Alec and Key were so helpful the entire time I was in the store. I came in needing a specific piece and Key was so patient with me the whole time. Alec helped us in our search and was nothing but kind to me during our thorough search. I will absolutely be coming back after their helpful attitudes and willingness to go above and beyond when it absolutely wasn’t necessary!

First of all, the pre-rolls are good and cost less than 10$ per G. The cheapest option is like 9.49, so it’s great for a quick J. On top of that the customer service is great, all the employees, particularly Tyler and Alec, have tried most of the products and can help you find what you’re looking for in whatever your price range is, this is my favorite smoke shop and I highly recommend this place to anyone, is good weed and its street prices without having to worry about K-12 or fentanyl.

I stopped in today to buy a new mod and some juice. Andrew and Alec were super helpful checking for other colors and talking to me about other mods and juices. Real nice place to get my stuff.

I work at another smoke shop in dfw and I visit all the locations I love to window show their high end stuff and if I’m buying a 4.99 adapter or a new rig the great customer service is the same at all of them, I wish I remembered the guys name that helped me the last time I was in this location but he sold me a “Mr B Glass” 10mm beaker out of the cabinet if that helps

Sucks that I have to leave this review. Been a loyal customer for 2+ years. Multiple hardware and quite a lot of juice purchased.This is not typical so everyone knows but they do the punch card thing for juice. I always forget to bring my last one so I have 4 of them. Went to get my free juice using a combo of the 4 punch cards and was told flatly that I can only use 1 card and since it wasnt full I couldnt get my rewards. The cards in the picture are roughly $200 spent.These are the cards I didnt lose lol. It seemed to be a new guy but he just didnt care a bit. Everything I buy is big brand so maybe Ill go somewhere else.

Got disrespectful response when I approached the manager about a faulty mini-badger vape device. When I asked to see if it worked I was rudely told I had to leave. The products are garbage and the guy on 8/4/24 at 2:30 pm seemed very nervous and disrespectful. He lost a good customer.

Came into the store not long before they closed with a pretty decent list of what I needed, not only did I get everything I needed, but I got stuff I didn’t even know I needed…Davis and Alec were by far the not only most helpful but also the most informative vape specialists I have ever had the pleasure of meeting…should anyone need smoke//vape stuffs, there is NO better option then 710 vapors!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is pretty much the only vape shop I use now, everyone there is very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Drake. Definitely going to continue to be the only vape shop Ill be using.

Bought a disposable vape from this store.Before I was handed the product the employee dropped the vape from the very top shelf and got upset when I asked them for a different one.When I tried using the vape, the liquid popped up very hot from the mouth tip and hit very harshly. Went back to the store and a new employee looked it . They said “sorry can’t do anything about it” and that I should contact the manufacturer.They could’ve atleast let me exchange it for the same item but they rather lose a customer.Money down the drain with unusable product, avoid this place.

Popped up at 710 around 9pm for a new torch and butane, man I wish I got the name of the guy and girl working. They were so helpful and just gave off the best vibes!! The butane was buy one get one (AWESOME!) and they hooked me up with a super clean torch. They also gave me a tote bag full of goodies for 710 day!!!!
