Excellent store! They have so much product and the store is clean and organized, and well labeled. Their prices are more than reasonable, so much so that I even asked my sister what she pays at her preferred store ($60 or something for two Lost Mary/Genius Bar) where it’s $40 here. They even have loyalty points! The staff is so great here, too. Never rushing you. Great store, I will be back!

Melanie with very nice rainbow hair was super friendly and very helpful while helping me select a new disposable I usually don’t like to get the same brand often and i take a very long time to decide which new brand to try out but she was so knowledgeable about the products of some of her favorites that i decided to purchase one she highly recommended .i love it my new disposable is awesome

Bought a frozen fields vape pen from there on 1/31 and noticed that night no later than 3 hrs there was only a 3rd of the cartridge full I called to just let them know just in case something happened to the cartridges that isnt supposed to sale take me to come up and she will replace it when I arrive she proceeds to tell me that upon investigating them all the pens are like that some more than others and if I just preheat it the was will expand. First off I have purchased frozen fields pens from the balch springs store never looked like this and was completely full I pretty much spent $40 on nothing today beware this store is scamming people the balch springs store is my preference oh btw the picture show I have already preheated twice and nothing is expanding

Sky rise just has the best vape shops. Some vape shops feel empty and hollow. Just glass cases with pens and vapes behind the counter. Its like a dentists office. Sky rise is different. It feels like a fully fleshed out store that isnt a front. They provide the best customer experience for some of the lowest prices in the area. Also the rewards system is pretty good. The employees are always alert and positive which is hard to keep consistent but somehow sky rise does it.

When I tell you this is my favorite smoke shop. They have everything you can imagine. You need to go and ask for Emily she will show you all the new Product they got. Bought a defective disposable (like many times before), and this time dude didn’t want to swap it and tell me he’ll just give me a discount for a new one. That’s hilarious. Bro the dispo was $50 and you want to sell me again?! I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt before even though I probably shouldn’t have, but nah man. I’m just over throwing my cash away for defective products. They sell fake elf bars and when I went in to ask them to make it right, after it burnt out two days later, they only offered me ten percent off. Go up the road pay the extra couple bucks for a real one that lasts over a week.

I was a loyal customer to the location at Town East, even though it was a bit far from my house, because of the customer service and selection. I am happy they opened up a location in Garland because it’s really close to the house. The customer service at this location is no different. Maybe even better. Matt always goes above and beyond to answer questions, and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Been here a few times and the employees seem cool and all they say they price match (and they have before) but when I came in tonight the guy with the long brown luscious hair and cool glasses acted weird when I asked either too high or didn’t wanna do it lol he said it depends and I said on what? He asked for the price I get it for then said he had to ask his manager 😆 umm ok? I’ve never heard that one before at this location but whatever I’ll just stick with just smoke vape shop bc they never have to go through a manager for a price match 😉 it’s in rowlett and the employees are pretty cool plus they have a punch card and you can get pretty awesome deals 👍🏽 check them out!

The guy that works here is very friendly. I come in once every week for juice and occasionally a new coil. Always knows what I need. They did run out of my juice the last visit so I had to go elsewhere, but hopefully will be in stock when I come back in next week. The prices seem to be the best around here. Other places in the area charge around $5 more per bottle for my juice.
