My husband just went into Cravin’ Vapes on Wells St and bought a cartridge this morning and he brought it home and it didn’t work on our mod. My husband assumes it’s our mod so he goes back in there and buys another mod. He brings that home and puts the cartridge on the new mod and it still doesn’t work. The mod heats up but the cartridge STILL DOESN’T WORK! The mod is getting EXTREMELY HOT and the cartridge isn’t heating up at all. He goes back a 3rd TIME and the guy says he won’t take the cartridge back because I was probably at home power hitting it because there is a bubble. The mod was getting so hot it was getting the very bottom of the cartridge is warm from the mod getting so warm but the coil is not heating up at all and no smoke is coming out. The point of the whole thing was to have the smoke coming out and THERE ISN’T SMOKE! That means they sold us a defective product. He hooks that cartridge up to a new mod and the cartridge, SURPRISE STILL DOESN’T WORK! He says he’s not taking it back after we spend hundreds of dollars there a year. We just got embarrassed recommending that place to a friend the other day and he got a vape that had no flavor and just smoke when it was supposed to be Fruit Punch flavored. We had to walk that friend back there to return that luckily that return wasn’t coming out of his paycheck or something because after he put his mouth on that vape that was just in 2 other people’s mouths. I have seen him do this multiple times because 30% of the stuff we buy there is crap. That always grosses me out and does not seem like a hygienic business practice…My husband calls there repeatedly trying to get the number of management and the guy ignores all his calls because of my husband making previous calls today. I use my phone to call and he answers on the second or 3rd ring, I am very annoyed and feel extremely disrespected because of his backward comments and acting like we want to make multiple trips back and forth for no apparent reason and no reward. I ask him if they can weigh the cartridge with one of the MANY sets of digital scales they have there and see nothing was missing from the cartridge so we are not just in the hole. He acts like he doesn’t understand what I am asking. I said “Well if I was home power-hitting it like you said wouldn’t it weigh less than a full one because when something gets vaporized it goes away and weighs less.” He just keeps acting like a complete disrespectful jerk who has no respect for a loyal customer and apparently he doesn’t understand that if something goes away there is a way to prove that it’s gone by proving it’s missing and weighing it. I want him to prove my husband and i wrong. Why in any logical world would we ever want to keep going back in there just to have to deal with that dude at all. The other dark haired man with glasses that usually works there is so nice and respectful and really the reason we go there and he’s the MVP everyday. The tall skinny guy with long hair who is missing a finger makes people dread shopping there and is making the entire place be undesirable and making them look bad. It doesn’t matter that he is missing the finger and it has nothing to do with anything I am saying but it is a clear and distinguishable feature that people will know who he is. I am missing the end of my thumb as well so don’t try to come after me about that statement. At this point we feel so insulted by that man’s complete disregard for us as patrons of their establishment and just robbed and ripped off! That guy finally gives me a fake management number that won’t even ring thru and we are just out money with nothing to show for it. I am very disappointed and I really at least thought that they would see how they are going to lose hundreds of dollars of our business because that guy wants to be disrespectful and not make things right. I know this is all on security camera and management can review that. If anyone knows who to tag to get this where it needs to be please be my hero and get it there.

I am friends with everyone who works at this shop and also the owner, not because I knew them previously but because they are all very reasonable, helpful, and overall great people. Sure you could get your stuff online for a lower price but you can get everything cheaper online. When you buy their merchandise you’re supporting an amazing business full of amazing people. If you have any questions at all they are happy to help you out to prevent user error that can cause damage to a device.

This location is amazingly clean! Smells good! And the young lady that was working tonight did her very best to get me hooked up with everything I needed for a new vape! I really do appreciate how polite and helpful she was! Ill definitely be going back to this location next time Im in town! Thank you CravinVapes!

Staff usually acts annoyed with any questions asked...however it is quick and convienient if you know what you are looking for. To be fair, some staff members are very friendly and take the time to help you. Its just a couple of employees that dont seem to be the very least interested in wanting to have any type of human interaction. The prices are definitely marked up compared to ordering the same products online from other vendors, but that is the price you pay for convience I suppose.

Liz and Xavier are really great and helpful. They always answer any questions that I may have about different parts, juices or whatever.The environment is pretty chill and everything is very organized!Would highly recommend

Went there for the first time yesterday. By far, the best customer service I have ever experienced. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt at ease almost immediately. I had lots of questions and concerns, all of which were addressed. I have already recommended Cravin Vapes to some co workers and look forward to returning in the future :)

Awesome place & great salesman

Been purchasing juice and mods from this place for 2+ years- Today I purchased $50 ($200 total purchase) worth of the wrong juice from this location and 15 minutes later was told by Chris the manager it was clearly on receipt no exchanges whatsoever. I like supporting local storefronts but will be purchasing all of my supplies and juice online moving forward- and likely saving $$$.

When I speak for this locstion, I speak for all of them in Fort Wayne. The people who work here are obviously highly trained in customer service or customer relations, or must just have a natural talent for it. Even 5 minutes to close, employees greet you with a smile when you walk through the door! Very professional and relaxed at the same time, I highly recommend them.

The staff here is awesome! Always so willing and able to answer any questions that you have. For instance, I had issues with the last 3 mods that I had purchased (they had broken in various ways), I explained my situation to them, and they recognized the issues that I was having, and recommended a battery mod for me that is pretty much indestructible (Smart Geek Aegis with military grade construction: water-proof, shock-proof, and dust-proof).Plis, they have a great selection of E-Juice flavors, CBD products, and its great that that there are so many stores around town.

Great place to come and seek knowledge about vaping in general if you are new to the industry. Staff is friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely care to help. They know what they’re talking about and always make time to explain how things work. I would seriously recommend shopping here as my fiancé and I are repeat customers. 👍🏻

F+ WOULD NOT RECOMMMENDI requested information about vaping technology, and was met by a customer service rep that 100% did not care about helping me. He mumbled at me that he didnt really know anything about the subject, and that I could look around if I wanted to. I was offended and disappointed by this, and left to put my money to better use elsewhere. I recommend you do the same. It was really a lot worse than I can express here, but I was shocked about how nonchalant this individual was about being rude and disrespectful to me when I just wanted to buy their products.

I used this product now for 3 days and am now down to 6 regular cigarettes a day thats only because I still want it first thing in the morning. This is the best thing I have ever tried when trying to quit smoking and i have smoked since I was 11 yrs old. I love all the flavors that I tried the team in Fort Wayne were very informative. Thank You Hope to be totally quit but the first of the new year. Toni

The place has really gone down hill since the last time I went in there! Young kids I’m guessing 18 maybe ! Just sitting around and being loud and obnoxious! The guy behind the counter really seemed like he just didn’t care when I asked him for something he was rude and acted like he didn’t want to do his job and just rush me out of there. Won’t be going back! And they took away their 10% discount if you check in!

Ive been coming to the Wells street Cravin Vapes since they opened even when they were across the street. Their staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They get to know what your regular purchases are, and they know my name when I check out. Love these guys.

The test flavors arent good, as theyre in those cheap little e-pens. The flavor that was suggested to me, that I couldnt try, tasted cheap, plain flavor that had a slightly numbing effect at the end. I paid $18 for 2 builds, one of which didnt even work on my mod. Was not happy with the juice or builds, sorry.

Very nice store with great staff that are very helpful. They are almost guaranteed to have what you need. From vaping products to cbd products to tobacco pipes they will help you!! Manager is a fella named Chris who is 1 of the most knowledgeable guys around in the business. Also very nice and helpful. I would have given them 5 stars but the store is small and the owner removed the couches and loungewear a few months back and no longer allows the Hangouts in the store which I thought was selfish and stupid since this has always been a major component of craving Vapes and vaping communities worldwide. Other than that go see Chris or the fellas and check them out for all your vaping and cbd needs!!

I love going to this location for getting vape knowledge and accessories. This is the newest store Ive been to since Cravin Vapes was made.* Amazing Atmosphere! I love walking into this store. They have a very modern and pop culture feel that makes anyone feel welcome. They have a lot of really great pieces of art hanging on the walls. They also have an oxygen bar which, to my knowledge, is the only Cravin Vapes that does.* Great Customer Service. Everyone here has been very polite, helpful, and knowledgable. Very friendly people. Anytime Ive visited everyone has a smile whether customer or worker.* Great Selection. This location has an amazing selection of juice of different types and brand. They also have have an awesome selection of vape accessories.The only reason Im giving this a four star and not a five is simply because Ive had recurring issues with juice flavor. I have been to this location about a half dozen times, and only gotten juice from here about four times. Three of the four times Ive gotten bad juice. My favorite juice that I always get is Pomberry and twice it has had a very chemical-like flavor. But, in every other respect this is a fantastic vape store!

Speaking as someone who ran two vape shops in Oklahoma City, the atmosphere and decor is quite attractive here. But, knowing the markups, the prices here are, in truth...ludicrous. But, here, I also know thats par for the course with these shops. But, still...I cant imagine stopping at one of these unless I was in dire need of a coil replacement or something. Or, I suppose, for someone who is brand new to vaping, knows absolutely no one who vapes, and needs somebody to give them some tips on where to start.

Im fairly new to the Vape scene and when I went in to Cravin Vapes on Wells Street Ean was so very helpful. He helped me not only find parts I needed, he fixed me right up. He explained everything to me and showed me how to use everything. He was awesome. Thank you Ean!!!

Amazing juice and service (Except Chris.. Lol JK) very friendly and helpful. Turned me into a pro vaper! I think they are gonna start charging me rent as much as Im there. Lol. One big happy Family!

Service was friendly enough just kind of short with me didnt explain everything as well as other shops have. I still made a purchase and am just about to try it out for the first time.

Flavors galore. Even with their new regulations they are able to keep prices pretty competitive. Their service is top notch every time.

Bought a vapor for 45.00 dollars.Two weeks later wont keep a charge have to replace the coil min.of I week.When I bought the vape was told the coil was tops 2.00 2.50 no there 4.00.stupid me cant find my receipt.Seriously everyone buy on the internet almost half the price and they stand by their products.
