Chic Nail Spa

I walked in for a pedicure. Everyone was already working with someone but I still only had to wait maybe 10 minutes. There was no sign with procedure information or prices. When I got in the chair, the technician told there were options: basic for $35, callus for $45, or deluxe for $55. I don’t have any calluses so I picked the $35 one. It included nail and cuticle trim, a quick pumice buff, hot towel, and a short massage. I’m guessing the callus one is what I should have picked as I wanted more buffing. But maybe not since I don’t have calluses? I’m not sure. The salon didn’t have TVs blaring like I have seen before so that is great. For a basic pedicure, it was fine. Nothing special but also no complaints. Ample parking! The WiFi is password protected and I didn’t ask for the password but I had 5G inside anyway. As a male, I do expect a longer massage or buffing since they’re not applying any polish - or a discount. I think $35 for a pedicure is great but what I got was worth $25. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Today was my first time coming to Chic Nail Spa.My Pedicure was wonderful. The salon is clean and the entire staff were so welcoming. Nu(I believe was his name) did an excellent job ! I will be back.

I have been coming here for my occasional pedis and manis I get for awhile now. Today I took my sister here for her birthday to get pedicures and I couldn’t be over the moon about my experience! Vivian greeted us at the door and made us feel so welcome. She asked why we were here today I told her it was my sisters birthday and she made us feel like princesses! She even sang to my sister so beautifully the happy birthday song before starting our pedicures! It was truly an amazing experience. Even before today, I have ALWAYS left very pleased and happy with the services I have gotten. I couldn’t say enough good things about this place. Definitely come, you won’t regret it! Oh and an extra bonus… their prices are unbeatable!! I will come here over and over and recommend this place to anyone!!

It was very clean and well done! The so person that did my nails was quick, but also experienced he know what he was doing, definitely recommending to friends and family!

I have been going here for the past 4 years and they do an outstanding job. The team there is very efficient, work well together, and create a fun exciting environment. I see Ziena for dip and gel nails. She is always willing to do something fun and work with whatever you want to do. We always have fun together and come up with creative stuff. They never disappoint!

Received pedicure for first time in June at this facility and very happy with the turn out. I should have gotten the mans name who did it so I can request him monthly.

I saw Vanessa for a deluxe pedicure and gel manicure today. Everyone was so sweet, friendly, and gave great customer service. My feet and nails look great and she paid great attention to the details. They even gave me a Christmas gift of hand lotion! Ill definitely be back again.

Vanessa was amazing! I got a chic deluxe pedicure and my feet feel so refreshed and look so neat. The work was clean and precise and the prices are cheap! The massage chair during the pedicure was enough to make sure that I definitely return. Go visit!

I just had one of the best massages of my life. At a nail salon? YES! The owner is a master at her craft. Highly recommend.

My sister and I went together for mani/pedis. Neither of us got the color we picked for our fingers. Dont know how that happened. Our nail stylists were both quite sloppy. Not impressed!

I cant get over how ABSOLUTLEY PERFECT my nails turned out!! This was my 1st time here & trust me it wont be my last! I called spur of the moment & I was able to get a same day appointment. I have seen the same nail artist for the last 5+ years. which means I was super nervous to start over at a new salon. I seen Thomas... and I COULNT BE HAPPIER! I gave him a picture of what I was hoping for the design & BOY did he deliver!! The atmosphere was relaxing & the other staff were hilarious! I already scheduled for my next appointment. I cant wait to see how my next set turn out!!

My entire experience was awesome! Super friendly, great atmosphere as well as a wonderful, relaxing mani/pedi. They squeezed me in even though it was super busy and I was so grateful. Ill be recommending them to everyone I know! Shoutout to Tom, Vu, and Vivian for being amazing, friendly, and attentive!

Amazing! Great environment, great service, and great pedi and mani! Second time coming to Chic in Franklin and I will not go anywhere else. They all really care about you. Never rush, they take their time and have you relaxed and your nails looking amazing! Also very clean!

Tried Chic Nail Spa in Franklin for the first time for a deluxe pedicure. It was delightful. Vanessa attended me and was very thorough and precise. She took great care in trimming both nails and cuticles. The salon itself was very clean, bright and air. They have polish colors galore. If you can’t find your color it isn’t made. I definitely will be going back.

They are always so welcoming and very friendly! Ziena does AMAZING with what it is you request. She does designs too! They all take their time especially with pedicures. I always leave satisfied and very well taken care of. The atmosphere is such a vibe and they play a great genre of music. Its big too so you arent all stuck together. Ill definitely be back!

This was my first time there, and Ill definitely be back! Vivian was amazing! She gave the most wonderful massage. ❤️ I cant remember the name of the girl who did my daughters pedicure (my daughter thinks it was Lisa), but she treated my little girl like a princess. ❤️ All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There were so many colors to choose from - they have everything you could ever want! Im already looking forward to my next pedicure there!

I had my first pedicure here today and got the ‘Chic pedicure’. I was so pleased! Vanessa was attentive, didn’t rush, held conversation and even had the ‘Alexa’ sing happy birthday to me. She gave me an amazing pedicure and listened to exactly what I wanted. And even fixed a nail that was previously cut wrong that was hurting me! It was also clean and relaxing.I would highly recommend this place!Talk about a hidden gem!!!

Alyssa did my nails the first time and Ive been back again since. The atmosphere is great, clean and nice. I will continue to come to chic nails and will recommend to my friends.

The girl that did my pedicure she is new I forgot her name she is ok for just feet I pray she learns more about doing nails then being on her phone cuz phones are only for emergencies only not to make personal calls in front of the customersThe manager I think his name was Thomas he did a great job on my nails

Zena was so very nice & patient. I wasnt sure exactly what to do with nails and its the holidays! She explained options, was NOT rough 🧡and helped me pick my color. She truly knows her stuff. I will be back for sure‼️. The salon is super clean and smells amazing. Will definitely be back.

I treated myself to a gel manicure and a chic Deluxe pedicure today because it has been over a year since I have any nail services and I’m going on a trip. I saw good reviews for this spa online so I went over there as they are near my house. This place is new, and beautiful and Let me tell you...the pedicure by Vivian was the best I EVER had!!! My feet and hands look the best they ever have and the 3 leg and foot massages I got in my service just made my day! Vivian was super sweet and kind and really did a great job! I will DEFINITELY be going back!

I was running out of time to get my nails done before my bachelorette but Chic Nails fit me in at the last minute. They have tons of gel polish colors. More than I’ve seen anywhere else! I am not sure what to complement first. This salon is brand new on the inside and gorgeous. All of the tables and pedicure chairs are brand new and absolutely gorgeous. The staff was so welcoming and the services were top notch. My nails have never looked better and I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received. They actually make you feel like royalty while you’re there. Best manicure And pedicure I think I’ve ever gotten. I seriously can’t wait to tell all my friends about this place!!! My experience was so good! Prices are great too!

This was my first visit to Chic and I was blown away. The staff were super friendly, the environment was quiet and super clean. Thomas started off my gel nail removal and Vivian did my manicure. They did an absolute fantastic job. I would highly recommend them and I will for sure go back. FYI lucky the kitten was super adorable!

Best and nicest nail salon I have ever been to the interior is amazing makes you feel at home compared to some others I have been to The owner himself did my acrylics and he did an amazing job even though it was his first time doing this specific type of ombre All of the staff are super nice and I dont think you can get this level of service, quality, and atmosphere anywhere else I will definitely be going back especially to get my nails done there for my wedding coming up highly recommend dont look anywhere else.

Very large clean salon with friendly staff. Large selection of nail colors to choose from. We called on a rainy afternoon and was able to get 3 of us in right away for pedicures and manicures. Just had a deluxe gel pedicure and OMG! It was amazing. I felt totally relaxed and was not rushed one bit. The salon is very cute and has a cozy atmosphere. They have a wide range of services. Definitely recommend and will certainly be back.

Vivian is amazing at pedicures she gives the best foot rubs i think ever. Melissa is literally so fun and always does my nails so well! come to her if you need dio i’ve never had a dip manicure last like hers! And Nate is such good company whether he’s doing your nails or just chatting with you he’s a riot. 10/10 recommend trying here you won’t be sorry.

After moving to Franklin I was SO excited when they opened this 2nd location right down the road from our new home!! This place is GREAT!! Ive been a regular at the Brookfield location for years and this new location in Franklin is top notch! Everything is brand new and clean and its located in a convenient area. Vivian is by far the best! She is friendly, professional and accommodating. I always look forward to visiting every other week. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could :)

Came in to get a pedicure and the staff here is very nice. They took their time on me instead of making me feel rushed unlike most other places. Another plus is this place is big and very clean. I definitely will be back when my feet needs some TLC.

Amazing experience. I came in from out of town. Alissa was funny and professional. Very conversational. Vivian is a very good singer. We sang karaoke together when our song came on. The workers here are a big ball of fun

Called ahead to confirm they could do two pedicures before coming ... they start on one and I have my feet soaked for 40 mins before a nail technician was even available to start on mine nail tech continued to chat and take shots with customer like she didn’t have another client
