Indy Smoke Time

I have been buying at Indy Smoke Time for many years. First in Indianapolis then at the Fort Wayne store when it opened. They have a huge and varied selection, good prices and are very pleasant and helpful. There is a very good selection of shisha and hookahs along with all the necessary accessories. GREAT STORE and very happy they opened the Fort Wayne location.

I solely shop here for any of my vape needs. Great variety and the customer service is even better. Jason is always super helpful and full of knowledge with great recommendations! Thanks guys, keep up the great work!!

Okay, I dont usually say this but this place is a 10/10. Literally some of the best customer service Ive experienced in any industry and its a local smoke shop. These people are beyond friendly and accommodating and always help me find what I need. The selection is deceivingly massive from what the place looks like outside and they have pretty much something for everyone. Im beside myself with how great this place is for being such a small chain. Couldnt recommend more.

Bought 100 dollar water pipe the cheaply manufactured piece slowly leaks water where 2 pieces of glass touch on the bottom. Havent had piece longer then 12hrs and they refuse to do anything. Avoid their glass at all costs!!!!!

Was a SUPER fan of 20 past 4 UNTIL a friend told me to check them out!! Well let me tell you i havent been back to that other place!! The owner is amazing and very chill!! He can answer any question you may have and they have ANY thing you could want and prices are EXTREMELY cheaper!! I tell EVERYONE about this place!!

This is the second time I’ve purchased Escobar disposable vapes and of course the one was burnt after just 2 hits and the other one died today after just 2 days (they were on a buy one get one deal this time) the first time I bought a Escobar vape the liquid was completely leaked out of the disposable vape so I took it back in got a different one and within a few hours it was already burnt. I seen someone else on here mentioning issues with the escobar vapes had I seen it prior to purchasing I wouldn’t have bought them. Escobar usually isn’t a bad vape I’ve bought them from other shops and never had an issue but for some reason the one’s coming from Indy smoke time are complete junk.

First time customer! I live on the other side of town but will be commuting to this shop from here on out. Awesome customer service, super friendly, and took his time giving suggestions helping me pick out an awesome new flavor.

Started going here regularly over the past couple months, originally for tobacco now switching to vape. Employees are very informative of what they sell & quite helpful. Great selection, customer service, and pricing.

Purchased an escobar and it died/tasted burnt a day later... Didnt go back for a month, until i decided to buy one yesterday and same thing, escobar tastdd burnt that same night when I got home after an hour

Best vape store in Fort Wayne. Best prices for premium juice youll find. This store is on par with stores like smoke 219 in Hammond. Highly recommend

I bought a glass piece from there with rubber seals on it and when I got home found out the rubber seals where broken call the place right away for the same guy that sold it to me to say sorry man no returns. What a joke.
