This place is for real the shiz nit at their biz nit! I just came by here missing Colorado. Because I got so much medical help out there. From people that knew their stuff and were able to teach me and help me realize what plant to get and this place has done so much of their homework. It actually felt like I was visiting a dispensary in Colorado and they were able to open app a book that had all the health information in it that I needed to know. I went for 1st time yesterday and Ill definitely be back every time I need something. The guy there is the most friendly and honest person Ive ever met in retail. I mean he helped me more with the kratom products than other vape stores Ive been too and hes never taken it before. And was completely 100% honest about all products and wasnt trying to just sell you the most expensive thing. I truly appreciate him not trying to just get the most money out of me that he could. Instead, explained things further past whats on the packaging to explain which would be better for the price. Awesome vape shop and I recommend it 100%! Dont go anywhere else! Go to this shop only!

Having had previous good experience with the Smyrna location I thought I would try this one out since Ive moved. I was not disappointed. Connell gave me awesome customer service and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was happy to explain things to me and took the time to share his knowledge. It shows that he cares to help his customers make an informative purchase.The shop itself is nice and clean and has an awesome mural. I will be back and highly recommend them. 😉

Well stocked store with knowledgeable employees, something that was much needed around its location in Franklin. The guy that helped me was very nice and welcoming and knew his stuff. I recognized a lot of their inventory from other shops I have been in. From their mods and tanks to the juices they carried I very pleased with all of the popular items I noticed. This is a well stocked vape shop with a nice clean environment. The hours are great as well I dont know any other shop that would have been open at 9am. I will continue to support them with my business and hope they continue to do well in such a great location.

Nicest guy Ive met in a while working there! Knew everything about cbd and helped my mom with sleeping problem. Hes a manager and we talked a long time about boats and hobbies. 10/10 would recommend their employees have passion for this

Ive been a regular customer of their Nolensville store for a few years and theyve been telling me about their new store in Franklin so I had to come and check it out. Its great. The layout is awesome and they have the same top notch service as the other stores. I definitely recommend coming to this store.

Hands down the BEST shop in Franklin. Vapor cafe and battleground dont have nothin on these guys. Customer service is by far superior over the other shops as well. Definitely encourage the vaping community to check them out!
