They always go above and beyond to help out. They didnt have our coils today but they got them ordered. In the mean time they were able to fix our broken coil no charge. Great customer service.

Always a pleasure to visit whether just to browse or to purchase my favorite products. The staff are quite knowledgeable and always helpful which makes for the best experience in a great atmosphere. If you havent been to Karma Vape in Franklin yet, you definitely should.

The store was well stocked, and the sales clerk was extremely helpful. He had a lot of information on the products that we were looking for and it was a good experience overall. He was very friendly and obviously knew what he was talking about with the stuff that we were looking at. Prices were good and overall I enjoyed being there and I will go back the next time Im in Franklin.

Maybe you should have a discussion about dress code? was there last week & the girl working was dressed extremely revealing for a place of work. what happened to professionalism in the work place? in my opinion it’s extremely distasteful and there is a time and place for certain outfits but dressing like that for work just isn’t it.

To me , this place is excellent.Their business is clean and organized.Their products are a very reasonable price. And they have a decent variety. The staff are polite,patient and informative. I am new to vaping and Ive been there multiple times and seen three different employees , they were patient and informative when it came to making a decision on such excellent choices of tanks and juices or anything else for that matter .So it made me feel at ease instead of rushing.They also have a great reward system ,all it takes is your phone number, so like of you spend so much money you get a certain amount off your next purchase or however.The prices are great and they have awesome sales . I have never had any issues with professionalism here I would recommend this place to anyone.☺

Failing record store trying to overprice fake Delta products. Franklin has plenty of new alternative wellness stores, dont get stuck at this trashy place.

Karma employees have always been good to me they always show southern hospitality and say hi and goodbye, if something didnt work they would replace it and rewards system is legit! 20 bucks away from getting some freebies!

Extremely high priced. I get the same lines of 100mg juices in almost every other vape shop for $19.99. It’s outrageous that they feel it’s okay to rip people off by charging $29.99. I will never go back and I will definitely warn everyone I know about how much they mark up their products. Highly disappointed

Went there and told the sales associate I was looking to start Vaping and wasn’t totally competed yet as I wasn’t sure what I was looking for as a starting kit , he didn’t really make any suggestions and keep looking out the window as I wasn’t there , went down the street to the other shop in town and she told me everything I needed to know very informative sales associate.Sale will not be back to Karma again.

This is definitely the best place to get whatever vape products you need. Even if they dont have it theyll take your number down and youll be the first to know when its in! Been coming here for over 3 years and dont plan on stopping any time soon!

I purchased a defective vape pen, the coil was burnt when I took it out of the package. I went straight back in to the store and they changed the coil. After using the pen for one day, it was obvious that it was defective. I took it back in and showed them how badly it leaked and spit juice at me, but they kept telling me it just needed a new coil. I told them it wasnt that, that they even changed it for me the day before when I bought it, and I just wanted to trade it for another that wasnt defective. After arguing with me that it was just the coil or my juice (that I also bought there) he finally called the manager. They wouldnt do anything for me. I had my receipt and everything but they didnt care. They treat you like your stupid and dont care if their products are defective. Dont go here!

Every single time we go in this place the staff are so rude and condescending. My husband literally walked out Friday night because the staff were openly making fun of him, dropping F bombs, and appeared to be stoned out of their minds. Whats with the elitist attitudes? Yall work at a vape store. I wonder if the owner knows what goes on in this place at night. We will definitely be driving the extra miles to go somewhere else.

Was a decent staff and store for a bit. Always made you felt rushed however. Biggest problem is I went their for a new coil for my vape and the saffron handed me the wrong one. After going back to return the useless product they told me it left the store and wasnt will to help at all. Might only be a $6 screw up however, I didnt pick it out I was sold the wrong one in my opinion they should fix what they did wrong. There are vape stores all over the state so I choose not to go to karma anymore

Being new to vaping I was a bit hesitant to stop here given the negative reviews. However, the two guys inside were very helpful in explaining the different types of mods, coils, tanks, etc. I had a lot of questions and they were patient and knowledgeable. They provided several tips/tricks for a beginner and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase.

Overpriced, sold defective batteries and refused a return from that very same day, customer service is bad and the manager was very short with me when I brought up my problems at his store. Do not shop here there are much better shops in the area

They did not have a wide selection of mods, but did have lots of juices to choose from. If wanting a new mod I would go closer to the weekend. Said they stock up on mods come Friday.
