Last few sticks I bought from normally consistent Brand names had burn issues mainly tunneling meaning there is a humidification issue. Just make sure its your buying here they will be un wrapped and placed in a proper humidor for awhile. Otherwise the attendant is usually the same person whom is very pleasant and gives great service.

Best service Ive had went in to buy a replacement straw for my swordfish they did not have one in stock the manger took one from a new unit to take care of me Ive been to manr shops this is by far the best selection and customer service keep up the great job tks again

$26.74 for a 14mm bowl...Are you serious?? And, your guy sold us an 18 and acted completely un knowledgeable about the issue.. Sure, it looks nice, but their prices are absolutely TRASH.
