Rudest customer service experience EVER! The guy seemed mad that we even came in! And acted like he couldn’t tell us anything everything was a secret… don’t waste your time going here they don’t want you coming in anyway

Would recommend because of the super nice staff, decent prices and all together great vibe.

Many of the house juices sitting in the shelf are brown and well past expired. Insane up-charges (near 3x online, 1.5 local) for the premium brands they carry. Unless you just need coils, I would advise against going here.Edit: Decided to try them again while my regular vape store was moving locations. They sold me a bottle of Juice Head salt nic that was over 2 years old and brown. Again. They made it right when I came back in angry, but that still doesnt make it an acceptable thing to happen. Had to take off a star because I really tried to give them another chance and they failed hard.

This store is amazing! The staff and manager have been extremely helpful and kind. I had a defect with one of my products and they replaced it no questions asked and keep giving the same service everytime I go into this shop

I absolutely love this Amazing Vapes. The guys that work here are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I just bought a much needed new tank and was walked through exactly how it all worked. Its also convenient that its right behind my job!

Best vape store in fort Wayne I absolutely love going here. Its an amazing place to pick up some awesome juice, mods, and tanks for great prices. I go here every weekend to get juice, see whats new and to just hang out and vape. They have amazing staff and a great atmosphere!!!! Highly recommend going here if you never have been!!!! All stores are amazing!!!

Helpful friendly staff great place to get all your vaping needs and they follow state policies so advice always have your ID with you no ID no sale thats the deal just like at a gas station or smoke store and dont get salty because the employees are following the rules so they can keep their jobs. So all around great place and staff like I said before will always go to amazing vapes for everything I need thank you so much amazing vapes

Rudest customer service. Actually told me I can answer NO questions just the price. Im here to only sell vape. Totally dismissed me not willing to earn my business. Very sad for a independent store.

The guy who works at the white swan plaza location is well knowledgeable and is a great salesman but is also has a great personality. Definitely a better place to go to than Cravin-Vapes

The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxed. The staff member who assisted me was knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. It was a great experience for a novice vaper and I will definitely return!

I knew nothing when I went in, and they were so helpful. Worth the visit if youre thinking of vaping/wanting to quit smoking cigs. Cant remember the guys names (sorry!), but they were so great without being pushy with any product and answered all my questions.
