They are always helpful, and they know exactly what Im in there to purchase.

For starters, they never answer the phone and their carts and vapes are the most expensive in town. There are at least 2 other vape shops in town with better prices, quality products and friendlier customer service. These same owners have other shops too (under different names) so dont be afraid to call around. Its a multi-billion dollar industry, these shops pull in more than most surrounding businesses as far as profits go. Better prices for people and profits. Thats the standard today, and you set that where you spend it.

Super good pricing, super awesome, funny, and friendly guy running it. He gives very good vape recommendations if you want your nicotine to taste good. Need a coffee to go with your smokes? You can get one here! Dont smoke, though! Its bad for you!

The cigars I got here were so dry they were absolutely not smokable. I reported the humidity issue and got another cigar sometime later and it was still awful. I think every cigar in their humidor is ruined beyond repair. Hey guys, fix the issue or just stop selling cigars.

Decent enough store. Average prices. But dont ever trust their business hours. They close early for any reason. Go as early as possible or you might get greeted with a locked door an hour or 2 before closing time.

Bought a bag of chewing tobacco, got it outside and it was covered in dust. Opened it and it was super dry, checked the date code with the maker of the product and they said its best by date was in October 2018. If youre going to sell tobacco, you should know that keeping it on the shelf that long is a bad idea. From now on Ill go to one of the other local shops or gas stations.

So, this used to be my favorite vape store until today. I ran in on my lunch break to pick up some items for my husband. My phone was ringing non stop so I got off the phone before I asked for any products. The cashier kept tapping her feet and drumming her fingers on the counter like I was some sort of inconvenience to her. My friend and I commented on some of the items on the counter and the cashier became rude and belligerent. I told her that I come in all the time amd she had to be the rudest one of their normally friendly staff. She proceeded to grab my items -- which i was in the process of paying for and tell me to get out of HER store. Lol. Its all good, hateful. Ill just find another vape store to frequent. Later.

Good prices, friendly staff, one of the best in Franklin. highly recommend, wide selection of mods and pod systems, and a massive variety of juice. helped me to quit my habit of smoking.

This guys always super nice, hes always there, usually remembers your order, very personal with the customers.

Wont answer been calling from 7 30 to 8 pm got two elf bars one wont shut off afraid it going to explode nice ppl but need to come to phone

Doesnt answer phone during normal business hours havebcalled several times over several days never answers. Probably should close permanently and stop asking people to leave fake reviews

Wanted to grab a cigar for a couple drinks by the river. I should have skipped it. Humidor isn’t maintained. Cigars are over-priced and bone dry.
