This place is without a doubt the best place in Fort Wayne and rivals any other place I’ve been out of state and country. From the second you walk in, there is no pushy staff, no overpriced anything, and you are met with just some extremely cool people. I can’t recommend this place enough whether you are just starting out or an expert. I’ve never been pushed into a purchase, the selection of juice and devices is beyond anyone else in Fort Wayne. Drew is the one of the best employees I’ve ever met. Hard worker and always helpful with tips and insight.If you are even questioning coming in to this place and are worried about the intimidation factor, there is none, go visit. Favorite place hands down.

When I walked in I was greeted by smiling faces. Drew and Tara are amazing! They are very helpful and very knowledgeable. I love my new pod system and the variety of juices available. This is the only vape shop I will go to ever again. They are the best in town hands down!

Best shop in town if you’re like me and want a large selection of juice to choose from. Helpful staff will point ya in the direction you want, and are always patient. Drew is one of the coolest guys around, and has helped a ton in knowing what I do today! Theres so much to say about this shop. They have the biggest selection of flavors of any place in town. The prices are incomparable on every item in the store. Ive been to every vape shop in Fort Wayne, including the shops that have closed, and Ive never been to one that is as inviting, comfortable, informative, laid back, and sincere as Indy E-Cigs. Tara is hilarious, shes informative, and is generally a really nice lady. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming and calm. Its not like other shops that have TVs playing in the background or super loud music. The selection of flavors is seemingly endless, and the different mods, RDAs, and tanks are displayed in an inviting manner. To tie it all together, the location is superb. Ive yet to have to go out of my way to go to this shop, whereas every other shop in town is a hassle to get to, a hassle to deal with, and doesnt even compare to Indy E-Cigs in price or selection. If you cant tell, Ive found my new favorite vape shop. Theyve earned a loyal customer, and I wont be going anywhere else. Thanks Tara and Drew for showing me my new favorite place.

I went to the Fort Wayne store for the first time. And I left there feeling like I don’t want to ever go to another vape store again. Braiden was so pleasant! I will definitely be coming there more often!

Had a wonderful experience today! Was explained in full detail at length about each and everything i was interested in. Manager really cares to take the time to help customers understand what there is to know about the different products. Also got my fiancé to “stop being a fuul, trade in your juul” for a new boulder! 😂

It didnt take me long to love this vape shop! From the selection of juices, to the excellent service of the staff, it was all I wanted out of a vape shop. The staff cares about your issues with pens and treats you extremely well.
