Ok this store really needs better employees. He had No knowledge of the products and he was unprofessional in the way he talked and acted. If you want great service go to Copper Canyon ( parent company ). I give them a 5 out of 5

I have always had really good experiences here. They employees are helpful and knowledgeable. They young lady that is the “general manager” does not fit this description though. She is very short, and I feel like an inconvenience. I feel like she is more concerned with socializing than with helping customers. I bought a new device from a very nice young man that I love. It’s the best oneI’ve ever had. When I went in to get a new coil I was told they “ don’t sell those” but I was told that they would order one for me. When I went back 2 weeks later they still didn’t have the correct accessory, but the young lady told the employee to sell me the disposable tanks that they use for testers and that that would work. While it does “work” the flavor is terrible and it is not the same thing as what i had. If they are going to sell a variety of devices they should carry the accessories and not sell me something that is sub par. When i went back in today another employee told me that they should not have sold that tank to me, it’s not for daily use. He assured me that he wrote it down and they would order me the right tank.

Kaitlyn(sp) helped us select a new mod and tank. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Also was able to troubleshoot the current tank I have that was leaking and fixed that as well. Great selection and fantastic staff.

I had called ahead to ask if they had mesh pods. I was informed by the employee they had plenty. Once I arrived my sister went inside to purchase the pods. She came out with non-mesh pods. I went back into the store to inform the employee. She informed me that they are mesh pods and that all sales are final. The employee refused to return or exchange for the correct pods. I had opened a pack in front of her to show her they were not the correct pods. She agreed that they were not mesh but insisted that all sales are final even though they were sold as the wrong item. She apologized and was kind however this did not solve $40 worth of errors that she made. I will not be returning and I suggest you find a different vape store to purchase from.

First off let me say that Im a truck driver. Ive traveled to shops all across this country and Cravin Vapes is BY FAR THE BEST! Their house flavors are delicious and the prices are unbeatable! The prices were so good that I purchased over 10 times my usual amount. And may I add the associates were extremely knowledgeable as well.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. From testing new flavors to buying or upgrading mods, theyve done it with my intrests in mind. Its great to be able to go in and they already know my needs.

Terrible experience, I came in knowing what I wanted, salesperson up sold me, the device I purchased didn’t work with my application, they wouldn’t take the mod box because because it was used. I purchased it used I say to the salesperson, so you guys must buy used products? He continues to say “it’s my managers box” ok so your boss can sell his used products in the store? Long story short the salesperson offered me $10 for something I paid $65 for less than a half hour ago. I ended up buying what I originally asked for.(now have what I need and a useless box) The manger was very very rude and wasn’t helpful. WORST experience I’ve ever had in ANY store.

The guy who helped me was so helpful and very knowledgeable! Very kind and even gave me a heck of a deal! Great flavors to choose from and great environment! I would recommend this location to everyone!!!

Purchased a 2pk box of OFRF coils. One was defective. I immediately called the store and was told that I couldnt take it back and there was nothing they can do for me. So, now I paid 12 bucks for 1 coil. That is wrong. I paid for 2 and only 1 work. Looks like Ill take my business elsewhere. Where I actually get what I pay for....

Customer service is good except for 1 worker.most of the time I go in he’s working and always makes me feel like I’m wasting his time even when there are no other customers.

Overpriced - I can buy my coils for $12 (a 3 pack) online from vaporfi where the same 3 coils sold at CV are $30-$40 bucks for a 3 pack.The juices are over priced as well I can buy $10 100ml online and tastes better where 30ml here is around $15-$20 and is bland.Do not shop here if you are looking to save money.

I just started vaping because I quit smoking in November and still was craving the habit part of it. Anyhoo, I found that the little single personal vapes werent strong enough, and the young lady at the store was kind enough to help me pick out a system better for me.. Right down to which coil was better. It was a great experience and I recommend them highly.

We came into buy a vape, I didnt bring my license in because Im 45 and you can TELL Im over 21!! Hell I have KIDS over 21!! My husband had to buy it (I left it at home 20 mins away)!! If I hadnt been hurting and had a sleeping kid in the car, Id have run all over ft wayne to every amazing vapes store and found 1 there!! Next time I will!!!!! You wont get my $$ EVER again!! That girl was rude as hell!!!!

Every juice I buy there is tastless and hurts to vape. The service is too set on giving positive feedback and now enough to give a truthful review on the juices. Their premium juices dont feel or taste premium. I miss indy esigs.

Parked out front. Was going to grab a taco from next door and then head inside to buy a new mod and some juice. The second I walked away from my car to get some food first, some young girl came outside and demanded I moved my car. (Keep in mind, there was 1 car in a parking lot that had at least 30 parking spaces.) This girl was so rude and demanding. She smacked the “parking only for customers” sign so hard, I thought she was either going to break the sign or hurt herself. At any rate, she completely scared me off and this company has lost my business for life.I hope others have better luck. I would say this location needs to work on their social skills and not jump to conclusions. She could have asked me if I planned to come into the vape shop instead of demanding I move my car to a spot 10 feet away in an empty parking lot.

Went there Saturday first time the owner was working helped me with pick items since I didn’t know what I needed and also filled my coco for me best experience shopping anywhere will def be back

I know you need to make ving and I support small businesses. But there prices seem a bit high. I do however get my wire and cotton here. The service is good as well.

If you vape, you will find what you are looking for here. It will just be very overpriced. Last time I came here, I was sold the wrong coils. I barely could inhale my vape at all. When I brought it back they told me to give it time to break in. A couple weeks later it never got better. I went to Extreme Vape Shop and they told me that I had the wrong coil inside. Extreme Vape sold me the correct ones for a fair price.

Overpriced compared to other vape stores, in both the liquid and hardware department. Refusal to disclose information about eliquid additives, and the house-blend liquid is bland due to lack of flavoring concentrate. Witnessed inappropriate up-selling to new vapers that specifically asked for something cheap and easy. (Dont need a $200 first device).

The chat feature is the best idea ever. The employees are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Superbly happy.

They dont have any patients, they dont have very good authentic mechanical mods, flavors are lacking quality, keeps too professional. I love auburn cravin vapes, they seem like they treat you like one of their friends, and they cut amazing deals, most items end up being cheaper than most places, they have deals for fluid too, like take in your pack of ciggs and they give you a free 6mL bottle of fluid, and Wednesday is 30 ml bottle for 10 dollars if before 2:00 pm, this is the best place so far. But definitely ask for Travis, lee, or jeremy, they know their stuff better than anyone Ive ever talked to about vaping.
