This place deserves a perfect five-star rating from me. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the facility is exceptionally well-kept. Kelly, in particular, is outstanding. Despite her small size, she possesses impressive strength, especially when it comes to giving deep tissue massages. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

I was given a birthday gift of a one hour foot massage that my boyfriend purchased from Groupon. I was initially nervous about going to the location because of the negative reviews I read. I am sorry folks had a poor experience, but it simply was not the case for me. I was greater by a kind woman who allowed me to use the restroom before my session started. I was then taken to a private room. I disrobed and laid on the table with the towel provided covering up. There was a knock and they waited for my reply before entering. I was nervous when a male entered. He was very kind, considerate and professional. I never felt exposed or mishandled. When I left, they did not ask for a tip and did not appear to expect one. I left a tip and feeling very satisfied with the services performed. I will happily return and recommend to others!!

First time trying this place out and definitely the last! Did a couples massage and we got the full body massage 1 hour, cost $65 each. The guy at the front was nice checked us in and asked if we wanted a spot focused on more. We go in the room where curtains hang to separate the rooms from each other. The guy at the front told us here the guy massage’s the girl and the girl massages the guy weird but ok I guess…. So my massage started and I was so ready to get up and walk out! It consisted of elbows digging in your back the whole time and with forearms rubbing your back then with an elbow in your foot ending with punching the bottom of your feet. Definitely feeling worse than I did when I walked in. Do not recommend.

This was the first time and probably the last time we try this place.. We got the couples full body massage for a hr. Woman was very aggressive on my neck and shoulders and I’ve been in pain for last two days ever since.I was expecting more hands on then just elbows and forearms. Over all don’t recommend for what we payed and then to expect a big tip.

Tried this out based on Groupon, kinda sorta regret it lol. The lady at the desk doesn’t speak much English so communication was difficult but she had no issues relaying additions to add to the packages we bought. We bought a 60 min foot reflexology and a combo foot and body massage. I got the reflexology while my sister got the combo. The lady at the desk first asked if we wanted the herbal($5) added to the foot reflexology, I asked what it entailed but the language barrier meant she couldn’t explain it, come to find out it’s basically a tea bag added to the water your foot soaks in. The reflexology by the older lady was ok; not much in the reflexology department other than knuckles on the pad of the foot but no real pressure. My sister enjoyed hers with no issue. The lady at the desk kept hounding for tips which made me reluctant to give one even though I had initially planned to. Overall, for the Groupon price it was ok but if I was paying outright I probably won’t come back.

This is my third visit and I am so impressed with the new management. Happy at the front desk is professional and helpful. For my massage therapist I had Jeff. What a treat! I like a deep tissue massage and it was perfect! My husband has a preference for a lighter touch and Amy was just what he needed. I came in with a pressure headache and left feeling great. They are flexible with scheduling and make sure you get your money’s worth!!

Do not use this place. I made an appointment online this morning and I arrive here for them to tell me that I’m not on the schedule and they refused to reschedule me. Very rude. There are many places better than this one.

Great massage lady. She detected all the tight spots and worked them till they loosened. Thats what I expect from a professional - that I dont have to say much but they can tell on their own. The fact its open late was super great since Im traveling for work and dont have time during the day (plane rides wreak havoc on my hips and spine). Thanks Guys!

My husband and me visited this place on a weekend. The lady who massaged me didnt even greet or made me comfortable . She just started immediately which was a Lil off-putting.Then she massaged my back which was having back pain issues with so much pressure that caused me further pain rather than any relief. She didnt even ask if the pressure she was applying was OK or not. I told her its hurting me and to apply less pressure, but she didnt budged.Today I woke up with immense pain in the areas which she massaged.My Husband got his massage done from A guy nd He is very happy with his service. So thats why 2 stars for Him, else 0 stars from me

I couldn’t recommend this place they use pure acetone to clean your feet before massage and use gloves during it. My feet are not so dirty and if you are squeamish then don’t provide this service.

This place has potential but it’s just one person away from being great. If the guy is working the front desk he gets customers in no problem, however if Kelly is working the front desk no matter what type of massage or time you ask for , she is going to ignore you and force you to do a 30 minute massage. She is rude and never wants to work longer than 30 minutes. Stay away from Kelly and she is aggressive for tips. The older lady is also pleasant to work with and does great foot massages but if Kelly is working the front desk you won’t get much of anything not to mention Kelly will short you on time with the forced 30 minutes .

Massage was ok. I was thrown by clothes on massage. Ive never had such a massage...

I just received a massage at this location with my sister, and I am so happy with my experience! Everything was very clean and neat. The staff were very kind and professional, and even helped us with a Groupon error. The massage was just epically amazing. My therapist was very good at checking in with my comfort level and tuning into what would help my muscles best. I would recommend bringing cash to avoid the card processing charge. And make sure to tip these amazing people! Looking forward to my next visit.

Clean, relaxing caring massage! They have press really hard for my back, and we had great communication on the amount of pressure needed and the tender spots. Thumbs up!

Got the combo massage, it was okay hard to relax. Masseuse were talking to each other the whole service. They did not ask if there was a spot we would like focused on. Massage bed hole where face goes in is dirty. Will not be returning.

Several weeks ago, I bought a Groupon & tried out this spa. The staff was polite and professional. This was by far the best massage Ive had in 10 years. The massage therapist was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Although I was the only woman there at the time, I felt at ease. I will be returning!

I am currently in the process of looking into legal action against this facility. I came here for a massage that was a gift and left with an injury. I have attempted to remedy this with the owner to no avail. I should not have left needing treatment, an x-ray, MRI, and now surgery. Take responsibility and do better, you owe us at least that much.

I was really excited to visit this place after having it recommended by a friend. I had a 3pm appt and the first 15 minutes of the massage were done by a woman in plain clothes who didn’t really seem to know what to do. There was no pressure at all applied. Then the receptionist came in and asked if she could do the massage after another client came in the front door... the receptionist was a lot more skilled and applied pressure but was picking up phone calls in the middle of the massage. It was not relaxing and pretty uncomfortable and I left with more muscle tension than when I came in. Maybe I should have booked deep tissue massage. Idk if their regular therapists were not there or if they were understaffed as it was Monday at 3pm but it was very odd. I tipped the receptionist $20 for her time, and I feel bad writing this but I’m just confused at the whole situation. I get regular massages at many different establishments and have never experienced anything like this. Would be willing to give the place another chance If I had a different massage therapist since I know people who rave about it.

I booked a couples massage but for me a prenatal style massage and deep tissue. I was using a Groupon so the price was great. Once we arrived they tried to have me lay on my belly (at 6 mo prego) and then tried my side, eventually moved to a recliner chair. The deep tissue was DEEP and awesome. But the chair wasnt exactly comfortable. My husbands massage was great though. I took away a star because after our massage, I was walking out to get my wallet and the woman asked if I was going to tip and I stated my cash was in the car she just said that I should tip... that was slightly off putting 😳

Im writing this review right after I finished 60 minutes full body massage followed by 30 foot massage and right now I feel like Im in heaven, I surely enjoyed to the max every second of it. This place is very clean, cosey, and they play the best relaxing music. The people who work here are super nice. Ask for Linda to do your massage! Shes super good I strongly recommend her. One last thing, the price is really good, very fair for what you get. Thank you Linda, thank you Mr. How!

I just had a combo massage by Bing and it was FANTASTIC! I was sort of uneasy at first, but was able to relax. This is the most amazing on top of your clothes worth every single penny, and a slightly different massage than I’ve experienced before. It was just the thing I needed! Thank you! Will be coming back and recommending to anyone in Garland. :)

Omg never going back. Lady was extremely hard on my back. Even after Im moving and grunting in pain for her to ease off some she didnt. Not only that. When it was over and Im still getting dressed some other people walk into room next to us. Turns out we were sharing a room. The room had curtains to separate the two. So unprofessional. I rushed to get dressed n get out. And thats not all! When paying the lady was literally right there watching me pay waiting for her tip. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Im not a mean person so I still tipped her but they definitely lost business from me n my friend. Guy at front that checks you in was the only good part. He was nice n friendly.

We had a pretty significant wait but overall had a lovely time. The attendants were very friendly and the space was clean and quiet. My grandmother has been here a few timesWe had a couples room and got a sixty minute foot treatment. We were able to chat and catch up without disturbing others. Wonderful.

We purchased a couples massage, the woman was really good with applying pressure and working you muscles. The man was ruff and spent a lot of time on one area, which meant other areas were not worked quit as well. They were also the only ones there and had to go in and out to greet customers as they came in. I would’ve given a higher rating but they left the door wide open while speaking to another guest. That was super rude, unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Extremely disappointed with this spa. My mother purchased gift cards and were told they dont expire. I live overseas and was finally able to redeem them to only be told that they switched ownership and they would not be honoured even though its the same name, same marketing and same phone number. Ive worked at spa for years and this is bad business practice. Was rude, not empathetic and had no knowledge that regardless if its new ownership or not, you still honour purchases made previously. Its actually the law. Thats part of taking over a new business. Bad example of customer service and how a business should be run.

Creepy vibe, we were really uncomfortable during our couples massage, we ended it early after they kept hitting us and then got on top of us. No other massage place we have been to has done it like that. They were also talking most of the time and the people nextdoor were yelling. The man reeked of cigarettes and the tables felt dirty. There are definitely way better places than this! I suggest going somewhere else. We only came here because of a good deal on Groupon then when we got there they asked us for even more money and got upset. Just a really bed experience.

I tried to visit with my girlfriend for the first time but she had a massage once before with a friend who didn’t tip and they refused our service. I can’t believe this. I never had a massage before and couldn’t get one because of someone who paid for a $50 service but didn’t tip the person? How is that my problem? Do not recommend. Horrible experience.

*Edit* Last time I went here I wasn’t feeling the massage. It was rough n unpleasant n the mans hands were too clammy. Eh I won’t be back 🤷🏾‍♀️Love this place. You get a foot massage, back, hands, scalp, arms everything for like $30! You seriously cannot beat the price. Only thing I would say is that they dont have separate rooms; the beds are all spread out once you enter behind the curtains. But each timeIve gone Ive never had anyone else in the room with me so it always works out!

I went in for a chair massage and somehow ended up getting a table massage. It was awkward, uncomfortable, and unsatisifying. My first experience was just as bad. I was given a chair massage by the guy on the register and was forced to keep my shirt on.but I decided to give it another chance with a female.She didnt pay attention to the problem area I pointed out and rubbed other areas until they started to feel uncomfortable.I stopped the massage early but still had to pay $20 to feel worse than when I walked in.

One hour combo doesn’t really do full time for one hour. I walked in at 4:00pm and comes out at 5:00 pm, I went to bathroom and take off my shoes blabla. So you are actually paying full price with 40 minutes massage

I used to love the chair massages at this place. It always helped my neck. But then I did a full massage and need to share this bad experience so others know not to come here. Michael is a predator. He didnt do anything to me, but were I unable to make myself perfectly clear and leave, I feel his questions can I massage your breasts? Do you want to make love? would have eventually led to something more unpleasant for me. My guess is that plenty of women take him up on the offers, but if you dont want to be thinking about where his hands last were, or what happened on the table before you got there, DO NOT COME HERE!

This place is absolutely fantastic! I’ve been twice (both times with a male masseuse - Bing), and felt so relaxed after both times. The price is excellent, the staff is courteous and the quality is great. I’m taking my mom next time.

Clean and relaxing. You cant beat the price. Got a combo massage back and feet. I will never go anywhere else again. Its hard to find a good massage place, because once others find out you cant get an appointment. I needed this so much and was not at all disappointed. This was a legit massage and reflexology.

Look for Jeff. He helped me with my sciatica nerve pain. He is very knowledgeable on how to release a pinched nerve. I could hardly walk for 3 days and I feel a lot better now. Highly recommended.

I called them and make an appointment after that I saw the art foot spa on Groupon and then I purchase it. When I arrived at art foot spa and I said that I have got Groupon after that the man was angry with us that we have got Groupon. He denied for the service and I said can I take another appointment for the service and he said no Im not going to provide service. So worst and poor customer service.

I am visiting relatives here and went to have a massage here to release the tension form my long flight. I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was patient and friendly in spite of my language challenges. I will visit again before I return back home.
