time and I have to say this was one of least satisfactory experiences I’ve ever had. Just wild advise spending your money wisely somewhere else.

I just cannot believe these positive reviews. I went there last saturday for a pedi and mani. What a horrible job. The pedi took 10 min at max. As far as the mani, I could have done a better job at home! What a waste of $55! I will never return.

The acupuncture treatments are gentle and highly effective, and massages are beyond great! I always make appointments at Tiffanys when Im in town.

I chose this place for a self-care day last week and it was amazing! The staff were professional, the service was top notch, and the place is beautiful! Perfect for a girls day out.

Love the atmosphere they do an amazing job. I just wish I could keep the same person instead of one person massage the feet and then another person actually doing the pedicure.

Been coming here for years. Unfortunately since the change is ownership they just can’t seem to get it together. Feel badly for the staff because they seem to be trying. But management doesn’t seem to understand customer service. Hopefully they’ll improve. But until then my suggestion is to steer clear.

Horrible experience scheduled couples massage and facial rushed me in to my facial without telling me my wife would have to wait horrible communication. Would never go back!!!
