Love this place. It was well lit and clean. That have the best thc-a Ive tried and at the best price in town. Definitely recommend if in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Fabio was super helpful and knowledgeable! When I walked in, Fabio greeted us and proceeded to ask us what we were looking for and it literally felt like we were talking to a smoke shop guru. Def coming back!

So they have had a back in 5 min sign up for 25 min (or at least thats when I started timing it so prolly more like 30. If u have to close for an hour or early thats fine. Dont put up a false promise and waste ur patrons time.

Very nice smoke shop with a wide variety of dry-herb vapes with which store employee Chrissy was very helpful in guiding through the different available brands. I was about to buy one but changed my mind at the last minute and left my Credit Card on the store counter, I came back 2 hours later and Chrissy had set my card aside and gave it back to me promptly, top notch service overall.

This place its so so special in all meaning, from the moment when you get in, smell is fantastic due to the vast variety of incense to the moment you left, with a smile on your face due to Jordy. Amazing service and customer care and you can really find whatever you need. Highly recommended!

Hands down my favorite place to get my vapes and smoking accessories ❤❤ THE owner is very nice, attentive and knowledgeable. He isnt just trying to make money he actually cares about what you want and your satisfaction. He also has a great rewards program which is very good and easy to acquire points to redeem for free products. Customer service has always been good even when he isnt working. Its also very convent since I live and work in the area. I will continue to support and recommend to all my friends. SIDE NOTE HE HAS ELF BARS MY FAVVV WITH MANY DIFFERENT FLAVORS TO CHOOSE.

Not impressed with the prerolls, they are packed too tight and ground too fine, they do not smoke evenly, they run like crazy or are so tightly packed you cant even smoke them. The lady at the counter acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me an exchange for a defective product.

I had a great experience, excellent prices and just the best costumer service. Not only the guy was selling products, he took the time to explain about them, so I ended up getting more stuff than I was planning :PI’m coming back, for sure.

Honestly these people should be confiscated stars for the way they treat their customers.I went in and literally asked the guy 2-3 questions and he started giving me an attitude, such an attitude where I really felt like I was about to fight the store clerk. As I write this, I chuckle at how silly, undeserving, unwarranted, childish, and outright dumb the entire situation was. Skinny-tall guy with dreads should be fired immediately because he is 100% costing business. I for one will never shop there again, unfortunate.

I just had the worst experience ever with this location. I drove 20 mins from my house to get to this location because my friend told me it was the best spot to go to get what I wanted. I enter the shop and there was this guy whom was sweeping turn and glance at me. He then continued sweeping without acknowledging me. 3 mins later he came upTo me and said you going to just come in here and not say anything. I was so taking back when he said that so i tried to kept my cool. I then said to him hello good night well come to world of smoke and vape, how may I assist u? He look At me the respond by saying what I wanted. Omg this took me out. How can people be so unprofessional, I ask if he was the owner and he said yes. He then move on to two other customers and Ignored me completely. I was so upset and I just walked out. This person is a bad representative ofThe business. I drove 20 mins to get yell wow.
