The food is okay. I do appreciate that they value safety and make you go through a medal detector. The music is amazing and it’s geared toward the younger crowd. Their drinks are worth it!Overall, I would go here for the music and drinks- eat elsewhere.

Very nice sports like bar/restaurant. The area its located is bomb! The drive in the area is the coolest, most amazing scenery Ive seen in a while. The restaurant itself is a very upbeat vibe. There are big tvs, nice bar areas (one being on the patio), and plenty of food selections and drinks! I was pretty impressed with the patio. It had games like corn hole ready to play and the restaurant being located on the second floor, gave amazing views. Overall, the location is beautiful, the food was good, and the staff was friendly. Its absolutely a place Ill visit again!

Such a fun place to hangout with your friends or a date night depending on what you like. Always have a great time, food and drinks are really nice. Don’t have any pics but if looking for a place with loud music and good vibe, must visit.

Do not use this place to plan for big events or else you like to get cancelled.I was visiting for a wedding in Dallas and the person from the wedding party was in contact with this locations management for a confirmed 20 person event. When our group showed up to the reservation the management of this place said the place was closed and thwarted our plans. The reasoning was a water leak. We are understanding and wish that their corporate send a warning email so we can adjust plans accordingly :(Avoid for a big event planned for Sunday. Save your money!

I had a very disappointing experience at concrete cowboy. The bouncer refused to let me in because of my eagles jersey during pre-season. Understood there is a dress code. I was able to buy a shirt at 11pm to meet this “dress code” which was well within expectations from what I was told. When I questioned this,, I was wrongly accused of being “”too intoxicated.” This same bouncer then allowed a patron to say negative things toward me including racial slurs. This one bouncer(red hair/red beard) influenced the situation & egged on the patron.. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it certainly doesn’t reflect well on the venue.i hope management takes this seriously and ensures that their staff treats all customers with respect in the future.

Poor POOR customer service. Something about your bartender asking the ladies right next to you if they need anything but walking right past you and your guest makes you not want to go back. We already had to wave her down to order our first drink at the bar. Definitely did not order a second. If were going to spend $50 on 2 shots I would at least hope it was served by someone that cares to wait on us.

My girlfriends n I had a moms night out. We decided to come here since we had heard so many good things about this place. Sierra the bartender was super attentive, very energetic, and amazingly sweet! She remembered our drink order and never let our drinks get empty. Thank you Sierra foe making such a memorable night for my friends and I.

We gave this place a 2nd chance from a previous weekend. We came on a Sunday between 2-3pm and had a seat at the bar. There was a group of maybe 4 girls at the other end of the bar, not busy at all. We sat there and didnt even get a greeting. We waited another 10 minutes - NOTHING. Learn to greet ALL your patrons, a hi, an acknowledgement that we are there and youll be right with us, something. You would think some hospitality in the hospitality industry would be a given.

Service was slow even though it had maybe 10 people and about as many servers. Staff were nice and friendly but just slow. Food was good but not great for the price was seemed high Awesome sports bar with huge TVs everywhere so that helped make up for the service.

We went there for brunch and the food is really plain and not at all flavourful. Whilst the waitress was really nice, I can’t say the same about the manager on shift. There was an extra charge on the bill called “delivery fee”, which we were explained it is the venue fee…what can I say…never again.

Cool venue, but be careful going at night. One of the managers/bouncers running the line to get in was consistently rude to people and one of the friends in our group was harassed and drugged despite our best efforts to protect her. There’s countless stories of women being taken advantage of at this place to the point where it’s either complacency or pure negligence by the business.

We were charged an automatic 20% tip-which would have been ok IF the service was even mediocre. If you’re a regular you get 100% attention. We were ignored 98% of the time and we sat at the bar. Our food came and sat around at the waitress station 5-7 minutes before it was served to us. Our tacos were cold and the fried pickles were semi warm. We couldn’t get anyone’s attention to get our bill and there were maybe 8 people at the bar and 3 bartenders. Our first time here we are very disappointed.

Nice venue except the tables were sticky. Waitress claimed there was nothing she could do about it. Food was good but the music was ridiculously loud for 6:30. DJ was oblivious to the fact people were not enjoying it and had also ignored requests to turn it down just a bit. Drove us out of the place after only appetizers and went somewhere else for dinner.

I recently hit up Concrete Cowboy, and let me tell you, Angel, our waitress, was top-notch! She brought out some killer drinks that were on point. The service was exceptional, making the whole vibe just perfect. If youre looking for a great time with awesome service, Concrete Cowboy is the spot to be!

I barely give 1 star this will be a 0 zero for my experience tonight..This is my first my first time experiencing getting swindle on a $100 Canadian Visa gift card. If I v can rate lower than 1 I would do it.I dont recommended this place for one particular server.Message me for details or if you need to hear more. Not too busy on this Thursday night. The bartenders either did not pay attention or could not hear the full order, the bar was pretty loud. The wait staff were all laying or sitting on a couch/booth area chatting and scrolling on phones, so much that our food was lukewarm and had obviously sat in the window for a while. The food runner proceeded to clean a table close to us grabbing the water glasses from the rim with fingers in the water and on the rims. The “medium” bunless burger was cooked “well done” but was so skinny that I joked with my table about how they could even have cooked it medium. One friend got the chicken breasts and liked the whole plate. Going here to hang out or get an after work drink was a good choice, being sat on a couch in the sun for dinner was not. At least the tots were crispy!

Single woman there, shouldnt have taken over 15 minutes for a bartender to get 1 drink when they have all been standing around for the 15 minutes I arrived. Then for 1 drink it was $13! Absolutely ridiculous! Glad my friends didnt show up and I left after 1 drink. I wont be back!

Porsche Katlyn and Brianna were amazing . I’m here now and I can’t stop raving. Vibes and beauty , those girls are good. I’m obsessed , only coming for them . Love those angels

I have frequented Concrete Cowboy pretty often lately. I love the atmosphere, and the entire staff is always friendly with great smiles! My only objection would be having to request napkins every time. I always assume that napkins will be brought out with drinks or food but I have to request them.The restaurant is always clean and never a long wait which is definitely a plus!

Good experience honestly but delivery fee + a 20% top default really? What the heck is a delivery fee for sitting at the bar. That was the only off putting part. Not particularly fond of customer scams

Great service. Very prompt and quick. If weather permits open roof top, facing the giant screen is the way to go. Great ambience.However Im not impressed by their food. Its just fine. Wings were too dry and fries, fried pickles were too oily...

Came to Concrete Cowboy for the Eagles Cowboys game with a handful of friends, very fun environment, our server Raya was engaging and very nice. Overall I had a good experience at CC, would recommend this spot for any sports fans who enjoy a good time with friends

Journey and Scorpion blaring as I’m the only person at the bar. Staff just stands and talks to each other not checking in with the patrons. Transitions between sports and back to scorpion is strange and annoying. I asked for a Diet Coke and it was blown, not a good sign. Would be a great college bar, if this was a college and nobody had standards.

Atmosphere is fun but the food is ok. What I had an issue with is our waitress was playing with another waitress’s hair while at the bar! That really disgusting and what I would assume a health violation. Gross!

Last nights visit to Concrete Cowboy was deeply disappointing and troubling due to the behavior we encountered right at the door. The evening took an unwelcome turn when we were met with discriminatory behavior from the staff, specifically the bouncer, which was both unprofessional and unsettling. The situation escalated unnecessarily, to the point where law enforcement had to intervene and address the bouncers actions.The presence of the police to manage the staffs behavior speaks volumes about the lack of proper training and respect for patrons. It was not the welcoming atmosphere one would expect and certainly not what youd want to experience on a night out.I strongly urge the management of Concrete Cowboy to address these serious issues with their staff to ensure that future guests do not have to endure such an unwelcoming and distressing experience. As it stands, I cannot recommend this establishment, and I hope that they will take immediate steps to improve their customer interactions and uphold a standard of respect and professionalism.

Here is the bill I received during my visit. They will try to trick you about leaving a “suggested gratuity” on top of the “service charge” aka, TIP! they already included with the total. Even then, the math doesn’t make sense as far as how they suggest the gratuity. I can only imagine all the previous patrons leaving 40-60 percent tips instead of the 20-30 they actually intended. Shady business and practices. Be warned.By the way, the waitress was the one that highlighted the receipt. Classic manipulation tactic to focus your attention to the suggested gratuity and not question other charges. More than likely works very often especially after having a good time and/or few drinks.Lastly, Im not saying the establishment is bad for the correct crowd and event, I just hate they do this instead of being honest about the bill. It should not be hard to change the service charge to something like included gratuity and maybe add suggested additional gratuities, like additional 5%, 10%, 15%, etc... I would had gladly left more knowing exactly was I was doing. Maybe if enough people bring this up, management would look into fixing their little unintentional mistake.

I dont think our table was ever wiped off. Everything you put on it stuck to the table. Ordered the Ring tower burger, overpriced, and the pattie was almost paper thin. Service wad ehhh. Ive been in dive bars cleaner. Not a place I would go for lunch again.

The bouncers displayed an alarming level of rudeness. They were unnecessarily aggressive and seemed to relish their power, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for patrons.A friend of mine needed assistance and the bouncers failed to display basic human decency. Instead of offering guidance and support, they called the cops. This lack of empathy is unacceptable, especially when someone is in a vulnerable situation.Overall, my experience with the bouncers at Concrete Cowboy left much to be desired. Their demeanor was not only unwelcoming but also reflected a concerning lack of empathy and professionalism. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and ensure that all patrons are treated with respect and consideration in the future.

The appetizers were some of the best apps weve ever had at a sports bar. Lots of TVs and a great rooftop. Our waitress was very attentive and on top of everything.Its a nice atmosphere during the day but after a certain time (9/10p) it reeks of desperation. People are coming in for the club. The music was okay, it was a decent mix of EDM and some hip hop but the hip hop was tasteful enough to make me want to stay to see what it was going to be like but my friends were over it. People were sitting on the back side of our seats at our table and the crowdiness was getting annoying with our table so close to the bar.Id definitely come back again for the sports bar, Id probably give the club a try another night.

Steak and frites here were really good. Service was adequate to okay... Nothing special. I enjoyed but not sure Id come back.

First time here and 100% will be returning. We sat at the bar. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and our bartender Lauren suggested the sriracha ranch, it was so good! I also wanted a tequila drink of some sort. Lauren suggested her signature cocktail, a blackberry jalapeño martini made with a blanco tequila. Yall it was the best cocktail Ive ever had! I would give Lauren 10 stars if I could! Thank for you making my first time at Concrete Cowboy so enjoyable!

Would not recommend. I am disabled and have a huge brace on my leg, I was sitting in a chair by the bar as I cannot stand for very long & apparently at 10:30 they take all the chairs away and they made me get up even through they acknowledged my very obvious disability. I was just popping in for a friend’s birthday and waiting for them to arrive to say hi. When I was leaving I was involved in an assault that resulted in multiple arrests and I have called and emailed every day for two weeks to speak literally anyone who could get me connected with a manager to see if it would be possible to obtain security footage, and I haven’t received any responses, nor has even one person picked up the phone. I spent hundreds of dollars there that night, and I thought I can’t even get an answered phone call :(

Terrible service. Made reservations for a party of 20 at 8pm for a birthday party... things were ok until they demanded we leave at 930 or pay an additional $600 to keep our table. This should have been told to us when reserving the table. We had already spent well over $1k and would have happily continued spending all night, but kicking us out after we had reserved the tables or demanding we pay $600 is absurd. No thanks. There are plenty of other places that will happily accommodate.

We truly enjoyed our time here. The music was perfect, the lemon pepper wings were hot and crispy, but the strawberry margaritas were so delicious especially being made with actual strawberries and not a puree. The staff was nice and friendly also. Great place for the 21 and older crowd.

Cool location at The Star in Frisco and worth the trip for this restaurants onion rings alone - hands down the BEST Ive ever had. Also good are the shrimp ceviche bites, the mimosas at brunch, and the strawberry milkshake.

Security you could tell that they definitely take care of the people in the club.And a big shout-out to Frisco PD!They made sure that everyone was safe and waited until the very last person left.And they all were definitely very comfortable with communicating with everyone walking around the different clubs.I definitely felt safe with the police officers there that evening and I felt safe enough to leave my daughter there with her cousins.I had an amazing evening in Frisco, TexasThe people that ran the club were amazing everyone in the club were there just to have fun and enjoy the evening there are no problems that I noticed when I arrived there that evening.Although the night that I went right after the Cowboys game congratulations Cowboys!The club crowd was for younger people in their 20-30s

This place is more about the ambience. The food quality was your typical bar restaurant quality, not amazing, but also not terrible. I got the brisket enchiladas with saffron rice and black beans. The black beans were more like soup and the rice wasn’t as great of a compliment to the brisket enchiladas as I thought. Overall the vibe was nice inside the restaurant, great place for happy hour and kicking with friends.

My first time here from out of town. I went into the women’s bathroom the bar girls was setting on the sink.It’s was so many in there I couldn’t get into the bathroom I had to go next door.

Joey Served my friend and I shots with no where close to 2oz of alcohol. We paid $50+ for 2 shots that weren’t even poured correctly. So we went inside to have a proper shot poured but we were really disappointed to see him not pour even 2oz of liquor into our drinks. As a bartender it sends a bad reputation.

Terrible service. Non existent wait staff, extremely slow service. Food was burned and vegetables were wilted and not fresh. All Pepsi drinks were flat, even after replacing twice. Waitress only came by to deliver check. Manager had to take order and bus boy had to swap drinks. Stay away from this place!

Went for the first time yesterday and it will be my last. Horrible service and experience. After ordering a drink at the bar, the bartender turns around and starts blowing his nose. Then proceeds to play with his hair but that not all. Started coughing without covering his mouth over the bottles.That is disgusting even if we weren’t in a pandemic. Unacceptable.

The location of this 2 floor sports bar is amazing! Out on the outside concrete deck the view is worth the drive. Great staff and food - oh, the music is upbeat and sports monitors are the best I have ever experienced. They have outdoor pickup games to choose if you like. Great times awaiting!

This place is a scam, I went to here and was charged $700 over on my bill, I tried to dispute it but my bank denied the claim that I should reach out to the restaurant, it’s been 3 weeks and I keep getting the run around for my money. I don’t know who else I can reach out to about getting my refund..Watch out for this place

The red head wannabe viking bouncer went on a power trip and tried to snap my real ID in half. This is the second time this has happened, won’t be back.

The food was pretty good. Our waitress was not attentive. We had to go to the cashier in order to pay our bill. I ordered the wings and fries. I got lemon pepper and Buffalo, the lemon pepper is a dry rub. More a seasoning. The Buffalo was a good balance between spice and flavor. The fries were cooked well and had some garnish (I dont remember what but it mightve been chives). Also something to note, on Sunday they only serve brunch until 3 PM.

Food was great, but the service was atrocious. Watched 7 wait staff just stand around while the drinks we ordered sat at the bar for 20 minutes.

In these covid19 times, I really liked that they kept their safety measures tight. You had to have a mask to get in and stay inside, except out on the patio, which is understandable because there is enough air to circulate clean oxygen when outside. I loved the ambience, however service sucked, the wait for my food was too long. Matter of fact, I had to check on my order multiple times and eventually placed a whole new order. The waitress who took my order initially never came back to me, not even with an apology. If you are too busy, reassign the table to another person who can help out and come back to the customer to apologize and update them. I used to be a server so I know what should be done. Not sure if that is how the service generally is, but I will try out the place one more time to give benefit of the doubt. I will be back with an update.

So this bar is racial profiling black people..we came there decently dress i had a dress and sandals on and my guy friend had on casual gear with sneakers and the jerk at the door told us their not allowing certain dress attire inside but the white people that came after us clearly had on casual gear with sneakers and a t-shirt on and was not told the same you will never get my business again racist fr and your food ain’t that great either you won’t be in business long…

To be honest it is a really fun experience, this upscale bar and eatery is right across from the star and open late! Overall the staff is super friendly and helpful, we noticed that all the servers changed into the little outfits a bit after 10, but its nothing too scandalous like -other places-Either way, the Food, Atmosphere, and Staff were a m a z i n g. This should be your GO TO night out spot in Frisco.

We are out of dress code but the white girls had on way worse clothes then us maybe cause we were black, he had to go to get a white man to tell us when we were in plain clothes. RACIST

Atmosphere was great! I ordered a jalepeno popper burger and they forget the jalepeno poppers. 😐They had to prepare a new burger for me which took additional time. The waitress wasnt very attentive to us either. Overall, it was nice.

The bartenders were great. The food was good. The only thing I found out is that when you gave them your credit card, they wanted to hold your drivers license as well. I think this was a evening thing and not something I do during the day still found it weird. Not a bad place to go for drinks and watch a game.

Great service, I mean we were the only ones in the whole place due to that virus thing going around. But everyone working there were super nice, pretty hot and the food was great! The menu was interesting you had to scan a bar code, glad I had my daughter with me to show me how to do that!

Great scene. Chill n upbeat all in one. Classier customers than a regular bar/ club. The music was constant and some room to dance. More of a vibe like you would see in Uptown. All age groups, but mainly mid 30s and up. Attentive waitresses and bartenders. The waitresses wear a bikini type of an ensemble with fishnets.If constant eye~candy is your thing, the staff alone will suffice.

My wife and I came here with some friends and had a great time. There are lots of options on the menu and tons of drinks. There is a big nice patio with some TVs and a couple games like corn hole. The staff here is great food is great and it gets even better after 9pm...

The area its in is great to check out. The lounge is your typical lounge, the outdoor area is a nice break from the loud music indoors if you want to just relax with a drink

Victoria is one of the best bottle girls at this location! She’s always so attentive and interactive! I also love that she always knows what specials they’re running and will post the events online so people can know ahead of time! I would definitely come to this location and request her section!

If you smoke cigars this is NOT a place for you....(not even on the patio)NO CIGARETTES, OR CIGARSONLY Marijuana and the DJ SUCKS only play what he likes. Victoria is the best thing this place has going for themselves. Bottle service is such a great experience here bc of her! She’s been great every single time. Even on the busiest nights, she’s super accommodating and attentive.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!My first visit and my 2nd and last visit.Fist visit food was hardly tolerable!!!! 😝So, again ….!I tried on 4/7/24 at 3 oclk ish to patronize this place.I couldn’t get in the door !BECAUSE I HAD ON CAMOUFLAGE PRINTED PANTS! 🫤🫢🤣🤣🤣🤣That’s what fake security told me outside the front entrance.Maybe they don’t like the( Armed Forces)GOD Forbid you dress comfortably to go to a bar!I won’t be back though!

I sat on the patio deck to watch the Cowboys game on the big screen across the street. The food is not that good. The drinks are okay and the staff is not attentive. The crowd is young, so it may not be ideal for a dinner spot. Maybe an after-dinner bar to visit.

Concrete cowboy is a great time. I’m sure it would be even better if I were 5-10 year younger, but that is not their fault by any means. This place is a great time, particularly if you’re into the bar scene. I imagine it is a great place to meet people. But I know for a fact, that it is a heck of a time to celebrate on the weekend.

These drinks are fantastic. The atmosphere cant be beat. If you are at the STAR come check them out.

After touring The Star, our family went to get lunch here and it was great! Reasonable price and they have adult milkshakes! TVs everywhere and alot of beer on tap. When its nice outside they have seating outside and games to play.

We were seated at the bar outside and was told some one would be out to take our order.. no one came to so much as offer water. We kept trying to flag someone down. A girl finally came just to tell us they couldnt serve us at the bar we would have to be at a table which were reserved. I was so disappointed as it was my first time there and I felt like they more focused on who was coming to watch the cowboy game that didnt start for 2 hrs instead of the customers who were there at the time. No service, poor customer service We ended up leaving. I would give zero stars if I could.

A decadent display of liquor meets you at the front entrance, but craft beer aficionados can rest assured that the selection of suds is more than adequate to enjoy. The service is top notch and the food is excellent.The cherry on the top is the view of the Cowboys Star Center.

I’m giving 4 stars overall because the drinks are pricey. But this is a really fun place to party and the music is really good. They play lots of hip hop and rap if that’s the vibe you are looking for

This place is all atmosphere. Service is pretty good, but when busy it may take a little longer, but overall staff is helpful. Food on the other hand needs work. For what you’re paying, food quality and taste should be much better.

What a absolute great time from jax to Dallas. At concrete cowboy and had THE BEST TIME🙏. We were jumping around at bars and tried side car. But in all honesty they were rude in that thing the wait was 90 minutes, which whatever, but had to go back to CC because our service was impeccable! Faith W was the bomb!💣Absolutely one of the best multi talented people in terms of customer service! Bless her and the management for the job and service they do!!

I didnt have food bc I went after 9 pm. The atmosphere was chill, and I had a few drinks. The drinks should have been stronger for the prices they charge for them. The service was ok, not great. Im not sure why they take the chairs from around the bar at a certain time bc there was plenty of space for ppl to dance in the areas they stood at. They also charged something called a venue price???

I’ve been in this establishment 100’s of times and spent a lot of money. I’ve always been respectful, tipped well, and even done multiple company events here. Tonight, I was told…”go home, you can’t come in.” I will never pay for these company events here again, nor enter this place of business. I am a huge supporter of my community, but I’ve never been treated this disrespectfully with no cause. This is very unfortunate. I hope the individual employee felt good about his decision. They lost a good customer and any further recommendations.

As a club it was just average. No dance floor, serving staff was fantastic. Other staff was rude. Made us move tables because the others were reserved. OK. Fine but then after we ordered bottle service and half our party left a man came over and said he was probably going to have to sell our table....yet the original tables were all still empty. We had only been there maybe 2 hours at that point. Seems like it would be a cool atmosphere for a daytime sports bar though.

Fun environment. Great place to watch Cowboys games and drink with your friends (recommend the Cowgirl Punch!). Friendly staff and good food also. Loved the Southwest steak wraps.

My FAVORITE place to watch the game. No place has the energy and fun like Concrete Cowboy. Their food is great, staff is friendly and fun, and I always have an amazing time there. Definitely recommend and will be going back this weekend with my friends and family.

We held a small group brunch here in a busy Sunday morning. Brandy was our server and took great care of us! Excellent service with a smile, despite being extremely busy. Good food, and you must try the fried Mac and cheese!

I’m gonna hate from outside the club real quick.My friends and I tried to go here and the first two people in our party were a young, good looking couple (the female wearing leggings and the male wearing Athletic joggers) got to go in. Then me, a plus sized women was stopped and told I couldn’t go in because of my leggings. My husband was told he couldn’t go in because he didn’t have belt loops? OH! And men can’t wear bags? My husband was carrying my crossbody for me and had to take it off and give it back to me. Sexist much? That made no sense.Then after I was turned away the guy continued to nitpick everyone else in the group for why they couldn’t enter. The first two realized we weren’t being allowed in and went to leave and we’re stopped and tried to be convinced to stay and after they said they’re not gonna stay if the rest of their party can’t, the guy inside said “we’ll let’s take a look again at their outfits” and at that point we were shocked and felt disrespected so we didn’t bother trying to get in and left.They clearly have an image to withhold there so if you’re a male with a bag, a plus size woman wearing leggings, wearing a hat etc. Take your money and go someone more supportive!

Hands down best Bloody Mary I’ve ever had but also such a great game-day hangout!

It us a great spot if you love sports . they have good music and good beers there.

Nice patio overlooking the Star stadium. Fantastic place to hang out on a pretty night. Turns into a full fledged scene late at night with bottle service. DJs are decent. Wish there was a little more room to dance. Theres this awkward area where people try to dance and get in the way of people trying to get through.

I had their fried chicken salad!!!! Best chicken salad ever. Pricey but worth it

We got kicked out for caring for a drunk friend. My husband and I were taking care if someone and a security worker walked up and we asked if something was wrong. He grabbed another worker and I said were leaving. We were walking put and then 2 became 10 and they were pushing as we walked put and trampled us to the ground. The drug my husband and myself out with injuries. He may have a torn peck and I have cuts and bruises. Never ever go here.

We were so excited to watch a Cowboy game with fellow fans, but unfortunately the big table next to us was full of really drunk, obnoxious fans of the other team that were making it impossible to enjoy the game. Concrete Cowboy management didn’t do anything to chill them out. Will def go somewhere else next time to watch the game and drop $ on a big bill.

Food was priced higher than it really should be, but it wasnt bad if you can get service (pretzel dish was great, tacos were okay, the Frito Pie was basically chips with watery tomato bean soup). Extremely loud bar environment, not great for meeting up with people to chat.

We visited the place on a sunday evening. We spent some time there and left within an hour. Upon exiting the bouncer called us out and told us that we wasted his 5minutes and all we did was had a drink. This was super disrespectful, I asked him what does he mean he told us that, ya all just come and in chill and he knows that very well. This was super racist. If they expect customers to come and not chill then they should put a notice out.Never going to visit this place ever again!! You cant keep disrespectful bouncers and expect them to treat customers like this. OR keep ur club rules and dont let customers in you dont like.

Came out for my friend’s birthday! Loved our server. She was very friendly and helpful and answered any question we had. The drinks are really good! The music varies a little through the night and the place transforms from sports bar to a semi night club I would say. It was a fun experience and would come back again. Food is pretty good also!

This’s was disaster!!!!!!!We went to this club on July 22, Saturday. 15 girls Birthday party, 2 tables. We left there $8K on this night. The bouncer at front was extremely rude. They don’t let us in, not to the table, until person who have ID for reservations will be arrived. He asked me and my friend, two tall beautiful blonde girls, where we from, he was a racist and push me to my shoulder. After we left the bar, he call police on us, we was waiting for Uber. Never again I go this unprofessional place, hopefully my friend too. (((((((((

Ambiance: cool space, sticky table and dusty dj/speaker area connected to our table. Probably a great night bar area when you don’t care if things are sticky or dirty…Drinks: we ordered two bar drinks, one came out early, one didn’t come out until after the food (which took a while). Mimosa - not great, Bloody Mary was pretty good. We caught it and got it fixed, luckily, but we were almost charged separately for the shrimp and bacon that come standard on their Bloody Mary (extra $10).Food: took a while, brunch menu at 12:30pm, got our food and waited another while longer for silverware. Overall, I’d give it the food a 5-6/10. Not the worst, not great.The bar back ran our food and helped us get silverware, napkins, etc. 10/10 for him.Hoping it was just a fluke experience. TBD.

We went there for one of the cowboys away game. First greeted with unreasonable minimum for table of 2. Asking to spend $350 or even a sofa in the terrace $200 is absurd. Overall service was slow and unemotional. Food was ok but to be honest we just had nachos ans left. For a bar, drinks were sub par, expensive and limited beer options. On top of all this, quality of screens were bad and atmosphere was dead. Was very disappointed with my experience as it had an opportunity to become a place to enjoy game for us. Unfortunately would not recommend visiting this place.

Expensive drinks, confusing atmosphere, and for some reason waitresses in thong booty shorts. Imagine waiting in line like a club to walk into what feels like a twin peaks with loud music.

Our server Audrey was friendly and great ... food was consistent with other bar first venues ... atmosphere was compromised by the fact that the music was so over the top loud that you literally cannot hear or speak to anyone not immediately adjacent to you. The vibe is fine for people watching ... but plan on text messaging if you want to actually communicate with each other.

Serving a sorbet for this for a guest. Concrete Cowboy is disgusting. Wonder what the food is like in the kitchen. Look how old this is. And I watched them serve this to someone.

Went there Friday the 28th with a group of friends. Male employees were super aggressive. Me and my friends were shoved by male employees mult times & one smacked my hand down (I was tapping my friend on the shoulder to get his attention). We all thought it was weird how they would just walk up to people and shine flashlights in their faces. Whole vibe was kinda eh, hardly any dancing & fog machine made it smell weird.

The bouncers are rude and power hungry. They physically assaulted my boyfriend after asking why our friend is getting kicked out (which was no reason). Hire better staff, they are ruining your establishment. It is also over priced here don’t waste your money.

Reserved a section for $2000 and didn’t know how small the sections were until I got there but to let you guys know, it’s ridiculously small. It’s very tight seating and the people at the door are not cool at all. You would think that if a person reserved a $2000 section that their guests would automatically skip the line and get in but that isn’t the case. This place is definitely not it if you’re looking for a nice size section and cool people whatsoever. They would try to hit you with additional charges if you’re not careful so please be on your toes.

Saturday night and it wasnt busy, we sat down and got our waters. Waited 30 mins to order and we left. No one said thanks as we were leaving. I was looking forward to the food but I was starving. The waitresses were too busy taking pictures of themselves and checking their phones to wait on 2 middle aged women!

Visiting Concrete Cowboy At the Star in Frisco is a must! I ask for the Server Victoria Wolfe, she always makes sure I’m take care of and is time efficient on making sure all her tables are greeted and taking care of with whatever they need. 10/10 experience every time I go whether it’s During Lunch or During Night Life.

Koda or Coda the “manager” or the security is the worst I’ve come across. Have worked with a lot of reputable security management and he is beyond the worst. All of my friends (23+) tried to get in, denied because of “casual” shorts wear. (Cotton shorts with strings on the sides) This is after we stopped at most clubs in downtown Dallas. Outfits were nothing short of casual. Other friends have turned away from CC bc of this door guy specifically. I love CC but he is the worst. So disappointed.

This place is a cool spot to chill and watch any of the games! Lauren is hands down the best bartender I’ve ever had so next time you go ask for her!!

Short pours and poor service while sitting at the bar. Not very busy and no one is really interested in serving drinks. One dude bartender is to busy chewing on a straw and keeps touching it with his hands and talking with his buddy in the corner and getting on his phone. Service is great! Even when its packed, they dont keep you waiting at the bar forever. And even when servers were switching shifts, we ordered food at the bar and they brought it out to our table quick! Crazy good service even on a busy Saturday night!

Food and location was awesome, too bad the service was horrific. We walked in and the girl at the door was bothered because she had to put her phone down to seat a party of 5, including a toddler. She sat us at a bench right along the glass wall so I spent my time frantically watching my granddaughter, the table was a bench that didnt hold all of the drinks and plates, not Family Friendly at all. The we asked our server for a little extra time because we had a 6th person joining us unexpectedly. 45 minutes later we got to place our order. Food came for everyone except the toddler. That finally came out. We were done eating before we were asked if we wanted refills on our drinks, we said no thanks. 20 minutes later she comes with drinks?? We sat for an additional hour trying to get her attention to get the check. Finally my daughter in law got up to go to the bathroom and hunt down the server to ask for it. The server finally shows up with it, we ask for boxes for the food as shes trying to take the food off the bench.... Needless to say she received a very small tip. I used to work in the industry and tend to tip rather generously, but this service was horrible and the food was good but not good enough for me to come back and be ignored when I have a bill nearly $150, which would have been much higher had we been acknowledged.

Sadly, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Our party of 12 had a late lunch here. We all found the food to be decent, but nothing worth coming back for. Our drinking glasses were dirty and the food and bar service was slow. But, mostly I found myself uneasy with my waitress. When we were ordering I mentioned my childs life threatening food allergy and asked her to please inform the kitchen (which I have done hundreds of times over the years at hundreds of restaurants), unfortunately she left me feeling unsure on whether she heard me or understood me because she did not write it down and she barely responded to me. So, after a few minutes of being uneasy about it I went back up to her and mentioned it again, she again didnt really respond to me. In most of my experience the waitress is kind and reassuring and makes me feel confident that she will inform the kitchen. The whole experience left me feeling unimpressed and will not be returning.

We was with a group of people on this past Saturday night when waitress lost a bank card and charged wrong items to my card . When I asked the waiter ,she said she got confused and asked me to get the difference from who evers food and drink I paid for . 🤐 Really that’s how we handling errors now! Be ver care when visiting this place when paying with your bank card or Credit card. Pay close attention to what’s being charged . I would not have know rite off if I didn’t have my purchase transaction coming to my phone at such time. Other then this experience we had a great time and will return . But paying with cash this time .

This is the game day place to be! Food was great, drinks amazing, and staff friendly and helpful! There’s screens everywhere with just about every game Imaginable on. The outdoor patio has the best view of the ford center so game day will always be an experience worth remembering!

I LOVE to come here and just kick it with my girls! The drinks are awesome (I always appreciate being able to put a bottle of alcohol inside of an alcoholic drink) and I really enjoy the food! The servers are always friendly and helpful and there is an outdoor space with some games so the kids can go outside and entertain themselves if they start getting antsy. At some point in the evening it becomes an adult spot, the servers outfits get a bit more skimpy and theres a DJ playing music. We went to celebrate a friends birthday, popped some bottles, and had a fantastic time!

I would give zero stars if I could, service and food was horrible, and the waitresses seemed so privileged and were so rude. We were there for a friends birthday brunch and coffee was served cold, asked for fresh coffee said we would be charged again, food was bland and when asked if they could take picture it’s like the staff was so forced to take our pic. Very disappointed, do not recommend. And already charge for a service charge when service was already horrible.

Let’s just say this. The drinks were OVERPRICED, the fruit was dried out. The food was overpriced and the quantity was barely visible. The waitress charged me for an entire platter that should have been split three ways. Then said I can re-ring it.. HOW when everyone has already signed their checks.. TF. The bartenders were rude. Barely acknowledged me or my party. I will never spend another penny in that POS…And it’s unsanitary. The plates were dirty. Our shots had black stuff at the bottom of the glass. Close the whole place down. Call the city something! Charging $13 for captain Morgan is asinine.. FOH.

Great spot if youre looking to party on a Friday night! But I cant say that I was a fan of what the girls were forced to wear (basically a thong bathing suit and ripped tights...yes, most had ripped tights). I kept hearing men and women criticize and talk about the women that worked there in a sexualized manner. A thong bathing suit? Really? At least allow them to wear shorts.I cant rate the food because I only had a few drinks. Service was slow (but that was because it was a Friday night and it was SUPER busy).

First time here & horrible experience. I went with some friends. We went and sat ourselves at a booth & waited for someone to serve us. After like 10 minutes & several waitresses passing us by, I got up and went to ask one of them. She said she would send someone. After waiting again another 5-10 minutes I went to find someone else & show her were we were sitting. She explained that those tables are for vip reservations & our best bet was to find our own seating outside somewhere. Mind you the table didnt say reserved, nor the tables around it, several waiters & waitresses walked by without saying anything & it was our first time there. It would have been nice if someone wouldve told us this beforehand. We were ready for food and drinks & no one but the people at the front door acknowledged we were there... Needless to say we left. 🤷🏽‍♀️👎🏼

Place is ok for a party and a good time. Bar staff is over rated and extremely rude. Namely Ashley, the girl who took care of my boyfriend and our friends had the worst attitude and was extremely rude. If you don’t like your job then quit and don’t take it out on us paying customers paying your living wage. We will be back but definitely not for her. Music was great and patio vibe was good

The location was lively and had great energy. The staff was friendly but slow to serve - seemed like they were very understaffed but made every effort to accommodate all requests. However, the day we were there it was nearly impossible to order anything as they were having supplier issues and were nearly out of everything. They couldnt provide anything that was fried which eliminate a good portion of the menu. What were able to order was fine, we were just very disappointed that we couldnt really order what we wanted. Would try again with the hope our experience would be much better.

My visit to Concrete Cowboy turned nightmarish as I was forcefully pushed, fell to the floor, and my glass was shattered. Miraculously, my injuries were limited, as the broken glass narrowly missed me. I implore immediate action: enhance security, staff empathy, and public awareness. Concrete Cowboys must transform into a beacon of safety and professionalism. Be careful!

What started out as a fantastic night with my husband turned into a bizarre turn of events. We had been stood by the bar (near the bathrooms) the whole time we had been there. I was drinking water and eventually had one drink. I went to the bathroom, stepped out and could see one of the bouncers was giving my husband a hard time about spilling a little bit of his drink. I blamed myself and said it was my fault as I bumped into him (I hadnt I just wanted the bouncer to move on), I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the bouncer said he saw me hit my husband. Speechless. Never hit anyone in my life!So from the bouncer giving my husband a hard time for spilling his drink and me trying to take the blame - I ended up being taken outside by the manager as he had to believe one of his best bouncers.If the manager who was on duty can take a look at his cameras to see if this actually happened and sends me an apology, I will quite happily change my review to 5 stars.There is something really wrong with being accused of something that never happened.

Fun place for a night out, majority of the staff are friendly. Unfortunately some of the security and the manager felt the need to feed their egos and ruined what was turning out to be a great night. I appreciate my view will not be of any concern to this establishment but with so many great bars in this area I would consider avoiding this one.

Draft beer was good. The one cocktail I got was ok, but didn’t taste real good. The girl servers had to wear these thong things that didn’t seem too comfy. My boyfriend surprised me with a birthday trip to this area and last night (08/12) we decided to stop in and try it out. We were seated immediately, it was not busy at all! We were greeted by our server with waters and told she would be back… 30 minutes later we walked out.We made eye contact with her multiple times, she even watched us get up to walk out.She was too busy standing in a circle with a bunch of other employees laughing and goofing off to tend to us.

I was going to give 5 stars, took my family for the first time to see The Star and I always wanted to go to Concrete Cowboys. First of all this is where the FRAUD must of began. Scanning my husband and my BIL. I wake wake up to my bank calling about fraudulent charges. One $171, $141., $87, $83, $171 again. I told my husband I paid with my card. $141.00 and I paid cash for the tip. I will never go there again. Be very cautious that there is a lot of criminal activities going on there if they can scan your wallet. Not once did my hubby take out his credit card out. I told them this is my treat. The vibe was awesome, our waitress Jordan was good except we ordered a margarita they brought in a small glass. Then next one was a tall one. Then looking at my receipt today. They charged me twice for the Venue fee. Not one place on the door states they are charging a venue fee. The wings were great. I will never go back, where they scam you. It’s a horrible feeling that there are people in this venue who are scamming up and stealing your Identity. I will call the police, the TV station and blast you on FB. That is not right. I want an investigation. If this happened to us it can happen to anyone who is not paying attention. Be very cautious when entering. The experience at the time was awesome but so glad my bank will call me and verify. Always keep your receipts verify everything. Bad people at The Concrete Cowboy.

Great location, hilariously bad and overrated restaurant. Loud techno/rap music and dry, tasteless burgers (we ordered 6 and no one at our table even ate more than half of theirs) Service was 0/10. Took forever to get served, get our food, and get the check.Oh and wish I would have taken a picture of the “avocado toast”. Hilarious! More like an old slice of non toasted wonder bread with minimal avocado slices and a hard boiled egg on top. We were legit laughing when it came out after they had originally come out with the wrong meal.Also forgot to mention they brought us an extra burger, which we then actually had to pay for! Lol!Asked the manager if we could play commentary for the game and was met with a cold and somewhat rude response. Like somehow we were asking for something unreasonable. A little bit of customer service goes a long way.If you have standards for food quality and service, look somewhere else.

It was cool. Went after Sunday brunch at The Common Table. Lots of tvs for football Sunday. Just another sports bar, nothing too spectacular.

A very nice, upscale restaurant and nightclub in the heart of Frisco at the Star. Prices for food are reasonable, service can be hit or miss depending on how busy they are. Suburban and exurban families bringing children in can be very annoying as this is clearly targeted for the 25-45+ crowd with disposable income. Parking is easy and the restaurant and bar is always immaculately clean and smells amazing.Staff and servers are attractive, knowledgeable and attentive. The menu is solid, a little something for everyone. Music policy is pop, hip hop and dance, so a little something for everyone. A little less hip hop would keep some of the lower class types that have been coming in droves lately. A dress code might be necessary after 10pm to keep it classy and worth the prices they are charging for bottle service and drinks.The outdoor patio is absolutely amazing, with great views of The Star, outdoor games and plenty of space to have drinks and laughs. All in all, this place clearly has the hottest nightlife in the area along with VNYL at Legacy. For an all inclusive date night, you can pop in around 8pm for dinner, and then transition to the bar for drinks and dancing when the lights turn down. Highly recommended.

Our time here was late night from about 1145 to 130. Our waitress was fantastic the drinks were great and the vibe was spot on! The drink were a bit on the high side, but the perfect rooftop view and ambiance to balance. We had a great time and would recommend a visit!

Very nice establishment. I had the breakfast burrito and it was delicious! Shared a pitcher of pineapple and cranberry mimosas which were not strong but the waitress told us how to order it next time for a better price and experience. Great brunch spot, I will definitely be going back!

If I could give it a zero, I would. View was amazing, came in on a Thursday night and was seated immediately. Waited at least 15 minutes before walking out. Waitress had no Intrust in helping us, had more intrust trying to get her belly button ring back in. When we walked out she looked at us like we were crazy for walking out. DO NOT COME HERE!

Great outdoor seating with game screen views. Thats the main attraction here.

Great service! Our bartender was Alexis and she was very attentive and friendly. Concrete is always a great time.

My children were man handled and snatched up by the GM and bouncers last night for standing too close to the walk area and trying to find each other at this club last night. They are not only out of line here but take advantage of their positions.

The place was packed as expected, typically food was good but couldve been better. The service was great and the pace was amazing.

This is my 2nd time visiting this place and all the bartenders just on their phones and don’t even come check on you. I think more important is the phones than the costumer here. I don’t recommend this place at all. And I was sitting at the bar. They just stare at you but don’t ask if you need anything. Everyone was more worried about taking selfies and how the looked than actually attending to the customers. I sat there for 30 min before I was asked finally if I had been helped. Worst service ever!

Had fun even if the majority of the crowd was younger than my kids(maybe not but definitely 30s & under).

The food was good but took forever to get our food. A big group came in before us and so our order was very delayed. We got plenty of apologies but no hey we will knock off a couple bucks or even take off the $3 for the tea that disappeared ...not any consideration. I had my tea taken away to refill but had to ask for it back😩. Then even though we said we needed to get back, hhhad to ask for the check I Again was good but dang a little something for our being late getting back to our meeting would have been a nice offer.

Stopped here with my boyfriend for the last hour and a half for my birthday weekend. We stood in line and the bouncer that was viewing the state ID’s decided to not let us in because my boyfriend was wearing green cargo pants. Doesn’t make sense like at all, since he was letting people with jeans in.. His cargos were business casual (Zara). How do you turn away cargo pants and let in patrons with ripped jeans behind us?! Never heard of that in my life.PS** Only thing I can think of is my NYS ID that I showed him.Which he stared at for extra long before giving it back to me. Very corny! but anyway we ended up going to a spot up the street that was lit, so it was cool
