Extremely high Mark up. Tin of 20 Deadwood Cigarillos normally 15.99. They sell them for $20.95. The humidor is dry, and the owner gets offended easily or just has a terrible attitude. I wont go back.

I have been coming here for the last 6 months or so and it is by far the best smoke shop in Franklin. The employees are very nice and even remember what you buy from them if you go in regularly. The selection is phenomenal especially in their cigar department. But as an over all they have a variety in every section of the store. I would definitely check it out even if your not a smoker, they have all kinds of neat little things in there.

Prices fair but seems to be a lot of old slightly stale cigars some where even starting to crumble 😧

I had been a loyal customer since they opened. Recently bought a vape that was faulty and they were unwilling to exchange it explaining there is a post on the board to try it in the shop before you walk it out, but they dont tell you to try it as you purchase it. Buyer beware. Seems sneaky. $20 wasted for me and a lost loyal customer for them. Its a pity.

Honestly, the place is trash in my opinion. Karma is way better & way better pricing. The people here don’t know anything about the stuff they sell. They also aren’t supposed to close until midnight and tried not letting me in at 11:45. Then let some guy in so I got out of my car and he yelled “cards only” and I said “yeah I have a card” and he acted annoyed. Only came here because karma was closed.

Bad service and quality, was sold a low quality bong that doesn’t even bubble, it is literally just a bowl with water at the bottom, there are better shops in the area to get your glass

I like this place. No hassle. Very laid back. They always seem to have a good selection, I cant compare the prices. Im able to walk in, ask for what I want and be our the door quickly.

I bought 3 of my favorite vapes at 10 percent off. Thats a damn good deal! One of the largest head shops around. Just go there and find what you want.

Bought a Hyde retro 5000 puffs. Leaked and spit everywhere. Brought back same day with receipt and they absolutely exchanged my defective vape for a brand new one without hassle. Don’t be afraid to buy something and fear it not working and being stuck with it. They are good people in my book 100% recommended to shop with peace of mind. Will continue to buy my goods there. Bought DV8 shatter today and I’m completely dissatisfied with the product. This wasn’t shatter in any way, shape or form. This item was clearly stored improperly. It was melted and upside down so the product is coming out of the container and was very hard to open. This is not the first time a product has been way under or from this place.

Great selection!! high to medium prices but what can you do, its Franklin. Very friendly staff, clean and well organized store over all. Walk in humidor , glass of all kinds and even carry out adult beverages. My wife just picked up a regis by geek vapes and she loves it!

Bought a vape battery from here a week ago and it has already broke. Didn’t come with a box or receipt. Just a quick transaction, cable and a bad product. “STIX” battery. Don’t buy one from here. Good ones come in a sealed plastic container.I know these batteries can go bad but not within a week of charging them with the proper cable and proper voltage.The guys are nice but the product is iffy all around from my experience.

Sold me a vape that had been used without telling me and I still paid full price for it!! The only reason I somewhat liked the store was because they sold the vape juice I like cheaper than other stores. I’ll just pay a little bit more and support another business.

I used to like coming here, then today at 12 o’clock I go in and the guy asked me what he can get for me and I start to tell him and he answers as well and starts talking and it’s just super rude telling me he doesn’t have a Vape juice that I’m looking right at for no reason, bad attitude
