I came here for the first time, Domi helped me and was very patient with me, took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. It is a nice, clean shop with so many different options. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. They have a good deal on juice.On a personal note- I was looking for a good shop to come to and I saw this pop up. I looked at the reviews as I always do, and it seems this business was bombed with reviews from a disgruntled ex-employee’s friends. I decided to go in unbiased and had a great experience. Trying to destroy a small business to avenge your friend is unhealed, minion behavior. Be kind

Staff is very polite and great to work with (I worked with Abby). Every time I go in there, its like seeing old friends. Ive only been a customer for a few months, but they treat everyone like theyve known you for years. Always a pleasure coming in.

What a selection! Best deals in the area too! If you want more savings bring cash, because they do have a small service fee if you use a card which isnt a big deal since everything is reasonably priced!!! My favorite things might be the staff and if you want something in they will order it for you.Ask them how to get a free gummy. 😀

Great Customer service here!! I was greeted as soon as I came in the door by Toy, she is such a a beautiful lady with a matching personality. She got me taken care of and explained the different batteries to me. Im definitely coming back.

I love the flying monkey and the staff is very friendly and great at getting you in and our and showing you what you want very quickly.Edit: very disappointed to hear Desiree was gone. She was definitely very knowledgeable, she was THE REASON I started coming to this store in the first place. I was about to leave without buying and she talked my ear off about the flying monkey pre rolls. Ive been coming back to check for them and speak to her but she was fired and they do not restock in time. It took about a week or 2 before they had flying monkey back in stock.Also they kept saying it will be back in stock the same week but lied, it was about a week later orn2 weeks before they had it in stock.Bad communication.Not enough employees here are knowledgeable in what they are selling.

Desiree was very helpful and very knowledgeable about what she was selling and what she was doing. She has a great attitude positive person wonderful smile great customer service and was offering other items at the smoke shop that I didn’t know about great to put at the frontcounter.

I recently came in for my weekly visit to grab some vapes and catch up with Des, the best associate this shop has had in a long time. To my shock and disappointment, I found out that she had been let go. This decision is absolutely baffling. Des was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but she also made every visit enjoyable with her friendly and professional demeanor.The service here has significantly declined without her. Its clear that management does not value their top talent, and its a shame to see such poor decision-making. Ill be taking my business elsewhere, and I encourage others to do the same. Losing an exceptional employee like Des is a huge loss for this store. SMH.

Will scam you fast. One price on the register and a totally diffrent price billed to your card. Its dingy and not many customers for a reason avoid at all cost. Baught a vape there and it lasted for 10 puffs and tasted way off. The suppliers there using are fake. The verification stickers are also faked. He asked me to come in and prove whats wrong but what is the point. I left a review bc calling them out wont stop them from continuing to do it. Iv worked in these industries under these pepole before and thats there thing its what they do. Charge a extra daller here and there.

I love the family, welcoming feeling from the staff! I have never seen any other vape shop yet that offers big discounts and coupons while just opening! Thats amazing! They have such a huge selection of edibles, 3chi carts, nic vapes, disposables, and tons of glass and smoking supplies. Beautiful glass selection of popular artists.

Updated review: wanted to make this my new vape shop. Its way closer to where I live but they never restock anything. I even changed what Ive been vaping for years because they didnt have it, but now the juice AND coils I switched to just so I wouldnt have to drive to a Crave n Vape they havent had in stock for over a month. No choice but to go back to Crave n Vape. Staff is great though
