My vape usually blows out the coil very fast, they helped me to understand how to use my vape better and check on it more so that I don’t ruin it fast, and so that it lasts longer.

Love Cloud City. My go to vape store. Always nice and answer any questions I have. Good selection of vape juice for mods, plus atomizers. Tons of disposable options as well for those who use them!

Im a every 2 weeks regular and I gotta say its always a very chill environment and if you keep coming in theyll remember you. Everyone is extremely friendly and prices are always fair. I have no complaints and never will.

Very disappointed in this store. I bought mod and it did not work correctly. And the box it came in was soaking wet. It runs very hot to touch and leaks like crazy. I was told if any trouble to return. Guy cursed at me and would not exchange. I wont be back. I have been going there for four years. Their loss.

This shop used to be our favorite one to buy from in the area. Lately when we go in the customer service has been terrible. The employee working has no people skills and is more concerned with his own vape instead of being helpful or trying to make a sale. I took my uncle in here to buy a brand new set up and this employee was not helpful at all and came across as condescending. This same person has been working the last 3 times I’ve been in the shop and every time I feel like an inconvenience. So we left and took our business somewhere else and saved $25 on the same exact set up. Hopefully they can get this sorted out because we always enjoyed taking our business here in the past, unfortunately it will be a long time before we go back. I will say the owner has always been wonderful as well as the younger taller guy who works in there on the weekends.

Were from Missouri and wanted to explore the vape community while here on vacation. First impression was very good along with selection. The staff was nice, knowledgeable, and took really good care of me even went out of his way to improve our experience will def visit again.

Stopped by to check the place out while on vacation and found the people who work here really friendly and helpful. Definitely a comfortable environment.

The owner is very rude and untruthful. He ripped me off!! And his employee is very spaced and always has crusted blood around his right nostril!! Avoid this,place at all costs in my opinion! There are plenty of other places to spend your hard earned money! Dont waste it with people who dont value their customers!! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because you cant give none.

Im a local, I live in crestview. I work in fwb and have been browsing for a shop to visit while in town. I signed up for the rewards program because it seemed like a very nice well kept shop. However, I purchased a set of batteries and prior to the purchase asked the employee working if any of the batteries were precharged. He said verbatim all of the batteries come precharged. I said thats awesomePreceded to purchase them. And tried them out immediately they were dead as a door nail. And he refused to even admit he said anything and was very rude. I will ensure no one I work with or know will be recommended against going to this vape shop. If I could give less then one star I would.

Bought a ecig from these guys. 1st coil burned up immediately because when they set it up for me the did not turn it so juice could get to coil. 2nd coil didnt work at all. They assured me the would give me 2 new coils. That was the middle of Jan. and the employee left a note that the coils needed ordered. My next visit the owner assured me they would be in the end of the week. My next visit the employee said they didnt have any and called the owner, from what I overheard of the conversation told employee he didnt know he needed to order them, only heard one end of the conversation but after the employee saidthats a lie he went to a clipboard and found the note he left. Several more trips with no coils received. This evening when I stopped in the owner assured me that I had been called when they can in and told them to forget about it. I never received a call from them and when I told him I hadnt he assured me again that I had. I choose not to do business with dishonest people, I mean if they would lie about 2 coils what else would they lie about.

Best selection of juices by far than any other vape shop in the area. Ive been looking everywhere for cuttwood juice. The other location in Pensacola is just as nice but its so convenient right in the heart of Fort Walton Beach. Awesome customer service would definitely recommend very fun place to hang out.

By far the best Vape store in FWB! The employees are always helpful and will go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. They have the best selection of premium juice I have seen yet. Anyone looking for vast line up of Juice, Mods, and Tanks/RDAs this is your place. Cloud City Vaporium has a vast experience in vape. They dont mind trying to help you find whatever it is you need. The owner loves what he does and PRIDES his store on customer service! Every time we swing in the store they are amped to help! They have a smile on their face and looking to make you happy. We know we can buy things online for a bit cheaper, but with the quality of service and the presentation of the store they cant be topped. I dont mind buying my mods at msrp if it means helping a local business grow and get more and more product!On top of all the greatness this store does, the presentation of product is beautiful! They are clean and organized! Alone, just seeing that, makes me believe they care about their product and the way their business is represented. Most stores throw stuff on a shelf and hope it looks good, that is not Cloud City Vaporium!Please give these guys a review to show the quality of service and product they have. Vacationers have put a bad review and it looks like they arent the company they are, because the person didnt get a freebie for a mod. Certain products problems need to be replaced through the manufacturer and not the store. Love the shop and the wonderful selections of juice they have, but about 6 months ago I went in to purchase some new coils amd juice. I made my purchase no problem went home only to realize that the coils I had received were not the ones I asked for so I come back the next day to try and return them with receipt and the guy behind the counter told me he couldn’t make returns without the manager there.:.. sounded off but whatever I just took the loss cuz I really enjoy the place.Same exact exact thing happened again. Honestly might be my fault, maybe I’m not clear enough? I bring in my vape and even show them the exact coil and still ended up with something that won’t even fit in my tank. Just gonna have to order my stuff online from now on lol

When i moved down here from ohio this was the last vape shop i checked and when i got here i realized i hit the mother load. All the best brands of premium e juice, mods, kits, tanks, almost always have coils for everything, plus the biggest selection of rebuildable tools, wire, cotton etc. plus every week there is something new! The staff is friendly and helpful, the owner is funny and fun to be around, they have snacks and drinks and a bunch of cool people to hang out with. Also darts!! It’s a great place for vaporizer’s accessories, juices, and also to come in and hang out! Only shop i will go too now because it reminds me of my favorite shops back home

This place is probably the best Vape shop around here. I have gotten to know all of the employees here very well and they really take care of there customers. This was my first time in cloud city vaporium and I was impressed. Their store was filled with bright colored lights and an array of juices, Vapes, and other accessories. I went in to buy cleito coils (.4) and the clerk was very friendly. He actually informed me that there are now mesh cleito coils, which I had no idea. And, he explained the difference between the mesh and the regular cotton and I ended up with the mesh. He offered to change my coil for me, which was very nice, but I had to get back to work. I will update my post once I am able to visit them again and test out some juices!

I just called the store and Dylan helped me out big time. I used to smoke cigarettes but was finally able to quit thanks to a product that they sell called the drug, a disposable e-cigarette. They are the only ones in the area that sell it and Dylan was so kind that he mentioned that he was going to call his boss and order a ton of them since I liked the product so much. Dylan was hands down one of the most helpful people I have ever talked to over the phone, and cloud city vaporium is lucky to have him! Cant wait to pick up some more stigs!

On vacation, my vape went out. Chose this location really by random as Im unfamiliar with this area. I was sold a $100 vape (which now after the fact I found online for $39). Back at my hotel, I realized that this vape was defective & the buttons didnt always respond properly. Went back to the store & was basically told too bad since they were able to eventually get these buttons to respond. They stated that I needed to prove it wasnt working & even if I could, they wouldnt replace this. Id have to ship it to the manufacturer (in China).If youre vacationing in Ft. Walton / Destin & need a vape or supplies, dont choose this store. There are plenty other vape shops in the area. Also inquire about defective return policies as Cloud City does not care once the purchase has been made.

This has become my new go-to vape shop. The staff is all super helpful, their prices are great, not to mention that they have the largest selection I have seen at any shop around here. I am definitely going to be going to Cloud City for all my vaping needs from now on.

I stopped in to possibly get a new mod and some liquid,but it seemed I interrupted the employee and his partner having a movie day.he finally got of the couch and came over and tried to answer one of my questions but the was distracted by the postman and continued to have a 5 minute bs session with him with me standing at the counter.wont be back

I work a few doors down from the store. I went to get a new vape. I had a problem with it and they were more than happy to help. I strongly recommend this shop for anyone thats not tried it.

Came to the shop today, store is supposed to open at 10 am, there is a sign on the door at 10:15 am saying “will be back in 10 minutes”. Me and another person both had tried to go to the store. An employee didn’t come to the door until 10:22 am.
