I have been going to this shop since it opened. The personnel that works here are wonderful people. They are respectful, kind, caring people. They are easy to talk to, and very enjoyable to make small talk.

This store has a variety of options to chose from, is always clean and organized, and has great prices. sirenity in particular always does a great job with helping me choose different things every time i go to buy something and she’s always friendly.

Love this vape shop but the guy that works there is unprofessional,rude & always on his phone. My sons gf wont go to this vape shop because the last time she was in there he had 2 very young females behind the counter that looked underage & he was bragging to her about them being his girlfriends. She told him he was disgusting, paid for her vapes & hasnt been back since! I only go on Sundays now because they have a very nice & friendly woman that works there. Shes awesome but the guy is just a jerk!

Top shelf business. Best prices around and from my experience the most knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff Ive come across. The gentleman that is normally there is very helpful and if I want something he doesnt have he tries to get it. More recently, a very pleasant young lady greeted me as I walked in with a smile and this girl knew her stuff. I told her what I was looking for, she steered me in the right direction and allowed me to make an informed decision on what I was purchasing. She never made me feel stupid as I dont know much about vape stuff and had my best interest at hand not trying to push me to buy something that I didnt need or couldnt afford. Cant wait to go back and try something new. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went today around noon. There was no one else in the shop. The lady working didn’t greet us and never smiled. My husband asked a few questions and she was extremely rude and short. She never answered any of his questions without an attitude. We have never used this shop and only did because Vette city vape was closed. We will absolutely never go back to this shop. She needs to take classes on customer service or just not work in the public.

This is a very nice shop. They have lots of products and flavor options and the staff is really friendly. They had a “back in 5 minutes” sign up but were still open and available.

GREAT VAPE SHOP. VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. They have a very large selection of anything you might want from a Vape shop.Franklin has been lacking a fully stocked vape shop forever……NOW we have one. The prices are very reasonable and most times cheaper than buying online without the shipping and wait.

This was the 1st time Ive stopped in. It was like a Macys of vape shoppes. Very very large selection of vapes, juice, and starter kits to get you going. The prices are by far the best in 30 miles or so. I will definitely be back as regular!! 😁

Nice shop that doesnt reek of cigarette smoke. However I see the Back in 5 minutes sign more than I do the inside. I tried three times today, first waited for over 5 minutes, went to Walmart and shopped for 30 minutes and returned to the sign. Went to lunch and returned an hour later to again be greeted with the back in 5 minutes. I had to go to the competition. Who knows how many sales they lose while hanging out in Flamies...
