Im very shocked how low the score is. We had gone here for a birthday brunch. The food was delicious! I had gotten breakfast burritos and the table shared many different appetizers, mimosas and their own meals which looked awesome! The acrobat was very talented. The staff was nice especially offering margaritas while waiting for the table. Staff was great and pretty attentive. Awesome ambiance and aesthetics.
A great date night, girls night, or solo eatery with nice decor and craft cocktails.I made a reservation for 6:30 and sat at the bar until my entire party arrived. Bar service was fast and friendly. I had the option to order food at the bar, but opted to keep may reservation and sit in the dinning area.Order Spicy Ragatoni Pasta Seafood Pasta with no scallops Table Order - Truffle Fries & Brussel Sprouts Drink - Desperate House Wife
Nestled in the heart of Frisco, The Glen is a true culinary gem that didn’t fail to impress. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. We went for brunch, we had the French toast and avocado, toast, both were very tasty. They had everything from fancy craft cocktails, an impressive wine and scotch selection. There is an amazing Aerial Performances during the weekend and certain times. It was a full-sensory experience with unique atmosphere, complete with towering interior trees, lush florals. The service at The Glen was top-notch. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, ensuring that your dining experience is nothing short of perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for brunch or girls night out!
The Glen is amazing! We went for a birthday on a Friday evening and had the best time. All of the drinks + Marble Stone Wagyu, Calamari, Seafood Pasta and Roasted Chicken were delicious! We also got the dessert tower, which came out right as the acrobat performed above our table. The whole experience was a 10/10!
This restaurant is truly exceptional for special occasions. We celebrated a significant day here with our family and had an unforgettable experience. The food was exquisite, the ambience was delightful, and the acrobats provided truly captivating entertainment! Both the drinks and food are definitely worth trying.
If youre looking for a memorable night out with a unique atmosphere and Instagram-worthy photo opportunities, look no further than The Glen. exudes an amazing vibe thats perfect for a chill evening or a lively night with friends. Our experience was elevated by Bella, an exceptional bartender whose craft cocktails are nothing short of artistry. She recommended the Flirt Bird, a refreshing delight featuring a Sauvignon blanc foam and a whimsical floating rubber ducky. This playful touch added a fun element to an already delicious drink, perfect for those who appreciate a bit of whimsy with their cocktails.Another unique highlight was Cashew Butter Newfangled, a slightly sweet whiskey concoction that was both innovative and delicious. The blend of flavors was impeccable, making it a standout choice for anyone who enjoys a nuanced cocktail. To top off the night, we were treated to the mesmerizing performances of an acrobatic and fire dancer, which added an extra layer of entertainment to our evening. The Glen truly knows how to create an ambiance thats both relaxed and exhilarating.Overall, The Glen exceeded our expectations with its fantastic atmosphere, creative drinks, and outstanding service. Whether youre a cocktail connoisseur or simply looking for a good time, this place is a must-visit.
Took my wife here for our anniversary, because she had heard some good things. The atmosphere & decor were awesome and so was our waitress. They even gave us a menu that had Happy Anniversary on it. What got them a 4 ⭐️ from me was the food & price. For rhe price I couldve gotten a better steak. Is this being picky? Yes but it wasnt that good.
My friend and I had the best time at The Glen for brunch!! The restaurant is insanely beautiful 😍Mimosas are always a must for brunch 🥂My Short Rib Hash was delicious 😋Finally, the cotton candy was a unique dessert option that I loved.Im glad I still gave it try, even though some of the reviews arent great. Definitely wanna go back for dinner!
Stepping into The Glen Restaurant at The Star is like entering a secret garden party. The ambiance is magical, with a ceiling dripping in a cascade of vibrant flowers and twinkling lights that set a fairy-tale mood. The Maui Maui I had was a highlight, cooked just right and bursting with flavor. While the prices are steep, they reflect the premium experience. The attentive service, the exquisite presentation of the dishes, and the overall enchantment make it a place I’d reserve for making memories on special occasions. It’s a place that serves up not just a meal, but a whole experience that’s worth the splurge.
This restaurant/experience is a sublime, thoughtful gem! Steve the bartender-drink menu creator- is the hidden gem in this place! The food is high quality and beautiful! Oysters, tuna, lobster mac, mixed veggies all artful and delicious! The fire dancer was a fun extra. The star of the show is the thoughtfulness and high quality of the custom drinks and food. I enjoyed a specialty rum drink with pureed cucumber and basil with an agave sweetener and an amazing stirrer. Steve could have used tequila or rum!Later, The GM Chris came over to say hi to me at the bar, and I made a reservation for that Saturday for friends and family! He is a true gentleman. Get in now before you need to book 3 months out! Its well worth it!
I took my daughter here with friends for her 25th birthday. I read the reviews and was interested in seeing how true the not so great reviews were. The reviews I read were 1. The music was too loud, 2. The food was ok and over priced and 3. The service was just ok. Now heres my experience on Feb 25, 2024 at brunch (2pm reservation). The music was not TOO loud for me but definitely bordered on being too loud. If the DJ turned it up one more notch then it would have been too loud. I did have to shout to talk and i did have to say huh a few times but I honestly was fine with the volume. Should they consider turning it down a notch or 3? Absolutely! I think the party atmosphere will not b affected if the volume was lower. Next, the food WAS just ok so those reviews were spot on. It was pricy for the quality and amount. I dont mind paying for quality over amount but when both are crappy then its a problem. One of my guest got 6 shrimp (not bacon wrapped, not jumbo, not anything special) and it was $29...no sides just shrimp. I got the short rib hash because one reviewer said it was delicious and they were right. It was! But see the picture of the amount of food in the skillet. It looked like they split ONE egg with everyone who ordered it at my table. No exaggeration and the same with the potatoes that came in the skillet. The meat looked like shredded meat but not short ribs. Maybe the chef took them off the bone and took the liberty of shredding them him/herself. It was tasty though but definitely not short ribs. It looked like meat that was scooped from a bucket. And it cost $30. The picture below is before i started eating and is definitely not $30 worth of food or even $30 worth of QUALITY food. Do Not get the mexican omelet. You will be disappointed! The taste was not good and we like chorizo. Its hard to mess up an omelet but the chef figured out how.The acrobat was not performing. I arrived at 2pm and was told she was done at 3pm but she took a break and never came back. Its important to note, that she will be nearly directly above u...towards the end of your table so hopefully the bottom of her feet isnt dirty 😉. Im half joking but it is important to note how close u sit to the acrobat. This is a cool spot for drinks. Our server was great but eat at ur own risk! The atmosphere is banging and its beautifully decorated. We had a great time just vibing together and taking pictures. Now if they can match 1. Quality of food to the atmosphere 2. Perfect volume/balance for music 3. And keeping things classy by not having one of the hostesses butt showing with no panties on in a skirt then it will improve peoples experiences because ALL of the guest were keeping it cute and classy and were dressed to impress.
The brunch here is awesome! I definitely recommend the chicken and churros breakfast. Everything was delicious. The environment and service was excellent. The only negative draw back is the restaurant charges 3 dollars per person if you bring your own cake. Thats kinda of petty IMO. I wouldve rated it 5 of it wasnt for that. This is the first restaurant that Ive been to that has charged me for that.
I had my birthday brunch here in March. Unfortunately they forgot to make my custom menu, but they did let us order past 2:45 which was nice. The entire staff was all so pretty and also very sweet and accommodating. The restaurant is beautiful, and photo worthy. I’ll definitely be going back.
This was such a disappointment. The food was honestly so bad and SO expensive. The fries were literally dripping in oil. The skillet was maybe 1 egg on top of a few veggies. The $34 avocado toast was embarrassing- see pics. We also got lemon ricotta pancakes and they were not lemon or ricotta- we asked and they insisted they were the lemon ricotta. They forgot the goat cheese in the skillet, no syrup for the pancakes, and just overall so bland.
I was initially excited to make reservations at your restaurant for my birthday, given the positive reviews I’ve heard. However, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.I believe that providing nearly three weeks’ notice should be more than sufficient for any competent establishment to accommodate a booking request. Despite this, I was met with unreasonable demands and inflexible policies. I was informed of a $3000 minimum to book a private room, which is excessive to ask of my guests when I don’t know who will purchase what?!. When I suggested seating my guests at different tables to avoid this, I was told there would be a 35% gratuity charge if we were in the same section. I agreed to this, only to be told that we could not have individual bills and would need to consolidate everything into one ticket. As someone who frequents high-end restaurants, I have never encountered such rigid and unaccommodating service, especially when bringing in substantial business and celebrating a special occasion. Despite my willingness to comply with your various stipulations, the entire process has been unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant.I hope to enjoy my meal and have a memorable birthday, but given the negative experience so far, I am skeptical. Rest assured, I will be sharing my experience on TikTok, Google, and Yelp. Your handling of this reservation has been nothing short of mean-spirited and unhelpful, making it the most disappointing booking experience I’ve ever had.
I absolutely gave this place five stars because it is so cute on the inside. I tried the seafood croquettes and the crispy brussels simply because I was not very hungry, but wanted to get out for a bit anyway. Delicious. I was not disappointed even for the sake of trying something as light bite. My cocktail was also very tasty… anything with hibiscus wins for me. The edible flowers were so cute, this place is a nice balance by the decor, as even though there are a lot of flowers, it still has nice masculine touches. Absolutely loved it.
The Glen was amazing!!!It was an awesome experience that you dont want to miss. Amazing food, entertainment, plus the drinks are bomb 💣. Oh, how could I forget about the dessert that felt like a celebration. This place makes you want to celebrate life like its your last moment. Shout out to our server, who was freaking awesome 👌🏾. Will definitely be back!
Pleasantly surprised! We took a shot here and it was worth it. Our server Chris was funny and charismatic, the ambiance was inviting, and the food was fantastic. The portions were also very large so we had plenty to take home. Expensive, but the value is great. There was so much on the menu so we’ll definitely be coming back to try more.
Dine on a Saturday night around 6pm. The interior was beautiful. Our waitress was slow and unintentive. Had about 5 small tables to wait on, but failed to check on us. We ordered Expresso Martinis -- the worst! No Expresso, filled with super sweet diabetes. Had to send them back. Settled on a bottle of Cabernet. Corndog was soggy - disappointing. Duck was tough. Short rib was decent - tender. Best thing would have to be the brussel sprouts. Crispy edges, soft, delicious sauce. Red velvet cake was good. Recommend the bar and entertainment, but not the food.
Yesterday was my birthday and the waiter Ms. Belle was phenomenal. The place was very cleaned and the food was freshed. I ordered lobster pasta and lobster Mac and cheese. The drinks were my favorite the desperate housewives was sweet and very bubbly. As far as prices it is very affordable. My husband and I will come again for a date night.
Was hoping to see a show based on pictures, but the acrobatic happened late at night. Also, Im not sure how to reserve a certain area. There are 3 separate areas plus a huge covered padio. We really enjoyed the food & drinks. I am looking forward to giving this place another visit with friends & later at night when its more active. Turns into a late night spot around 10pm.
Loved the atmosphere and entertainment. Great for birthdays. Drinks are just ok. Mom enjoyed her old fashioned. Grandma didn’t like the wine. Auntie did not like her dirty martini.I enjoyed my spicy vegan dish. And it was SPICY! They accommodated me very well with my special dietary restrictions. Our waiter Collin was super AMAZING ! I give him 1000 stars. The Brussel sprouts was good. Mom and Auntie said it needed more salt. You can tell the potatoes was prepackaged. It was bland and watery. The Short Ribs was bland. They could have added a finishing sea salt or kosher salt.GMA enjoyed her Parmesan crusted salmon with risotto that was not on the menu.
The Mrs. chose this newly opened restaurant to help us celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary and Im definitely glad she did. (The Glen) Our waiter waiter, Antonio Y, was fantastic! He was attentive and provided great recommendations for dinner. He made us feel like we were only table he had. Dinner was underwhelming but Antonio made everything right. He even escorted us over to their cigar lounge. (The Monarch Stag) This side of the restaurant experience was even more packed. I met the owner, Derrick, and expressed how nice & upscale the establishment was. They had a live act and they set the mood for the night. Fellas bring your cigars because the cigar lounge was nice. All in all, a wonderful experience and we will be back.
Beautiful venue (many instagrammable spots), great food and service. Hoping this place will revive The Star. Truffle fries were delicious (skinny, not shoestring), Brussels sprouts were a bit under seasoned (not sure if they forgot the chimichurri), mussels had a great flavor and broth, king crab leg had a nice smoky flavor. Cocktails were all delicious, nice and strong, and great presentation on the smoked old fashioned. And there were 2 aerial entertainers as well as a DJ. Great people watching. Valet parking is available. Will definitely return!
Came here around 8:30 on a Friday. The place was busy. They had a lady who does a acrobatic show. The ambiance is cute and aesthetic. I didnt order much food since I had dinner at a place before but I did get truffle fries and those were so good. For dessert I had the peach crème brûlée. It was not very peachy. Tasted more like a regular crème brûlée. My friends took me here for drinks and dessert for my birthday and told the server we were celebrating and she was supposed to bring cotton candy out but she never did. Even when my friend asked again if they brought anything out for a birthday treat, the server said they only do cotton candy but again she didnt bring anything out. Maybe theyre just selective who they give a birthday treat to.
Visited this gorgeous restaurant for a friend’s birthday. Where do I begin… did I mention it was gorgeous. There were photo props, good drinks and entertainment. We got there around 7:30pm. Upon entering there was a swing in front of a wall of flowers, first prop. Then there was a telephone booth next to it which was another prop. There was an entertainer swinging in a swing from the ceiling over the bar. Another entertainer was walking in to each area of the restaurant twirling fire. The lights was perfect, the DJ was bumping a mixture of hits. The vibe was great. The drinks were good. I had 2 Desperate Housewives which is one of there popular drinks. The lobster Mac n cheese was bomb. Oh and the red velvet birthday cake was also good. I’m very picky. This was a great experience. I would visit again.
Feb 23, 2024, I visited The Glenn to celebrate my 40th birthday with 10 of my closets family and friends. The atmosphere was amazing the drinks were good, but the customer service and food was 0/10. My reservation was for 8:30p. I was seated at 8:45p/8:50p.When we were sat, it took 25 minutes before a server came to greet us. I ordered food for my 16 month daughter when we the waitress came. Her food didnt come out until after ours. 8/10 of my tables food was cold. Service was extremely slow. We didnt end up eating until almost 10 and you can imagine how fussy my daughter became. This was truly a disappointing way to spend my birthday dinner and I bragged to my family how excited I was for us to try this restaurant for the first time.
The Glen is nice. Very fancy looking spot. Very Instagram friendly. Youll see several tables/people have their phones out recording the birthday desserts coming to the table, or the airial trapeze artist performing above your table. Then theres the flowers and murals and swing and phonebooth for photo ops. The service is wonderful, drinks incredible! The food....meh. I wasnt impressed with the taste of my food, which was underwhelming. I think this is a great place for date night drinks, and entertainment.
I’m here, at 1:15pm, with my family to celebrate something special. It’s a great place but the DJ is horrible: he refuses to reduce the volume and it is louder than a nightclub! We requested to reduce the volumes and they made it louder!!Update after 20 minutes of struggling with the arrogant DJ: we left. We went here to celebrate an engagement, but the manager too was ineffective at getting the DJ to control his ego! He simply didn’t want to be cooperative and he tried explaining to me about decibels of volume etc., but simply refused to lower the volume. It just wasn’t me: everyone in our group complained that they couldn’t hear even the person sitting next to them. Shame on the DJ, as well as the manager who really didn’t try enough! The DJ said to me that people come here to enjoy the music and will complain if they can’t hear the music. I hope the manager realizes that we are going to cascade broadcast this experience to hundreds of our friends and family so that they know in advance what to expect.
This place is freaking outstanding … Anyone who said the food wasn’t good probably has a dud pallet and doesn’t know how to order. We had the oysters Rockefeller and ceviche for apps, the oysters were literally mouth watering. Sooooooo good. My entire table was passing bites of their food around to others because it was all just so good. The jumbo scallops were out of this world, the pork chop, seafood pasta, it was all so flavorful and perfectly cooked …The service was slow but the food made up for it 100%!
We came here to celebrate my birthday and it was a disaster, (bad decision) everyone was packed into a booth that was almost impossible to get into, if you went to the bathroom all the guests had to get up from the table to give you space to leave. Really very boring, the restaurant is not as nice as it looks in the photos. I will never go again.
We had a wonderful brunch, the food was prepared well, the service was attentive and the atmosphere was phenomenal. We will visit again, from the Mimosa board to the desert and all in between. This place is exciting, fun, and colorful what a fantastic experience!
This place was a miss for me. The restaurant is beautiful with several cool spots for pics with friends and that’s about where my positives end. I went here for brunch on a Saturday with a friend and was looking forward to this restaurant. We had a reservation for 11:30am. When we were basically the only table in the restaurant the service was great and our server was attentive. However, once the restaurant began filling up, the service began going down. Toward the end of our meal when we were ready for our check, we didn’t see our server for over 30 minutes. We ended up having to go to the host stand and asking if they could ask her to come by so we could pay and leave. They sat us at the base of the cool tree that sits to one side of the restaurant. This was great until we realized my chair sat directly under the aerial artist’s performance area. Every time she came to that side of the restaurant I was asked to move to a different location so she could perform. Even in the middle of eating my meal! If you know you will have a performer, why are you seating tables directly under her performance area??? That’s another mark against service. For food I got the Lemon Ricotta pancakes with a side of fruit. Don’t get the side of fruit if you order these pancakes… the exact same fruit comes on top of the pancakes so I wasted a side and paid an extra $2 for fruit I was already getting. The food was fine and I expected it to be a little pricey due to the area. What I did not expect was how overpriced the drinks were. $17+ for a cocktail that has nothing special about it in size, ingredients or presentation. To sum it all up, you’re better off going next door to Tupelo Honey where the food is tasty, the service is good, and the drinks are more reasonably priced.
Overall, an interesting and unique concept of a restaurant.Located within the trendy Frisco star district, the Glen offers guests a remarkable dining experience with aerial hoop performance. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully decorated with lots of florals, murals, and beautiful light fixtures. The food itself was okay. I ordered the Spicy Rigatoni alla vodka, and the rigatoni did not taste spicy at all, and didn’t have much flavor. The seared broccolini was very smoky and tasted like it came off fresh from the grill, but again, did not offer a great flavor profile. I would not order either of those dishes again!I think this restaurant is definitely a unique concept, but I don’t think the food lives up to the hype. The live entertainment was cool, but there was only 1 performer on the Friday evening, and she had to perform for the whole room and the bar next door (The Monarch Stag). So she would perform for 3 -5 mins for half of the room, and then another 3-5 mins on the other side of the room, and then disappear to go perform at The Monarch Stag. In other words, you won’t be seeing a crazy long performance during your dining.Reservations are available on Open Table! No additional purchase/tickets are required to see the performance.Parking is free within the Star District, but it gets packed so be sure to arrive early prior to your scheduled dinner.
It was cute! Kind of tight once everyone was in there, and it did feel a little awkward to take pictures with some many people around, but overall a visually pleasing place. Food is more on the expensive side, I couldn’t find the menu anywhere so I took pictures to post on here. It’s mostly seafood. I think the bar is their main attraction.
The service was great but my food wasnt seasoned at all. I had the Chilean sea bass the worst Ive ever had. My friends Mahi Mahi and risotto was really good. My drink was nasty as well. I love a good Mai Tai but not their version of it. If I come back itll be for the Mahi Mahi and thats it.
Went here lady night with some friends. Good food. Good service. Lovely ambiance. I didnt give it a 5 star because I thought the music was quite too loud. It was hard to hear someone sitting across from you. Minor complaint but overall a wonderful experience.
I had a terrible experience, the food was not only terrible, i got food poisoning. I tried to tell the waitress she clearly took my feedback as if I was trying to dine and dash. She was very nasty and snobby. I almost had a verbal confrontation with her. She tried several times to embarrass me in front of my friends. She came off as racist and stereo typical. The manager was sweet but I don’t feel like she problem solved the situation correctly because right after I complained on the same waitress she sent her back over to me to pay my tab. The waitress was still aggressive and antagonizing. It could have gotten really bad but I thank God for growth. This place was very racist.
I really wanted this to be “the perfect date night!” However it ended up being a terrible experience! We drove in from Haslet to experience what our private chef described as a fantastic experience! Long story short my meal (short rib) was lukewarm and the manager (female) who came to assist promised to promptly have it remade. What happened next was just disgusting and disrespectful. They actually brought out the same meal that was heated up and reserved. Definitely a big No No in food service! Afterwards a third meal (disguised as new) was brought out! It looked as though someone had taken the rib and clawed it apart! The waitress tried to assure me that this was a new meal and she apologized for the error. However it was a blatant lie… Needless to say my date had completed his meal and I had to take a to go order and eat at the hotel. We literally only came to visit the area for this particular restaurant. I’ll never recommend or return. Pic #1 of the original meal. Pic #2 of the 3rd attempt. And yes we were charged!
I had been eagerly anticipating dining at this restaurant for months, especially since I planned to celebrate my birthday there with a group about 8-10 friends. Despite making a reservation a month in advance, the experience fell short of expectations right from the start.Upon arrival, we were promptly seated, which initially seemed promising. Unfortunately, the evening took a turn for the worse as the service began to lag and became increasingly unpleasant. The food was a major letdown, and the prices were exorbitant for the quality offered. Additionally, the variety of drinks we tried with our large group were unanimously disappointing. To add insult to injury, I was shocked to discover that the restaurant charged a fee to cut my own birthday cake, which I had brought in for the occasion. The absurd charge of $3 per slice left a sour taste in my mouth, especially when I learned that it was non-negotiable whether I cut the cake myself or they did. Moreover, any hopes of capturing memorable photos for social media were dashed by the poor lighting conditions. The blue light near the cute phone booth made it impossible to get a decent picture, resulting in subpar photos that failed to capture the essence of the celebration.Ultimately, my experience at this restaurant left me feeling deeply disappointed. Ive advised my family and friends against wasting their money here, as there are better options nearby offering superior service and quality.
This place is doing to much...It a beautiful place but the music was too loud and the food wasnt to bad just the food and price werent equivalent. I wouldnt come in the evening if you want to enjoy a good experience.
Not worth the money! Service was rushed we did not like the vibes from our waitress. Brussel sprouts appetizer served without even cutting off the stalks and were inedible. Crazy for the price and we will not be returning.
The manager josh is 10/10. he was so accommodating and kind. he even served us as the manager. we need more people like him who love their job. i will definitely be back and the food was delicious. and i’m a picky eater and a harsh critic. thanks josh for everything!!
I went there with a large group of friends on Sat night. Two star is for decor, music and entertainment. Waiter tried hard to service well. Unfortunately, kitchen was not well organized. Raw oysters which ordered as an appetizer was delivered after my main meal; roasted chilean sea bass. Also, worth the warning, if you order sea bass, watch for the bones. Mine had several fish bones, a friend had none. So, it is hit or miss. When I complained to the waiter, she asked me if the menu mentions boneless fish. Since it wasnt a whole fish, and looked like a fillet, I didnt expect to find bones.

Honestly not worth the time or money. Food was okay at best, nothing tasted bad, but for the prices charged, I have had better tasting food for half the cost. Drinks were strong, so that is nice at least. The music was so loud that you would have to yell to talk to the person next to you. This place would be fun for a quick drink but that’s all I’d ever recommend it for.
Focus is more on ambience and aesthetics over food. Food isnt bad, its just not that good for the price. Ribeyes were thin, about 1/2 inch thick. Prices are as high or higher than a steakhouse. Crab cakes seemed like they were reheated frozen patties. Caesar salad was comparable to a bag from the grocery store. French onion soup, burger was good. Oysters tasted fresh. Broccolini was not good, neither was lobster Mac and cheese. Service was great. If youre looking for a fun dinner or an experience go here, if you want high quality food, go elsewhere.
This is the place to be for a great vibe! Enjoyed the scenery, food and customer service! Bella was our waitress and was a sweetheart! Definitely will be back!
Our experience at The Glen was awesome! Bella was our server and she was incredible! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations. She even came back and asked for feedback because the chef wanted to know how we liked the food! The staff seemed genuinely interested in feedback. Everyone was very friendly. Service was fantastic. The drinks were great, and the food was some of the best we have ever had, and the overall experience was incredible! The atmosphere was fun and the entertainment was really cool to see! We would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a high end experience!
Visited The Glen for Galentines dinner with some friends. It was our first time there, it was a Monday evening. Not too busy but busy enough to create a quiet buzz of noise; there was music playing but at an acceptable level to still enjoy conversation. Our waiter, Cody, was fantastic (and cute!)! He suggested drinks since we couldnt decide what we wanted; he suggested a drink called The Aquarius for me and my girlfriends had the Pineapple Hibiscus and an Old Fashioned. The Old Fashioned is served on a wood tray in a glass case with a smoky effect so get your camera phone ready if you order it. All 3 drinks were delicious! Because we were there for Galentines, the wine bottles were 50% off so Cody suggested the Maison No. 9 and we easily finished the bottle. We ordered the Green Salad and Crispy brussel sprouts w/chimichurri to share; both were tasty.Between the 3 of us we ordered the Sea Scallops, Chilean Sea Bass and Spicy rigatoni alla vodka. Cody suggested we add the Wagyu beef to the pasta and that was an excellent suggestion for our table. We shared our plates and everything was cooked properly and tasted phenomenal. We ordered the Peach creme brulee and churros for dessert; churros were what youd expect but the peach creme brulee was out-of-this world delicious! We waited too long at our table to get the good lighting for photos (we were there so darn long, the main lights got turned on) so if you are an insta-baddie, do your thing early enough to catch the good lighting. Our waiter Cody was not only easy on the eyes, but he was patient with our indecisiveness, provided suggestions that demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the menu & drinks and was even kind enough not to be annoyed that we were the last people in the place - and that is annoying! Thanks for making the night amazing, Cody! This restaurant is beginning to host drag brunch on Saturdays so Ill be back for that!Side note: the area we were seated was warm and got warmer the more we enjoyed our cocktails. A simple request to our cute waiter and the AC was turned up. If you are seated in that area, just mention the temperature and they will adjust it!
Beautiful place and atmosphere. Kirsten is one of the bartenders and is as awesome as they come. She’s attentive and knows her drinks. Been here a few times, always had Kirsten and I couldn’t live a place more. Very personal service.
The bar was great and our server was great as well. There was an issue with our order and not sure what happened but our sides didnt come out with our mains. It took so long to get them out we were done with our meals. To the credit of the server she immediately apologized and took them off our bill. The food was excellent and dessert was as good as dinner and the drinks. We will definitely go again. Id love to change the rating to five stars and I hope after our next visit I can make that edit.
BELLA the waitress was extremely rude caught her roll her eyes at me while i was ordering never checked on us had to run to the bar to get a new drink payed separate. TY at the bar made the whole place felt like a dive bar his drinks were terrible. I had a drink made by steven, it was freaking great! Steven definitely redeemed this night for me.
I liked it. We went super early (6pm) so we missed some of the entertainment and loud music other reviewers mentioned. The ambience is charming and the bar area has a pretty design. I ordered the sea bass and thought it was delicious. My companions had steaks, sea bass & the tuna. Everyone liked their food. Our server was polite and efficient. We were not rushed out, nor did we wait a long time for our food. It is quite expensive. To me, the price makes it more of a special occasion kind of place.
Great atmosphere. Brunch menu was short and on the pricey side.
Had the best time! Finally, we found a sexy, hip restaurant! Thought we were going to have to move back to Scottsdale AZ for some hit nightlife!Oh and their food! SO good
I have been wanting to check out their brunch so I called and made the reservation they asked what if I were celebrating anything and I said yes actually its my birthday. They asked if i wanted my name printed on the menus to make it personalized and special and I said yes that would be great. We get there it took awhile for us to be seated and the restaurant wasnt even busy. When we did get seated and handed our menus, my name wasnt printed on there and the service was extremely slow and again the restaurant wasnt busy so we were really confused on why service was taking so long. Neeedless to say celebrating my birthday with them was a little disappointing. Slow service is really annoying. I will say the food was good and our waitress was nice but just waiting to get service is frustrating.
Had a great time here just sitting at the bar. Love this luxe ambience. Ferrari was a gem! Great conversation and his recommendations were all on point! I will definitely be back. It was a vibe.
Atmosphere was good but the food could have been better for the price... Overall it was pretty good though
Collin (like the county) was so attentive and perfectly matched my vibe. We wanted to pace our meal as to have time to enjoy the entertainment and he followed-through.Before we even entered the building, we were greeted by the manager and maybe the owner too. I had no idea who they were, just thought the were nice gentlemen. They opened/held the door for us to enter. We arrived early thanks to our ride, but were seated anyway. I literally enjoyed every single thing about my visit there and cannot wait to go back!
The waiter poured a drink, two separate times, all over the back of the same guest at our table. This happened after waiting a long time to get our drink order taken.Music was blaring so loud, it was impossible to carry a conversation at lunch. In addition, they had the front door open and no air conditioning on a 100 degree day. Not comfortable at all!We had been there for 45 minutes and they had only taken our drink order. We understand accidents happen but with the poor customer service, we gave up and left.
We had an absolutely amazing time for my friends birthday. The performers, dj, drinks and ambiance were all wonderful. Our waiter Kevin was especially awesome. He made the entire night that much better and went above and beyond to make my friends birthday extra special. Like other reviews, the food was so so. I ordered the pork belly and while the flavors were all there, it was cooked so well done it was almost jerky. Im by no means an expert, but when Ive ordered pork belly before its usually seared with some soft meat and fat left so its a combination of tender and crunchy. Will still be more than happy to come back, but maybe just for some apps drinks and a show!
Ty and Steven are amazing good atmaking sure the customer get what they want and need. First time here with my mom and also the food was top notch and we are from nyc and so know. Great entertainment as well. And will definitely come back 10/10!! Keep it up!! Also Andres went above and beyond to bring me extra chimichurri sauce friend I didn’t even ask which is awesome.
Great experience my first time here for a celebration dinner. Our server, Ali, made amazing recommendations for unique cocktails to try and was very attentive without being overbearing. Will definitely be back!
Oh so excited for this experience, but it was not what I was hoping for. The atmosphere was beautiful, but the music is so loud you can’t connect to your date or waiter without yelling. The food was ok, but gosh—almost $200 for ok food feels….sad. I got seafood pasta that was so spicy (does it say it’s spicy on the menu? I don’t remember) that I couldn’t finish it. My husband enjoyed his steak, which redeemed the experience. I think I just really wanted to be wow’d and I wasn’t….which is also why I have zero photos of this experience. 😞
***DO NOT COME HERE***-Not only a waste of your money, but also your time.Lydia was our server.Me and my girlfriend decided to get reservations here for Valentine’s Day, and we were very excited to come. But we ended up waiting on our food to be served for nearly 45 minutes. Server was only attentively at our table the first 10 minutes we were here trying to rush us to order. We ended up getting steak, lobster Mac n cheese, and gnocchi. The steak & gnocchi was pretty good, but the Mac n cheese was just outright terrible. The top portion was cold, and there was maybe 3 tiny pieces of lobster in it. Also sat the last 15 minutes of our dinner with an empty glass.
Decent food & terrible service. Arrived at 7:15 with a party of 10 on a Saturday evening and it took the server 45 min alone just to get everyone cocktails. For such an expensive establishment, you’d think that service would be a priority. This was also brought up to management, but they didn’t seem to care. This is the problem with gratuity, because there is no incentive to provide good service. They get their pay regardless.
Beautiful restaurant! My chilean sea bass was cooked to perfection. My old fashions had quite the presentation and were tasty. I want to give a big shoutout to Alexis for handling our big table with such patience and attentiveness. When I come back I’m asking for her to assist our table! Two thumbs up!
Such a cute restaurant! Our server was SO good. Drinks were good and the presentation was so fun too! Food was very underwhelming for the price point. The brussels sprouts were delicious, but the main dishes were dry and overcooked. I think I would come back for drinks and sit in the bar, but not for the food!
I had the best experience! Bella made my experience amazing! She was very attentive. If an issue arose she handled it promptly. I would definitely recommend this place for an event or birthday. Just be advised theres a charge for valet after 9:30pm which isnt bad. The restaurant is in a high traffic area. The valet attendees were very professional and friendly, but most importantly FAST. Overall 10 out of 10!
Attended the opening and it was a WOW!!! The food was incredible, the drinks were outstanding and even the DJ was enjoyable (we were a party of 4 all over 65). Every inch has a special touch, even the restrooms. You can tell that a lot of love and care went into creating this adventure. Yes, adventure......step inside and enjoy!!! Dont miss this fabulous new restaurant! I cant wait to go back!
Worst series I ever had! We got seated and 10 minutes later still nobody came and spoke or offer water we got up went to the bar and that was a waste exact same service bad part wasn’t even busy, and the food smh not even worth speaking about the only reason why Glen is getting one star is for the lady playing the the fire!
Came in town for work and stumbled upon this beauty!!The whole experience was amazing! Upon arrival i was greeted by friendly faces. The swing was being used by guest! But everyone just had great energy as soon as i walked in.We were seated pretty quickly. Our server was really nice and knowledgeable of the menu. Our table was beneath this amazing ceiling floral feature! It was so pretty. I felt like i had to give myself a minute to take this place in.I order the smoked old fashion and my coworker got some pretty gin drink. I forgot the name but she said it was perfect. My old fashion was great and very pretty. Normally they aren’t pretty so I appreciated the presentation.I got the Brussel sprouts with the coriizo. Probably spelled that wrong, but you know what i mean! They were ok. Not bad, but not good, they felt like something was missing. Definitely was expecting more flavor!!The lobster pasta was pretty tasty. Very filling and kinda flavorful. It also seemed a little incomplete. It was yum buy it just needed something. The service experience was amazing. Every person we came in touch with was so nice and professional.Once we finished, we looked at the patio and saw the cute Phonebooth Photo Booth with all the flowers. This place was so cute! The look and service definitely make the experience. If I’m ever in town, I’m excited to try more of the menu.
Ruined my 40th birthday dinner. Long wait times even though I had reservation. Cold food. Bad service all around.
I visited this place to celebrate my wife’s bday. Totally disappointed. Negative 5 stars for the waiter. First when we entered the restaurant there was nobody to seat us for like 5-10mins until I went to the bar and told bartender that we had reservations. This was on Monday at 8.30pm appointment and there were hardly few tables full. Pretty quite day. Food and drinks were good. Coming to the waitress totally unwelcoming attitude. She hardly had interest to serve us. It was 9.40pm and still had 20mins before closing and she literally took food off the table and want us to order the dessert. So bad experience and it was a special occasion for us. For the chef and bartender I will give 4 stars.Management please educate some common sense to your waitress that when people are still finishing their food don’t take the plates away. You guys can spend lot of money decorating and hire good chefs and bartenders but if you don’t have good waiters and hosts there is no point in running the restaurant business. Hope you guys take this feedback positively.
I don’t know about some of these crazy reviews like the one below, but our food and service was great! Andres was our server and was really attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond. We had the Seafood tower, Paella, Fried Artichoke, The Corn Dog for kicks and giggles, and Truffle Fries. Drinks were on point as well, and of course the ambiance. Highly recommended! 👏🏾
5 star experience on our first visit. Our second visit tonight was not good at all. We had to send food back and they were out of both the wines we wanted. Below average experience at above average prices.
2 stars is for the ambience and the beautiful decor. But, really, really disappointed on the food. Ceviche sat on a large bed of ice with fish that was nonexistent, brussel sprouts were burnt, chicken was okay (not worth $30), and Betty Crocker chocolate cake is more moist than what they served you there. Its hard to take pictures in the small walkways. Service was okay. They rushed us out the door before our desserts even came. Definitely not going back.
The food and service was awesome! The atmosphere was outstanding. Drinks took a little bit to get, but honestly, its the first week and if people dont understand that with the lack of workers and brand-new business, I wonder?? Plus, when youre going to a nicer place, we dont want the service to be quick. The decor was unique, but cool. Almost reminded me of a Vietnamese influence?? Great DJ, just like Monarch Stag (he was there last week). Id give it a try, but give it some patience...the filet mignon was amazing!
Best drinks in frisco, got a couple old fashion’s and there food is excellent!
Love ❤️ love love this place! Everything was delicious and beautiful 😍 and Collin was so perfect at pacing our meal to where we did not feel rushed and we were able to catch the aerial show. Cant wait to go back!
The only thing this place has going for them is the aesthetic looking decorations. The photo booth and front entrance. So me and my friend arrive without a reservation and they said the only place they could sit us is outside on the couch. We were like okay, because we didn’t reserve its fine. So we go outside and our waiter serves us our drinks and we ordered the lobster mac and cheese and i put us on the waitlist for a table. There were a few tables inside that were empty “that were reserved they said”. Then when we finally got a table and they put us in the spot that they originally said was reserved. I was like okay. Our servers changed from outside to inside which i was okay with. Then they said we needed to close the tab for outside in order for the new server to serve us inside. I was like okay thats weird, i’ve never heard of that before. So we close the tab and our waiter inside i think her name was Erica. Never came to check on us even once. So even if we wanted to order more we couldn’t due to nonexistent service. It was like they wanted us to leave or didn’t want to serve us because they thought we didn’t have money or something (which we do) i could’ve ordered a bunch of things but the service was horrible. So then we tried the lobster mac that was $32 and on the menu it says “shareable for the whole table” and we get it and its super small. Then on top of that was nasty. It had no seasoning whatsoever and tasted like box mac with some unseasoned lobster inside. Next we do what we came here for the pink aesthetic pictures. I can’t even tell you, how bad everyone was mean mugging us when we were taking our pictures. This made my blood boil. We didn’t have room for picture because everyone kept walking by and the belly dancer they have decided to station right where we were taking our photos. Everyone kept staring at us. It was the most uncomfortable experience. Please AVOID this place at all costs. Not worth your time and money. If i knew it was going to be like this, i would’ve just gone in and gotten my pics then left 😂
We were unimpressed to say the least. Our food came out lukewarm and was VERY bland. We had Short Ribs, the seafood special(Red Snapper) and Brussel Sprouts. I will say, the Brussel Sprouts were amazing! Other than that, it was horrible. In our experience with upscale dining, the manage always comes by to check on food and service. We never saw a manager and the restaurant was bare. For a $300 meal, save your money and go elsewhere. We left and went to Perry’s for appetizers and drinks.
The atomosphere was lovely, plenty of pictures to be taken if youre into that kind of thing. The menu is slight(not many choices). The drink selection on the menu had more options than the food. This is more of a come relax and drink venue to me. The service was good as well. The staff was nice and friendly.
We went here for a birthday celebration… chose it for the location and something new to try, even with the low ratings we figured it was due to the new opening and staff is still getting training. Our waiter was wonderful and he made sure our group was taken cared off and had a great attitude. He helped us with our group photos and overall really sweetFood: The food is good, prices are high, but it’s similar price points for the other restaurants in that area. The drinks and cocktails are yummy too with cute cheeky names.Recommend: Mushroom Gnochi , lobster pasta, crispy artichokeDid not like: Lobster roll, brussel sprouts with chorizo, paellaAtmosphere: every corner was instagram photo worthy, it’s very cute and chic inside. Some of the lighting they used were a bit harsh on the skin and not very good for dim light pics. They have an outdoor seating area as well ( we were inside)The Cons: they charged us for the “ birthday celebration cake” which we didn’t order… we thought it was complimentary since we came here to eat, like most restaurants…. I wouldn’t have mind it either except the cake was extremely sweet, dry and cold... and at $24. I dont think it was worth it. At least make that disclaimer, that it was an extra charge instead of assuming your guests would pay for it..
Monday must not be a good night. This place is over hyped. If you are going to put yourself out there as the upscale place to go in Frisco you have to deliver. Service was not existent. Bar was dirty with a bunch of stuff on the floor. Witnessed a table get up and leave after waiting for a server for 20 minutes. Ladies at the front desk were busy taking selfies. Couldn’t get the manager’s attention to come over and talk - he was worried about the lighting. I am not sure they do any training of their wait staff. Food was average for $100 per person. Don’t believe the hype. You would be better served to go to Haywire, Mash’d, one of the local steak houses or Lombardi’s next door.
I went for dinner on a Saturday night and like all restaurants I knew it would be busy, our server Jordan was nice but not attentive. My party was there before me, we were a party of 3 so you would know if someone is missing and when they would join, I waited about 10 minutes to get water. He was slow to take our orders. I ordered a green salad as an appetiser and it was good i portioned it and wanted to keep a 1/3 of it to eat with my steak but he bussed it as I set it aside and it was too loud to hear him which I didn’t take offense to. He kept the table clean. Asked if we wanted dessert at a timely matter. We had a little and then he asked if we wanted the dessert togo and my brother replied with a yes and proceeded to to pack and he only packaged the cake and threw away the cotton candy. Keep in mind that the dessert was 40$ and we wanted the WHOLE dessert packed. He just misunderstood what my brother said. When I told him we wanted it to go he sounded very sarcastically sympathetic but grabbed us a box of some Cotten candy. My brother is very convinced that he might have fished it from the trash since it’s brown and had hair in it. As a person who has worked in the restaurant industry you would want to get your manager involved asap to ensure customer satisfaction. I normally don’t leave reviews but I was deeply disappointed.
Our family and friends had an incredible experience dining at The Glen for our daughters 21st Birthday! Everything from drinks, food, and ambiance, photo props and service was outstanding! We will definitely be celebrating more Birthdays there very soon.
What an utter disappointment for our date night! As I entered the restaurant you are instantly mesmerized with the interior decor. It’s stunning! Then I looked around the room and noticed most people had no food with very angry faces. Weird right?! Not so much after our experience. We waited 1.5 hours for our app to be delivered and finally our main course was sent out at the 3 hour mark after we arrived. We were so hungry we inhaled the food. Another disappointment was ALL of our food. The ceviche was so sour, it tasted like I was just eating a lemon. The crab legs were over cooked and flavor less. The cheddar biscuits that came with the crab legs are a mystery since we never received them. My husbands wagyu steak came out raw. We sent it back to have it cooked to medium as he requested and they sent it over cooked and inedible. The side of roasted potatoes were undercooked and flavorless. I can truly say I have never been so disappointed in a date night / food experience in my entire life. Our waitress was so kind and apologetic. We continued to tell her that what was happening is NOT her fault. The owner and kitchen needs to figure out how to properly run a restaurant.I did advise our waitress that she better start applying for a new job because this place will be out of business immediately if they keep up this type of service.I will NEVER go back to this restaurant ever again. We will go back to our favorite places, Lombardis that’s next door and Dee Lincoln Prime that’s directly across from this place.
This place is great! Awesome menu, amazing bar and outstanding service. I can’t wait to come here again! The cocktails here are interesting and innovative beside classics offerings.Get here early though because it gets busy.
Had Lobster Roll and it was so terrible. It had squishy sound when chewing. The bread had a weird texture to it like it didn’t go with the lobster inside, it definitely didn’t compliment each other. Dock Local Lobster Roll at Legacy was 1000 times better and way cheaper. Had higher expectation since the place was fancy with big price tag. So disappointed.
We had the best experience here. The servers and owner were amazing. There was a small “hiccup”, but the owner and server went above and beyond to correct the mistake. Completely recommend this place to anyone that wants to support a local business that puts their customers first.
Went with wife and 7 others during their soft opening last week. Honestly, they should not have opened. They were far from ready for even a soft opening. Service was almost non existent. Didnt see any fire, excitement, or pep anyones step. Staff did not communicate with one another, or our table, and their service extremely slow. Didnt observe management leading or directing the staff whatsoever. Took 30+ minutes to get a drink. The meals came out all at once (all courses) 2 1/2 hours after ordering. Ordering took 45 mins after we all sat down. When the food came it was mediocre at best. Was not impressed. I was excited to order the short rib gnocchi. The ribs were overly greasy and the gnocchi had no texture at all. Basically clumps of mashed potatoes. No one ever communicated wait times or asked how our meals were once we got them. No one cared about our feedback or experience. I understand it was a soft opening and all, however, I felt a little shafted when the bill arrived for my wife and me ... $160.00 for this experience! That was before the tip... LOL. Because we waited so long, they did comp my $18 Salad BUT heres the kicker... it arrived after the meal while I was tabbing out. Didnt even get to enjoy that. They were not ready to open. At the very least they should have offered discounted pricing for the customers who came to these openings and who were essentially training their staff.
I recently attended a birthday dinner here with a group of eight people. When ordering an alcoholic beverage, I pulled up a photo from Yelp with a drink that had a floating rubber duck in it. I asked for that drink specifically for the tiny floating duck and explained that to the waiter. My drink ended up coming to the table without the rubber duck, so I asked the waiter for one and he came back and said he doesnt think they have any but that hed go look. I said thatd be great. He never returned with one. The drink was okay, but I would have chosen something else if I knew the rubber duck wouldnt be included. Moving on, the filet mignon had absolutely no seasoning, but it was cooked exactly as I prefer. They dont offer steak sauce, worcestershire sauce, etc. but insist you pay for protein toppers instead. The prices were expensive for what was received, but I understand its located at The Star where everything is automatically a little pricey. I would not come here again - Id go back to surrounding restaurants like Sushi Marquee or Tupelo Honey, among other options.
I had dinner with my girlfriend on the weekend. We had a steak, it was delicious. We tried the spicy tuna tartare which was also delicious. The decor is unique and the dancers hanging from the ceiling is pretty cool.
The most disrespectful service I’ve ever received. I sat at the bar, ordered a drink but 20 minutes went by and I still didn’t have my drink but all of my company did. I asked Demetrius why he did not bring me my drink he said cause he didn’t feel like it. I asked for a manager and he sarcastically said he would get one but never did. Then he proceeded to talk about me to other guests sitting at the bar. I asked another bartender for a manager and a drink, another 10 minutes goes by with no drink or manager coming by. I then had to get up and ask a server to get a manager and someone finally came by. The other bartender finally brought my drink but when she saw that I got a manager she took it back from me. Demetrius is a terrible representation of your business and really hope this situation is addressed with him. I will be telling people about my experience and suggesting they do not visit your establishment.
Utter disappointment. We ordered the Tommy Boy (wagyu), mushrooms, truffle fries and butter noodles for my kids and everything came out cool to luke warm?! We sat down at 6pm! Took 45 minutes to get our food. Barely anyone was there. Server was condescending and curt. We stopped eating after 3 bites and told them to trash the rest. We left hungry. It was so terrible. They comped our meal. We will NEVER go back. DO NOT EAT HERE
Built for the Gram. Got a surprisingly good Manhattan. Everything else is Texas Roadhouse food at Michelin Star prices. Somehow ribeye is cheaper than most entrees. Service was slow. Music is sooo loud. Skip it and go somewhere with real luxury, not instagram clout.
Last nights bill= $160(18% tip) for 1 order of french fries, 1 order of fried artichokes, 1 slice of cake and 2 glasses of( almost gone bad) average Pinot Noir. We didnt even order dinner. We could get this ordered at any other place and the bill would have end up being less than $80. What we ordered tasted Ok. But seriously what could go wrong with French Fries or Fried Artichokes? Absolutely not worth it.
With the location and price you would expect much better service and staff. Our sides were cold and the steak was so salty it was inedible. No silverware or steak knives, staff was unsure about wines and specials. Very poor experience and not what we expected for the price and area.
Erica, our server took great care of us last night. We had a group of 22 people and she handled it like a boss. Service was amazing and food was too! Definitely recommended this place and especially Erica
Loud atmosphere, couldn’t hear a word at my table. Over crowded. Had the lobster Mac and cheese. It tasted like a frozen meal with 2 little pieces of lobster. Wouldn’t go back to eat. One star for the nice decor.
Theft , tardiness, bad food, AVOID this place at any cost . So disappointingWent their first time yesterday with my friends in a group. It was arranged by our fellow club member . The valet did an erroneous charge of $64.50 for self-parking my car upfront which was only suppose to be $10 or as you wish. Such a theftI was then hoping for the food however we didn’t get it until after 3 hours . Yes 3 hours to get our food , some people left without eating . The Ones that waited for the food got it after 3 hours of wait but most of our steaks weren’t cooked right. It was a disaster. Seriously AVOID this place. I always support new businesses but not this place. I demand for my valet money to be refunded and get a better business plan.
Beautiful restaurant but the staff seemed to not want to have myself and my party there. Went in to try out the new restaurant at The Star and quickly realized I was not welcomed. I recommend the owners of this spot to pay attention to the way their staff welcomes potential guests. You should never judge a book by its cover.
Overall, an ok place…. The music is so loud you can’t hear the person next to you. Had to scream At waitress because she couldn’t hear us at all.Went to the bar for a drink. Never was served until I complain to the host, after 15 mins. Catelyn is absolutely amazing, if I could leave a review just for her, it would be 5 stars! Ask for her at the door, she’s amazing and kind hearted!
This place here I could rate service a 10 out of five. The service was absolutely exceptional. It is a place for special occasion, but it was well worth a visit, and the food was delicious.
Farrarie was amazing!!! He went above and beyond to create a drink that I would love. Amazing service and professionalism
Went here and red head bar tender was very judgmental and rude. Asked her about holiday drinks and she named brands in drink not type of alcohol and looked at me like I was crazy not knowing brands. We got up and walked out. Words can’t explain how she made us feel.
Thank you to Josh for his amazing service! We had a wonderful time. Will be back again.
Not sure what this place is supposed to be( restaurant or bar) but other than the competent, hostesses that sat us, everything about this place failed. The service was so bad that we actually left after 45 minutes and still had not received our salads. If you want an overpriced meal in a bar with entertainment and zero service; give it a whirl! If you’re hungry and enjoy paying the price for excellent service and hopefully excellent food this is not a place to try.
I cannot tell you how amazing this place is. The food was exceptional, the service was great. Must go here.
$56 for a tiny salmon portion that was over cooked on top of overcooked rice. I don’t mind paying for a nice meal - but the quality of fish was nothing special and the food was meh.
I went here Saturday for a friend of mine birthday dinner, we had a good time but our waitress was absolutely terrible, which made our visit mediocre, The food was just ok... drinks ehhhh but the atmosphere and vibes were all there...
Great ambiance, tasty food. Our server Jashua was so patient and suggested us great cocktails. The pineapple hibiscus is must try cocktail 🎉
A very disappointing experience. We had to wait until 10min for a manager to take our takeout order, even though servers were just walking around. Finally left without ordering. Would not recommend.
This was my 1st visit and I was NOT disappointed. Alexis was our server and she was AMAZING!!!! All of her recommendations were TOP Notch!!!! I only want Alexis when I come back to The Glen.
-Great ambience and service-Decent food but crazily overpriced.-Cocktails were extremely bad ! (Struggled to drink them)This place is not for me; but wish them the best !
Mediocre at best. The dishwasher could use some better training and the wait staff could use an upgrade in clothing. Can’t comment on the food as we decided to leave after the first drink.
930pm and they are at capacity and don’t let us in.. then my husband asked what capacity was he ignored him but the guy behind us walks up they let him in.. my sister said “oh so he can get in??” The door guy says “he was already here so don’t worry about it.” No he wasn’t. Already didn’t want to come here from the things my friends were saying about it so I’m just irritated I still came to give it a shot.
Ferrari was so awesome had a great time because of him. I recommend this place for sure.
Great ambience. Food was good. High end restaurant.
Beautiful decor but food was pretty terrible for the price that they were charging. Probably one of the worst dry-aged steak I have had, not to mention paying over $100 for it.
It was first and it will be the last visit, poor quality and quantity of services, Kids running around. not as expected. just wasting time and money.
WORST RESTAURANT EVER!! Save yourself your time and money and go somewhere else. This place is run by a staff who seems to not know what they are doing. Hosts taking pictures all night and workers were drinking with tables. Overall a terrible experience!
If you’re not going to eat and just for aesthetic, this is your place! Great atmosphere. But if you’re coming to eat, don’t. For price and the taste, it’s not worth it tink tink!
This place is a vibe, fun and entertaining, the drinks and bartenders are amazing but the food especially the shrimp appetizer was worth every penny, I highly recommend
I tried to get a reservation and they had me back and forth for 2 days!!! The lady texted me she would call me she never did I called again and they told me to wait until she contact me.When I called they still had the reservation at 7pm available 2 days passed and it was gone. They never gave me my reservation. Very unprofessional. I don’t know why is too hard to take my information and make a reservation?
The Glen is a beautiful restaurant to visit but we had a worse experience ever in that restaurant yesterday night. We went there to celebrate our friend birthday and we were served by drinks but my husband glass was broken and he got cut on his lip still being gentleman he went to the bartender and showed the broken glass and asked him not to serve this broken glass to someone else and bartender said Thank you for notify and my husband came back to his table. After 40 to 45 mins after we paid the$ 2000 bill the server came, security came and Manager came and asked us to leave and started yelling on us.We had zero clue what happened after complaining 40 to 45 mins beforeThey were so loud, not ready to listen just keep saying leave and the security guy was so rude and so waiter but Manger been very nice and asked us to come out and talk but security guy and waiter were not even listening to manager. This is the service we received at Glen after paying $2000 and after letting them know your glass is broken.Dont ever go there because if you find something wrong in their service, They will ask you to leave.Very bad experience
Nice environment. Food was overpriced for the portion. If you are going to charge high then the portion should also be good. Cocktails full of ice.
Prices are totally different from the website. Prices are extremely higher when you go to place. I was there last night.
Happy Hour was great! The martinis are delicious especially the Flirt Bird.
The drinks were AMAZING! I loved Vanessa’s recommendations. Such a cute spot will be back.
This place is a true vibe after 8pm on a Saturday I’ll rate everything 4 startStaff 10Food 3Vibe 10Decor 10Drinks 8Prices not for the cheap 1 king crab leg that was the same length as my plate with 2 dry biscuits was $55.00But over all we had fun and it’s beautiful inside
Poor service, very irresponsible servers, ignoring guest and having alcoholic drinks on the job. Very disrespectful behavior, over priced, over charging with cheating. Poor poor, never will go back again
The service was fabulous, the environment is really lovely and the food was all outstanding! I would definitely recommend!
Waiter was very attentive! Loved the entertainment! Nice setting and great food!
Lydia our server and she was the BEST!Amazing services !The desperate wife martitin was great!
Soooo much fun! Small but my service was great!
Caught one of the bartenders eating my appitizer then the other bartender tried serving it to me . When I confronted her about it she became argumentive and told me to leave.
Food wasn’t great for price wise and our sever didn’t even check us once. We don’t think we’ll go again
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! If I could leave a negative star I would. The food was inedible. The service was non existent. DISGUSTING.
Nice and knowledgable bar staff. Large spirits selection and good drinks
Awesome place, great food and music! Will definitely go back!
Beautiful place.. great music, live show, really good food.
The restaurant is super beautiful, the Food is amazing and the staff are the best! Love this!!
Ambience is beautiful, service is good!Food is not tasty at all. Was Disappointed
Wonderful date night place. The food is amazing and the beverages are awesome.
Erica provided great customer service and made our experience a fun Friday night!
